Divine ability to change your mood

My dear ones, each of us has the Divine ability to change our mood. We have the right to choose: what kind of it we will have right now!

To the extent that you are already aware and strong, as the creators of your life and reality, you can change your mood.

Some can only improve it a little, while others can even change it radically. It’s like learning to use a radio button that switches to the desired energy wave of mood.

As soon as you think about the beautiful, sublime, wonderful, bright, inspired, Divine… and your internal settings will change. The mood, like an energy wave, will fly upward to high vibrations.

It’s worth thinking that nothing will work out, it won’t get better, everything is bad, terrible, hard, the world is unfair, there’s darkness all around… – and the energy wave of your mood will fly down to low vibrations.

You can, if you want, throw off any negative state: depression, despondency, fear, laziness, melancholy, resentment, anger… You just have to switch to another energy wave of perception, transferring your attention to something higher in vibration.

Of course, the more weight a person has, the deeper he gets stuck in negativity, the more difficult it is to switch his mood. When your physical and psychological well-being is poor, it is difficult to move and change the waves of perception. But it’s still possible! It is possible to ease your inner state, whatever it may be, by thinking about the good!

Every day we choose which vibration to tune in to, which energy wave to live on!

Imagine how you throw off any difficult internal state like a burden. You can even shake your arms and legs, your whole body. You can dance or even start singing. Watch an inspiring film or video, read a light book or article. Smile at the sun, the blue sky, and Life itself! This all helps switch our mood to a higher frequency energy wave.

All in our hands! Whatever we want will happen in our lives. Whatever we tune in to, we will vibrate in that energy. We can switch energy waves and create a pleasant atmosphere for life ourselves. We create (customize as we wish) ourselves every day!
