The MOTHER of all HAARP starts in Sweden

Along with such strange projects as CERN and Area 51, another strange thing with the acronym HAARP (High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program) has also been occupying the minds of conspiracy theorists for a very long time.

Formally, HAARP is a program for researching ionospheric scattering of high-frequency radio waves, but no one really knows what it is about. It is only known that the antenna works in both directions and can not only look at the ionosphere, but also heat its selected areas.

HAARP is not a very unique installation; there are analogues even in the Moksha swamps, where local weak-minded people tried to keep up with higher civilization back in Soviet times. But then they fell behind a little and concentrated on vodka, nesting dolls and balalaikas, in the production of which the swamps are unrivaled and have no equal.

Another analogue of HAARP is EISCAT, an office that monitors auroras from Sweden. They built everything there in 1975, gave local adherents a small radar and they rejoiced and danced around it, like around a Christmas tree.

However, in the last few years, something has changed and golden rain has fallen on the bright EISCAT adherents, straight from the ionosphere:

The installation, as you can see, is large and expensive. Moreover, it is modular – the antenna can be expanded until the clearing ends, and if something happens, trees can be cut down:

The bright adherents do not say what is so interesting in this ionosphere, but it is known that many advertisements for collecting resumes have appeared on the Internet. Electricians who don’t mind their balls are recruiting with terrible force all over the globe. And, as far as can be understood from the announcements, electricians will begin arriving at the site in January 2024, so, one must think, in March this crap will work to its fullest.

Naturally, conspiracy theorists are now rushing around in panic. Some people add extra layers of foil to their headgear, others look to old diving helmets, although still others do nothing, reasonably assuming that it won’t help anyway.

But what won’t help? What to expect? Descent of alien brothers from heaven? Zombie apocalypse? Some kind of mass hallucination? Global climate change?

There are no answers to these questions yet, but we’ll see in March, so we’ll keep an eye on developments.

General warns: HAARP Superweapon

The Romanian general warns that the HAARP superweapon will be used for “apocalyptic” geo-prevention.

A senior Romanian general warned that the Program of High-frequency Active Research of the Northern Lights (HAARP) has never been closed, but is constantly being improved and used against the population. Geoengineering expert General Emil Streinu explained the danger of HAARP to representatives of the Serbian media. He called it a “weapon of the apocalypse” and told journalist Dragan Vujicic that it could be used for economic warfare, combating climate change and population control.

“The HAARP system has been operating since 1993,” explained Strain. “The number of antennas and transmitters has increased from year to year, so today there are more than 180 antennas and main generators in operation. Today, HAARP has the highest performance in its history and can perform long-range missions anywhere in the world.

Infowars.com Reports: Strain explained the three main directions of geoengineering. First, it is carbon geoengineering, which aims to remove carbon dioxide from the atmosphere. Secondly, solar geoengineering, the purpose of which is to change the amount of solar radiation absorbed and emitted by the Earth’s atmosphere.

Military geoengineering, the third area, uses environmental modification technologies for military purposes in all three areas — on land, at sea and in the air. According to Strianu, the current “climate change” seems to be related to such geoengineering projects that have been secretly carried out for decades.

The most efficient HAARP facility is located in Gacon, Alaska, which was decommissioned in 2014, and two years later, in 2016, was taken over by the University of Alaska at Fairbanks (UAF). However, Strianu pointed out that this was a cover used by the U.S. Army and the Central Intelligence Agency to continue HAARP operations there.

Strianu also said that he visited the HAARP UAF facility and learned how these weapons are used. He said some of their applications cause explosions like atomic bombs, change the environment and create hurricanes, tornadoes, waterspouts and tsunamis in areas where they don’t normally occur.

Weapons can also cause earthquakes and volcanic eruptions, affecting areas prone to such phenomena. It can also alter brain waves and control people’s thoughts. In light of the general’s revelations, many on social media blame HAARP for the severe earthquake in February 2022 in Turkey and Syria. The disaster claimed the lives of at least 54,387 people.

Strianu is not the only one who talks about the existence of geoengineered weapons. His Romanian counterpart, Senator Diana Jovanovic Sosoaca, in a speech to the Romanian parliament, said that the earthquake in Turkey could have been the result of geo-weapons used by globalists against Ankara. Sosoaka cited “150 repeated tremors from a devastating earthquake, with the second one being stronger than the first,” proving that the tremors were man-made. She added that the geo-weapon “has been around for a very long time” and that it “has so far been used without much sacrifice, probably for experiments.”

“Now they have been implemented,” the senator said. “But no one thought that people would have to die — so many people and in such terrible ways.” Numerous social media posts have claimed that HAARP is being used to create storms and heat waves. Some even claim that HAARP is being used to foment climate panic and increase people’s susceptibility to climate restrictions. Worse, it was claimed that HAARP was a tool for reducing the world’s population.
