Irina Avdeeva about the movement of energy within a group of people

In any field practice, a very special skill is developed – to see the movement of energy through controlling your attention. Or if the word “energy” smacks of excessive esotericism to you, then this phrase can be said differently – to see how people’s attention flows, moves, is directed, modeled and generally moves between them.
And this is a very specific skill. There is nothing supernatural about it. I have the audacity and experience to assert that such a vision is accessible to absolutely every person and everyone can develop it.
It’s just that not everyone wants it.
Because then you will have to somehow take into account what you saw and even do something about it.
I once studied sacred geometry and drew a lot of various geometric spatial forms.
Then I developed the skill of visually recognizing these forms in the outside world – through where and how objects, people, things, etc. stand relative to each other. That is, anything material, physically visible and recognizable by the ordinary human eye.
Or any human structure consisting of several people. The same therapeutic or educational group, for example. Or a group of webinar participants. Or a school group of children and a teacher/teachers. Or company employees and director.
These are all examples of systems made up of people, and people
By directing their attention in these groups they create connections between each other.
Studying such connections and the movement of attention in them further, I discovered that sometimes problems in a system are caused by the incorrect arrangement of its members relative to the order of the geometric structure.
And the very fact of debugging the structure is ALREADY capable of changing, redirecting in the correct way both the flight between members of the system and the quality of such movement.
When I was leading Mandala groups, all I did with women in classes was to show how through attention the structure and direction of flow of the internal energy of the body is corrected.
Such debugging greatly changed the internal state of women and the quality of their feeling after the lesson.
There was no magic in this in the esoteric sense of the word. This was only the adjustment of “geometric vision” – adjustment of the geometric structure through my own attention and retention of this structure, so that others present, through resonance, could tune in with it and make it part of their system too.
That’s the whole magic of women’s circles – knowledge and attention to the correct sacred-geometric structure and stability in it.
When one person can do this, then all the women in the circle can do it.
And this is what I define for myself as “geometric vision”.
It sets very different energies and states, being simply reproduced in the setting of a certain form.
Well, when I studied with Kibedov at SySt (Systemic Structural Arrangements) in February, I saw a very similar approach – working through the structure of the Tetralemma towards solving a client request, which may not even be named/secret.
And it is still solved, because a system structure of a larger order, as it were, “takes” the movement/energy/attention of this request and debug it to where its implementation lies.
And the structure comes to life.
And no, people did not come up with this. This exists in nature without our participation and existed before us.
For us, if we have at least a little attention and vision, we can recognize it, and that’s already good))
And yes, of course, I use these capabilities and understandings of mine in my work – both in constellations, in groups, and in counseling: I look at where the settings are messed up and through what they can be adjusted.
The most accurate way to do this is through contact with the greater.
You just need to know within yourself this connection with the greater.
And it’s also good to know your own place in it.
