The spread in the prospects for the future is connected with the free choice of earthlings – no one can impose on them the desire to be developed, they must strive for it themselves. In addition, the new Cycle involves a certain amount of stress and challenges, due to which a high variability in people’s behavior is also possible. They can unite in the face of difficulties, patiently and kindly helping each other. Or, on the contrary, to conflict, strive for separation and pull the blanket over yourself.
In fact, souls moving into the 3.8 space would feel more stable precisely at 3.5 – 3.6. This is their maximum natural range, which is why it is the basis for a pessimistic forecast. That is, the 3.8 frequencies will be fixed a little artificially for these minds, in the hope that people will appreciate being in these states and will be able to gain a foothold there. This can be regarded as an attempt on the part of teachers to give such people the tools to grow, as a kind of credit of trust.
The 3.8 frequencies will be kept fairly stable thanks to technical solutions. Imagine that these communities will have a kind of elastic seat belt. If a person keeps his states in an even form, he will not feel the belt at all. If he tries to settle lower, he will begin to feel a soft but tangible resistance pulling him back, leveling, fixing him in a certain position.
However, imagine that a person likes to slouch, and the seat belt forces him to continuously keep his back straight. He may eventually accumulate fatigue from this alignment from the side of space. He may get tired of the fact that an external force constantly straightens his back. Therefore, it is likely that some people will deform their seat belts in sudden gusts due to a strong desire to relax, return to a more familiar state and slouch again. That’s precisely because slouching for them was and remains acceptable, preferable. It is assumed that a certain number of such people will be.
That is, it is not enough to give people a favorable, already quite clean space 3.8. It is necessary that everyone keeps himself in hand and does not strive to fall out of there, does not relax too much and does not return to his former habits, from which he has not yet fully got rid of.
Other challenges of the communities of space 3.8 will be related to the fact that living conditions will change significantly. We have previously discussed specific ways to reduce the destructiveness of earthlings. All these are very serious changes, it will not be possible to implement this at the click of your fingers. Therefore, the Earth communities in the new Cycle will have to think and act differently. It will be unusual, unusual, uncomfortable, like everything new and not fully mastered. There will be a lot of searching for alternative solutions to the arrangement of society, building more productive ties in terms of the development of souls.
If in this Cycle people sought to build ties on mutual material interest, then in the new Cycle the idea of mutual benefit is simply obliged to undergo some significant changes, to gain new meanings. Otherwise, it will simply not be possible to achieve underestimated indicators of the destructiveness of civilization.
If people do not love each other, but tolerate and fake smile at each other for mutual benefit, these are highly destructive connections. And in such connections, they simply will not breathe life from above. That is, such purely mercantile potentials will be extinguished at the root. Therefore, it is necessary to look for a different, more friendly motivation in yourself; to look for more human points of contact.
It’s really not easy. You even have a principle on Earth: not to combine work and friendship, work and family, so that in case of business disagreements, both friendship and family do not crumble. This is a really serious challenge. But because of such a seemingly quite practical division into work and personal life, huge imbalances have accumulated in civilization during the XX century, its indicators of destructiveness have seriously increased. And it is no longer possible to continue like this. The qualitative and ideological fullness of relations, even business, even mutually beneficial, must be changed.
I foresee your next question: what will this new community be like, what will its organization be like? There are still a lot of ambiguities, a lot of dark spots. This is again connected with the free elections of earthlings, with their own vision of their lives and their abilities to realize this vision. Teachers cannot point out exactly how to build a society if people themselves do not understand and do not feel what they are doing and why it is necessary. Everyone has a fairly clear sense of the acceptability of their activities and what they create. Simply put, everyone has a feeling: “mine” – “not mine”. Going against this human feeling is extremely difficult and far from always rational. Therefore, many features of the future society will manifest themselves precisely because active people will see their life for themselves in this way, and not because something has been carefully planned for them from above.
We can say how it would ideally be, as originally planned. To put such a white cardboard model of a conditional city of the future on the table in front of you, to tell how everything will be arranged there, to paint it with colors, as teachers would like … As they say: “We will draw, we will live”… But it is quite obvious that all this, originally designed, in fact will not happen. When they start building, it turns out that everything is developing in a different way. The impulses of souls are directed to where they want themselves, and not to where they have drawn the ideal path. Because communities are not made up of cardboard men, but of real people.
Everyone has been shaped by their environment, their past experiences; everyone has their own habits and wishes. And it will not be easy for people to transform this baggage under the conditions of the new time. Because all the accumulated personal experience creates a kind of inertia. And it’s always easier for people to do things the old way, because it’s more difficult in a new way: you have to think a lot, you need to change your working schemes. There may be a lot of unknown data, or it is not clear at all how to do it in a new way. That is, it’s not even laziness, but just a lack of ideas, confusion.
