The Resurrection of Yeshua (Jesus Christ) – Thymus: The Collective of Ascended Masters, Channeled by Daniel Scranton, March 31
“Blessings. We are Thymus. We are the collective of ascended masters.
We are here now to speak to you about resurrection and what it means. It can mean that you die in a body and then come back into that body, as you do every night when you fall asleep. Now, you don’t die every night, but you do leave your body, and remain corded, or attached, to your body while you’re on your journey through the astral plane, and then you come back into your body because you’re still connected to it. But a resurrection doesn’t mean a severing of that cord that connects your soul’s consciousness to your body consciousness and then coming back into that same body.
A resurrection is a transformation, and transformation is what Yeshua was and is all about. Yeshua is here amongst us, in case you were wondering. He is part of this collective and a very beautiful example of what is possible for all of you there in your human physical bodies. You don’t need to die to be reborn. You don’t need to experience a trauma to grow spiritually either. You simply need to remember who you really are and to access that energy, to allow that energy to flow to you and through you, to inhabit a different kind of body, a light body.
And so, when we talk about ascension, we are talking about resurrection and transformation, and that is what Yeshua wanted for himself in that famous lifetime and for all of you. Yeshua wanted other humans to follow in his footsteps, but without the martyrdom, without the crucifixion. Now, he had completed his teachings and completed his mission, and every life that ends ends because the purpose for that life has ended. And so, he chose to check out in a very dramatic way that would lend to all of the speculation of who he really was and is.
He wanted people to see that there is no death, that the consciousness cannot be destroyed, and you cannot destroy an idea either. His teachings still live on, and they live on because of their profundity and because he chose a dramatic end to his ministry. Now, ultimately the resurrection proved that the body is not the only house for the consciousness. There are other bodies. There are lighter bodies, and you all now are transforming yourselves into lighter-bodied beings so that you can have eternal life. Eternal life is something that Yeshua’s modern day followers believe in, and you all who are awake also believe in the eternal nature of the soul.
Now, as your soul, you can inhabit any body you want to, and you are choosing lighter and lighter bodies as you go to represent the evolution of your soul, the evolution of your consciousness, and the direction of your focus, as you focus yourselves into higher and higher states of being, higher and higher vibrations, and you allow yourselves to become your fifth-dimensional higher selves, your resurrected, ascended selves. Remember that you resurrect ever morning when you wake up into your body and you get to decide who you are going to be on that particular day, what that lifetime of those sixteen or so hours is going to be about.
And you will continue to be giving yourselves that choice for all of eternity, and that is something to be happy about. That is something to feel joyous about because there is no end to our experience, and there is no end to what we can explore and discover about ourselves as Source Energy Beings.

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We are taking a multi-pronged approach to helping humanity at this time. We have those of you that we reach directly, like Daniel here, along with those of you we reach indirectly, such as the ones who are receiving this transmission. We also have all who are connecting with us through astral travel, and some of those are in the first two groups as well. We are reaching many individuals who have no interest in us or in any e.t. group through the energies that we transmit through the red giant known as Arcturus itself.
You have the ability to receive from stars, planets, moons, and other celestial beings. You have merely to open up to the energies coming in, as well as the starlight and stardust coming from above, and it is yours. You benefit in so many ways from giving your attention to the stars, because as you do, you are in complete acknowledgement that there is meaning to those lights up there in the night sky. They are not just there to be studied or to be pretty. They have gifts to give every single inhabitant of Mother Earth, and those gifts continue to be given freely and without attachment. We love watching you all grow and benefit from what we are giving you.
We would like for you to know that you can contact us at any time directly, and we will be able to receive your transmission. In order to receive directly from us, you just need to relax and open up. Because as we said, we are transmitting all the time. We are not alone in this either. Many groups of beings from all the star systems you know of and more are transmitting to humanity, to Earth. Many who are nonphysical, like ourselves, and who do not affiliate with any star system are also helping and transmitting.
Letting go of the idea that you have to do it all yourself will help you to open up more. You also can let go of the idea that you’re only going to be helped when e.t.s land their ships and start handing out pieces of technology. This is about consciousness evolution, and one of the ways you evolve your consciousness is by connecting, and connecting with that intention of expanding, of going beyond where you’ve been before.
You have much to share with us and others like us, just as we have much to share with you, and there is so much more going on all the time than your minds can possibly imagine. So when you shut off your minds and you shut off your devices, and you go and look out at the night sky, you are doing so much more than you can possibly imagine. We want you to know that we will step up our transmissions from Arcturus to all of you, regardless of whether you are looking or not.

“Blessings. We are Thymus. We are the collective of ascended masters.
We are not here to tell you what to do. We like to offer teachings, which you can view as suggestions. You can see us as wise, old friends that you can learn something from, and you can benefit from our experience, but we are not here to tell you what to do. We do understand the value of self-reflection, of the inward journey, and we encourage you to move in the direction of your inner self, because we know that many of the answers that you seek arise in the moment that you need that answer, that you need that direction.
They come in a variety of different forms, but do recognize that your spirit guides, the universe, and Source Energy are always communicating with you, always giving you that in the moment feedback that you want and need. And so, you can follow teachings and participate in spiritual practices. You can develop your gifts and abilities, but at the end of the day you’ve got to pay attention to what’s going on inside of you in each and every moment if you are going to live a life of joy, love, peace, freedom, creativity and abundance.
You all want those things, to a certain extent. In one way or another, no matter how you define those things, you all want them. And so, you must listen to what’s going on inside of you in order to know whether or not you’re pointing yourself in the right direction. Now, this also holds true when it comes to the wide array of teachings, predictions, and beliefs that are being handed to you on a silver platter by so many different teachers and gurus out there in the world today. If you do not like someone else’s version of reality, then recognize that you don’t have to adopt it as your own.
Use the feeling test to tell yourself whether you want to adopt that person’s perspective, even if that person is a channeler, and even if they are channeling higher-dimensional beings and collectives. You get decide, and you not only get to decide, but you have to decide, because your life is a choice. Being there was a choice, and you continue to make choices about your lives, and when you listen to your inner guidance you are making the most informed choice you can possibly make. Now, something that felt good yesterday might not feel good today. What changed? You did.
You’re different today than you were yesterday, and so you’ve got to listen to the guidance that coming to you from within, rather than using your mind to tell yourself that if it felt good yesterday, then it must still be good today. That’s not true of food. Something can be good one day and rotten the next. Your outer reality will always be giving you those types of hints and clues as to the bigger truths of your world. Listen up and listen often, because those messages continue to pour in, and you’ve got to make yourselves available to those messages in order to receive them and act upon them accordingly.
You are already doing a wonderful job of this, but you can always go further and deeper, and sometimes you need these reminders, especially when you are living in a time when you are bombarded by so much information and so many different perspectives all the time. Listen to your heart, your gut, your feelings, your instincts, your impulses, and your intuition, and give everyone else the freedom to do the same with themselves and their lives. And you can all live joyously and harmoniously there on Mother Earth.

We are very happy to give you this transmission because we do recognize how much you appreciate progress reports for humanity. We want you to know that from where we sit, and from the perspectives of your souls, you are doing very well there on Earth, and you are making history, setting records and creating all sorts of new universes as a result of what you are living. There are more people present on planet Earth at this time than there has ever been, and that is a remarkable feat because it shows you all how many souls want to incarnate there. That means you must be on an incredible journey, whether you are always acknowledging that or not.
We are here to tell you that you are. It is a remarkable journey where so much is being accomplished and created with your mere presence on the planet and your willingness to live out those lives that you chose for yourselves. We know that you appreciate being acknowledged by the likes of us, but we also know that you don’t always feel so great about being there or about how well you are doing personally. And so, we want you all to know that it is important for you to take on the perspective of your soul. Your soul is not suffering. Your soul is not tainted, and your soul is not damaged, no matter what is going on there with you in your physical body.
Now, your soul is affected by everything that you do, think and say, everything that happens to you, and all the feelings that you feel. Your soul is consciously participating in the life experience but is not worse off for anything that you have lived and never will be. That is simply not possible. If you take on the perspective of your soul, you can begin to appreciate your lives, yourselves, and your journeys in the way that we do.
You can also rest assured that because there are so many of you on the planet right now, there is also a record number of helpers available to the human collective. You can benefit from all the faeries, e.t.s, angelic beings, and ascended masters who are sending love, compassion, and healing to the planet and to its inhabitants. You can benefit from all the asking and all the creating that your fellow humans are doing, humans who are experiencing many more hardships than you are in your life.
And so, this is what we invite you to do. Appreciate yourselves and your journeys, and start to contemplate the help that is coming from above. Start to imagine just how many helpers there are when there are eight billion human beings on the planet. And then start to feel for the incoming energies, and all the help that is coming from all the dimensions, all the star systems, all the realms that you can possibly imagine and then some. Be as excited about your life now as a soul is who is being born into a body, into a baby, in this very moment. It is possible to do so no matter how jaded you sometimes feel, no matter how discouraged you sometimes are.
It is possible to have the perspective of the soul that you truly are and to love every moment of your life on planet Earth. When we tell you that there is a lot happening there, we mean it. When we tell you that a lot more is going to unfold there, we mean it. And when we tell you that you are on an upward spiral and that you are destined to ascend, we mean it.
We are so excited for all of you, even if you are not excited for yourselves, but we do hope that some of our excitement will rub off on you so that you can enjoy the rest of your time there in the fourth dimension, as you ascend into the fifth. These are indeed exciting times for humanity, and you all showed up to be a part of that journey for the collective and for your Mother Earth.

