Dear Ones, we urge you to experiment and play with your own energetics. If you intuitively connect with it, what colour is your energy field? What colour is it when you are balanced and embracing the highest energetic level available to you? What can you do to restore it to that ideal level? What colour is any area that might need healing? What colour infusion would bring it relief?

What word or essence would soothe you? Place that word in your energy field. How does that feel? Are you feeling strongly affected by the energies? Do your seed of light, which is simply finding a golden spark in your centre and watching it grow until it expands its golden sparkling light until it is extended arm’s length all around you. Still uncomfortable? Try placing a soft fluffy pink energy all around its edges.

You are the experts of your own energetics. Do not be afraid of them, or feel like you have no control over them. Play! Use your imagination, which is the bridge to the psychic part of your mind. Ask your energy body what it needs to thrive. Mix up your own special energetic blend of light and pour it into your energy body right through your crown.
