ASCENSION IN ACTION (The laws of the universe in action)
Greetings, my dear beloved children!
Today we’ll continue our conversation about the following issue: which principles should guide you during the times of the Shift of the Earth and all humanity from the third to fifth dimension.
At the present time, only a small number of people know how fortunate they are to live on your planet in such great and unique times.
That’s why, dear ones, you have special responsibility – to show with your own example – what a person of the future is like, and what is the way to pave the road into the new life for others.
In my next messages, I will put special emphasis upon practical applications of the Laws of the Universe.
It is necessary to create certain conditions, which would encourage honoring of these Laws, to help the rebirth of humanity.
What are these conditions?
First, it is necessary to create an atmosphere of Love for any group of people, a family, colleagues at work, creative union, where the respect for each other, mutual understanding and equal opportunities for everyone reign supremely.
How can it be accomplished?
Of course, you must start with yourself. If you are able to reach a state of complete harmony, Unconditional Love and extreme benevolence, your energy field would enfold within it dozens or even hundreds of people, who by being within it involuntary would start changing for the better.
Then an aggression, irritation, spirit of self-assertion and competition would leave their lives.
Surely, each of you may remember an instance, when an appearance of one person in the group have changed the atmosphere completely, for better or worse, meaning that energetically strong person has overpowered other people.
And now, dear ones, you are about to become such strong personality, radiating the energy of Love and Light of such a power, that it will be able to transform the space around you and change the consciousness of the people towards the Divine.
Second, it is necessary to learn the practical implementation of the Divine Laws for a specific group of people, that not only you but all others will see the results of action of these Laws on their lives.
Try to demonstrate them with concrete examples from the lives of the people around you, show what happens with them when these Laws are transgressed.
Surely, you will find many such examples from their personal, social or professional lives.
But you have to speak about it softly and delicately, without wounding people’s souls and without blaming them for anything. It is because the majority of the population on Earth lives UNCONSCIOUSLY, which means not knowing what they do.
For many of them, such a new vision of the world is similar to the new language of communication – complex and unfamiliar, and they must make great efforts to master it.
But it will be the work of the Soul, not of the Mind, which is more complicated; because the results of such work do not appear immediately, but initially form in one’s subtle bodies and then gradually descent into their real life.
And third, you need to find such words and such solid arguments in favor of life, that awaits people in case they change their views of life and behavior; that these words would become their desired North Star – something they would believe unquestionably and forever, that from now on would guide them in life without looking back into the past, that would purify their consciousness from the remainders of duality.

ASCENSION IN ACTION (New step on your path to ascension)
Greetings, my dear beloved children!
Today we are approaching a very important topic, which from now on will become a beacon on your path to Ascension.
We will discuss your new attitude towards life, based upon the different – Universal laws, and will learn not to retreat from them, while being in the 3D world, because for those who have chosen Ascension there is now way back already.
We’ll start from something quite simple, something that you know very well already, and what has become your habitual state, your second nature.
Those, who read the messages on this site for a long time, are accustomed to the idea that you create your own reality with the power of your thoughts, intentions, and desires.
You have been given many such practices and have learned how to use them.
You have realized that the Laws of the Universe work unfailingly, and you always have to remember them, that you could stay in harmonious state yourself and create an atmosphere of Love and understanding around you.
But I see that the most difficult thing for you is to ALWAYS stay in such a state, due to the numerous life problems and unexpected events that take you out of your balance, which means from the Divine state.
Although I have told you more than once in my previous messages, that such events are precisely what strengthens your Spirit, they are the tests of your endurance. But in practice, your reaction is often below your abilities.
And you continue to think and act based on your inertia, choosing familiar roads from one incarnation to another, and from one year to another.
And now we’ll advise you how to eliminate that inertia, how to come onto an even road, where you will not “stumble” upon your 3D habits anymore.
First, what you have to do in case of unpleasant circumstances, including even the most tragic ones from the point of view of a regular person – is to ask yourself or your Spiritual guides why it has happened.
You need to reveal the deep reason of what has happened to you and to see you role in that event.
But you’ll be able to do that only, when you completely turn off your mind with its logical constructs and ideas, and also your human Ego, that naturally suffers from the troubles you experience.
You have to see an entire picture as a whole – a complete Divine scenario, that is written for each participant of the event in such a way, that will allow him to get a maximum amount of lessons, to gain his predestined experience, and to allow his loved ones to learn their own lessons and gain their experiences.
Do not be afraid to appear as cold and indifferent to other people.
You may even show outwardly your habitual emotions, but INWARDLY you must stay completely calm and balanced, in order not to lose the vibrational wave that carries you into the new reality, where there is no pain or suffering, but only a wise and deep acceptance of any event as Divine, meaning an appropriate one.
Try, dear ones, to observe what’s happening with you every day precisely from such point of view.
And may it be your next step on the spiritual ladder, leading to Ascension, from which you won’t descend, but will ascend higher and higher towards the new reality, into the new beautiful life!

ASCENSION IN ACTION (Communication with your spiritual guides)
Greetings, my dear beloved children!
Today I would like to continue our conversation about communication with the Highest Forces of the Universe and we’ll focus on its another aspect.
We’ll speak about your Spiritual guides: who they are and what role they play in your life.
As a rule, they are the Ascended Masters, who have chosen as their mission to help humanity.
Majority of them are those, whom you call Saints, but sometimes they may be representatives of the other planets and civilizations – members of your Star family.
If an ancient soul, who have come to Earth with a specific mission, steps on its path of Service, then it may be protected and cared for by the whole “team” of the Forces of Light, consisting of Angels, Archangels, Ascended Masters, representatives of the Galactic Federation of Light, but also a Star family of this person.
Now there are thousands of such souls on Earth, and they receive an enormous help from their guides to insure they won’t abandon their chosen path. Surely, many of you feel that.
In such instances, you don’t even have to summon your guides. They are always with you, because they understand what kind of danger you face from the side of the Dark Forces, who are clutching for power and control, feeling it slips away from them more and more with each day.
And now I’d like to give you some advises how to hear your Heavenly helpers better, how to move towards good communication with them, making life easier for you and for them.
First, do not forget to thank them for help, showing that you always remember them and are grateful for their participation in your life.
Second, attempt to find out the names of your Spiritual guides.
It can happen in many different ways.
You may ask them to appear during your sleep or meditation.
Someone may get a feeling who is their patron, looking at religious icon.
You may receive many signs and hints.
It’s important to express an intention for getting to know your Spiritual teachers better and to establish a channel of connection with them.
Why is it so important?
Because now, the most crucial period in the Shift of Earth into the new reality is approaching, which means that your role in this Shift will be of the level higher than before.
Today you have to coordinate your actions on physical plane of Earth with the actions, which are initiated by the Higher Forces on a subtle plane.
Such coordinated work will allow to save a lot of time, without wasting your energy.
And third. You need to learn to communicate telepathically with your Spiritual teachers to be able to receive an information from them in the form of clairvoyance, clairaudience, or automatic writing.
But first, try to feel their vibrations, their energy, so you won’t allow into your channel uninvited astral guests.
Now, dear ones, you have everything to be able to establish such a contact.
But to do that, you need to believe in yourself, your power, and of course, to have patience, because everything is not mastered right away, but comes with practice.
Be creative, develop your own system of communication with your Divine helpers, who stay on a subtle level of Earth.