“We are The Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We are always approaching another level of consciousness here in the ninth dimension, and so are you there in the fourth. Every step forward for you is a step up in terms of your vibration and the level of your consciousness. You don’t ever have to worry about regressing, backsliding, or remaining stagnant for that matter, because you are always progressing with each and every breath. Now, you want to understand that your evolution does not have to involve pain and suffering, just as it doesn’t have to involve chaos and cataclysmic events.
You want to understand that you are there to determine how you grow spiritually. You can grow very fast through meditation, but you can also grow by doing something that you love. You can grow spiritually by falling in love. Now, of course, you do set up challenges for yourselves, but those challenges are there to remind you of how strong you are, how powerful you are, how capable you are of overcoming anything. And that is true because you are Source Energy Beings and nothing less.
Therefore, as Source Energy Beings, we invite you to create your experience of your spiritual evolution, and know that nothing outside of you is determining whether or not you evolve spiritually. You can take advantage of an eclipse, a full moon, an equinox, a solstice, or any other event to tune in more to the energies that are always helping you grow and expand, but you don’t have to wait until anything is going to happen in order to experience your spiritual up-leveling of self. You can decide that you are going to become your higher self today, because your desire to do so is so strong and your resistance to achieving that goal is minuscule or nonexistent.
We tell you this because we don’t want you to always feel like you have to wait for the next prediction to come along to tell you that now it is time for you to go to the next level of your consciousness. We also don’t want you to think that you have to go to some far off place and take some plant medicine there in order to grow spiritually. You can grow spiritually because you decide that as an awakened soul, that’s what you want to do. And again, no one can stop you, and you don’t have to wait for anything or anyone in order to take that next giant leap forward for yourself.
It is always nice to look forward to something like an eclipse or some other event that will happen in the skies, because it gives you something to look forward to and get excited about. Ultimately, you will determine what your experience of that event will be for you. And while many others may tell you it’s about this or about that, you will have to decide for yourself what you want to make it about for you. And we promise you, you can take all of the evolution of consciousness that is available to you in a moment that you decide to do so.

“We are here for you. We are The Creators. We are a twelfth-dimensional collective of nonphysical beings, and we are here to help.
You do tend to notice when you are not in alignment with Source. However, you have many different names for that state of being and many different ways of describing it. You are meant to be using the feedback that you are getting from your emotions, from your bodies, and from the conditions of your life to determine whether you are pointing your consciousness in the right direction or not. When you point your consciousness inward and you discover the alignment with Source that you are seeking, everything out there, including the physical and its conditions, tends to be taken care of for you.
But that is a tough sell to humans who have been taught that they manipulate their world through words and actions to get it to conform to their desires, and you are also taught that some people are better at that than others. Now, someone who is in alignment with Source and who has nothing, tends to be happier than someone who is out of alignment with Source and has everything, but that doesn’t mean that you have to give everything up in order to be in alignment with Source. That is something that many people must release because it is a false idea. It is a limiting belief, and many in the new age have taken it on as their truth.
You don’t need to sacrifice anything in order to have anything else. You don’t need to sacrifice material wealth in order to be in alignment with Source. And so, it becomes then an opportunity for you all to look at whether you are giving up your alignment with Source because you think you need to in order to get something that you want that is outside of you.
Now, some of you are wondering at this point what exactly we mean by ‘alignment with Source,’ so we are going to tell you. We are talking about you feeling the way that you want to feel emotionally. We are talking about you operating from the vibration you want to operate from. When you’re focused on that which brings you joy and that which lights you up, you feel in alignment with Source.
When you are focusing on the lack of what you want, or on the reasons why you cannot have what you want, you are out of alignment with Source. When you are focusing on what someone else said to you that hurt your feelings, you are out of alignment with Source, and when you are focused on the beauty of a flower, you are in alignment with Source. Source is that flower, and Source also loves that flower.
And so, you do seek balance in your lives between focusing in a way that puts you into alignment with Source and taking actions that you need and want to take. Ultimately, you want your actions to be inspired from that place of having found your alignment with Source, and then those actions are fruitful. Those actions tend to be an expression of that alignment with Source, instead of a bunch of things that you’re doing to try to get the things that you want. And so, knowing this as you do, any reasonable person would seek out that alignment with Source first, and we know you to be reasonable and logical people.
Therefore, we ask you to consider on a more regular basis whether what you are thinking about or doing is putting you more into that space of alignment with Source. Again, you don’t need to give it up in order to get something outside of you, but you do need to trust that your alignment with Source will bring you everything that you do want. And it will also bring you the inspired ideas that you can then act upon, so that you can joyously take your actions towards those desired outcomes in your lives. We invite you to make this a regular practice throughout your day and to notice how wonderfully your lives change as a result. Very good.

Is Your Technology Taking You to 5D? – The 9D Arcturian Council, Channeled by Daniel Scranton, March 25
“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We are very pleased to see how many of you are using technology appropriately. You can use technology to connect with one another. You can use it to access information, and you can use it to share aspects of yourself to the world. You can be very creative with it, and you can use it to help other people and reach other people who are in need of your help. Those of you who are truly awake are using technology in these positive ways, and you are helping to shift the collective consciousness of all of the various human collectives through your use of technology. Like anything, it is fundamentally neutral, and it can be used in a positive way, but it can also be over-used, abused, and used to promote something that is negative.
Therefore, the use of your technology requires a certain amount of discernment, and you must not rely so heavily on technology that you forget that you have the power to do all of this within yourselves. That is the next step for all of you who are awake. The next step is to recognize that you don’t need a phone in order to communicate to a loved one. It is the recognition that you can download whatever you need and have it available to you at all times.
You are ready to create out of thin air, rather than using a 3D printer to create. You can go even further right now than the current level of technology that you have at your fingertips. And the technology is there to bridge your belief between where you were before you had all of these gadgets and where you are going, which is a place where you will set them aside because you will realize you don’t need them after all.
Why do e.t.s still travel in ships then? That’s an obvious question, and we have an answer. They travel in ships because they like to have an experience of traveling together. They like to co-create with each other. Also, the ships are meant to activate something in the one who is seeing the ship. You are meant to feel closer to full, open extra-terrestrial contact because of your sighting of a ship or ships. And so, they do serve many purposes. Some of the ships are organic; they are beings with higher level consciousness, and they want to carry their friends around. Again, it is to have a group experience, a co-creative event with loved ones.
Some ships are powered by consciousness. They need no fuel source whatsoever. You do not need exterior, external technology when you realize that you are everything and everywhere. You don’t need anything to heal you when you realize you are already healed, but for now different healing modalities and technologies exist to help you to get to that place where you can say once and for all, ‘I am healed, and I know it,’ and really mean it.
You are getting there; you are getting to the place of teleportation, telepathy, telekinesis, even time travel, all without the need for a machine. So you don’t have to worry about the direction you are all headed in right now as a society, because these are just stepping stones to get you to where you are really going, and those of you who are awake perhaps already knew this but needed the reminder. And we are always telling you to put down the device and go outside and this is why. You don’t need the device, but you do need to shift your vibration to a higher level, and being outside, generally speaking, will help you do that.