We can discuss building new communities in the most generalized way. Their effective activity incredibly depends on the talents and successes of their builders: entrepreneurs, managers, organizers, etc. active people who are able to create new opportunities and unite people. Of course, spiritual people will also play an important role. But not everyone understands how the processes of organizing society work, and without this knowledge it will be impossible for people to organize. Or rather, perhaps at a more primitive level of the structure of relations that existed even before the industrial era. But not at the technological level that is planned by the development system for the new Earth Cycle. There is no rollback at the technological level, so the leaders in the new communities will be those people who are able to build modern and even innovative socially useful structures: houses, organizations, labor collectives, laboratories, farms, hospitals, educational institutions, logistics chains, etc.
You can even use the concept of technology in the broadest possible sense – not only as effective processes of material production, but also as ways to organize productive relationships between people in a new way in order to fill them with new meanings, motives, feelings. If previously everyone worked in exchange for money, then for successful living in communities 3.8, such motivation needs to be transformed and expanded.
These are not easy tasks for the builders of future communities: the search for new motivation for their activities, the search for new technologies for building social connections. Such people now have a lot of questions, a lot of confusion, a lot of misunderstanding of what life wants from them. There are hands, there is a mind, there is a desire to go forward. But there may not be an understanding of what exactly needs to be done. Because most of these people are used to creating social structures in a destructive world, relying on the popular model of obtaining primarily material benefits. All other factors – social benefits, strengthening of ties between souls, etc. – were either not taken into account in such an organization of people, or were insufficiently taken into account.
Orientation to personal material gain is generally a persistent trait inherent in very many individuals in the earthly civilization. This motive, which is obvious to any modern person, now needs a significant addition, expansion. In the new world, the emphasis in relations between people will already be shifted to strong social ties. And the success of the organization will depend on how high-quality and harmonious these ties are built.
On the one hand, it is impossible to live constantly at a loss, this leads to poverty. On the other hand, squeezing the maximum profit leads to an increase in the predation of social structures, the dissatisfaction of participants increases, reflections on injustice and exploitation arise, the destructiveness of such collectives increases. Therefore, the leaders face a difficult task to ensure the stability of functioning of their social groups, but to pay much more attention to the motives that were previously discarded or considered insufficiently significant. I’m talking about a warmer, supportive, humane relationship, even based on mutual benefit.
To create a business that can move to the 3.8 frequency communities, you need to realize this important shift in motivation, without which there will be no support from above. But if the leader’s motivation is already expanded, if the interests of the souls participating in such an enterprise are taken into account more fully (that is, it’s not just making money), then support from above can be very significant. But active people still face a serious question now: how to organize your business differently?
On the one hand, the conditions and tools at hand are even more or less the same, familiar. The new conditions haven’t even fully manifested yet. On the other hand, it is already becoming clearer that the old schemes stop working. Previously open doors, through which enterprising people walked, have already closed or may close soon. And the space is now asking active people a serious question: how can you create your own business otherwise? So that it would be more environmentally friendly, friendlier, with more care for those people who will work next to them? New doors can open for the most successful ideas. A tailwind may blow. Favorable opportunities may appear.
Such associations of people who already meet the conditions of the new Cycle will be transferred to the space of the new Cycle in a whole form. It’s much easier and safer for a person to keep an understandable role in a familiar social group. After all, this “grandiose move” is a serious stress. And the more familiar things remain around a person, the easier it will be for him to survive this stress. This will turn out to be much more natural and softer than creating a ready-made social structure from above and simply transferring different people there from the previous Cycle to the new one. That is, to throw in fact into the void. Even if it is not an emptiness in form, and this community is planned that it will sit in a real room, with some plans and distribution of responsibilities, it will still be an emptiness in terms of the fullness of interpersonal relationships. This void will be very strongly read. Questions will arise: “Where am I and how did I get here? Who are these kind of familiar people?”
Imagine that relationships with people are like a piggy bank. It is necessary to drop a coin there every day and over time a serious resource will gather there, a serious fullness of interpersonal relationships. It turns out that when transferring naturally created communities, their piggy bank moves along with them filled. And this is good, because such an accumulated resource is a safety margin, an airbag. It will be much easier to survive the transition to a new world with people close to you, with a ready-made occupation, with an understanding of where you can continue your activities. It will be wonderful if we manage to form a sufficient number of such communities, such labor collectives now. The more of them there are, the easier it will be for their participants to adapt to the new world.