ASCENSION IN ACTION (Heavenly helpers)
Greetings, my dear beloved children!
Today I’d like to remind you of something that you know very well, but quite often forget.
We’ll speak about your Heavenly helpers.
Many of you think that you need to address them only in extreme cases, when you are facing very serious problems in your life, but you are embarrassed to bother them with trifles.
But in reality, dear ones, we are always very happy to help you with big and small problems. It is a great joy for us to hear you, to feel our connection, to help you.
Now I will reveal to you the Divine “mechanism” of cooperation between the Forces of Light and the people.
Everything happens quite differently from the way you imagine.
When you request help from your Heavenly patrons, Archangels, Ascended Masters, your Star family, you are heard by your Mother Soul that exists in the higher dimensions.
And then the Soul sends its impulses to one of its thousands particles, its Heavenly gold placer, to initiate an interaction with you.
Each of these particles carries within them the Divine consciousness of its Mother Soul, each of them stays in its energy field, but on different vibratory levels, and each of them receives its own task.
It happens immediately and very naturally.
Depending on who is asking for help and how, such help is coming.
In such cases, one of the main Laws of the Universe “Like attracts like” comes into action.
For example, if a deeply material man asks the Higher Powers for money and wealth, then the particle of the Forces of Light, who is closest to him in vibrations, responds to his request.
This particle will “scan” the Soul of the man to reveal his real needs, and then the help will come not to the Soul, but to the human Ego, which have asked for help.
That’s why it may seem to the man that the Higher Forces have not heard him.
You have to know, dear ones, that the help of the Heavenly helpers comes ONLY FOR DEVELOPMENT OF YOUR SOUL.
Sometimes it may be quite unexpected for you: for example, it may lead to your long-awaited goal through sorrows and suffering, and, of course, it could be “difficult” for you to accept such “help.”
However, if you realize the wisdom and deepness of such help, you will reach a different level of spirituality, and will be given as your helpers the Forces of Light from even higher dimensions.
As it has been said in my previous message, it is very important not to draw in your mind the ways of reaching your goal, after you have specified your final goal, but to trust your Heavenly helpers completely.
Do not be embarrassed to summon them every time when you feel it’s necessary, because very often what you deem as a trifle, something you can handle yourself, in reality is the key moment of transformation for realization of your desire.
In such instance, it’s very important that the Higher Forces insure you by being close to you, protecting you from danger, “manipulating” events in such a way that it will lead you in the right direction and towards the right people.
Always remember that without your request, the Forces of Light will never come to you, because they strictly obey the Law of the Free Will.
Only your Guardian Angels are always near you, but they also need help from the Forces of Light in the most crucial moments of your life.

ASCENSION IN ACTION (Flexibility of consciousness)
Greetings, my dear beloved children!
Today I’d like to continue our conversation that we have started in my previous message and to focus upon another aspect of the Ascension process, an adaptation of man to the new vibrations of Earth.
But this time we’ll speak about your ability to reprogram your consciousness according to constantly changing events, both positive and negative, changing as in a kaleidoscope like wishing to test your reaction.
It is relevant not only to the global changes and to the events of planetary character, but to what’s happening in your personal life – in your family, at work, in your city and in your country.
Now a lot depends on how you react to what’s going on around you, calmly or emotionally, with fear or with understanding that everything happens as it should be, with humor or with excessive seriousness…
The most difficult thing, dear ones, is to apply the knowledge you’ve received in practice.
As a rule, you begin to succeed only when you see the first results of your efforts.
For example, if in some difficult situation you will trust your Soul and Heavenly helpers, completely turning off your mind, you will get beautiful results and realize that the Laws of the Universe are really working.
That’s how a human being is designed, he needs a confirmation of truthfulness of any theory – even the Divine one to gain an unconditional faith in it…
But now, you need a FLEXIBILITY of consciousness as never before to stay at the crest of the wave, which carries you into the new dimension.
And here is the meaning of this flexibility.
As soon as you begin to doubt which choice is right, try to shift your consciousness into the space of the Fifth dimension, so you could leave the limits of duality and make your decision based on different reality.
Even though your body is still staying in the 3D world, your consciousness is fully capable of traveling in other dimensions and you have to master this unique opportunity given to people.
In practice it will appear like the following.
For example, you search for a new job.
Try to forget all the criteria, which have guided you in search of work before. In other words, turn off your mind.
But instead “catch up” that state in which you’d like to be in your new job, a state of happiness from your favorite work, which brings joy to you and to other people.
Be grateful to the Universe with all your heart for sending you this blessed work.
Try to get into such a state as often as possible – grow accustomed to it like to a new garment, and always send gratitude for the joy given to you.
Believe me, dear ones, the Universe will soon respond to your plea, because the vibration of your desire directed for the highest good of all, will naturally come into resonance with the new vibrations of Earth and materialize your desire in the shortest time.
It also works perfectly in relationships with people and creation of an atmosphere of Love everywhere, regardless of where you are.
But remember how important is TO BE IN A STATE of joy and happiness from the results received, and not to wish something concrete that is drawn by your imagination, which means your mind.
The Universe, your Heavenly helpers and your Soul will prepare such surprises for you that will exceed all your expectations!

