Everyone is getting ready! Why is the National Guard deployed during the Great American Solar Eclipse on April 8?

This sets a very worrying precedent and I don’t understand why this doesn’t upset more people. And now we’ve learned that National Guard troops will be deployed during the Great American Solar Eclipse on April 8th.

What are they expecting during this eclipse?

Without a doubt, this will definitely be a historical event.

As I said earlier, this is expected to be the most watched astronomical event in our country’s history.

And almost everyone in North America will be able to see at least a partial solar eclipse…

Almost everyone on the continent will see at least part of the eclipse. The further you are from the path, the less eclipse you will see.

Even in places like Seattle and Portland, Oregon, which are far out of the way, about a third of the sun remains hidden.

On April 8, millions of Americans will travel to places where they will be in the path of a total solar eclipse. The Oklahoma National Guard is scheduled to be deployed for the upcoming total solar eclipse, when up to 100,000 people are expected to visit the county.

In a statement Tuesday, the Guard said it would support emergency management to handle the “unprecedented number of tourists” on April 8 in McCurtain County in the southeastern part of the state.

In the event of an incident such as an industrial fire, a security guard provides both first responders and departments with hazardous substance response capabilities.

I understand that they feel the need to be prepared.

But deploying the National Guard is overkill, don’t you think?

Oklahomans are urged to “stock up on gas and groceries” ahead of the eclipse and are advised to use “multiple forms of communication other than cell phone…

Seriously?

Do you want people to do all this for a solar eclipse that only lasts a few minutes?

In fact, Oklahoma is not the only state issuing such warnings. According to a Newsweek article entitled “Map Shows Warnings for People to Stock Up on Food Ahead of Eclipse,” at least four states have warned their citizens to stock up on food…

At least four states in the path of the eclipse have urged residents to stock up on food ahead of the eclipse. Some officials have already issued disaster statements ahead of the event, and some schools have decided to close, citing student safety.

Texas officials have issued a number of warnings, including that people living in the path of totality should stock up on groceries and gasoline and run errands — such as picking up prescriptions — in the days leading up to the eclipse. The official also urged pet owners to stock up on supplies for their animals.

Just look at what Hays County, Texas officials are telling residents to do…

Parking issues – no parking, parking fees, parking and walking to your destination (please only park in designated areas and not on private property or in areas that pose safety concerns)

Traffic delays and road closures

Long wait times in restaurants (consider cooking at home or bringing a small cooler with prepared food)

Increased traffic jams (pedestrians and vehicles)

Emergency/911 response delay

Interruptions/lack of cellular communication

Higher than normal stress levels and/or short temper.

Credit card ATMs do not work (bring cash).

Why shouldn’t credit card machines work?

And why should the telephone connection be interrupted?

I don’t understand.

Arkansas actually conducted a “live exercise” simulating emergency situations that could occur during the eclipse…

Less than a month before the Great American Solar Eclipse, the Arkansas Department of Emergency Management (ADEM) took the important step of conducting exercises in real time.

This exercise was intended to test ADEM’s response to issues that may arise when visitors flock to Arkansas for the event. ADEM emergency responders and other government agencies investigated possible scenarios including severe weather, traffic, medical emergencies and communications problems.

The exercise included county emergency managers and representatives from the National Weather Service, Arkansas National Guard, Corps of Engineers, Arkansas Hospital Association, Arkansas Wireless Information Network, and the Arkansas departments of Health, Transportation, Energy, Environment and Human Services. .

Personally, I do not expect any major disaster or emergency on the day of the eclipse.

But you never know, I could be wrong.

And, of course, it is inevitable that there will be many more “surprises” this year.

In fact, former US Representative Ron Paul specifically warned about the possibility of a “Black Swan” event in his recent interview with Tucker Carlson…

But this eclipse will be very significant.

The giant “X” over America that started the 2017 Great American Solar Eclipse will culminate in the 2024 Great American Solar Eclipse.

And when the Great American Solar Eclipse passes through our country in 2024, the sun, moon and the other seven planets of our solar system will line up in the sky.

Our entire solar system is literally screaming that this day is important, and you’d think more people would be talking about the completion of the giant “X” right above the New Madrid Fracture Zone.

Unfortunately, most of the population will quickly forget this solar eclipse once it is over, and that is extremely unfortunate.