“We are the Andromedan Council of Light, and we are very excited to be connecting with you.
You are doing wonderfully well, no matter where you are on the planet right now, no matter how it seems like you are doing there in your lives. You are living out a life that has meaning, has value, and that value cannot always be quantified, or even acknowledged, by others. Therefore, you must be able and be willing to acknowledge yourselves. You have so many more gifts within you to discover, and when you see someone else who has a gift that you don’t have yet, you must realize that they are in your life or in your awareness to inspire you, to show you what is possible.
Now, spiritual gifts and abilities can take time to come fruition. They can bubble up to the surface, but they can take much longer than you would like them to to get to the surface. You are aware of your desires, and you are also aware of time, and that awareness of time can sometimes be an impediment for you because you have your timeframe in which you think it is appropriate for a desire to be manifested in your reality. But you never know what the bigger picture is, and that’s why you must trust and you must have faith that whatever it is you desire to experience in your life will come to you, and that holds true especially for spiritual gifts and abilities.
There are so many more than you can even imagine that are within you right now, and you don’t have to try hard to get to them, to make them bubble up to the surface for you. But in actuality, the opposite is true. You have to relax and allow them to come to the surface. Oftentimes, that involves you just being yourself and being true to yourself. It involves you living a life of joy and freedom, and we also want to caution you against holding the belief that your life won’t really start until you access at least one of your spiritual gifts, because that is not true.
You can live a full and satisfying life right now, no matter where you are, no matter what you are doing, by making that choice. You can pat yourself on the back just for being there and having a life experience on Earth, or you can get down on yourself, and wag your finger at yourself, and ask yourself why you haven’t exploded yet in all of the gifts and abilities that you know of and that others have shown you are possible. Which one feels better to you? You must ask yourselves that question, because it is an important question, and it will always be an important question.
Follow the flow of the good feelings in order to experience more good-feeling things out there in your reality. But if you’re waiting for all the good things to show up first so that you can live a joyous life, well then you’re going about it backwards. Think about a child that has fun playing with a stick, or a box, or a rock, and you will see what is possible for you in your life. You can just as easily be satisfied with your ability to breathe consciously as you can be by some spiritual gift or ability that you haven’t accessed yet.
And when you are fascinated by your ability to close your eyes and take a conscious breath, you will see just how much you can get out of that simple experience. It may be simple, but it is profound and it can be life altering. And the more you do it, the more you will discover in terms of what is possible for you. Taking small steps, one at a time, lead to a much longer journey, and they will lead to you to everything that you want, if you trust that all it takes is for you to keep going. But if you believe that you must make these giant leaps, and that it must be one giant leap after another, then you’ll be stuck waiting for the first giant leap to occur.
Do yourselves a favor if you want to access more of your spiritual gifts and abilities. Just tune in to what’s going on in your heart, and do it often, and do it for as long as you can. We promise you that everything that you want is contained within that space, and we know that each and every one of you has the ability to focus there, but you have to demonstrate it to yourselves first. We see more and more people doing this all the time, and we see the results in their lives, and we want all of you who receive this message from us to also experience those wonderful results.

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We are destined to experience that homecoming, that return to Source, that is inevitable for all beings in all times and all places throughout this universe. This is what ascension is essentially about. It is about getting closer to home. You have the ability to bring yourself closer to Source, all day, every day. You do not have to wait for anything to happen that would make it easier for you to experience Source as your true self, as an aspect of you that exists within your very being-ness. In fact, for some humans the path has been to go as far away from Source as they possibly could with their consciousness so that the snapping back would feel so much more exciting and life-affirming.
To give oneself the experience of complete ecstasy, sometimes, in some universes, like ours, great pain and suffering is a part of that journey. Everything that you feel consciously brings you to a place where you can feel everything, and that includes the heights of ecstasy. You can get there without the help of anyone or anything. You don’t have to wait for some beautiful person, or beautiful e.t., to come into your life to assist you with getting there. You just have to acknowledge that everything exists inside of you, and as you put your attention on your inner realm, you can feel for the potential that exists within you to be in a state of complete alignment with Source. Nothing and no one is stopping you from that.
We know that people talk about the bad ones out there who are trying to prevent ascension from occurring, but we wonder if those same people are going within to feel for what ascension is all about right now in their very bodies. All of that you can read about online is a distraction from what exists inside each and every one of us. The Source Energy portal is there within every being and every collective, and you can tap in to it right now by focusing on the center of your heart and focusing on your breathing. Sometimes there are blockages there; we know this. And many of you have felt those blockages as well, but the only way to get past those blockages is to go right through them, and you can do it with your focus, with your intention, with directing your consciousness to the very center of your heart.
It’s all there, everything you could ever want and everything you could ever have that also exists outside of you, including every experience with every other being. Give yourselves the experience of ascension right now, and then you will be waiting for nothing. You will be in a timeless realm where everything is possible, where you are everything.
There is so much more for you to tap in to, and sometimes you just need the right nudging at the right time to go to the right place, and the right place, right now, for all of you, is within. Go to the center of your heart; feel for the love that is there. Know that it is the true you, and see how much of it you can feel and expand out to all corners of this beautiful universe of ours.

This is a glorious time for humanity because you have access to so much. So many individuals have tapped in to so much nonphysical consciousness that you do have more teachings available to you. You do have more tools, more tricks and more techniques to utilize in the creation of your experience of your reality.
Now, there is a key component that not all of these teachers from the nonphysical are talking about that we would like to address here. When you exhibit the trait of patience, you are in that moment letting go of your attachment to what you want to create and experience. And therefore, patience will cause what you want to experience to come more quickly to you. Now, you can be eager and excited and patient all at the same time. And when you add the eagerness and the excitement, you do also accelerate the manifestation into your reality. However, patience is the key because when you have patience, it is like telling the universe, ‘I trust that it’s coming, and I accept the perfect timing of it.’
When you don’t have as much patience as is required, then you experience doubt, and then you worry about whether you did the right technique for manifestation. You might also wonder if you have some blockages or some bad karma that’s keeping it from coming to you. All doubt and all worry slow down the manifestation process. Two other states of being will speed it up for you. One is love, and love speeds up the manifestation process because love is your natural state. It is our natural state.
Joy is the other state of being that will help you in manifesting more quickly what it is that you desire. When you are experiencing joy, you are saying to the universe, ‘I have everything that I need right now to be my whole and full self,’ and it is that energy that is abundance. That energy is in alignment with abundance. And what you want to manifest is an abundance of your desired reality. You want to manifest what is in that desired reality. So you are asking the universe for more, and when you match the vibration of abundance, you get more.
When you are thinking about the fact that what you want to manifest hasn’t arrived yet, you are in the vibration of lack, and you will experience more lack as a result. You get what you focus upon. You have undoubtedly heard that expression before, which is really a truth. It is a truth with a capital ’T’ in this universe of ours. We invite you to get excited about even knowing that you are manifesting your reality at all times. We invite you to get excited in knowing that everything you have ever wanted is already yours. We invite you to get excited about experiencing yourself as being one with your desired manifestations.
We want you to feel more whole and complete as you are, and these manifestations that you desire don’t make you feel more whole and complete. But rather, they reflect to you the wholeness and the completeness of your nature, your true nature. And so, we desire for you what you desire for you, because we know that you will get it when you become more of your whole, natural self. And we know that we can contribute to those teachings that you have received by reminding you of these truths as often as we possibly can.

“We are here for you. We are The Creators. We are a twelfth-dimensional collective of nonphysical beings, and we are here to help.
We know that there is much confusion there on planet Earth about a great many topics. You have been swimming in a sea of confusion for quite some time there as a collective consciousness, and it is time for you to get more clear about your lives and what they are about. It is time for you to get more clear about how to navigate your lives. Many of you wonder what you are doing there and what you are supposed to do while you are there, and we want to assure you that you do have free will and that you are there by choice. We also want you to know that you do get to choose what your lives are going to be about after you arrive.
And you live some of what your lives have been about up until your awakening point. Once you awaken, you get to throw off the shackles of what was your life when you stepped into it. You can of course look at a lifetime as already existing before you incarnate into the body that you did incarnate into. You obviously had a set of parents with a socioeconomic status and jobs. You had a place where you lived, a neighborhood, people that were likely to be your friends and your teachers. You started down a path of having certain strengths and having other things that you didn’t feel you were so good at, but then at some point in your life you obviously awakened.
And now, you must realize that you are not there to just live out a set of pre-determined circumstances. You are a creator, and you are there to create the experience of self and of life that you want to create. Now yes, you awaken and you are still saddled with the beliefs, the the experiences, the traumas, the stuck emotions, and so on, that you had prior to that awakening. And so, you began the stripping away process that would ultimately reveal to you who and what you really are as a being of unconditional love. And now that you know that you are a Source Energy Being and that you are comprised of nothing but love, you do get to choose what you experience.
You do get to jump to the timeline that you want to be on, and you will be living out a purpose of being awake and ascending in this lifetime. You will help others along the way. It is inevitable, but the help that you offer will come from a place of joy. It will come from you doing what you most want to do, and it will not come because you felt obligated to do something in order to be a good person by someone else’s standards, or by your own standards. And so, you can trust that by following the path of joy and jumping to the timeline that you desire, you will also be given opportunities to be of great service to others.
And you will be of greater service to others when you are in the vibration of joy. You can do so much more for them from that place than you can from a place of guilt and obligation. You’re not doing anyone any good by trying to be a good person and doing what you think you should be doing in order to satisfy that goal you have of being a good person.
You hear these expressions often, and sometimes they seem very trite to you, but we are going to say them to you anyway. Follow your heart. Follow your joy. Follow the feeling. Listen to your internal guidance and do what you love, and we promise you that you will be doing so much more for humanity when you do follow those simple teachings, because you will be operating from a higher vibration and because you will be setting such a good example to others of how they can live in that vibration of joy, peace, love, freedom and creativity. We have been instructing all of you for quite some time in the astral plane, and we have specifically been giving you guidance as to how to jump timelines. We know that you have heard of jumping timelines before, and we also know that you perhaps believed that you had to jump timelines with the entire human collective going to the new timeline with you. But that is not the case because there is a version of the human collective on every timeline.
Therefore, you don’t have to wait until everyone else is ready there on Earth to have an experience yourself of what you want, even if that experience involves all other humans. An experience like peace on Earth, or an experience like a mass landing of spaceships are two examples of global events that you can have at any time. And again, that is because when you personally jump a timeline, you go to a different reality where there is already a human collective that is also vibrating at that same frequency to have that global experience with you.
And so, we mentioned that the equinox energies are there to assist you and allow you to jump timelines, but we want you to know that there are an infinite number of timelines to choose from, and we also wanted to assure you that you don’t have to wait for everyone else to be ready the timeline that you want to experience. Now is the time to get crystal clear about what you want to experience on your new timeline. Tell the universe and your guides. Tell your higher self, and tell them all out loud. And then match those words with your vibration. Align with your new timeline.
And again, you don’t have to feel bad about leaving your old timeline behind and the human collective that exists on that timeline, because you can renew, refresh, and restart that timeline as you are leaving. Your intentions are so powerful, and as you hold that intention to not abandon anyone, then that will be your experience. You will not be abandoning anyone, because another aspect of your soul will still be there on that timeline helping, serving, doing all the things that you want to do to live a life of purpose.
And so, do not feel guilty about jumping to a better timeline, because you are setting a good example to everyone else and showing them how it’s done. You are adding something to the collective consciousness of all humans on all timelines that everyone will benefit from, because anyone and everyone can tap in to that template.
You are doing such amazing work on yourselves and doing so much for all of humanity by being awake, and you get to experience the relationships, the prosperity, the health and well-being that you want, and then you will teach others how to jump timelines, because you will have successfully done it and felt the difference on the new timeline. And as we said before, these energies that are coming in for the equinox will be helping you always to jump timelines. And so, everyone will be able to benefit from these energies at some point, and you will always be able to help the entire human collective, no matter where you are.

