The September 2023 Energies – The 9D Arcturian Council, Channeled by Daniel Scranton, August 31
“Greetings. We are The Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We have been monitoring and witnessing your progress there on planet Earth, and we are happy to say that you are ready for the September energies that will be coming in from us and from other points across the galaxy and universe. The September energies are all about embracing change for you all. They are about preparing you for change; they are about helping you to let go of attachments, and they are about helping you to transition from how life has been there on planet Earth to what you are moving into as you complete the shift in consciousness.
Now, the completion of the shift will still be quite a ways away from where you are right now. However, you will see that a lot of changes occur in between now and then, and you need all the help and all the support that you can get in ushering in those changes and feeling comfortable amidst them. Now you know that there will be changes to the various systems that you have there on Earth, and they can go rather smoothly if that is the timeline that you choose for yourself as an individual. You don’t have to worry about what anyone else is choosing. You also don’t have to worry about big natural disasters gobbling up large segments of land and people.
You can let go of those fears that you’re still hanging onto from Atlantis and Lemuria, and you can recognize that you are a part of the the collective that is awakening in massive numbers. Those awakenings continue, and you are all there to take part in them, to assist others who are having their awakening experiences, and to share your own experiences with others so that theirs will feel more normal to them. In order to fully receive and embrace the September energies, you can ask yourselves the question right now of, ‘What am I still holding on to? What is it that am I attached to staying just the way that it is right now?’
And know that everything is transforming, even your physical bodies. And as you embrace the change from being carbon based to crystalline based, you will feel the lightness of being that you want also to feel as a physical human. Remember that this is the time that you wanted to be incarnate there on Earth, and you wanted to be on the leading edge of this evolution of consciousness, and that is where you find yourselves right now, as some of you even think about creating the new systems that you will have. Remember that you’re always moving towards something better and never towards something worse and that you can make this transition period one that is filled with joy and filled with ease, as you release your fears and your anxieties.
It is also a good idea for you to let go of your attachments regarding how the shift will happen, when it will happen, and who will get to go to the fifth dimension. The ultimate experience that you are having right now is shifting and changing you, and everything outside of you must and will reflect that. So you can relax and set your minds at ease as you receive the September energies that are helping you to transition more beautifully into the butterfly that you are becoming as the human collective.

“Blessings. We are Thymus. We are the collective of ascended masters.
We awaken within you certain truths that have always been there, and we do so in a variety of ways. We connect with each of you individually, and there is no real separation between who and what you are and who and what we are. Any idea of separation is just an illusion, but we have other ways of reaching you besides through channeled messages like this one. We can reach through impulses that you get within yourselves. And we are talking about impulses to take actions and impulses to speak. Even an impulse to follow an interest of yours can come from us, your higher self, your spirit guides, and so many other sources here in the higher realms.
Therefore, know that we are always looking out for you and looking for ways to better connect with you. There is so much that we have to share and that we desire for you to know experientially. We want you to know that you are a Source Energy Being by feeling it inside of you, and we know that the best way for you to uncover that feeling is to be heart centered and doing something you love. You can also get there just by thinking about someone you love, but love is the key. Love is the key ingredient, because love is the only ingredient, and when you are following the love that you have in your heart, regardless of what it is moving you towards, you know that you then are on the fast track home to Source.
But there is so much within your world to love, and not all of you were created to love the same exact thing. That is why it is so important for all of you to listen to your heart, because your heart knows what you were created to be, and that guidance that your heart is giving you will sometimes fly in the face of what your mind thinks is possible. The goal is of course to eventually get the heart and the mind on the same page. You want to feel good about what you are choosing to do, and sometimes it may take a series of impulses, or signs, or synchronicities to get your mind to realize that the guidance is real.
