Egoists are toxic.

2. Hateful deeds.

For example: unloved work, polite communication with people who are not really needed. Anything you don’t like. Stop doing that!
3. Inability to refuse.

4. Fear and doubt

They just feed off your energy. When you want to do something, and you carry this thought in yourself day after day, calculating all the negative options for the development of events – you give your energy.
Don’t waste time thinking. 20% of the time – we think, 80% – we act.
And the surest way to deal with fears is to step towards them! The choice is yours!
5. Unhealthy lifestyle.
An elementary sleep regime from 21:00 to 05:00, more fresh vegetables, fruits and clean water in the diet + sports activities – at times will raise your energy.
And a passive lifestyle, and “stuffing” all sorts of “junk” into yourself – will cut it completely.
We are what we eat. Fill your body with high-quality fuel, not a fake that brings only short-term results, but takes even more out of you!