You can add something to what you are jumping from as you are jumping to that which is a better reality for you and for all who will share that reality with you. A timeline is nothing more than a series of realities strung together where there is a logical cause and effect. You are the cause. You are the prime mover. Now normally you would not then think about the timeline that you just left, but because so many of you are beings of service and want to have such a positive impact on your world, you are being given that opportunity to refresh, to essentially restart the timeline you are currently a part of before shifting away from it.
Now, how would you do this, you might wonder? Well, the first thing you want to do is open up and receive the equinox energies. Relax, know that you are one giant receptor at this time, and know that the equinox energies are coming. They are coming for you, for your best use. And then choose with that conscious mind of yours which timeline you would like to be on.
Choose a timeline with more peace, more prosperity, more fairness, with all of the manifestations that you want for living a life of joy and freedom, a life of abundance. Choose a timeline where you can let go of your past that seems to be holding you back, and that includes your past lives, your ancestors and their karma. You can leave all of it behind, and we suggest that you do because you have this opportunity that will always be there. There is no window here.
The window will be flung wide open and it will stay open, because you are all receiving help now that is eternal and not temporary. You are not there to just receive a quick fix or a boost. You are there now to be transformed and to transform, and you deserve all the help that you are getting. We are very happy to assist all of you in all of the ways that we can. We often do invite you to ask us for help regarding specific issues and challenges that you are facing in your lives, and we absolutely do want you to ask us for help. But we also know that in the asking for help, you are in that moment acknowledging that help does exist. And so, it is in the asking that you open up more to receive what it is that you are asking for. You open up to the help that is already there, already being offered by us, your guides, and so many other helpers that you have working on your behalf twenty four hours a day. Remember that none of us can do it for you, but we can assist you.
We can make it easier for you to get what you want and get to where you are going by holding space, by nudging you in a particular direction, by giving you an activation or an upgrade that will make whatever it is that is blocking you from being where you want to be that much more of a loud, obnoxious noise in your experience. In other words, all the upgrades and all the activations are helping you to single out the resistance, the blockage, the belief that is inside of you so that you can release it.
You are doing it all yourselves, however. Help is there to support you, to guide you, to love you, and to hold space for you, and it is always there, and it is there from so many beings that we wouldn’t want to number all of them right now in this transmission. Some of you have more helpers than others because you’re facing more challenges, but all of you have a tremendous amount of assistance, and when you relax and unclench, and open up and let it all in, it comes flooding in. It’s not just coming from one specific place, or one specific star system or one specific being or collective. You have more help than you could possibly imagine coming your way, so you can relax.
You can look for opportunities to experience joy, and you can appreciate the life that you have already created. You can appreciate all that you can with your five senses and more. You can rest in the knowing that more is always coming. More energies will always be coming in to support you, and more manifestations will always be coming because you’ve created them and they are yours, and it is inevitable for you to experience those creations.
Now, we can help you speed up the time that it takes for you to manifest something by reminding you that how you feel matters and by reminding you that it is inevitable that you experience what you’ve created. We can help you to manifest everything more quickly by reminding you of all of the help that you have and by pointing out that joy is the path. You are not on a path to joy and joyous experiences and circumstances, but rather the path is created with joy, and when you are in joy you stay on the path. You continue to make the journey forward, a journey that you are destined to be on.
You all not only have a tremendous amount of help, but you also have a tremendous amount ahead of you. You have so much that you have yet to experience on that Earth in those physical bodies. You don’t just have to wait until you are on the fifth-dimensional Earth with a light body. That is not the only time for you to be in a state of joy, to be surrounded by love. That is not the only time when you will experience ultimate freedom, wisdom and confidence. All of those vibrations are available to you right now, and all of your helpers are showering you with those vibrations in the hopes that you will relax enough to let them in and feel them run through your physical body.
This is why we encourage you to get out and enjoy Mother Earth and Mother Nature. We know that they put you at ease and that you are more likely to open up when you get away from all the thought forms and all the energies in your homes. We encourage you to let all of this sink in, and then let all of the help that is coming your way enter into your energy field, your chakras, your cells and your DNA, and you will feel transformed in the moment that you do.

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We are quite certain that you are ascending at an appropriate pace. We know that many of you would like to get to the fifth dimension as quickly as possible, and some of you would even like to go all the way back to Source as quickly as you possibly can, but that is not the point of all of this. The point of all of this is to have experiences. The experiences you have stimulate growth, which then put you on a higher-vibrational plane of existence. You ascend because you experience. Therefore, do not believe for a moment that you are meant to skip over a bunch of experiences just to get to where you are going. That would be defeating the purpose of doing all of this in the first place.
If you want to get to the fifth dimension more quickly, then ask yourself why. Ask yourself, ‘What is it that I am trying to avoid in the fourth dimension? What is it I am trying to escape from?’ When you have the answers to those questions, you will have the keys to your spiritual evolution, because you will then know what you are there at this time to release your resistance to. You will know what you are there to heal, to forgive, to have compassion for, and to love unconditionally. Doing those things is what put you in a higher-vibrational state, and ascension is about moving from a lower-vibrational state to a higher-vibrational state. This is how you do it. This is what is required.
Now, some of you are not thinking so much about ascension as you are your own personal lives and the types of experiences you would like to have in your personal lives, and many of you have that same feeling. You want things to come now. You want to be in that relationship now. You want to be healthy now. Embrace the journey; recognize that there is so much more to experience along the way of the journey that you are on, and interestingly enough, when you do that, you complete the journey more quickly.
Whatever your current set of circumstances that you are in forces you to face, that’s what you are meant to face. Maybe you need a limitation of some kind to get you to go within more, to get you to focus, to feel, to meditate. Doing all of those own things are their own reward, but you do get other rewards from doing them as well. You don’t want to receive everything that you’ve created all at once; it would be overwhelming. But there are experiences that you can have today, right now, that you once dreamt of when you were a child, or when you were an adult, but were a younger adult than you are now. Remember that everything that you have manifested in your life right now was once a desired experience for you. Experience it. Love what is. Feel the joy in what is right in front of you right now, and you can ascend your consciousness to a fifth-dimensional frequency in this very moment.
And even though you might not complete the shift in this very moment, you will have gotten the most out of the moment. And that’s what savoring is all about. That’s what enjoying the journey is all about. There is so much more for you to experience in joy and in the state of being of love, and all you have to do is slow down enough to look around at the environment you are currently in, so that you can have those experiences, and you can feel those emotions. To breathe your way into a state of ecstasy right now is so empowering, and yet how many of you even consider doing it at any point in your day. That is something we would like for you to ask yourselves, and we want you to know that we tell you this because we love you, and we want to see you in a state of bliss, in a state of ecstasy. We know you have the ability to get there, and we just wanted to give you this little encouragement to do so.

