Hello, my dear beloved children!

As a continuation of my previous message, today we will talk about how you can learn to determine the vibration level of your own thoughts, emotions and actions.

Most often, you are let down by your spontaneous reactions to everything that happens in your life.

They are the ones who “live” in the third chakra of a person, deeply rooted in his emotional body.

It is no coincidence that your third chakra is located in the area of the so-called “solar plexus”.

Where did this name come from?

Like many things in your language, it carries deep meaning.

The third chakra and its corresponding emotional body are where most of your feelings and emotions related to survival in the 3D world are truly woven, which are based on duality.

And it is “sunny” because all emotions at the level of the third chakra are, as a rule, hot, explosive, fiery, even if they do not break out, but slowly “cook” inside a person.

Therefore, most diseases stem from low-vibration “hot” emotions, which literally “burn” the human body from the inside.

The expression “All diseases come from the head” explains this relationship well.

But in this case, the “head” refers to the lower chakras of a person – from the first to the fifth.

Everything higher – the sixth and seventh chakras, as well as the pineal gland – bring salvation to a person, since their vibrations are already beyond the three-dimensional matrix, which contains the lower chakras and the subtle bodies of people.

Therefore, in order to get rid of illnesses – physical and mental, you need to transform your low-vibrational thoughts, emotions and actions into high-vibrational ones.

Or, in other words, you have to reprogram your dual perception of the world into a unipolar one.

And first of all, it is necessary to bring all the programs embedded in your consciousness, rooted in the third chakra, to the level of the sixth chakra.

And one of the very useful and effective “selves” can help you with this: SELF-EDUCATION, but which will no longer be based on social attitudes imposed on you, but on your own vision of the world, based on your intuition and Divine expediency.
