The good atmosphere is healthy – you will have less hospital costs. Calm people are much more patient, not just to customers, but also to your temporary problems. People who do their job with pleasure do not constantly watch their watches and do not seduce for working time – it is also very important for them to finish and work without problems.
Almost every team has small souls – intrigants that just come from within to create problems among people. Get rid of such people, no matter how good they are – because you will certainly find it difficult to find the losses they have. Encourage and reward good relationships. Build mutual trust.
Since the last century, there have been remnants of totalitarian upbringing and relationships that existed as norms in other collectives. If anyone has such a tendency, be irreconcilable. Totalitarianism kills a personal initiative and makes workers and employees passive. For example, if there is some minor damage someone can easily remove, no one will move their finger until the technicians come and remove it because they do not pay for it. So you can lose many days in standstill.
It is very important that people who work with customers are radiant and loving. Be concerned about their problems and if you have the option to remove them. Routine can not hide oppression.
A person who does his job with pleasure gives very good quality, not only numbers. I think you understand how important this is.
For a good collective atmosphere, not just good pay is enough. We need mutual tolerance and compatibility. Do not underestimate uncommon communication in the form of banquets and excursions. Hear every opinion and ask for it from each level manager. Do not let anyone be unaware of the problems of your subordinates.
Do not try to solve all of the emerging problems yourself – try to create a team in which all parts are interchangeable and responsible. To do this, give your subordinates as much freedom as you only define the general direction and let everyone decide how to achieve it. Remember, all solutions to the problems have some drawbacks, so do not expect and do not ask the people for the perfect solution. Solutions can be more effective and less effective. You can save time and spend less, but as you say, you do not know when you win, what you lose and vice versa. Trust, not in words, but in deeds, creates such a collective. Trusted trust stimulates responsibility – never forget this. Do not give your mistrust and fears your confidence to stay in words.
Take care of the good qualifications of your subordinates. Make interest in them to learn constantly and to be interested in new things in the industry. Curious man is thinking, therefore, much more useful. Get rid of people – they’re hard to adjust and they’re a serious problem when you change your business. A well trained person is self-confident and this affects all aspects of his work. He always has good mood and condition, and is not permanently suppressed by fear. Do not be afraid that people with self-confidence are harder to manage – make them accomplices.
I guess everyone can say he’s perfectly aware of all this. And in practice? Are not you just theorists, and in your everyday life you do not have time to deal with such “trifles”. Try to realize them and wonder with wonder how great a step forward makes your business.