ASCENSION IN ACTION (Meet your challenges with “An Open Visor”)
My dear beloved children!
Today I would like to tell you what’s happening on a subtle plane of Earth.
Everything is changing quite rapidly, because your planet is going through the process of adaptation to the new conditions in accelerated rate.
And that’s why.
First, the volume of negative energy, that had been accumulated on subtle Earth plane, is starting to express on physical plane more clearly and extensively.
It is expressed in the following way: all the processes that have been launched in recent years, which have not included the energy of Love within, are starting to transform into the process of self-destruction.
The explanation of this process is that the energy component comes to the forefront in the new vibrations on your planet.
Everything that lays at the basis of any new initiative is gathering power in the shortest time periods, reaching its maximum mark, and then returns in the fortified rate to those, who have launched it.
For example, if in the basis of actions of some person has been slyness, personal advantage, desire to get something at the expense of others, than he could loose even what he have had in the shortest time period.
In other words, the Law of the Universe “As within, so without” has started to work in an accelerated mode to give a person an opportunity to catch up for the lost time and to learn his life lessons in the shortest time.
Of course, not everyone may realize that but the truth starts to be revealed for many people, and they intuitively reach the new levels of understanding reality.
Second, everything that’s happening with you now is an answer to the questions of any thinking person. “What do I live for? What is the meaning of my existence? What is the purpose of my birth?”
Now as never before, all the signs and suggestions are pouring to you from all sides to reveal what else you need to change in yourself, what prevents you from stepping upon your predestined path.
And the sooner you realize that, the sooner your tests will cease.
But they will continue until you eliminate in yourself all those emotions, thoughts and actions, which provoke an unpleasant events in your life.
And third. Remember, dear ones, that now the time has arrived when it’s impossible for you to hide from what you don’t like, what’s frightening you, what prevents you from living happily and peacefully.
There is no time left for playing “cat and mouse” with destiny. Now you have to meet all the tests with “an open visor” and meet them face to face.
Only then, you’ll succeed in dissolving all negativity which invade your live in some ways.
These are your very last tests, which, thanks to the new energies coming to Earth, bring from the bottom of your Soul the deepest memories, all the negative emotions, fears, stereotypes of thinking and behavior, which stand on your path to Ascension.
It is in your power, dear ones, to get rid of them forever, realizing their causes and dissolving them with the energy of Love, which you have learned not only to generate within you, but to share generously with others.

ASCENSION IN ACTION (Self-appraisal)
Greetings, my dear beloved children!
Today we will talk about one more personal trait that represents a 3D make-shift in notions.
It has to do with your perception of yourselves.
In other words, we will talk about your self-appraisal.
It is the personal trait that is most susceptible of perception duality and there is a reason for that.
Since childhood you have been provided with some basis for certain human relation patterns that you develop later on in adult life.
As time goes on you get more and more used to the patterns treating them as your strong beliefs.
It will be easier for you to understand the way it works with the following example.
You have been taught since childhood it is beneficial to do the way adults tell you because it will bring you good.
At every turn one can hear “This is such a nice obedient child! And that one is not nice because it is disobedient!”
Gradually it penetrates your subconsciousness and in order to be or seem good you try to be obedient, please adults adjusting to their views and manners.
It works due to the programmes introduced into human consciousness by the Draconians who are aimed at nothing else but turning human beings into impersonal submissive crowd.
It goes on at school, university, work where you try to please teachers, professors and bosses to be good in the eyes of them.
Everything seems to be nice and decent from human point of view.
Does it seem the same from the Divine point of view?
It certainly doesn’t, for one’s age should be determined not by the number of years lived on Earth but by the age of Soul.
And it’s not seldom for great mature souls to be born into a family of souls who have just joined a 3D world.
Since early age these mature souls have realized they are not like all the rest being polar opposites of their parents who go with the stream and feel at home in the standardized society that treat all alike.
Such children’s self-appraisal doesn’t depend on anybody else’s opinion. They can listen to their hearts, trust their intuition and true wishes.
This is what often leads to conflicts and confrontation between people.
If parents try to break these children the latter tend to become outsiders with low self-appraisal.
But if they succeed in keeping their individuality no-touch they will get opportunity to break away from this circle and encourage others to do the same, those who also understand viciousness of depersonalization system and try to create different environment by finding remarkable and outstanding people, usually souls as mature.
This is what is happening on your planet now. And many of those reading this message are precisely the souls who are leading the way in attempts to break away from the old world.
My dear ones, I believe, that your self-appraisal doesn’t depend on opinions of the people around you any more and you feel self-sufficient, quite capable of taking responsibility for your life, not feeling chosen at the same time or looking down on young souls who have just started lifting up the spiritual ladder.
This is what the Divine self-appraisal component means: it is wise and balanced, based on deep knowledge of Soul and free of imposed social patterns.

ASCENTION IN ACTION (Love to one’s neighbor)
Greetings, my dear beloved children!
So, let’s carry on with the topic started in my previous message.
And, first of all, I would like to explain to you what Love to one’s neighbour means in terms of the Divine.
In the world of duality it is often substituted for notions practical by nature such as care, guardianship, control, desire to promote one’s education and employment searching for the pie counter which makes one fairly well-to-do and free from troubles and sorrows.
It mostly appears to be the desire to make one keep up with others and fit generally accepted standards of happiness, success and wellbeing.
It sounds too familiar, doesn’t it?
And now let’s trace where this sort of love leads to.
The most usual example to cite is the way parents treat their child.
If parents still belong to the world of duality they will abuse their child with the idea of well-paid job for carefree existence. They will try to influence their child’s education choice in order to achieve the best results from their point of view.
The child’s interests and wishes, as a rule, are not taken into consideration. And if one lacks determination to disobey one’s parents and get one’s own way, it will make all the difference for one’s Soul wrecking its initial plan.
It results in the wrong environment, the wrong job, contacts with the wrong people and even the money one makes doesn’t bring any satisfaction because at heart one knows they live someone else’s life.
Unfortunately, wise and tactful parents are rare to come across and only an outstanding person of considerable determination and talent dares not to take one’s parents’ practical advice and to dedicate their life to their Soul’s mission in spite of the fact it doesn’t bring them much money.
Thus, a family is a dual world model in which some people overwhelm others out of good intentions which they call “paternal love”.
What about paternal love in terms of the Divine?
Before all, it’s deep respect to one’s children’s personalities, treating them as one’s equals and independent creatures.
This kind of attitude is of great importance nowadays, for a lot of mature souls arrive on the planet, those who are to create a new 5D Earth way of life.
Parents should study carefully their children’s gifts for sciences and arts, their habits of mind and traits of character from early days.
And the only thing parents are allowed is to give a piece of advice if they know it will help to achieve the goals children have already set by themselves.
True paternal love means to let children overcome difficulties taking pains and winning a glorious victory of their own. This is the only way for the victory to gain its true value.
Excessive care and guardianship deprive children of this opportunity, impede their spiritual growth and, therefore, prevent them from living their own life. No matter how difficult this life seems to be in its unique experience it is a pearl of great price in Soul’s crown as it facilitates the shift to the next level of personal development.

ASCENSION IN ACTION (Reappraisal of values)
Greetings, my dear beloved children!
Today I would like to explain to you why I draw your particular attention to the character traits that impede your spiritual growth.
My dear ones, the fact is that lots of common virtues for centuries have been made out of personal traits that are not worth of it at all.
But the secret and skillful manner of making this obstructs drawing a distinction between responsibility and guilt, love and ownership and control, practical approach and greediness, respect to the senior and subordination and dependence on them.