I am talking now about groups of people who are able to bring their participants both material benefits and satisfy their need for communication, friendship, mutual support. That is, some kind of book lovers’ club or cooking – these are connections, of course, useful, but this is a hobby. And now I’m talking primarily about activities from which a person receives resources for life, but at the same time he has additional motivation: an interesting joint business, rapprochement between people, helping each other, etc.
Creating something new now is really not easy. This is quite understandable to the higher Powers. Therefore, if a conscious person is now neither the creator nor a participant in such collectives, this does not mean that he will not have a place in the new world. Transfers to the new world are assumed both by communities and individually. The main thing now is to keep awareness and be open to something new, to be ready to join new communities, new collective streams. And, of course, the more clearly a person understands what exactly he wants to do, the easier it will be for him to find his place in the new world.
The second stable space is defined in the most comfortable range for developing sleeping souls – 3.3 with the prospect of pulling up to 3.5. This is again a little higher from the real level of such souls, and the temptation to settle down to more natural and familiar 3.1 exists.
In general, civilization will change significantly. Even the space for sleeping minds 3.3 will become fundamentally different in terms of fullness and living conditions. But the tasks and challenges themselves to any adult who has lived on Earth will be quite understandable and familiar. The tasks remain the same, because in the current Cycle many have not completed their lessons.
Learning spaces will improve so that people can go through their developing experience more successfully. A person will intuitively read the understanding of their tasks much more clearly. There will be significantly less aimless wandering and searching for oneself, since already in this Cycle it has become more or less clear where the soul wants to go at least a little, and where it does not want at all. With which people she agrees to build relationships, and with which she categorically does not agree. And the development system will already start from the information collected in this Cycle when planning the future of the bulk of earthlings.
The selection space will become clearer and more readable. There will be no feeling of a scatter of options from plus to minus infinity, because many people were completely lost from this illusion of choice. We can say that during vital elections, intuition will work more acutely, such a feeling as a vocation will work more often professionally. But the choice of what to do is still up to people. Even if there are several doors in front of a person, and on one of them there is a sign “Welcome”, no one will prevent him from entering other doors, even if it means going a longer and winding way.
Since both spaces will be on the same version of Earth, live interactions between their representatives are possible, but undesirable. And the teachers assume that the unification of these diverse communities will not happen, because certain serious technologies and knowledge will be introduced into the 3.8 space, which are considered premature for the 3.3 communities. After all, any information can be used both for good and harm. And how it will be used depends on the level of intelligence development. It is assumed that the communities of space 3.8 will have the wisdom and common sense to use the new opportunities offered to them for good and only for creative purposes.
But mixing multi-frequency communities is undesirable for another reason. As they say: a bad example is contagious. Keeping your frequencies in the company of those who are more or less your equal is much easier than being a lonely lamp in a sleepy realm. The earth needs keepers of frequencies, keepers of sacred knowledge. And teachers plan to assign this important role to communities moving into the 3.8 space.
Tsch.: Why are conscious people scattered all over the world right now: like lonely lamps in a sleepy realm?
N.: Now the situation is complicated, abnormal. Conscious people have a double, triple load on frequency equalization. Precisely because few people around are able to do it for themselves. People may not understand that someone is doing this kind of work for them, that they feel tolerable only because they have a guide, a conscious person, who does not allow weaker people to finally settle down. But this can’t go on forever. And in the new Cycle, of course, life needs to be normalized so that there are no such overloads. Therefore, the communities of the most conscious people will be isolated.
Ch.: Won’t it happen that sleeping people in space 3.3 will have no living examples to strive for?
N.: You know, it works a little differently. In order to understand what to strive for, people have freely available various spiritual knowledge. The maturation of the mind proceeds in such a way that it simply opens up at a certain stage of saturation with experience, becomes receptive and begins to absorb knowledge like a sponge. Such people are watched from above. They will be able to bring them individually to the necessary information, and to more deeply understanding other people who will help and support.
It seems that it is necessary to place one bright conscious person among a sleeping group of people, and everyone will look up to him. But in fact they won’t. They can also put pressure on the conscious, drive them back into their acceptable norms.
And conscious people also need to be protected and provided with favorable conditions for their subsequent development, for the exchange of experience with their own kind. In addition, conscious people do not always want to pull the sleepers to their level. This is not easy work, and sometimes useless. Many conscious people were disappointed and burned out because they tried to break through the solid protective walls of sleeping people.
