WINDOW ON NEW WORLD (Team or community of like-minded people)

Greetings, my dear beloved children!

Today I would like to combine two topics that were discussed in my recent messages and find common features of such notions as “team” and “community of like-minded people”.

At first sight, they are very similar to each other but, as a matter of fact, the difference between them is huge and what is of great importance here is the energy component.

Before all, a team in the third dimension world is made up not on the initiative of each of its participants but at will of the one to whom it is beneficial and necessary.

Therefore, people are chosen for it according to the needs of a certain enterprise or office, too.

During selection of personnel they take into account, first of all, professional qualities of an applicant, moral and psychological ones to some extent and spiritual – energy – ones are not taken into consideration at all.

As a result, in one team there get together people and sometimes NONhumans with such a wide range of vibrations that it is almost impossible to reach harmonious relationships in it.

As far as a community of like-minded people is concerned, the initiative to join it is generated by a person themselves.

As a rule, in such a community people are united by common interests and one approach to life.

And the keener one’s intuition is, the more successful one’s choice will be.

But even if they get disappointed with the members of this community, they can leave it any moment since it is always to the person to make a decision.

And this cannot be said about professional teams where one is bound hand and foot by financial dependence from their employer and not everyone can take courage to remain without livelihood.

So, many people “plug along” at work they do not like and among the people alien to them in terms of spirit just to support themselves and their family.

But such kind of relationships will soon remain in the past since duality as it is will start disappearing from the life of the people who have moved to the fourth dimension.

With Earth and humanity’s vibrations getting increased, everyone who is unable to exist in new energies will begin to leave the physical level.

And then as a result of energy leveling of those who have managed to increase their vibrations to the level of the fourth dimension, the hierarchy structure of professional teams will start getting transformed into communities of like-minded people gaining the very conciliarism that was said about in my recent message.

It is this energy dissociation that does not allow to do it now, though few are aware of it.

And for such transformation to occur as soon as possible, you can start working on energy leveling both in your professional teams and groups of like-minded people already now.