You already know there was an intentional make-shift in values in order to keep human’s consciousness in fear and submission.
Being one of the most destructive energy in the world, fear is a unique multifaceted tool in pulling strings and manipulating humans irrespective of their sex, age and social background.
It is high time to call a spade a spade lifting the veil of insincerity, hypocrisy and cynicism as well as revealing the true virtues and recognizing the people affected by this make-shift.
Let’s cite an example and study the case of an honest, kind, decent and extremely devoted person of the 3D world.
One seems to be a paragon of virtue, don’t they?
One is thought to be a man of good will, an obedient inhabitant of the world of duality with its rules and regulations, supporting the poor and the deprived, thinking of oneself least of all.
Does this kind of people ever turn out to be really happy?
Remember how often you say “He is such a nice person but things usually go wrong for him for some reason”?
And now let’s study the case in terms of the Laws of the Universe – the ones that are known to differ greatly from those of the world of duality. It will make clear why such a nice person turns out to be so unlucky.
This is mostly caused by the fact that this person loses one’s distinct personality unique in its beauty. It is eclipsed by other people’s personalities while one tries to meet artificial make-shift value standards.
Consequently, one lives someone else’s life solving other people’s problems – one’s family members’, friends’ and relatives’ and, in some cases, complete strangers’.
It results in one’s vigorous interference with their destiny, impeding their growth and evolution, preventing them from gaining their own experience and exploring life’s diversity with its joy and happiness, troubles and sorrows.
But one changes the pattern of one’s life as well, reshaping it according to 3D world generally accepted fashion.
In my next message, my dear ones, I will tell you how to tell character traits that are commonly known as real virtues from true human manifestations of the Divine. For instance, real love from care, friendly involvement from guardianship and control, true kindness from a show of kindness…

ASCENSION IN ACTION (Fear of the unknown)
Greetings, my dear beloved children!
Today we keep talking on your most common drawbacks that set up a roadblock on your spiritual way.
One of them is your fear of the unknown that suppresses all your good intentions.
Some of you are sure of being quite ready for Ascension, that you have nothing to be afraid of, no pity for the old-fashioned values of the 3D world as well as for the people living according to the laws of that world.
But in your heart of hearts you are still scared of letting everything go: the way of life you are so used to, the things you love so much, your friends and relatives who are not prepared to change their routine.
You are balancing at the turn of two worlds. Your soul and your heart are running about.
On the one hand you dream of giving yourself up to a new long-awaited reality, but on the other hand you are scared to break off with the usual way of life, your friends and relatives who will stay beyond the line.
This is why your Ascension is as extended in time as possible so that you can transform your own consciousness and help your kith and kin catch up with you.
You are granted the possibility to make Shift in groups, because once in 5D, which you have been looking forward to for so long, you may feel lonely.
It will be more reliable for you to create a new way of life with your kith and kin and, moreover, it will help you to overcome your fear of the unknown.
Now circumstances on Earth are uniquely favourable for you to unite congenial souls into a group and make Shift from one dimension into another in the group.
It is the congenial souls that your attention is being drawn to and they don’t necessarily have to be your family members.
Sometimes they can be strangers attracted to you by vibrations that are identical to yours in pitch.
And nowadays all the Higher Powers of the Universe give you a helping hand.
You notice the casual way, like a dream, your useless connections pass away and you get new friends as if by magic.
It is certainly not by chance, my dear ones. This is the way you are assisted in coping with the fear of the unknown you are not aware of.
Regardless one’s spiritual level and theoretical background very few are able to make Shift into a new reality on one’s own, for man is supposed to live in groups.
One should love and be loved, share one’s knowledge, talents and abilities with other people making them happy and joyful and get love and affection in response.
This is what makes your life amazingly exciting, eventful and really fruitful.
In conclusion, I wish you patience and wisdom while communicating with people not imposing the idea of Ascension on those who are not prepared for Shift and not rejecting the ones who are on the very threshold of this remarkable event and are in desperate need of your assistance.

Greetings, my dear beloved children!
Today I would like to give you some pieces of advice on how to work at your weak points not feeling guilty.
I see that this fine distinction is not easy for everyone to notice.
Very often one feels guilty with no particular reason for that just because one can’t impartially estimate oneself and one’s environment.
And this is the common drawback I would like to focus on as it impedes your progress.
What lies in the foundation of feeling guilty?
It is more often fear not to live up to someone else’s expectations.
But, my dear ones, these expectations can be absolutely different from your own ones.
If you put the lid on your own desires to please others you deprive yourself of joy of life and sometimes of its sense.
The desire to please others to the prejudice of you is a part of slavish psychology that for ages has been implanted in human consciousness in order to keep people in submission.
A lot of people have never thought that this feeling is characteristic of them because they live by inertia unconsciously trying to adjust themselves to common standards and norms of behavior.
Women are especially susceptible of it as they are used to toiling and moiling and if they can’t do all the house duties they feel guilty to their families.
They think they make poor housewives who are bad at housekeeping.
Many women don’t even realize that they can have their own desires and interests other than their families’. They are unaware of the fact that their household chores have turned into drudgery to please family members.
They are short of time to stop and think about the things they really want, the things they would enjoy doing if they were free of endless family tasks.
Why does this happen? It is mostly because of feeling guilty to the family, fear of being a poor wife, mother, daughter…
So, how to break out the vicious circle? How to break free from the routine? How not to feel guilty while being a self-respecting person with your own wishes?
There exists an excellent way out. It is the creation of your personal energy immunity voiced to your family as ’your private life’.
Believe me, my dear ones, if you succeed in creating such kind of relations both gently and persistently not only won’t you lose their respect, just on the contrary, you will even rise in their estimation.
You will turn into a mysterious, attractive and self-sufficient person, not a servant who is widely ignored.
You can dedicate a certain amount of time to your private life, the hours or days that belong only to you. It is the time when you can indulge in your hobby, spiritual practices, contacts with friends, going for walks, whatever you like, and – which is most important – whatever your Soul likes.
And you certainly shouldn’t blame yourself of spending time on your personal interests and leaving your family on their own.
I gave you this example, my dear ones, because it is rather typical of patriarchal environment with women playing supporting roles of housewives. Thereby their unique personalities are suppressed, their talents and abilities are crushed in the buds and the whole life is lived to fawn on others.
Do learn to share family tasks so that everyone can contribute to the housework as well as express their individuality without feeling guilty to others.
Let it be the destruction of the stereotypes that have had their days, a step to your freedom and a chance to know yourselves and the world around you. Let it be a step to reappraising old values and understanding what you are to be, a chance to look upon everything with another eye.

