My dear ones, very powerful crystalline streams of Light have been coming to Earth more and more often lately. And it’s hard not to notice them. An unusual coolness or even cold appears in the body.

Many people have already become accustomed to the fiery cleansing and transmuting energies and calmly react to them. Cool energies are new to someone.

You may feel chills, chills, and goosebumps all over your body. This can be confused with some kind of physical illness. But when taking crystal streams, these symptoms are temporary.

They appear and disappear with the flow when it does its delicate work. This energy transforms physical bodies into light bodies capable of living at a higher vibrational frequency.

If you feel cool streams pouring through you and it brings discomfort, then help your body.

Drink more warm and even moderately hot water. Rub your palms and feet, and the whole body, so that the energy can pass through you more easily. Physical exercises also help, as they warm up the body. You can take a warm bath or shower. Practices and meditations with fire and fiery energies (for example, with the Great Central Sun) are very helpful.

Also, if you do not feel that such flows are passing through you. That means you need others. A lot of diverse energy is working with people now. And everyone is given what they need right now.