When you listen to your heart, you may find yourself doing something for hours and hours and hours, and you may lose track of time, and that’s a good thing. There will always be more for you to discover and always more for you to explore. Your hearts are infinite and contain knowledge, wisdom, and guidance. More importantly, they are where you feel love most wholly and completely. And therefore, it is important for you to tune in to what’s going on in your hearts and to listen, to follow through. Your hearts will guide you, and then faith and trust may be required in order for you to follow through, especially if you’re not getting the signs and the synchronicities. When you feel love, you are love, and when you move towards that which you love, you are becoming more aligned with your true self.
You will always be expanding into more of that love that you truly are, but certainly you can take the faster, more satisfying, more fulfilling route to going home to Source. And when you don’t, when you take a detour, there’s nothing wrong with that either. You can also find forgiveness in your heart. It is a place of comfort, warmth, and joy, and when you listen to the guidance you are receiving when you are heart centered, you know that you’re getting what you’re getting from a higher-dimensional realm, from higher-frequency beings, and sometimes those beings just might be us, the collective of ascended masters.

Your Thoughts…Do They Belong to You? – The 9D Arcturian Council, Channeled by Daniel Scranton, August 29
“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We are quite capable of letting go of what we can feel no longer serves us. We have had perspectives, ideas, and thoughts that we had to let go of at certain points in our evolution, because we could feel how much they were holding us back and weighing us down. We understand that the environment you are in there on Earth requires you to do this quite a bit, and we just want you all to know that it’s not your fault when you think a thought that is heavy, unsettling, or even disturbing to you. You were born into that system where those thoughts and thought forms, those trains of thought and streams of thought existed prior to your arrival.
If a baby was born into a room where people were smoking, you wouldn’t blame the baby for inhaling the secondhand smoke, and yet you often feel bad about yourselves because of your thoughts, but your thoughts don’t originate from inside your head. Your brain picks up on and interprets the energy that is that thought, and you become aware of it in your consciousness, and then you have to decide whether that thought is one you want to keep thinking, whether you want to continue going down that train of thought, or whether it doesn’t feel quite right to you, and you want to let it go. These are choices you have to make over and over there on Earth because of the energies that were present when you were born and that continue to be present now, and we just want to say to you all that it has never been easier than right now to change your minds.
It has never been easier than right now there on Earth to tune in to thoughts that are going to serve you and humanity to a much greater extent than the ones that have been present, the ones you have been thinking and continuing to think. Awareness is the key, because if you can be aware of your thoughts, you can let them go, and once you let go of a lower-vibrational thought, you can get to the vibration that exists within you that attracted that thought to you in the first place. They don’t just come to you randomly, but of course, you were born around certain people, and those people were thinking thoughts, and those thoughts became easier for you to receive and translate and think of as your own.
But then at a certain point, you do hopefully realize that you have a choice and that you don’t have to choose to think like those who raised you. You can think differently, and you can seek out that which is progress from the standpoint of your perspective and the standpoint of the entire human collective of which you are a part. Now is a good time to be paying attention to what you are thinking, whether you want to keep thinking those thoughts, and then being conscious and aware enough as you most certainly are to let go of those thoughts, that certainly is what we recommend.
Let them go, and feel what’s behind them. Feel the vibration; breathe into it. If it’s not a good-feeling vibration, let that go through conscious awareness of it and how it feels, and you will put yourself in a better position to be accessing thoughts that feel better to you, thoughts that are intrinsically better because they are vibrating at a higher frequency, and that is a simple way to change your life and your world.

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We are so willing to help all of you there on Earth, because we know that the helper and one who is being helped relationship is important in this universe. We get to play this role of the helper, and you get to have the experience of being helped, and that is why we set up this relationship with all of you and to all of you, and you can look at all of your relationships in life in the same way. Each person interacting with another person is playing a role. Perhaps you are playing the role of someone who cheers someone else up, or perhaps you are playing the role of someone who is experiencing abundance and is being generous to someone who is in need, because they are experiencing lack.
