Combining unconditional love of self and your role of guide, in many ways, means having patience and understanding for yourself. It means seeing yourself for the wonderful being you truly are, yet also seeing your potential and encouraging yourself to follow your dreams and living in joy and passion. It means honouring your body, speaking to yourself with kindness and encouragement, and making sure all your needs are met.