ASCENTION IN ACTION (INWARD WORK)
Greetings, my dear beloved children!
This time we go on talking on the ways of gradual changing yourselves and changing your environment at the same time.
When you understand what prevents you from living in peace and quiet of your soul you can pass over to the next step of your inward work.
The reasons for slowdown in your spiritual development are more likely to be some traces of character, common beliefs or fear of being isolated.
My dear ones, you are certainly unable to immediately get rid of the things that have become a part of you, your second nature.
But now you are assisted by new Earth vibrations that highlight all your weak points.
And this is how it is manifested in action.
Supposing, false pride is really strong in you. You enjoy preaching people and demonstrating your esoteric knowledge.
You often come across the people who are not prepared to listen to you. Moreover, their aggressive response can hurt your pride.
As a result, you retire into your shell feeling hopeless and unfit for enlightening people.
There exists another extreme. You can meet grateful audience that hang on your words. It makes your vanity overswollen resulting in attacks of astral beings that feed on this energy doing it with great relish.
In this case you lose the perception of reality and your ability of impartial self-esteem. The two extremes throw your back and prevent you from overcoming your drawbacks.
So, how should you behave knowing this weak point?
Before all, you should accept the fact of having it and act more cautiously from now on.
Firstly, before talking to a person try to feel if he/she actually needs the knowledge you want to share, if he/she is prepared to hear such new and odd things, if the talk on this topic will bring him/her any joy.
Maybe, the person enjoys the life the way it is and he/she wants to leave the things where they are. There are still a lot of people like this on Earth.
But if you see that the person has reached a dead end, lost sense of life and suffers from spiritual unrest, only then you can become ‘the life jacket’ that will help him/her reach the other side of ‘the dual river’.
But you should be really delicate and tactful to share the information for the soul’s sake not imposing your vision of the world.
It will help you to be an independent observer, not a guru or a teacher for this person.
And your interlocutor feeling independent and respectable will make use of new spiritual knowledge and will cope with difficulties on his/her own. It will help him/her gain unique experience practicing life in accordance with the Laws of the Universe.
Secondly, find the golden mean, the condition that will not let you feel superior or the chosen one.
Remember that everyone on Earth is a small part of the Universe and, consequently, your own part, as soon as all of you are the Whole.
That is why communication with anyone met by you is your spiritual test-paper that shows whether you can keep your vibrations as high not being provoked by situations supposed to verify your ‘durability’.
You learnt the theory long ago, my dears, now it is high time to drill it in practice mastering your skill, wisdom and patience in dealing with other people.
Why did I take false pride as an example?
Because I see the further you move along your path to the Light the more you want to share it with others. But, unfortunately, it results in plenty of distortion of various kinds.
So, I would like to warn you against the mistake that is not uncommon.

Greetings, my dear beloved children!
Today we’ll continue our discussion on the subject of how to find our own selves, eliminating all the alien programs and layers, brought from the outside.
Many of you think that to be a beautiful, pure, and spiritual person is to help with everything your family, friends, and acquaintances, to make their lives easier, take upon yourselves their pain and small problems.
It is not right at all, dear ones. Most often your service will be contra productive and cause irreparable harm to yourselves. Now I’ll explain why.
When you recklessly rush to help someone materially or morally, without finding the causes of his troubles, you break the Law of the Universe “As within, so without.”
The only actual help could be explaining to a person the causes of his problems, only if you can see these causes.
Again and again, I’d like to remind you the wise and profound saying “the road to hell is paved with the good intentions.”
This is because “the good intentions of the person of 3D are radically different from “the good intentions” of a person whose consciousness has already reached the level of being a Human god.
For the average people, such a person sometimes may seem as cold, indifferent, not caring about their sorrows and troubles.
Of course, it is not true. Such a person simply understands that one cannot interfere in the destiny of another person, preventing him from learning his own lessons, gaining his own experiences and wisdom, making mistakes and learning not to repeat them.
Dear ones, you cannot take upon yourselves pain and suffering of other people and join emotionally in their problems. By doing that, you not only strengthen them, feeding them with negative energy of pity and compassion, but also contaminate your own subtle bodies.
In other words, you increase negativity, which already is very prevalent on Earth.
Such approach is also relevant to the global world problems.
When a large number of people get emotionally involved into discussions about military conflicts or natural disasters, feeling pain and compassion towards its victims, these energies create real egregors of suffering, which only intensify these conflicts, not allowing them to subside.
Remember, dear ones, that the energy radiated by people at the height of emotional tension is a great force that can be compared with an explosion of volcanoes. That’s exactly how it appears on the subtle plane of Earth.
However, because it is not expressed on physical plane right away, it is difficult for a person to follow the link of cause and effect, and he is unaware of what he had done.
But now at the height of the Shift from one dimension to another, the time parameters of cause and effect has changed, and everything is happening significantly faster than it has been before.
It is all part of the program of accelerated learning for man, raising his consciousness to such a level that it would allow him to go through the Shift.
That’s why, the right approach to your own problems as well as to other people’s problems is very important now in order to avoid harming yourself and them.
Find the golden mean, the balance in your relationships with other people, which would allow you to be a good willing observer, who is capable of suggesting to others the way of solving the problems, but who would not do it for them.
Likewise, if your own problems appear, you need to try to understand the deep reason for them, what really have created your problems, that will help you to solve them in the best way for the highest good of all.

Greetings, my dear beloved children!
Today we will discuss the following topics: how you would like to see yourself ideally, how you could throw off the masks, without which very few people can manage in the world, how to find the real you.
Why is it so difficult for a man to stay himself, why does he have to hide his real essence from the people around him?
There are many reasons for that, but the main reason is that the man is defenseless in the world of duality, where the energy of opposition rules, where people think of themselves first, often building their well-being at the expense of others.
Today I will tell you how to preserve your individuality and purity of the Soul, while being in the 3D world.
First of all, think what is interfering with your life, what does not allow you to feel yourself as a free and happy person.
Perhaps, for most of you it is conventionality, with which your life is woven in the world of duality and which forces a person into a narrow box, compelling him to obey certain rules and laws.
You already know who invented these laws and what are heir goals. Religion, all the state, social and financial institutions are aimed for transforming a person into a small screw in the giant mechanism, which is ruled by those who created the world of duality.
But now the end of their power is coming, because they have brought humanity to the dead end, from where only one exit is possible – the liberation of human consciousness from the enslavement, redistribution of power in the world, taking into consideration the real needs of a man, and not the ones imposed on him by artificial means.
Believe me, dear ones, each of you is capable of giving possible contributions for the creation of the new world, and of course you have to start with yourself.
Most people are prevented from going forward by the FEAR of standing out from the crowd.
For a long time, it has been instilled in you that you need to live like others, like it is accepted, observing rules and traditions established throughout centuries, and that such life is considered truly righteous, respectable and pleasing to God…
However, in reality, dear ones, it is not pleasing to God to see you as grey and uniform masses, but it is pleasing to see you as beautiful and bright multicolored community of people, where each person expresses his talents and abilities, who freely creates to diversify his own life and brings joy to other people with his creations.
That’s exactly how your life would be in the 5D, but until then look carefully within yourself and try to understand which character traits and which views of life have to be eliminated in order to start a new life.
Try to understand who stands behind your desires and aspirations. Is it your human Ego, your fear and inertia, or is it your Soul, that knows why you have come to Earth and tries with all its power to take you to your predestined path?
Sometimes it is difficult for you to differentiate one from the other, because very few people can hear their Souls.
That’s why, I’d like to give you some advises-hints.
First, ask yourself, “Am I happy and joyful with what I do? Is it what I really want? Or maybe I do that because of the wishes of my loved ones, friends, out of habit, sense of responsibility, fear or feeling of guilt?”
Then honestly respond to your questions to your own self.
Your response will point out at what you need to eliminate in the first place.
Second, try to see which of your emotions, thoughts, words or actions are annoying to other people, preventing you from forming harmonious relationships with them.
And third. Remember what you have been like in your childhood and youth, when you have been open to the world, not knowing how to pretend.
Try to enter that state, by moving in time and space. After returning back, keep it with you.
It is a very effective practice, because it would help you to eliminate everything alien and artificial, which you have accumulated in the years of living in duality.