We are always very happy to encourage you to move towards that which is interesting and invigorating to you. We know that there are lots of things on Earth that you have to do just to maintain your bodies, your vehicles and your homes. And then there are the things that you truly want to do. There are the moments that you savor, the experiences that you crave more of, and we will always recommend that you make yourself available to as many of those as you possibly can. We know that there is great value in you having to face your chores, your obligations, and the things that you feel you need to do in order to maintain your health and well-being, but you need to make time for yourselves for the things that you would do all day everyday if you could.
You need to prioritize them because being in a higher-vibrational state is necessary for those of you who have signed up to be lightworkers, to be awake. You need to offer that higher vibration in order to ground in the energies that are coming in and in order to be of service to your fellow humans. We know that you sometimes find it difficult to make time for yourselves and for your true desires, but do not be afraid to ask those in your life to make room for you and for your needs to be met. You are not just there to be in service or to be a martyr; you are there to enjoy the journey of your ascension, and you know what you need to give yourselves in order to do that.
You know that you are love and that throughout the course of your life, you will at times be challenged to be the love that you truly are in spite of certain circumstances. You know that is a part of your experience, but you also know that you love the things that you love for a reason. You love doing certain things because doing them is also a part of your becoming who you really are. You must allow yourselves to be you completely.
Do not try to fit into anyone else’s box, whether they are a family member, whether it is society as a whole, or whether it is a spiritual teacher who is telling that you need to do this or that in order to be more spiritual. Many people are living lives right now that are not their own; they are living lives that are not the lives of their choosing. And that is more than just unfortunate. That is detrimental to the living fully that needs to happen for each individual in order for each individual to be themselves, to fit in the role that they agreed to play.
You also need to know that sometimes your beliefs are what block you from doing what you truly want to do, and those beliefs were by and large handed down to you by someone else. You did not create them; you took them on, and you sometimes need to test the validity of them by taking a leap of faith, by moving towards something that may seem like it is a pipe dream.
Please allow yourselves the freedom to choose, because the living of your lives has gotten you to this point where you have developed clear preferences, clear desires. Follow through with them and you will be able to allow more love to flow through you, especially in those circumstances where you are being called upon to be the love in the face of that which is appearing to not be love. We know that some of you just needed this encouragement today, and we hope that you are going to take us up on our offer to support you in doing what you love.

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We are very impressed with the way that humanity continues to evolve, continues to grow spiritually, and we continue to look for all the various ways in which you are improving yourselves and becoming your fifth-dimensional higher selves. One of the ways that you do this is by focusing within yourself and looking for that which is good, that which is love and light, when there is something going on outside of you that is not to your liking. When you know that looking at a particular problem, or certain information, is going to bring you down, and then you choose not to look in that direction, and instead you choose to feel for the truth of who you really are, you grow. You become more of your true self.
You demonstrate to all who are paying any attention that you know you are unconditional love. You can be the love that you truly are in any and all circumstances and conditions. You don’t need to wait until there is someone standing in front of you who is lovable to get you to that place. You don’t need to wait until some cute, furry animal crosses your path to feel that love inside of you. You definitely don’t have to wait until love is being showered upon you before you feel it. Trust us when we say that love is constantly being showered upon you, but you don’t always feel it.
You’re not aware of how much love there is for you most of the time, and yet you can still go within and find that love at the portal to Source that exists at the center of your heart, and you can do that no matter what’s going on in the outside world. Anything that you want to be happening in your life that isn’t happening is not an impediment to you being the love that you truly are. Anything that you are experiencing in your life that is an issue, a problem, anything that is troubling to you, none of those things are a good enough reason for you to take your attention off of the truth of who you really are as unconditional love. When you come across some upsetting news, some world event that could get all of your attention and that could bring you down, you must choose love over fear, worry, or sadness. When you are choosing love, you are also choosing compassion.
And so, if something truly bad is happening out there to other people and you become aware of it, you don’t have to turn away, not completely. You can feel your compassion and send your love without making it the new topic that you are following obsessively on your phone or computer. You can be aware of problems that are going on in the outside world and still live your life without letting those problems consume you. If the amount of plastic that is currently in your oceans was on your mind constantly as you went about your day on dry land, you would have a hard time living your life joyously or contributing anything to society, because you would be in that lower vibration that focusing on that particular issue is sure to put you in.
And so, you must take care of yourselves if you are going to be of value. If you are going to be of service to others, you must take care of your vibration so that every person you meet throughout your day is uplifted by you and your presence. Someone you know in your life right now might be mourning. They might be going through the hardest thing they’ve ever had to go through, and you can still be there for that person without going there vibrationally with them. You don’t have to try to cheer them up or convince them that there is a better way of looking at the situation or thinking about it. You can allow someone else to be in their sadness without joining them in that sadness.
Your compassion can come from a place of just feeling okay, because certainly having a lot of sad people around you could bring you down, and you just have to ask yourself the question of, ‘Is it really going to help them if I join them in their sadness?’ You can do more good for those around you who are suffering by not suffering, because you will subtly and unconsciously be sending them an invitation to join you in a better feeling place.
The world needs balance. And so, if one person is sad, there has to be another person who is happy. The happy feeling person doesn’t have to feel guilty that they too are not sad, because they will have their turn to be sad. Everyone will get the opportunity to feel everything at some point in their lives. And once you all do feel everything there on Earth, then you have the capacity to choose.
If there is something going on in your life right now, or in the world outside of you, that could get your attention and could cause you to worry about it, you have to ask yourself whether worrying about it has ever helped. You certainly can think of instances in your life when not thinking about the problem has been precisely what was needed to bring the solution. Remember that the next time you start to go down a road that would take you to a lower-vibrational place, and remember that you always have a choice, especially on a world like Earth where there are so many choices. We support you no matter what you choose, and yet we always invite you to the light, to the love that you truly are, and we nudge you in the direction of joy.

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We are always looking for just the right frequency to have the desired effect on humanity or on beings from some other world in our galaxy. The type of precision it takes to find just the right frequency is a skill that we hone all the time here in the ninth dimension. As beings who primarily feel, we have become quite attuned to the different levels of vibration, which we refer to as frequencies. And by finding just the right frequency, we can make the impact that we desire to make on all of you and all the others that we serve.
You have the same ability within you, and we suggest that you use it. Use this ability to help others and to manifest what you need to live the life you want to live there on Earth. In the past, you may have taken a very mental approach to finding the right frequency. You might want to know what the Herz is of that frequency, or you might try visualization, mantras, other ways of thinking positively to put you in just right frequency, and that is all good, and it will get you to a certain point. But we know that you are ready to go beyond the limitations of the mind and step into the limitless realm of the heart, which is your main point through which all feelings are experienced.
Therefore, as you tune in more to your heart and to what you are feeling, you will be able to fine tune the frequency that you are offering. And therefore, you can make the impact that you want to make. More importantly, you can go to the reality that you want to experience that is a match to that frequency. This is something all humans have the ability to do, but you are taught from a very young age that your actions matter more and that how much you learn in school is of paramount importance. However, very few are taught about the importance of their feelings and their ability to conjure up a vibration with intention and focus.
But now as adults, you have this information. You know that you can dive deeply into your heartspace and find everything and everyone that you are looking for, even those who are deceased. Now, what will it take to get you to actually do it? Usually, you do it when thought, word and action fall short of accomplishing a goal that you have for yourself or for humanity. When you are trying so hard to help someone else, but you just can’t seem to find just the right combination of words and actions to do so, you might then turn to sending love from your heart.
Find the frequency and you find everything that you desire, that you want to feel, that you want to experience. You find the world you want to create and live in and the people you want to live amongst in that world, but you must be willing to get out of your head long enough to feel into that heart center for all that it contains. And as soon as you do, you will feel more grounded and expansive at the same time; you will feel more infinite and eternal. And you will know that you have unlocked everything that you haven’t had access to previously. Now is a wonderful time to do this as everything is moving faster than it ever has before there on planet Earth.

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We are always excited to see what you will do next there on Earth to further your spiritual evolution. You have your individuals journeys, of course, and you have your journeys as a collective of humanity. When you see things going on out there in the world, in other countries, in other places, that do not seem to affect you personally, know that they are affecting the human collective consciousness, and therefore, they are affecting you.
When you recognize that you are there to exude love, you are there to help and to heal, then knowledge of what’s going on and where can help you to point your love and your healing energy in the right direction. You know that it is necessary to meditate more on peace when a new war breaks out, for example. When you look at your own lives and what is going on within them, or what isn’t happening that you want to happen, this is also a way for you to go deeper with your level of awareness about what you need and what is needed from you.
Other people in your life might be acting out in ways that are troubling to you, and then you know that the person or people who are acting out need more love sent their way. They are acting out because of an unprocessed emotion, because of an unreleased trauma, and when you see it that way, you know that you are being called upon to offer what is needed in that moment. Otherwise, they either wouldn’t be in your life or they would be living happily ever after in your presence.
We know that being the caretaker for the other people in your life and for the rest of humanity is a tall order, but we also know that those of you who are awake are always looking for opportunities to be of greater service. Now, you being of greater service does not have to mean that you are going out and starting a foundation to save the whales, for instance. It doesn’t have to mean to that you are going out on an international speaking tour where your objective is to enlighten and uplift. As you look around at what’s going on in your world and in your personal life, you can find all the opportunities that you could ever want to show up, to radiate love, to send healing and peace to where it is needed.
Again, it seems like a tall order, but if you were not up for it, you would not have chosen to incarnate on Earth at this time, and you would not have awakened before the majority of the population. The amount of kindness, love and compassion you show to your fellow humans determines how awake you are. It is not about what you know intellectually. It is not about having inside information about what’s really going on with the government and the cabal groups. It is about showing up as the light in the face of all darkness that is there on planet Earth at this time. It is about what you feel and what you do about what you feel. So we recommend spending more time focusing on how you feel and on what is needed out there in the world around you. That is the best way for you to know yourselves as the beings of love and light that you truly are.

