An oncologist named the foods with the most carcinogens

Urological surgeon and oncologist Mark Gadzian comments on foods that he believes are particularly harmful in terms of carcinogen content.
“The most harmful foods are chips and smoked sausages, they contain the most carcinogens,” says the doctor.
According to him, sugar and salt are no less harmful, “but it is completely impossible without them.” Gadzian calls for monitoring how much salt and sugar you consume per day, writes zdrave.to.
The doctor also gives other nutritional advice in terms of what is harmful to have in the diet:
It is harmful to drink less than a liter of liquid per day, as the risk of urolithiasis and blood clotting increases significantly.
It is harmful to drink strong alcohol. It is especially dangerous for the neurons of the brain, “it acts like a neurotoxic poison.”
Being overweight is harmful. This harms not only the heart and hormone levels, but also the ankle joints, knees and spine.
Prolonged sitting is also harmful. Blood stagnation occurs in the small pelvis, which provokes prostatitis, adenoma, venous “stasis”, hemorrhoids, and in women – uterine fibroids.
It is harmful to refrain from intimate contacts – both the development of inflammatory and degenerative diseases of the pelvic organs can be accelerated.
Smoking is harmful – regular cigarettes, hookahs and vapes are also on the list.
The oncologist also pays attention to the harm caused by bad thoughts, depression, gambling addiction and lack of physical activity. He recalls how important regular preventive examinations are.
Regarding food, the doctor explains that processed meats such as sausages, hams, sausages and hamburgers contain nitrites and nitrates, which can turn into carcinogens such as nitrosamines when the food is cooked.
Grilling and smoking food, especially meat, can lead to the formation of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs), which are carcinogenic. Highly processed foods such as chips, crackers, and muffins often contain additives, preservatives, and colorings that have been linked to an increased risk of cancer.
Drinking alcohol can increase the risk of developing several types of cancer, including throat, esophageal, liver, and breast cancer. Foods containing trans fats, such as fast food, fried foods, crackers and sweets, increase the risk of cancer and other diseases.