You always get to choose how you look at the various relationships in your lives, but one thing is certain. You chose those people to be in your lives, and you chose the relationships you are having to one another. The reasons will be many, but all of them can potentially lead to more spiritual growth, more advancement of the human consciousness, more expansion into who you really are as Source Energy Beings. And again, it all depends on how you look at these relationships, and then you can choose how you experience yourself in that relationship, instead of playing the role you think you should be playing.
Listen to your guidance that comes to you from within because it always knows best, and we will help you as well, because again, that is our role, and we enjoy playing it. We choose to come to you from unconditional love, because that is what feels best to us. We love you unconditionally, and we know that whether people consciously receive that love or not, our unconditional love has an impact on the totality of the human collective consciousness, and that is really what we are here to help at this time.
This is a time of great change, great enlightenment, and a time when there is more awareness. You awareness comes to you through your experiences, but you also get to choose what you are aware of in any given moment. Choose love; choose expansion; choose knowing yourself better as who you really are over judging someone else for the role they agreed to play for you, no matter what it is, no matter how bad they are. Let yourselves go with what is natural, which is the flow of energy that takes you into higher and higher levels of consciousness, those levels of consciousness being inevitable, of course.
But when you choose them, when you choose to ride the wave of that energy, then you feel more connected to Source, to unconditional love, to your true soul’s essence, and that is what you came for, in addition to exploring these different relationships and how they can all be experienced by you and by everyone else. We love our role as helpers, and we love it when we see one or more of you opening up to receive our help.

What is to Be Revealed in Each of You – Thymus: The Collective of Ascended Masters, Channeled by Daniel Scranton, August 27
“Blessings. We are Thymus. We are the collective of ascended masters.
We are here to give you what you already know but what it is also very deeply buried inside of you. We want you to know that everything does exist inside of you, and that you also get to have the experience of having it drawn out of you by those who know it more clearly and with more certainty. We are here to remind you of that which you already are and to show you a path to getting to that place where you always know and experience who and what you really are.
It happens to be the case that there are many paths to discovering who and what you really are, and there are many ways of expressing it, many ways of living that truth that you are Source Energy, that you are unconditional Love. That’s what makes us all unique, and our uniqueness needs to be embraced by each other. It is an important part of growing and evolving to recognize that everyone is playing their part, and everyone is as they are supposed to be right now.
Now, of course, everything and everyone will also change, but as an individual, you are not in charge of when that happens or how it happens, and that’s why surrendering is also a priority for everyone there on Earth at this time. Now, can you bring the best out of anyone that you are interacting with? Absolutely. And let that be your aim, let that be your goal, but never see yourselves as having failed at it. But instead, recognize that you did the best you could as the unique aspect of Source Energy that you are and that you were in that moment.
In other words, let yourselves and everyone else off the hook. You wanted to create the idea of chaos and the idea of failure so that you could experience rising up from chaotic failure and moving into blissful success. Now, you know what you always knew, and it comes time to practice it in the real world. In other words, when you are around other people, you have then the opportunity to practice these truths, and you will get reminders from within you that are called your feelings. Your feelings will always guide you in the direction you are always meant to be going in. But you must listen, and listening sometimes takes courage, conviction, and sometimes you don’t listen so that you get to experience what that feels like, and then you become clearer about the importance of listening, and you do.
And you could say that it is trial and error, or you could say that it is the experience of having lots of different outcomes and feelings. And when you put it in terms that feel good to you, then you also know from that feeling that you are doing what you need to do in that moment. Continue to value your feelings and follow them, and you know you will always be on the right track, and remember that how you feel when you think about someone else also matters. When you are cutting someone some slack and letting them off the hook, and that feels better than criticizing them and condemning them, you know that you are doing what you need to be doing with your thought energy in that moment.
And that’s all you can do, but there will be more that you can do in the future, and you have so much to look forward to in the future. Our advice is that you never give up on yourselves or anyone else and that you live each moment as you can, one moment at a time, as happily as possible.