Therefore, the development scheme for novice seekers is to read literature and communicate with like–minded people. Sometimes it is possible to meet a kind of mentor, a person who understands a particular spiritual system, who will explain what he has already understood himself, slightly clear the understanding of distortions and guide. It should be borne in mind that souls are constantly maturing a little. And among those who will move into the 3.3 space, there are also people who want to understand more and understand deeper. Such aspiring to more will find each other and unite at will.
In extreme cases, even if someone from the 3.3 space starts making rapid progress, teachers can start giving him hints directly. Since the desire for development is the most important thing for the soul, an awakened person simply cannot be ignored or ignored.
But as long as the potential of a person’s awareness lies in the soil like a sleeping seed and is not going to hatch, it is useless to arrange ritual dances and demonstrations around him for a rapid awakening. Everything in nature has its own cycles. The soul also has its own cycles of disclosure. Sometimes a soul just needs space to live and gain experience in a circle of similar souls. We can call this period the accumulation of potential. The seed looks like it is lying motionless, and does not want to throw out the green sprout. But it slowly pulls the juices out of the ground, and eventually it will hatch anyway. But it is possible to accelerate these personal cycles of the soul only a little, perhaps by 5-7%, sometimes by 10. Alas, it is impossible to accelerate the aging of souls at times.
And the last question that I would like to discuss today is the risks and temptations for communities that will switch to frequencies 3.8. Let’s call them conditionally the keepers of the frequencies of the Earth.
Among them will be spiritual leaders, elders, priests – people with direct access to higher levels and various sacred knowledge. In addition, these communities will be able to master new technologies. This knowledge will not be brought from above and will not be put into people’s hands. But the ideas can be quite easily taken from the infofields of the Earth and applied to improve their lives and create new opportunities.
All these extended accesses will help build the power of the 3.8 level communities. And over time, they may want to use their accumulated power: both for the benefit of the development of earthlings, and for gaining power over civilization in order to realize their selfish interests. Of course, thanks to connections with higher levels, frequency keepers will be able to consult with their spiritual mentors and receive warnings. But it is far from a fact that these people will really want to hear advice and listen to them. Level 3.8 communities may feel that they are already quite capable of making decisions on their own, and that they have the right to decide for all Earthlings. In this case, they may attempt global manipulation of people at earlier stages of development, attempts to influence the course of Earth’s history, attempts to choose which communities to live and which to die.
In the new Cycle, the guardians of the frequencies of the Earth will have enough power to bring both benefit and harm to the bulk of humanity. For reasons of benefit, level 3.8 communities can only influence gently and indirectly, with the aim of developing earthly souls. No matter what good goals attempts to deceive and manipulate, attempts to take control of the population, attempts to act as the next behind–the-scenes puppeteers – they will all be unacceptable.
This information should be seriously considered, because at any degree of awareness, at any level of being, there are always dark temptations. They will also be with people moving into space 3.8. It is important for them not to feed their pride and arrogance, their “know-it-all” illusion, not to use power for evil and not to break away from the instructions of teachers from higher levels.
The meeting of the guardians of the Earth’s frequencies with the main civilization in the future can only happen at their request. But will they want to take advantage of this opportunity, and for what purposes – these will be their decisions, their exams. If these people successfully cope with their trials, it will be possible for them to move to the fifth level.

N.: They are now at the stage of accumulating the potential of vitality. This means that they are stable, available for transition, but no one is in a hurry to move there, because there is nothing much to do there yet.
The souls of the Earth who will eventually move to these spaces are still at the stage of planning their future life there. Of course, at the level of daytime perception, this information is read by only a few people, because every person has some kind of floors of consciousness. And on the higher floors of consciousness, which people may not even guess about, many people are now in full swing: “tails” are being pulled up, debts are being paid, final settlements are being made, contracts between souls are being closed. But sometimes a person sees a reflection of such processes in their dreams and insights.
In addition to completing all the cases in the closing Cycle, you also need to outline a plan for what a person will do in a new life. In order not to get lost, it is highly desirable to understand in advance what you are taking with you: skills and ideas, business and personal connections, a pre-thought-out plan of action, or a ready-made case. It is extremely difficult to cross completely naked and unprepared.
Imagine that all people are cubes, and threads are stretched between the cube of an individual and the cubes of his relatives, friends, colleagues. In addition, it can be connected by threads with the sphere of some spiritual teaching, with the sphere of some profession, with the spheres of some hobbies, some friendly communities. And the task before the transition is not just to get a lonely cube and move it into the void of a new space. And save the maximum possible number of threads between a particular cube and all the cubes and spheres surrounding it. Because the feeling of a full-fledged, interesting life appears precisely when the energy exchange networks are made up of the maximum number of diverse cubes and spheres, when the flows of the life resource freely circulate through them.