Today we’ll continue our conversation about the events that are happening on Earth and how to relate to them.
Many of you are going through the tests of your strength and durability now.
The crisis in all areas of life on your planet, of which I have spoken in my previous message, often extends to your personal relationships – with your husbands and wives, children and grandchildren, friends and acquaintances, and your coworkers.
Now everything that people have been hiding behind various masks comes to the surface.
You are given such complex situations and such difficult tests, which not everyone has the power to withstand, and which present you with difficult choices.
As a rule, this choice entails your rejection of the stereotypes of thinking and behavior, and coming to the new level of spirituality, which is to learn Unconditional Love and acceptance of each situation and each test from the point of view of Divine necessity.
It is not easy to do that, because there are the forces of inertia, conventionality, and traditional attitudes within each of you.
Your Ego cannot reconcile with the losses of moral and material character, with the breaking of the habitual way of life, with leaving a comfort zone.
Your self-esteem is suffering from the pain, denigration and losses.
And the more wise and ancient is the Soul, the greater tests are given to her, because she has to finish its earthy path honorably, without leaving any small trail of duality in the form of negative energies, which generate all kinds of negative emotions, characteristic of the person of the 3D world.
If you realize that completely, dear ones, you will look at all your troubles and tragedies with the new eyes, you will see their deep causes. You will realize why they have been given to you and will be grateful to your Destiny, because through them the shortest path for purification of your Soul from all the remainders of duality is prepared for you.
You will realize that these tests and troubles, by offering you a priceless experience, will teach you to look at life with the eyes of the Human god, which means moving you closer to Ascension.
Those of you, who “learn to love your enemies” with Unconditional Love, will ascend to the heights unreachable for the mere mortals. Because to love those, who love you is easy, but to love those, who brings you pain and suffering is possible only for the great Soul, who have come to this Earth for the last time.
If you could do that, then the chains of duality will fall off you forever and your Soul will be liberated from the dungeon, where it had lived for a long time in unpleasant vicinity of the anger and hatred, resentment and jealousy, greed and lust for power and many other energies of the 3D world, which had kept the consciousness of the people in captivity, leading them further and further away from God, meaning their own selves.
Believe me, dear ones, that such liberation would not denigrate you, would not be an expression of your weakness, but would raise you to an unbelievable heights, filling your Soul with Light and Love and leading you to the new level of being.
You will become invulnerable and untouchable.
None of the Dark or astral beings would be able to come close to you, because you will have the vibrations of completely different frequency – the ones where the Forces of Light abide, whose faithful helpers on Earth you will become.

Greetings, my dear beloved children!
Today we will start a new topic, which is especially important now, when the global changes in political, financial and social spheres has begun, and redistribution of power on the global arena is coming.
Political passions, hypocrisy, duplicity, double standards have already reached its apogee and appear so absurd that even the people, unsophisticated in politics, are beginning to understand that.
Perhaps, the energy expression of these processes can be compared with tornadoes, typhoons, tsunamis – in other words the catastrophes, which become denser and denser and gradually descend to the physical plane, causing natural disasters that lead to death and destruction.
That’s why, dear ones, you have to do everything in your power to bring the instances of these catastrophes to the minimum.
What do you have to do for that?
First. Never under any circumstances get emotionally involved into discussions of the hot political and social issues, feeding them with negative energies.
Of course, you can look through the news updates in order to be informed of the current events. But at the same time, it’s important to remain an uninvolved observer, understanding that everything is going the way it should, that any process has to reach its critical point to begin the new spiral of its development.
That’s exactly what’s transpiring on your planet Earth now.
Second. Try to harmonize the space around you, filling it with your peace, Light and Love.
By doing that, you will help people around you not to succumb to excessive passionate discussions of current events.
If they try to get you involved in the arguments about the political or social issues, try to redirect the conversation to another topic, tell a joke or something interesting and funny.
Apply your wisdom and diplomacy, dear ones. With such an approach, you’ll protect yourselves and your companions from the powerful energy attacks from the Dark Forces and astral beings, who feed on the energies of aggression and discontent.
And third. Never attempt to change anything using the force and resistance, especially if you are a leader.
Because such actions already carry negative energies within, which will multiply and attract more and more people into its field.
Remember, dear ones, that all the revolutions on Earth have come to a sad end, precisely because they have had the energies of the lowest vibrations in their foundation, such as hatred, aggression and resistance.
However, if you feel it is not in your power to change something for the better, then do that wisely and calmly, logically evaluating the situation without excessive enthusiasm and intense emotions.
Always remember about the golden mean, which is the only thing capable of balancing the most complex and complicated matters.

