And the third principle of self-control is the awareness of complete getting rid of the qualities and programs of the three-dimensional world that were once inherent in you and replacing them with new spontaneous reactions, which are based not on duality, but on unipolar thinking.

This level of awareness carries vibrations already of the Fifth Dimension, which is your goal.

How can you develop such awareness?

Only by carefully observing yourself, analyzing your every action, every thought and emotion as you go.

At first glance, such constant self-analysis may seem ponderous and difficult to implement.

But in fact, you can make it automatic quite quickly using some simple techniques for working with the chakras.

It is the chakras that can become your first assistants in this, but, of course, only if you have already established a connection with them.

Train yourself to “hear” them all the time.

Your main task now is to ensure that everything you do and say sounds at your sixth and seventh chakras.

The sixth chakra is the fourth dimension.

The seventh chakra is the fifth dimension.