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We are awakening within you certain experiences that you have had in other parts of the galaxy, because of the vibration that we are operating at and because of the energies we are sending to all of you. You also get your DNA activated by these transmissions, and you become closer to your higher selves. We don’t want to take too much credit for all of these things, but we do want you to recognize that what you expose yourself to, in terms of energy, vibration and information, matters.
You want to be very discerning about what energies you are giving your attention to, and you want to ask yourself whether you feel good after giving those energies your attention, or whether you feel not so good. Those need to be the criteria by which you are determining whether to give something your attention. There is plenty of information out there that is very third dimensional in its orientation and its frequency. Anything that is telling you that this or that needs to be defeated is what keeps humans focusing on violence, aggression, and keeps you embroiled in wars.
Any anger that you feel, and any resistance that you have to others, no matter what group they are a part of, contributes to the creation of the reality of your world. And if you see violence, hatred, wars, and bombs being dropped around you then you know you have some things active within you that you don’t want to have active. We give you this because we continue to see how others are putting out information about what you need to fear, push against, or at least know is out there and needs to be defeated in some way.
We are talking about every aspect of your lives now, anything at all that you might be pushing against, no matter how small it seems to you, is something that you need to accept. Again, notice how you feel when someone is telling you about the dark ones and what they are doing in the shadows, and what is going to happen as a result. And even if they are telling you that someone else is going to ride in on a white horse and save humanity, it is still disempowering to you as an individual.
So pay attention to how you feel when you take in that information that is about separation instead of integration. You integrate with love, with forgiveness, with acceptance, and with compassion. You help humanity by offering healing, and if you are getting triggered by some of this information that comes across your consciousness, you know you have something to heal within yourself. There is plenty that all humans are still healing right now, which is why you still are where you are right now. As much as you just want to get to the fifth dimension and get it over once and for all, you have to admit that you still have energies inside of you that are holding you back from taking that final step.
The dark and the light exist within each and every one of us, and if we are focusing on defeating the dark out there, then we are focusing on defeating the dark in ourselves, and we are not whole and complete without that aspect of ourselves. And so, we invite you again to pay attention to how everything feels inside of you and what your reaction to pieces of information is, because you are the ones who need to determine what you put your attention on. You are the only ones who can make that decision for yourselves.

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We are always interested in how the energies are affecting you in any given moment. And as you know, there are more energies than ever that are affecting you as an individual, that are affecting the human collective and that affect Mother Earth. You are swimming in a sea of energies all the time, and sometimes certain energies get amplified because they have greater significance to that particular moment for humanity, and when you go through something as a collective that affects you, there are more energies sent to support you.
Think of how an energy healer works. They have someone who comes to them with some sort of physical or emotional ailment, and the energy healer taps in to the energies that will best assist the person who has come to them. The person with the ailments is the one who summoned the energies in the first place, but they have not been able to receive those energies themselves. So the healer is called upon to act as the conduit. That’s what you are all doing for humanity, for yourselves, and for Mother Earth.
You are the conduits for all the energies that have been summoned because you are open, sensitive, and you are taking care of yourselves enough to be able to let those energies run through your physical bodies. This can be taxing on the average lightworker, and so you are constantly being called upon to be an above average lightworker. You need to take care of yourselves by hydrating, by clearing your negative emotions and negative thoughts. You need to rest, to meditate, and to spend time in nature. You to take care of your relationships and eat well, and when you do all of that, the reward is a healthier you.
And also, by running those energies through your physical body, you get more to play with. You get to enjoy the ride that everyone there on Earth is taking to the fifth dimension with a sneak preview of what everyone will be experiencing at the completion of the shift. If you are receiving this message, then yes you are a lightworker, and yes you have been called upon to be an above average one. It doesn’t have to be any more complicated than that. Take care of yourselves, and be the conduits for the higher-frequency energies that are coming in and that are all around you, and you will lead a happy and healthy life.
You will also be of service to everyone else there on Earth, whether they know it or not. And while you may not win any awards for being conduits of high-frequency energies, you will get to feel those energies first, and you will get recognize what is being created for humanity on the physical level, because as we said, the energies are just the sneak preview of what is to come, and there is so much more to come for humanity, even in the fourth dimension. So don’t worry about which future you are all headed for; trust that you are on an ascension journey, and therefore all of planet Earth is on an upward spiral, and know that there is a plan for everything to work out for everyone. You are a key component in that plan. Remember that, and honor yourselves as the above average lightworkers that you truly are.

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We are always looking at the positives when it comes to humanity and your spiritual evolution, and that allows us to be a positive force in your lives. If we were to shine a spotlight on what is negative and happening there on Earth, we would only drag you down vibrationally and energetically. We would cause you to focus on the negative in your own lives, and you would begin to see things as negative that were not. In other words, people who are awake spiritually have very open minds, and when your minds are open, you can let a lot in. Some of what you let in will be very good, very empowering, very life-affirming, and some of what you let in will lead you down a path that you don’t want to go down.
Therefore, we remain positively focused, and we suggest that you do the same. Look for the things that are going right in your life and in the world outside of you, and let go of thoughts that are fear-based, worries about things that may never happen, and even concerns, because they do not serve you. Your minds like having problems to solve, and your egos like having enemies to fight against, but if you continue to operate as mind-oriented egos, you will not raise the level of your consciousness, and you will not become your higher selves easily and effortlessly. It will be a painful process because you’re just picking up more along your path that shrouds you from the truth of who you really are as Source Energy Beings, as creators, as love.
What you are focusing upon is what you become. What you push against, you vibrate in harmony with. You don’t defeat it; you are not there to defeat anything. And we know that is hard for many people to hear because once you become aware of something terrible that’s going on there on Earth, how can you then turn away from it and pretend that it doesn’t exists? Well, you don’t have to do those things. You can send love; you can offer healing; you can have compassion for all who are involved. You can be the light that you are and that you are meant to shine on Earth and everyone there.
When you align with higher-dimensional beings who are offering a higher vibration, as we are, you get to experience what it is like to align with those energies, and then you have to choose. You’re making choices all day every day. You are choosing not only what you eat and what you wear, but also how you think and how you vibrate. Those become more conscious choices when you awaken, and those of you who are awake must realize that you do have the ability to choose and to choose consciously. You do have the ability to focus on the positive, not because you are in denial of the existence of the negative, but because the positive is what you choose for yourself and for others.
Remember that those who are experiencing something negative are all being given an opportunity to grow spiritually from that, and hopefully that can help you to make peace with all that is on your world today and that is inherently negative. We want you to feel your feelings, regardless of whether they are positive emotions or negative emotions, but you don’t have to let the negative emotions consume you. You can see them as an experience you are having in the moment and one that will pass quickly if you allow it to.
Once the mind gets involved, you perpetuate the negative emotion by adding a story to it, by adding an enemy, someone that you must push against and/or defeat. Stop doing that, and just feel the emotion, and you will get past it. And when you do, the positive emotions are more available to you than ever before, because you are unblocked. And when you are in the flow and unblocked, you are in the flow with all of the positive forces that are pushing all of us up into higher-vibrational realms.