Greetings, my dear beloved children!
Today we are approaching a conclusion of the practice of tuning on the vibrations of another person.
In my previous message, I have explained to you a principle of balancing your own chakras, which is a starting point for work of defining the vibrational level of the people.
Thus, after you are convinced that your vibrational “scale” is completely ready, you may start testing.
At the beginning, it is best to work with some of your family members, who are always near you and therefore are the perfect “subjects” for an observation.
Besides, it is not necessary to stay near them physically. Energy communication between you exists beyond time and space, but the results of your work you would see, of course, only in personal contact.
It is better to choose a moment, when your “subject” is in a quiet state and even during sleep, in order to see his potential in its pure state.
Imagine that he stands in front of you and each of his chakras are touching each of your corresponding chakras.
Observe if they come into a resonance with each other.
What kind of sensations you may feel?
For example, your first chakra may work quietly and rhythmically but the chakra of your “subject” could pulsate quickly and unevenly as if rushing or fussing.
Usually it is precisely what happens with the chakras of the people who are deeply material and lack spiritual aspirations.
In such manner, move higher on your “scale,” testing each of the chakras of this man.
If not even one of the lower chakras come close to the rhythm of vibrations of your own chakras, then the probability that this person may wake up is very low.
Of course, it is not a simple practice, dear ones, and real success may come only with experience, when your own subtle sensory organs will be transformed into “antennas” of the subtlest sensitivity, capable to discern all the vibrational nuances of other people.
Your intuition will suggest if you could help this particular person by raising him energetically to the level which would allow him to make a Shift.
If you consider such help appropriate, then move to the next step of this practice.
You need to place this person into your energy field, increasing the volume of your subtle bodies to the maximum.
Try to visualize as clearly as possible your own subtle bodies and the subtle bodies of another person within your energy space.
In your mind draw the border of this space.
And after that, imagine how each of your chakras tune on a corresponding chakra of this person, and give him your vibrational frequency; doing that will bring his vibrations to the average level that resonates with the Earth vibrations.
If you succeed in everything, this person will start changing without noticing it, gradually establishing different life priorities.
The pendulum of his Soul will swing from the material values towards the spiritual ones.

Ascension in Action (Vibrational Scale)
Greetings, my dear beloved children!
Let’s continue our conversation on the subject of how to tune on the vibrations of other people that we have discussed in my previous message.
For that, you need to imagine your body as a scale with the dividers at the levels of your chakras.
Of course, this practice will be suitable only for those of you who have mastered a skill of sensing your own chakras, and I know there are quite a few people like that already.
To be able to test how your “scale” is working, close your eyes and listen to each chakra in succession.
Feel their vibrations.
When all human chakras are harmonized, their vibrations should not be different from each other, because they all form one energy system.
Fully balanced chakras vibrate at one rhythm.
If you feel that one of your chakras is getting out of rhythm – it could speed up or slow down because the pulsations may be uneven – then you need to work with this chakra.
Get into a meditative state, summon your Heavenly helpers and the energy of Creator, then ask to dissolve all the negative energy accumulated there and to tune it on the same frequency as the other chakras.
But the most important thing is to understand why it has happened, what exactly has caused the imbalance of this chakra.
Ask your Higher Self to show you the reason in meditation or in your dream.
It is very important, dear ones, because you already know, that without removing the cause of your sickness or any other inharmonious state, you cannot get rid of the unpleasant consequences.
Learn to conduct such a test every day to keep pure your subtle sensory organs, which are your vibrational scale – your main instrument for testing yourselves as well as people around you.
Why is it so important?
It is because you can discern the vibrations of another person clearly and correctly, only when your own vibrations are perfectly readjusted.
Then each of your chakras will become a sensitive “instrument,” that can register any variations from an average size in the chakras of another person.
But first you need to understand what is “an average size.”
It is such a level of vibrations which allows a person to shift from the Third to the Fourth Dimension, and then into the Fifth.
Before you start testing a person, you need to tune your “scale” on an average level of vibrations, sometimes by artificially lowering your own level. Otherwise, the gap between your own vibrations and the vibrations of other people will be too big and you will not succeed in determining their potential correctly.
But how can you come to such an average level?
Ask for help from your Heavenly helpers, and then imagine how the golden ray of the energy of Creator, coming from the center of the Universe, is going through all your chakras and connects you with the center of the Earth.
In such a way, you come into a resonance with the vibrations of the Earth, which are average at this time, because the planet attempts to create a unified energy space for all the inhabitants of the planet to prevent an excessive suffering for the people who are not ready for Ascension.

Today we will discuss a new topic, which for many of you will be a trampoline into the new life, into the new energy space and new dimension.
We will discuss your ability to tune on the wavelength of another person, feel him as a kin particle, to realize that you are the children of one Father.
You may contradict me,
“But we are so different, sometimes we are separated by a big chasm in our vibrational level as if we are from different planets.”
It is so true, dear ones, stratification of people is tremendous, but nevertheless each of you is the grain of one Universe, where one is complimenting another, and each of you teaches good or bad things to someone. Every experience is valuable in its own way.
Each Soul has only one goal: to return to its source, to regain its lost Divinity, to live in Love and harmony with itself and with the world.
Each of you goes on the path, according to the plan of the Soul, that chooses such an experience which is missing in its depository. It does so to learn all sides of being, all possible variations of the events, to be able to face honorably any circumstances and to grow spiritually…
The more ancient is the Soul, the more difficult lessons it chooses to learn, going from one incarnation to another; striving to ascend higher and higher on the spiritual ladder leading to God.
And now, dear ones, you have come to the finish line, have enrolled into the last course of spiritual university, which is called “Life on planet Earth.”
I know that many of you have succumbed to the state of sadness, saying farewell to this planet, where you had been born again and again during centuries and millenniums.
This sadness is not a coincidence.
Many of you have been born here for the last time to be able to participate in the most wonderful and very unique experience of Ascension in your physical body together with the Earth.
But you have come here not because of curiosity, dear ones, but to help others – those who have not reached such a high level of spiritual development which you have now; but whose Souls also have chosen to go through Ascension and who is determined to catch up in a short time period, gaining experiences they are lacking.
You have to extend your hands to help them, to become their mentors and teachers.
That’s why you need to tune in the vibrations of other people, to be able to see who needs your help and understand who is ready for Ascension and who is not.
Always remember that people are accustomed to living in their shells, hiding behind the masks, defending their inner world. Sometimes it is very difficult to see and feel the true essence of another person.
That’s why you need to learn how to read an information about another person through the distance, determining the lever of his vibrations and the wish of his Soul to go through the Shift into Fifth Dimension.

You must always remember that energy practices first affect your subtle bodies, dissolving the accumulated “blocks” of negative emotions and firm believes; and only when your subtle bodies will be completely purified, the results of your work will appear on physical plane.
You need to be patient, dear ones, and regularly and methodically conduct meditations for healing of your diseases.
Because your goal is not an artificial release of the symptoms of your disease and suffering, as it happens when you take your medications, but a complete healing.
It is possible only when you completely get rid of the cause of your disease.
And today I will give you one more practice, which you can use simultaneously with the one I have given you yesterday.
And that’s what it is.
After you get into a meditative state and summon all your Divine helpers, imagine the Universal Ocean of Love – an infinite depository of the Divine energies of the highest vibrations.
Feel it’s power and might.
And then imagine that the tubes, connected to your sick organs, lead to the Ocean.
Feel how the magic healing energy of Love flows through these tubes.
It spreads inside your body, enveloping sick organ, filling it with the healing life energy.
Feel how your body reacts to it, how it rejoices and responds with gratitude.
It could be expressed as pulsations, vibrations and as warmth spreading throughout the body.
And after immersing into this flow of Love, you can work simultaneously with the cause of your disease, dissolving it with the energy of Creator and pronouncing a new belief. This new belief will create a new program in your consciousness and will bring a complete liberation from fears, resentments, aggression, guilt – all these causes which created your disease.
Dear ones, you will sense yourselves in which order it’s best to conduct the practices of self-healing, but two principles must be at the basis of your decisions.
First
It is impossible to heal, without eliminating the cause which has created disease.
And second
No one can do it for you, because only you can control your emotional state and observe that negative states, firmly established in your consciousness, are completely transformed into the positive ones.
You have to get accustomed, dear ones, to the notion that the energy “hygiene” – the purification of your subtle bodies – is a guarantee of the health of your physical body.
It cannot exist separately from the other bodies, because they are all interconnected and each of them is a continuation of another.

