The thing is that deactivation of DNA strands by itself is not capable of modifying the human genome. It only reduces the “quality” of his communication with the subtle plane.
As for genetic changes, they were carried out by highly developed civilizations in order to test how capable a Divine being placed in the world of the third dimension is to maintain its connection with the Creator and the Higher aspects of its Soul.
And we can say that in this regard, this experiment turned out to be quite successful.
But throughout all these millennia, Souls from different civilizations of a very high level have also come to help humanity, who have left a deep mark on your history.
Basically, representatives of Andromeda, Arcturus, Sirius and the Pleiades, that is, those civilizations that once “intermarried” with earthlings, were embodied in human bodies.
