UNIVERSAL ONENESS

Mankind’s development invariably passes through individualization, self-realization and self-determination of each individual person. This process is so deeply rooted and alienation between people has reached such proportions, that even those who are in constant communication with each other regard themselves more as being enemies than friends. It is now time for this process of alienation to stop and for development in the opposite direction to start – development towards realization of the universal oneness and brotherhood between people. I would like to emphasize again that I don’t want to give universal recipes. I’m only trying to provoke your thinking on the subject.
There are statements that proclaim that the Universe is an endless chaos with islands of relative order existing only in certain places. I am convinced of the opposite. I think that Life itself would be impossible in an ocean of Chaos. One small self-maintained system wouldn’t be able to resist the destructive influence of the enormous ocean for long. Our Universe is an ordered system with the presence of chaos being allowed only because of its renovating functions – as a destroyer of the already useless and as a necessary negative balance to life’s positive order. Without this potential difference (difference between levels) no movement would be possible, no life would exist. The “Tug-of-war” system cannot exist for long. Only a single-source existence has perspectives provided that it is created of free will.
Often people feel unsatisfied with the life they live and are amazed with conventional values, finding nothing attractive about them. They are amazed by events in life that defy well-known and conventional laws and although they ask themselves about the meaning of life, very few manage to get a fully satisfying answer. They decide upon a motive for living, but are quick to realize that it’s not exactly what they were looking for. All of these problems, and well as many others, derive from a skin-deep apprehension of life, from an unreal notion of reality. Actually man lives and exists in several parallel worlds simultaneously. In the material world, where he is able to comprehend all the events that are happening, he is in fact, totally dependent on the processes running in the other worlds that he cannot perceive with his normal senses. A typical example in this respect is drug addiction. The drugs induce a state that insulates the mind from apprehension of the material world. The free mind comes to rest in some of the higher worlds. In these worlds the pressure of chaos is much less than in the material world and so the sensations there are much more pleasant than those usually experienced. Drug addiction is an escape from reality, from the material world. But I must worn all such fugitives – who are suicidal or who are drug addicts – you have chosen consciously to live your life in the material world, because, as already mentioned, the positive influence of chaos consists of clearing out all that is old and useless. In the other worlds you felt very dirty and so it became clear to you that you could not continue in this way. You chose to live in the material world in order to free yourself from the chains of old thoughts and feelings but this process of cleaning is very slow and painful. That’s why you must be very patient and live your chosen life to its full value.
As I have already mentioned each higher-level world has a much smaller composition of chaos than previous levels, therefore it is much more in order and harmony than the ones before. Everyone feels attracted by the perfection and the much more pleasant sensations and perspectives but the move towards the higher worlds is impossible with the old baggage of prejudices and egoism. So, in order to move onwards, you should manage to adapt yourself to the new reality, then you should be able to enter it.
The more harmonious the world becomes the more complete is the Universal oneness and naturally a selfish individual cannot adapt to this oneness and harmony. That’s why everybody begins in the material world by wishing to rid himself of his disadvantages that oppose him to everything else. Unfortunately the subconscious impulse, motivating life in the material world, is often not enough. The habits and understandings collected during previous lives appear to be decisive and the small problems of life appear to be an insuperable barrier before the will to change.