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We are very enthusiastic about humanity’s ascension because we know that it is guaranteed. We have no doubt, no worry, and only certainty that you are ascending and that you will complete the ascension. There is a lot that you still have yet to experience as fourth-dimensional beings, which is why you are still there. As you embrace every experience as it comes your way, you make it easier for yourselves to ascend. And anything that you resist you will need to continue to experience until you make peace with it.
Making peace with everything as it is sounds like it is not such a big deal. It sounds like small potatoes in comparison to the ascension of your consciousness into an entirely new dimension, but ask yourself the question of whether you can do that right now, and be honest with yourself when you get your answer. Can you make peace with everything in your life and all the people in your life? Can you make peace with the world and everything that’s happening in the world? Can you make peace with the fact that other people think and believe differently than you do?
That is your work. You know when you are not at peace because of your thoughts, your feelings, and your judgments; those are your clues as to what you have to work on next. And for some of you, those clues have been popping up for decades, but you didn’t know it was your work to make peace with those things. Perhaps you thought it was your work to change those things. As soon as you find yourself asking someone else to change for you, that’s when you know that you haven’t made peace with this person and how they are and what they are saying, thinking and feeling.
Now, how do you do it? How do you get to that place? Well, first of all, it is very good for you to acknowledge that everything serves a purpose just as it is. It is very good for you to acknowledge that everything is serving Source just as it is. If Source approves of everything as it is and everyone as they are, and your ascension is about going home to Source and becoming one with Source, which it is, then you must be seeking to understand how it all is perfect just as it is.
Then you can drop your resistance; then you can stop being triggered. Then you can be at peace and live with that knowing that everything is all right and it’s getting better. You can trust that, you can have faith in that, you can believe and know that, because it is true. If everything is Source and everything is happening within Source, then how could anything be going wrong? How could you be headed for a huge cataclysm that would annihilate everyone and everything?
Remember that everything is in perfect order and that your only job is to be yourself. You complete the puzzle of Source by being you, because no one else can be you except you, and all parts are needed. All pieces of the puzzle are required in order to complete the puzzle. That’s what we are all doing, no matter where we are, no matter which dimension we inhabit. When you realize that all you have to do is be at peace with everything and be yourself, ascension gets so much easier and your life gets so much simpler and potentially more enjoyable. And if you can have a smooth, easy, and enjoyable ride to the fifth dimension, then you must be doing everything right.

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We are infinite and eternal beings, and we hold that knowing within us all the time. You may think about it from time to time and admit to yourselves that you are infinite and eternal, but it is not a part of your moment-to-moment awareness, as it is for us. And so, when you connect to us directly, or through these transmissions, you are getting that gentle reminder. You are becoming more aware of the truth of who you really are and what you are made up of when you receive a transmission from us.
There are many intentions woven into each of these transmissions; there are lots of reminders that you are getting that are not in the words being spoken. We invite you to pay attention to how you feel when you absorb any content, any information whatsoever. If it gives you that expansive feeling, then you know that it serves you. But if it causes you to contract or feel fear, then it does not serve you. You don’t have to judge anything that causes that visceral response within you, but you do want to walk away from it. You do want to realize that it’s just not for you and move on.
Now as you continue on with your journey home to Source, you will have more and more moments when you have that full recognition of self, and you will feel infinite and eternal. You will realize that you are everything that you seek, everything that you see, and everything that you create, and you will not feel worried or fearful about anything at all. Those are the moments to build upon so that you are in that state of being more consistently.
That is how to create the reality you want to experience; it is to realize that the reality is within you. Nothing is outside of you, and therefore, nothing is inaccessible to you. When manifesting, you also want to pay attention to how you feel, because how you feel is your indicator as to whether you’re moving towards it or away from it. You can pay attention to that feeling when you are speaking words, thinking thoughts, and taking actions as well, and noticing whether you are expanding or contracting while doing so will always be helpful, because ultimately you want that feeling of expansiveness, which is as close as you’re to get for now to being completely your infinite and eternal self.
It is wonderful to take the slow and steady approach to your ascension to the fifth dimension and to the home base that Source is, because you get to have all of these experiences one by one. You get to feel the expansion. You get to remember who and what you really are time and time again, because you keep forgetting. So please do not think that the forgetting is a bad thing or a mistake. It was very purposeful for each of you to engage in the forgetting. You all knew the remembering would be so sweet. You all knew the journey was what this was all about.
And now you have us, beings who have remembered completely and who remind you with our energetic transmissions, and we get to experience the fun of seeing you all get it for the first, second, third, and hundredth time. It is wonderful, all of it. Embrace it, and you will be well on your way to living the way that we live right now.

We are so very interested in humanity’s ascension because you are helping us to have experiences that we could not otherwise have without you. We enjoy very much witnessing your path and also participating in it as the helpers that we are. We want you all to know that everything is going to work out for you. We want you to realize that you are in fact dreaming this reality into existence, and we also invite you to consider what a monumental feat that is.
You are taking the hardest path possible right now, and that means you are masters. Only masters would take on such challenges as you do. You all get our help because we recognize this, because we love you, and because we see you as the ones who create the most opportunities for expansion in this universe. That is exciting, if you think about it, because everything you experience there is causing the universe to offer more opportunities to all beings within it.
And you will experience everything that you have created at some point in the future. We want to help you experience what you are creating sooner than later, and so that is our goal as well. We want to you enjoy the ride, and we want you to relax into the expansion of your consciousness, but we also want you to enjoy your creations that sometimes feel like they are in the distant future for some of you. These creations of yours coexist with you right now, and when you have faith that you will receive them, then you can go about your business. Then you can live your lives without any anxiety regarding whether these manifestations will reach you or not.
You are truly in the driver’s seat as it is your creation; it is up to you what type of life you lead. Yes there is karma, and yes there are contracts, but those of you who are receiving this transmission right now have lived long enough to have cleared most of your karma and have completed most of your contracts, if not all of them. Therefore, as fourth-dimensional beings, you are the ones determining what you experience next by how you feel, how you vibrate, what you focus on, and what you believe in.
One message that we could not possibly hammer home enough is that we want you to believe in yourselves and also accept the help that’s coming from the higher realms, because that help isn’t coming as a result of us thinking you can’t do it on your own. The help is coming because we enjoy helping and because it has to come from somewhere when you ask for it, Receiving help is a manifestation after all; it is a creation of yours. It is a collaboration, an opportunity for us to connect with you and an opportunity for you to connect with us and so many other beings in the higher-dimensional realms. It brings us closer as a universal family, and bringing us all closer brings the entire universe closer to Source, as we truly are all one Being, pretending that we are not, making it all up as we go for the purpose of experience.
We just want to remind you, consistently, that this is a free will universe, and you do get to decide what you experience and what you do not. “Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We are ready and waiting for your requests. We love to hear from all of you directly, and when you speak those requests out loud, the energy that you infuse into the requests is felt not only by us but by all others who are your helpers. The universe responds well to sound, and when you speak something out loud, you create a sound. You literally put something out into the universe that will go on and on.
Now, as you connect to us with your requests, notice whether you can feel our energy, our presence, because if you can, then you know that you have raised your vibration to the point, to the frequency, where that is a possibility for you. Being in a lower vibrational state and putting out a request to us, to your guides, to the universe, is not as effective as when you raise your vibration first, and then state your desire out loud.
Now, as you move forward as individuals, you will notice that it is important to you that others receive what they desire as well. And when you have that desire for others, you align with all the helpers that exist throughout the universe, because that is their goal as well. The goal of any helper is to help as many people as possible. And because you are a part of a collective, anything that you desire for the collective, you desire for you as well.
You are a part of the collective of humanity. It is also important for you to recognize that you can always help others to raise their vibration. You do so by setting an example, by putting out a positive and high vibration. You do so by caring about how other people feel. When you listen with a compassionate ear, you have the tendency to elevate the vibration of the person you are listening to, because that is what they need in that moment.
When you live your life from a higher-vibrational state, you also tend to attract others to you who are right below where you are vibrationally and will benefit the most from being around you, or from hearing what you have to say. This is a beautiful time for you all to see yourselves as the leaders of humanity, as the ones who have the tools and the knowledge to get into those higher-vibrational states. And again, when you do, you align with us and you align with so many others throughout the universe who are of a higher vibration and who want to help all of humankind.
This ascension is not about separation or elimination; it is about integration and collaboration. The more you come together with your fellow humans, and you set positive intentions for all, the easier the process of ascension will be for everyone. You are not doing this alone; everyone who is there with you is a helper as well. And even if they are helping you by pushing your buttons, they are still helping you. Sometimes you need to know that you have pushable buttons so you can do something about them.
You want to be love in all situations, and when you are around all people, not just the ones that are easy to love. That too will keep you in a higher-vibrational state; you will be the example you want to be to others, and you will be the leader that you know you really are in this movement of the ascension of the human collective consciousness’ vibration. That overall vibration continues to rise up, and you all who are a part of the Awakened Collective are a huge part of that. And when that is your goal, you have so much help coming to you from all directions.

