Where is there more energy?

One of my friends once admitted (this was about a year ago): “What is this? So I do, I do, I plow, I plow. But there is either no sense at all, or little, very little.”

I clearly remember how, at these words, she resignedly lowered her hands onto the table, closed her eyes and took a deep, deep breath. It was felt that this burden was pressing on her.

An insight came to her herself. Although it may sound obvious, she didn’t even need to understand it herself, but to live it. Completely and irrevocably.

What to understand, what to realize?

There is no energy in her projects. There is knowledge, there is effort, there is one hundred percent originality and benefit, but there is also a program consisting of her own thoughts and words accompanying the work process: “How tired I am… When will I finally earn money and rest… How tired I am of all this” .

This may even be a necessary project, but it is saturated with fatigue, disappointment, great tension, even stress. And people feel it, read it and react accordingly.

Now everything came together: her light of energy and the usefulness of projects. Everything is fine now.

And further. She let go of expectations and admitted just recently: “I don’t run after anyone, neither in my personal life nor at work. I simply am. Those who need me find me by energy. That’s all”. This is the feminine approach. In her case it works.

While writing this I remembered another incident. It was a few years ago, about… maybe four years ago. Another friend of mine was also quite concerned about her professional demand. She really wanted this and was ready, it seemed, for literally anything. The universe also helped her a lot. This specialist had an appointment for an offline consultation. As soon as the first client was supposed to arrive, my friend sometimes even admitted out loud: “I don’t want this. But we have to. I’m tired of all this, and there are so many “of them” signed up.”

Of course, I was surprised: “But you wanted this. In demand! The answer was: “Yes, but this is my job, I can’t do anything else.” In the end, it turned out: she doesn’t like her job, she literally hates consultations, she leads them through “I can’t, I don’t want, but I have to.” She has a lot of energy when she sincerely wants to help someone. And this is attractive. But this same energy becomes unpleasant when meeting the person himself. And this pushes both people and herself away from herself, from her path. This is how a friend explained it to me. And this was an important clue.

In the end, she finally found herself. She helps people by drawing pictures, writes human souls, creates their healing path to themselves. Now she, this artist, herself is a place where there is a lot of energy.

And this topic did not bypass me. Theme of choice. For example, the choice of solutions. I often use this, I ask myself (my husband taught me this questioning): where, in which version is there more light?

I practice this art purely professionally every day. After all, new stories, words, texts come as soon as I open my eyes in the morning. They (words), like hungry cats, look at me expectantly: well, so? And as the day progresses, more and more guests visit, there is simply an abundance of choice. The sea is flooded. Bottomless ocean. Space.

Every single day is an unchanging ritual. At first I sit at the table in a confused state: what would you like to choose? I hope that at least today there will be a “relaxation”, just one specific detail. But it doesn’t work, it doesn’t go away that easily. The Universe cares: train your intuition daily! It will still be useful in many ways!

Therefore, I again take up the “old”, but most reliable method and feel, feel, feel: where is there more energy, where is there more need, where is there more warmth? And there is definitely only one option left. That’s how it is today. That’s how it is with today’s text.

And tomorrow – all over again, the main thing – I will learn to see this very thing “more”, “lighter”, “warmer” and “more beloved”. Without tension, in trust, in acceptance and the ability to say goodbye to what was not written today. These texts will still find their authors through dreams, insights, inspiration, through ideas from the space of images. There is no task – to embrace the immensity. There is a task – to write what is closer to my friends, closer to my heart, to my life experience, to sincerity.

Therefore, if doubts arise, this is normal and good, all the more interesting it is to ask your Feeling Part again and again: tell me, dear, where is the most energy in all of this?