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We are able to detect the slightest changes in the overall consciousness of the human collective, and we feel you evolving all the time. But when there is a larger spike in the overall frequency of your vibration, we like to tell you about it. You have just experienced one of those spikes, and you will continue to spike as you move through this period of time you are in right now in your month of November. As you pay attention to your bodies, your thoughts, and your emotions at this time, remember that you are being called to these higher-vibrational states, and if you tune in, you can feel that calling.
You can feel yourselves being summoned into the light. You can feel your hearts opening. You can feel yourselves raising your consciousness, while also being grounded in your bodies, and you can open up to more access to the gifts and abilities that are inevitable for all of you to access there in this period of your lives. You are going to need more of your gifts and abilities to help, and you are especially going to be called to help those who are newly awakened and have no idea what’s going on.
These spikes in your frequency as a collective affect those who are still asleep even more than they affect all of you, and they can have a harder time of it because when the collective consciousness goes to a higher level, they then must release some of their lower-vibrational feelings, thoughts, ideas, and beliefs in order to stay in your collective. They are detoxing, while at the same time getting more of their awakening experiences, which are confusing and which can disrupt their normal, day-to-day activities.
Most people don’t think very much about their spirituality, or themselves as souls, as essentially nonphysical consciousness. And therefore, when they have experiences that challenge their everyday awareness, they need support, they need healing, and most of them need answers that they’re not going to get from the Bible, the Torah, the Quran, or any other religious text. You are the ones who will guide them, will soothe them, will help them through these times of greater release, and thank goodness you have everything that you need right now because you are kind, compassionate, loving beings, but you are also receiving more of what you need to feel confident as the leaders that you truly are.
As the awakened collective, many of you wonder what you are supposed to be doing, and your readiness, eagerness, and willingness to help has not gone unnoticed. You are going to help many, as you patiently await their awakening experiences to unfold. Right now, just look after yourselves and notice how this recent change in the overall frequency of the human collective consciousness is affecting you. Take care of yourselves so you can take care of the others.

“We are The Pleiadian High Council of 7, and we are pleased to offer you our words of wisdom.
We know so many of you are interested in the art and the science of healing, and we know that when you can heal yourselves, you can help others to heal, and you can heal Mother Earth as well. We know this because we have done it on our worlds in the Pleiades and with ourselves. We have also witnessed many great healers there on Earth, and we understand the healing process. We understand what it takes in order to find yourself in a body that is completely healthy. We know that many of you are interested in being healers because you want to be of service to others, and that is wonderful. What you really want to experience is alignment within yourselves.
And with your alignment, and your high vibration, you are then of greatest value to anyone who crosses your path, whether they have come to you for healing or not. Some of you just automatically do that to others whenever you are in the same room with them. You are emanating such a high vibration that others cannot help but be forever changed by the vibration you are offering. Therefore, becoming a great healer means that you first do the work on yourselves to access the highest-frequency vibrations that you can. You also can become quite good at spreading that around when you are called upon to do so.
Therefore, even if you are not offering such a high frequency of vibration all the time, some of you can summon it when necessary or when someone is coming to you for that healing. We also want you to know that there has been a lot of damage done to Mother Earth because of human presence there. And of course the plant and animal kingdoms have also been harmed by the presence of humans on Earth. Those of you who recognize this have taken it upon yourselves to do that healing work on your animal friends, your plant friends, and your Mother. You understand that whenever there is healing that is needed, you are being called upon, and you also see it as a great privilege to be able to offer a healing to anyone that is in need. That is truly the Pleiadian within you that is coming out in that moment.
We have perfected many different healing modalities in our star system, and it is in fact the reason why we have been able to ascend into this nonphysical state from the physical state that we once were in. Now there are still plenty of physical Pleiadian beings. Do not get us wrong. We are just referring to ourselves here as The Pleiadian High Council of 7. There are lots of different Pleiadian collectives and councils, and we all seek to help, and we all seek to offer you a healing.