Greetings, my dear beloved children!
Today we will discuss the subject of how to help your physical body to heal from diseases, using not prescription drugs, but energy practices.
But first of all, you need to understand the causes of your diseases, which are ALWAYS psychological.
Now there are many tables of psychosomatic causes of human diseases, which quite correctly reflect the truth of the matter.
That’s why the first step towards healing must be realization of what’s exactly you are doing wrong.
Most often it is your mistaken believes, which become strengthened in your consciousness year after year, that are the sources of one or another disease.
Now we will learn how to combine the energy practices with the power of suggestions, or rather we will substitute the old believes with the new ones.
You need to learn how to reprogram your consciousness.
Therefore, if you clearly discover the cause of your disease, realizing which mistaken belief about life had led you to it, then you may start working on yourself.
To be able to understand better the mechanism of such work, let’s look at the quite common example of a poor vision – nearsightedness or farsightedness.
Most often, the reason for such deviation is the fear of the future or of the present, and if a person is able to get rid of it completely, then his vision will definitely improve even if he had been wearing glasses for many years.
Try, dear ones, to see your fear in all its glory, which means try to determine its color, form and volume.
Drag it from the depth your consciousness, your memory, your former incarnations.
Some people may see it as a small dark spot, but for another it may be a huge grey cloud.
For some people fear have become their second nature: so much of it have been absorbed in their flesh and blood.
And when you will see your fear, tell yourself,
“I have nothing to fear, because I am not alone in this world. Creator and the Higher Powers of the Universe are with me, and they protect me and take care of me”.
“I am grateful for all the tests I have to endure, because they fortify my Spirit, help me to move forward, and fill my life with the bright and colorful experiences”.
“Without them, my life would be grey and boring”.
“I know that my Soul is immortal, which means everything that happens in my life is a priceless experience, that will be a part of its Divine “depository”.
“And now I dissolve my fear with the energy of Creator, and may the Highest Powers of the Universe help me!”
Then imagine, dear ones, that the energy of Creator flows from Heavens in a generous golden sparkling current and like sun rays dissolves your fear.
It leaves you forever, liberating you from all the effects on physical plane in the form of your diseases.
Let’s this principle be the basis of your self-healing, liberating you from all body illnesses!
May it bring you health, happiness, and joy!
May it fill your life with faith in your beautiful future!

Ascension in Action (The Body of Plasticine)
Greetings, my dear beloved children!
Today we’ll speak about your connection with your body.
I see that many of you don’t quite understand how you can help it to transform into the light crystalline body.
This issue is quite complex and ambiguous. Each of you have started your path to Ascension in different physical and psychological states, with different life baggage.
And, of course, it is impossible to make prognosis about the terms of complete transformation of your bodies – too many factors influence this process.
But still there are some general recommendations, which could help you to harmonize the process of the rebuilding of your bodies; and as a result your bodies will obtain completely different parameters.
In this case, we will not speak about physical or breathing exercises, but about the energy practices, which will change your bodies on subtle level, and then these changes will start to appear on physical plane.
Let’s call this practice “The Body of Plasticine.”
Summon all your heavenly helpers, enter a meditative state and imagine your physical body as a silhouette, modeled from plasticine.
You can give it any shape, “modeling” your body in a way you want to see it.
Use the creative approach, igniting your imagination, all your fantasy.
You can “model” multicolored chakras and Crystal of Love – as you imagine them.
The plasticine must be gentle, soft and pleasant to touch.
Or may be someone would like to mold inside this silhouette all your inner organs – beautiful, healthy and shiny.
Admire your creation.
Perhaps, you would like to change something, to bring it to perfection.
And only when you will find that the physical body, created in your imagination, is perfect, enter into it in your mind – try it on yourself.
And then call the energy of Creator, and feel how it is filling every particle of the body, that you created, transmuting your dense physical vehicle into the light crystalline one.
Feel how your body responds with gratitude to this “game,” how it trembles with joy, how light, flexible and healthy it becomes, how all the sick cells of your body are restored and renewed, after absorbing the Divine energy of Creator.
Sit as long as possible, enjoying this transformation of your entire being.
Remember that state well so you could call it within yourself again and again and as often as possible.

Ascension in Action (Pacification)
Greetings, my dear beloved children!
In today’s message, I’d like to continue our conversation about your abilities to create a new reality, while being in the world of 3D.
And first of all, it concerns purification of the energy spaces in the places of chaos and extremely intense passions.
It is necessary, because the situations, that provoke powerful explosions of passions, cause a great trauma to your already renewed planet.
Humanity pulls your planet back like heavy weights, clutching its poor tormented body with all kinds of negative emotions.
This discrepancy between the higher vibrations of the Earth’s subtle bodies and its physical body hinders its forward movement.
It is in your power, dear ones, to minimize its discrepancy, to help Earth make a Shift into the new reality smoothly and harmoniously.
And today I will give you another practice, aimed at harmonization of situations, which are provoked by the discharges of lower vibrational energies by the great number of people.
Let’s call it “Pacification.” And that’s what it means.
You can smooth out any events, critical conflicting situations, by transforming negative energies into the positive ones.
And that’s how it may happen in practice.
Any flared up conflict – be that a family feud, social or political passions when they have reached a high intensity – inevitably creates mini-egregore, which is feeding on the conflicts and in turn gradually feeding them, and as a result it inflates even bigger.
Your task is to see this energy egregore and to work with your focus upon it.
For that you can use the practice «Dissolving the programs of 3D», which I have given in my previous message.
But this time your “firework” will be directed on the egregore, that absorbed negative energies of this particular conflict.
Powerful discharge of Love from your fourth chakra is capable to blow it and transform into dust, creating in that place a new egregore of Divine energy of Light and Love, which will feed the conflict with the energy of completely different quality.
Believe me, dear ones, it is a very effective method of pacification of the prolonged conflicts of all types.
And if you master this practice, you would be able to noticeably diffuse difficult situations on your planet, transforming one after another the egregores of fear, anger and aggression into the egregores of Peace, Love, and Goodness.
