– To be healthy, you need your own efforts, constant and significant.
Nothing can replace them. Man is so perfect that health can be restored from almost any point of decline. Only the necessary efforts increase with old age and the deepening of illnesses.
– The magnitude of any effort is determined by incentives, incentives by the significance of the goal, time and probability of achieving it. And it’s a pity, but also in character!
Unfortunately, health, as an important goal, faces a person when death becomes a close reality. However, even death cannot frighten a weak person for long.
– Four conditions are equally necessary for health: physical activity, dietary restrictions, hardening, time and the ability to rest.
And also – a happy life! Unfortunately, without the first conditions it does not provide health. But if there is no happiness in life, then where to find incentives for effort, to strain and starve? Alas!
– Nature is merciful: 20-30 minutes of physical exercise a day is enough, but enough to make you choke, sweat, and make your heart rate double. If you double this time, it will be absolutely great.
-You need to limit yourself in food. Choose either: live constantly from hand to mouth and be skinny all the time, or eat to your heart’s content, and then, several times a year, starve completely.
– Knowing how to relax is a science, but it also requires character. If only he were!
– They say that health is happiness in itself. This is not true: it is so easy to get used to health and stop noticing. However, it helps to achieve happiness in family and work. Helps, but doesn’t define.
True, illness is certainly a misfortune. If it’s heavy.
And if it’s easy, then for some it’s even pleasant: you can relax, and maybe they’ll regret it. Or at least you’ll feel sorry for yourself.
So is it worth fighting for your health? Think!