And so, woven into this message are healing energies that you can all bask in, because that is our gift to you as we love eternally and infinitely. We feel very much like your grandparents, and we want very much to see you thriving and having a beautiful ride to the fifth dimension, and that is why we decided to start coming through this channeler here. But we are available to all of you at any time of any day. Call upon us, ask for what you need to be healed, and then relax and receive the healing that we are always bestowing upon you.

To Ascend, You Must Do This – Thymus: The Collective of Ascended Masters, Channeled by Daniel Scranton, August 24
“Blessings. We are Thymus. We are the collective of ascended masters.
We are here and now to speak to you about your process of letting go, which is also your process of ascension. It is not something that you reach for or that you struggle to complete, like an elusive goal. It is something that naturally occurs when you stop clinging to whatever it is you’re clinging to in your life right now. That is what we mean by ‘letting go.’ You want to let go of that which is heavy and weighing you down. For some people it is guilt, for others it is shame. For some it is confusion, and for others it is an attachment to a certain lifestyle that they cannot seem to either get or hold onto. Some need to let go of resentment and anger; others need to let go of sorrow and despair. For some, fear and anxiety are their ankle weights that weigh them down.
We could go on and on with our listing of what you can cling to in the third and fourth dimensions that will prevent you, at least temporarily, from experiencing the lightness of being that you are destined to experience as your fifth-dimensional self, your higher self. You are meant to embrace oneness, unity consciousness, the knowing that everything you see out there is also you. And so, to get there, what do you need to do? You need to let go of the idea of being separate. You need to let go of many egoic goals, such as being better than someone else, or everyone else.
You see, it is so much a part of your ascension to do the work that you need to do on yourselves to lighten your load and to feel the way that you want to feel, and it is not at all about waiting for something outside of you to happen to catapult you into the fifth dimension because you are ready and everyone else is not. This entire world and everyone in it is always going to reflect something to you that you are still working on. So if you have resistance to anything or anyone in your world as it is right now, then you are holding you back from ascending. And no spaceship with its tractor beam is going to pull you up and out of the muck and the mire that you experience as a dense, negativity all around you.
If you experience it all around you, then it’s also inside of you, and it needs to be healed, forgiven, and ultimately let go of. You are not there to be right all the time, or to get everything right. You are not there to create a perfect life for yourself because you’re such a great manifestor. What you are there to do and to be involves mastery. It is mastery over the self, and some of the things that you do with action can bring you into that place of mastery of the self because you must face a fear, an anxiety, a frustration that is within you. And through the actions you take, you are forced to face those things and then release them.
Now, of course, there are exceptions to this rule, and they are the ones who are living amongst you and who are in no hurry to get to the fifth dimension, because they so enjoy being of service to all of you who absolutely need them to be there to balance the energies and to hold space for humanity. You can join them, and when you do, you will not be in any hurry to cross over into the fifth-dimensional frequency range either, because your greatest sense of joy and fulfillment will come from helping others to recognize that all they have to do is let go of the heavy weight they are dragging around so they can join you in the light.

“Greetings. We are The Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We have been watching and noticing what has been transpiring there on your planet, on your home, and we want you all to know that you are doing wonderfully well with handling all of the changes that you experience there. We know that it is easy, and somewhat of a natural tendency, to look for someone to blame when there are tragedies that occur there on your Mother Earth. We know that there can be a lot of finger pointing going on whenever there is a disaster of any kind. With any cataclysmic event that occurs there on Earth, you’re going to have the theories as to why it occurred and who is to blame.