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We are always very impressed with how humans handle the amount of darkness that you encounter throughout your lives. You experience the darkness, the heaviness, the weight of existence there on Earth in many different ways, and most of you hang in there and endure so much without even having the proper tools to alleviate the pain of carrying that darkness. You all should be very impressed by yourselves. You can all pat yourselves on the back, and you can look at others as well, differently, knowing that they too took on a lot in this lifetime. Everyone has their cross to bear; everyone is working through some very heavy stuff from their genetic line, from their childhood, from their past lives. It all adds up.
And everyone there on Earth right now should be celebrated just for being there and being willing to wade through all of the muck that was there before you were even born into this lifetime. Now, you all who are awake, who are members of what we call the Awakened Collective, you are the lightbringers, the lightworkers. You are the ones who do have the tools and do have the knowledge and can lead by example and show others how it’s done. Many of you tried the other methods first. You tried drowning the pain, the darkness, in alcohol, or numbing yourself to it with drugs. You tried avoiding, pushing it down, denying its very existence, and none of that works.
And as awakened souls, you now know that and you can move forward with the truth that you hold within you that all of this stuff needs to be accepted, embraced, processed, and ultimately released to allow more of the light in. The high-frequency energies that are upon you right now are helping you to purge all of it, but it helps to have an awareness of what is happening when you are in the midst of one of these purges.
Letting go of darkness feels good after it’s done, but during the process it can be a harrowing, unpleasant experience, to say the least. And so, again, you have to be gentle with yourselves and others because of how much you know you all took on. If someone is being mean, or rude to you, remember the weight that they carry and know that they are having a particularly bad time.
Not everyone knows what to do when they have fear, sadness, anger, anxiety, frustration, and all of the other negative emotions stirring around inside of them. But, again, you as the Awakened Collective, do know what to do, and every time you face the darkness, allow it to be what it is, and even embrace it, you show others how it’s done, and you add something to the collective consciousness that is for the betterment of all.
It is true that you are doing this, because we witness it all the time, and we see the effects you are having on the collective that is humanity and the collective that is this universe, and we know that you will continue to do so, because it is the only way, and because of our little reminder here. That’s what we give you most of the time. We give you reminders so that you can focus in such a way that you know what to do when something comes up. You release that forgetting mode that you sometimes get stuck in, along with the rest of humanity. And we see you all making the choice for the light over and over again, and that is something else to be very proud of as a human being living on Earth at this time.

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We are looking forward to what humanity will choose next as your way of coming together and accelerating more awakenings across the planet. For those of you who are already awake, you really need to see everything that is happening on planet Earth as a co-creation whose purpose it is to get more people to come together in the acknowledgement that you are all one as a human race. It is important for you to see everything through that lens, rather than the way a lot of new agers see things now, which is that this circumstance is yet another attempt by the cabal to keep us down.
Do you see the difference? In one scenario, you are the powerful co-creators, and in another scenario you are the victims. You get to choose on the macrocosmic level and on the microcosmic level as well. In other words, everything that is happening in your life with friends, family members, co-workers, neighbors, lovers, they are not happening because you are the victim of someone else’s trauma, or narcissism, or whatever you want to call it. When you experience something on a personal level, you also need to see it as your co-creation that is meant to help you awaken to the truth of who you really are as unconditional love.
Now, of course, the details of how to do that in every scenario of your life experience is the tricky part. It is easy for us to say it, harder for you to enact it, and that is why we are here for you for the long term experience of your ascension. We are not just going to tell you what so many others have told you in the past, which is that you are all one, and that you are Source Energy and unconditional love and then leave you to figure the rest out for yourselves. We want to tell you how to shift your perception of reality to such an extent that you can know that truth viscerally, and you can speak, think and act accordingly.
So the first thing you must do when it comes to the world at large and when it comes to your personal lives is accept everything as it is just as it is, and acknowledge that it is your creation. Next, you have to be willing to notice when you go back into resistance to it, no matter what it is, and just let go. Don’t continue down that train of thought that allows you to feel justified in your resistance. Instead, practice more letting go. Next, you have to look for how it is the current set of circumstances serves you. That doesn’t mean that you have to figure out how it all came to be. You don’t have to unravel the giant, tangled ball of yarn. You just have to look at it as it is and say, ‘This must serve me somehow, and I am open to understanding exactly how it does.’
And when you are open to receiving that piece of information that tells you how it serves you, you are more likely to receive it. Ultimately, there’s going to be something you need to heal, forgive, release, or have compassion for in the set of circumstances you are facing. Once you get to that place, you have to keep making the choice to rise above the pettiness of the ego and be your Source Energy Self in thought, word and action. When you do so, you will feel such relief because you will have risen above the level of consciousness that many operate at for entire lifetimes. You will feel more one with all; you will feel more connected to all others in the universe and to Source. And then you will be able to live happily ever after because nothing will be able to bring you down.
But it takes practice, it takes a concerted effort, and it takes reminders. And that’s something else we do for you with these messages that are almost daily. We remind you that love is all there is, and everything else is an illusion, and we remind you that you are Source Energy Beings pretending to be human. And when you remember that, it becomes easier to be the fifth-dimensional being you always intended to be in this lifetime.

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We are elevating our level of consciousness, along with all of you down there on Earth. We enjoy so much the feeling of expansion, and we encourage all of you to see your ascension as an expansion of consciousness, rather than a relocation plan. We know that one of the major appeals of ascension is that you get to leave everything behind that is dark or destructive in some way. But really, as you expand your consciousness to include everything that is negative and unwanted, and see it as a part of you, that’s when you become more of Source.
Source is not the habit of sweeping things under the rug or leaving them for someone else to deal with. Source is in the business of unconditional love, spreading more light, offering more compassion and more forgiveness. Those of you who are truly awake will see everything that is on your world right now as the perfect place from which to create something new, something better. But you can create with everything that you have in front of you, as well as using it to inspire you. Understand what we are saying, clearly, here. You are expanding your consciousness so that you understand fully and completely that it is all you.
You are not raising your consciousness to the point where you no longer see the mess that humanity has created, the wars that are ongoing, the racism, the fear, everything that is there right now that represents a lower level of consciousness. If it’s there, it’s there for a purpose, and that purpose is always to serve you. And the way something has the potential to serve you is that you can look at it and ask yourself the question of, ‘What is it about this that I am in resistance to?’ So you need to question whether there’s a judgment within you, whether there’s resistance or resentment within you, and then you need to ask yourself, ‘What is my first step then in accepting this person, group, or situation, just as it is?’ And then you need to take that step, and and that step is a step towards the expansion of your consciousness.
The expansion of your consciousness is the same as the evolution of your consciousness, which is what you are doing more consciously as the Awakened Collective. You are taking the steps towards Source, towards a higher-dimensional plane of consciousness, deliberately, as opposed to being pushed there by a solar flash or by e.t.s who encourage you mightily to go in that direction. So what you can do as an individual is make those correct evaluations of everything that is in your world, and lead by example, and you can teach others how to do it.
What you are not there to do is escape reality and teach others how to do that with you, because Source is all-inclusive. Source is everything, and you are there to experience yourself as unconditional love, which means that you retain your sense of self as love in the face of everything that is showing up as something other than love in the moment. But a true master recognizes the love that is in every person, in every situation, and in every moment, and the master maintains their focus on that, and continues to feel into that because that’s the feeling that gives the master the most expansion. We have come to know this through experience, and we are still expanding, and so are all of you. And when you do it deliberately, with intention, you get enormous results.

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We are very pleased to be witnessing the awakening of so many individuals there on Earth, just as we take so much joy in watching those of you who have already awakened, as you continue to blossom and become higher versions of yourselves. The world that you live in does not encourage this, and so you really do have to go against the grain to be true to yourselves as fifth-dimensional beings. You must lovingly say no to people who want you to join them in condemning someone else, or some group, because at your core you do know that unity and oneness are a part of your ascension.
You do not get to where you are going by putting yourself or anyone else into a nice, neat little box. Boxes have walls, and you are not there to further engage in separation and segregation. You are there to foster love and integration. And so, when we talk about you furthering your evolution of consciousness, this is what we mean. You must see the opportunities that are in front of you all day every day for doing this. And the good news is, those of you who are awake have tuned in more to your emotional bodies. You are sensitive; you are empathic. You know when something feels good to you and when something feels off.
When something doesn’t feel right, that is a clue to you that it’s time to let go of whatever it is you’re thinking about, whatever it is you’re putting your attention on. It just doesn’t serve you, and it doesn’t serve that overall goal that every single person has of ascending. To ascend is to become closer to Source Energy, and Source Energy is everything and everyone. So if you see someone offering you an invitation to join them in pushing against some person or some group, some ideology, then you simply have to politely decline to be a part of that movement.
Being aware of such movements helps you to recognize what is needed there on Earth. You need more of this: you need more people who are wanting to come together. And when people are newly awake, they tend to recognize this; people want to find their tribe, their soul family. And those of you who are receiving this message most certainly have been at that point or are at that point now.
So you can do this just as much as anyone else can. You can decide that you are going to start a group, or a movement, that is about uniting humanity in spite of all the differences that you have. You can have different opinions about what is right and ethical to eat and still be united with other people. You can have different opinions about who has the better political ideas and still be united with those individuals you disagree with. You don’t have to let any belief separate you. Instead, as you focus on what unites you, which is the truth that we are all one, then you attract to you more individuals who believe that as well and who want to live that in their daily lives.
When you start to think about that as a goal, or as a mission, then you need not look any further than your circle of family, friends and colleagues. And you know that you can come to together with those individuals based on the truth that they are Source and so are you. And you can get past any differences you have because you are ready to rise above all of that, and you are the ones to invite others to do so as well.
