Imagine the zero zone in the human body (the spot where all the energies are balanced and harmonic, the middle path, the golden mean, the middle point in the magnet, between the two poles) as a circle. Knots of polarized energy (disharmonic energy вЂ“ the plus or the minus predominates) come from this circle. This polarize energy is generated when we fall in emotional or mental extremes. When we have a dualistic idea about the world – everything is black and white, good or evil вЂ“ with this attitude we create only polarized energies. These polarized knots (in the other writings I describe them as small magnets) attract energies with an opposite sign. And because the energy is opposite, a conflict is created, a collision that we feel as a discomfort, a pain, unpleasant feeling (depends on the power of the energy, the length of the knot). This is why it is said that the Universe is our mirror вЂ“ it responds with the same thing we point outside ourselves, but with an opposite signs.
We create constantly the polarized energy (the knots are billions), in different ways. For example when we blame, when we create a certain opinion for someone, with no love, with no acceptance the way he is вЂ“ this is why people say вЂњDonвЂ™t blame because you will be blamed, too.вЂќ – because the polarized energy sooner or later attracts the respective judgment to you. Every desire of ours, every intention, which is one-sided and egoistic, is a polarized energy. In practice, we donвЂ™t create polarized energy only when we do something with love.
And not only at the moment, in this life, we have created polarized energies, we care accumulated polarized energies that we havenвЂ™t succeeded to balance (work off) from all our lives. In practice, this is the mechanism of the karma.
To take the middle road, the golden path, it means to stop generating polarized energies, i.e. to start doing everything with love and to love everything and everyone.
The purpose of all cleanings, the meaning of the whole spiritual road, is to stop creating polarized energy and to get rid of what we have accumulated. All the emotional or mental extremes, all type of rules and desires polarize us.
I would like to offer to your attention an ancient Hawaiian (from Lemuria) method for neutralizing the polarized energies. But for this purpose we have to take responsibility for everything, all over the world. To think that it is not our fault for what happens, it means that we want to escape from responsibility, and this makes us passive and there is nobody to save us from the polarized energies. To take responsibility, it means to be always ready to repair what we have done. Everything that happens with us and around us, we have attracted it with our polarized knots. Everything that reaches us indirectly, through the media or someone has retold it to us, it is not accidental, we have attracted it. We have been living on this Earth for million of years, we have reincarnated in all its regions and nations, we have taken part in innumerable events and to shake ourselves at the end and to say that we donвЂ™t have anything to do with it, is a big fat lie. We cannot be integrated with everything if we donвЂ™t take responsibility for it, if we say вЂњIt doesnвЂ™t concern meвЂќ – do you feel the distance created?
Now, with the advance of the changes, it is getting more and more topical to rule our desires, because their materialization is many times accelerated. In order not to turn into black magicians, with all the negative consequences from it, the only way is to take responsibility for what happens with us. If we continue feeling like victims, we react aggressively to everything and everybody, which we think are the reason for our suffering, insults and discomfort. Only if we take responsibility we can react in a balanced way, with love.
To get rid of the polarized energies we have to repeat as a mantra the three, maybe most important expressions: вЂњForgive meвЂќ, вЂњThank youвЂќ, вЂњI love youвЂќ. Dr. Masaru Emoto proves scientifically that gratitude and love can make miracles, but we also have to add the apology, the asking for forgiveness. You should repeat those words any time you have the chance, aloud or to yourself, just like that neutrally or as an appeal towards someone or something, in any versions you like. The repetition reloads us with the energy of speech, but except that, which is much more important, we give the opportunity to God to clean us by converting the polarized energies. There is an old Bulgarian proverb which says: вЂњGod helps him who helps himselfвЂќ, i.e. God doesnвЂ™t give anything for nothing, we have to aim, we have to work, we have to be active, and He will unnoticeably back us up.
When you start taking responsibility for everything, you will start feeling an internal attracting and directing of your attention. Then you thank, ask for forgiveness and make declarations of love to anything that comes to your mind. You may soon notice how your life changes. Good luck with the cleaning!
