Psychosomatic clues: 12 signals of our body

It’s not about what happens to us, it’s about how we react to it. Take care of your health!
Psychosomatics studies the relationship between a person’s mental state and their physical health. The basic idea is that emotional and psychological states can affect physical health and cause various somatic symptoms and diseases. For example, stress, depression, anxiety or other mental problems can affect the functioning of the immune system, cardiovascular system, gastrointestinal tract and other organs.
1. A person with a sad face clearly has unhappy thoughts. In this regard, the faces of the elderly are interesting. They are a direct reflection of their way of thinking throughout their lives.
2. The head represents ourselves. This is what we show the world. They recognize us by our heads. When something is wrong with the head, it means that something is wrong with us.
Headaches occur when we feel inferior or constantly try to please everyone. The next time you have a headache, stop for a minute and ask yourself where you feel humiliated and why. Forgive yourself, allow yourself to make mistakes and be who you really are — because you are just a human being. Let this feeling go away and your headache will disappear on its own.
Migraines are created by people who want to be perfect, perfect in everything, as well as those who have accumulated a lot of irritation in life.
3. Hair represents strength. When we are very scared, we create a “steel belt”, which usually starts in the shoulder muscles, and then goes to the head, and sometimes to the eyes. The hair grows through the hair sac. When we create a lot of tension in the skull, these pouches automatically close and the hair begins to die off, fall out.
If the tension is constantly continuing and the skin of the skull is not relaxed, the hair stops growing. The result is a bald spot. Women have been going bald ever since she entered the men’s business world.
3. Ears are a symbol of the ability to listen and hear. When a person has problems with his ears, it means that something is happening in his life that he flatly refuses to hear. Pain in the ears is an example of the highest irritation with what you have to hear.
Children often have pain in their ears when they have to listen to everything at home that they do not want to hear at all — scandals, swearing, and so on. It is forbidden for a child to express his anger, and since he is practically unable to change anything, then this impossibility will lead to pain in the ears.
Deafness is a long, possibly lifelong, unwillingness to listen to anyone. Please note: when we see one partner with a hearing aid, the other one usually talks non-stop. If a child was born with deafness or acquired it in infancy, then this is always working out the karma of the parents.
4. The eyes speak of the ability to see. When we have problems with our eyes, it usually means that we refuse to see anything either in ourselves or in our lives. A common occurrence is small children with glasses, when something is wrong at home, they literally refuse to look at something.
5. The neck and throat are very interesting. The neck is the ability to think flexibly, the ability to see the other side of a question and change another person’s point of view. When we have neck problems, it means that we are stubborn and refuse to be more flexible.
The throat represents our ability to stand up for ourselves, to ask for what we want or don’t want. Throat problems arise from the feeling that “we have no right” and from the feeling of our own helplessness and inferiority. There is always something unspoken and unspoken in this case.
A sore throat is always an irritation. If he is accompanied by a cold, then, in addition, confusion. Laryngitis usually means that we are so angry that we literally cannot speak. The throat, in addition, is a part of the body where all our creative energy is concentrated.
Diseases associated with glands and thyroid indicate that in a creative sense you have not been able to do what you would like. It is in the throat area, first of all, that all our changes take place.
When we resist change, we most often have problems with our throat. Pay attention to how we sometimes start coughing out of the blue. Or someone else starts coughing. What exactly is being said at this moment? What are we reacting to? Is it stubbornness, resistance, or evidence that we are in the process of change?
6. The back is a support system, supports. Back problems indicate that you feel a lack of support. Too often we think that we are supported by family and friends. In reality, it is the support of the universe and life itself.
Problems with the upper back are a signal of insufficient emotional support. The middle part of the back has a direct relationship to guilt. Are you afraid of what’s behind you or are you hiding something there? Don’t you feel like someone has stabbed you in the back?
The lower back is material goods and the fear of losing them, being left without money, then starvation and death — this is how our brain is programmed, so the fear of losing our livelihood can literally break us in half. In this case, you need to understand that all questions always have answers, maybe you just don’t want to know them.
7. Lungs are the ability to take and give life. Lung problems usually arise from our unwillingness or fear to live life to the fullest, or from the fact that we believe that we do not have the right to live life to the fullest. Those who smoke a lot usually deny life, hiding behind a mask a sense of their inferiority, fears, resentments, disappointments, anger, hatred, mental pain, etc., etc.
8. Breasts are the personification of motherhood. When problems with the mammary glands arise, it means that we literally strangle another person with our attention — a child (as a rule) or a husband, that is, we live their lives. If breast cancer occurs, it is additionally an accumulated resentment or anger.
In general, as for cancer of any organ, it is always resentment, anger, disappointment and unspoken pain accumulated over the years. Manifesting itself through certain organs, cancer tells us exactly what is wrong and what needs to be worked with, what kind of dangerous thinking needs to be changed.
9. The heart is a symbol of love, kindness, acceptance, and blood is a symbol of joy. When we don’t have love and joy in our lives, our hearts literally shrink and become cold. As a result, the blood begins to flow more slowly and we gradually move towards anemia, vascular sclerosis, heart attacks and so on. We sometimes get confused in the life dramas that we create for ourselves, that we do not notice the joy of life and our stay on planet Earth, which is very short-term and unique.
10. The stomach processes, digests all new ideas and situations. When we have stomach problems, it usually means that we don’t know how to assimilate a new life situation. We’re scared.
Stomach ulcer is more than just fear, a feeling of inferiority, we are afraid that we are not good enough for our children, parents, spouses, partners, supervisors, teachers, etc. We literally cannot digest what we are, trying every now and then to please others at all costs.
No matter what position you hold at work, you may have absolutely no sense of self-worth. The answer to solving such a problem is self—love. People who love and respect themselves don’t have ulcers.
Gallstones symbolize accumulated bitter thoughts, as well as pride, which prevents you from getting rid of them.
11. Accidents are expressions of irritation and resentment. We get so angry that we want to hit someone, but instead we hit ourselves. When we are angry at ourselves, we feel guilty, we are literally looking for punishment for ourselves and it comes in the form of an accident. Accidents are not accidents at all. This is just a signal that something is wrong with your attitude towards yourself.
12. Our feet carry us through life. Problems with the legs indicate a fear of moving forward or an unwillingness to move in a certain direction. Our legs carry us, drag us, drag us, and on them sit big, fat thighs full of childish insults and unshed tears. Moreover, if the female buttocks are disproportionate to the body, enlarged, then this indicates the presence of resentment against the father, existing or unknown.
Unwillingness to act often manifests itself in serious leg problems. Varicose veins are either a home or a job that you hate. Also, if you take responsibility for all your loved ones and try to drag everyone along with you through life. Veins from such a load just start to come out. Take the burden by yourself, according to your strength.