Now, from where we sit, it is so much more important for you all to look at the way anything that happens there on Earth, or in your lives, can bring about more love, healing, compassion, and forgiveness from you. That’s what is always needed when there is a tragic event there on planet Earth. You need the lightworkers to rise above the conspiracies, and the theories, and the conjecture so that the love and healing that is spread around to all affected by the tragic events will do what it can do to bring peace to the hearts of all affected. In finger-pointing and blame there is no peace. And while many people feel it is necessary to do so in order to prevent a tragedy from occurring again in the future, they don’t understand how reality works.
They don’t understand that reality is always co-creation, and so it is a fruitless endeavor to look for anyone to blame and to create more of the 3D consciousness of victim and perpetrator. You are moving out of that consciousness now, and you are coming together more as a collective to support those affected by tragedy and trauma with your compassion, with your understanding. And if there are people at fault for something, then to really raise your level of consciousness, you must look for forgiveness within yourselves. And forgiveness comes after you accept, you make peace, and you process the emotions that you do feel. We know that everything that is created there on Earth is created for the experience, for the emotion, and for the evolution, and it is not a learning experience. It is not about figuring out how, with the mind, to prevent something from occurring in the future, when the everything that occurs serves a higher purpose.
The higher purpose is always about bringing you together. It’s always about unity, and you get that when you focus on how you can be a part of the solution, how you can bring people together. Again, blame and finger pointing is all about separation. It’s all about drawing lines in the sand when something is occurring or something has occurred. And you, as the Awakened Collective, are there to rise above that level of consciousness and to be the ones who hold space for the better, new Earth experience, while simultaneously offering compassion, healing, love and forgiveness right there on the Earth where you are.
Because from where we are sitting, that’s all you can really do to be of service and to help your fellow humans to heal what they need to heal when they have gone through the tragedy or the trauma. And if you are one of the ones who has, then it is also necessary to focus on what you’re feeling, what you’re thinking, what you’re believing, how you can heal from all of it, and how you can build something new from whatever has occurred that has left you standing in a pile of tears.
You’re always meant to co-create something better from whatever is occurring, and you can and you will do that when there is no resistance, when there is no more stuck energy to release, and when you can see the possibilities for the brighter future that the tragedy has then created for all of humankind. As we said, that’s your work there as the Awakened Collective, and it is hard work, it is challenging work, but it is the work that you signed up for in this lifetime.

“Blessings. We are Thymus. We are the collective of ascended masters.
You love so much when you are feeling aligned with Source. You understand that love is your true self when you are in the midst of something that activates that feeling within you. You all hold the keys to living a beautiful life inside of you all the time, but the issue that you face is that not everything and not everyone inspires the feeling of love inside of you. And that is why it is so important for you to focus on what you love, to do what you love, to seek out what it is that you love in this lifetime. That is why you have that feeling inside of you; it is to guide you; it is to say, ‘Yes to this, and more of it please!’
Now, it does get tricky for all of you there on Earth when it is only one person who inspires that kind of love inside of you, because either one or two things will generally happen. You will not find that love reciprocated. Or, the love will be reciprocated, and you will get together with that person and start a romantic relationship with them. But then within that romantic relationship they will not always be inspiring you to feel love, and so you will get mad at them, and you may even grow to feel hatred for them, because now they have taken that feeling away from you by no longer inspiring it within you.
So you can see how that path would lead someone to ultimately feel even worse than the person who had the unrequited love. At least the person who was rejected for a romantic relationship can still see that person always through those rose-colors glasses and experience the love vibration inside of themselves. It is still important for you to look for what you can do, and what you can think about, and who you can be with to get that signal from within you that you are moving in the right direction, but it really helps to recognize that the feeling inside of you is what you are truly after.
The feeling of love does not have to be conditional. It can be a choice, and it can be an easy choice when you recognize that you are that love. That love is not just guidance; it is also who and what you are. There is more of you present when you are focused in a loving way on someone, some animal, something, some experience, and even some memory or some projection into the future that you are making with your mind.
The easiest way to get there is to just place your awareness in your heart and breathe. You can activate love and send love out to the entire universe, if you have decided that you want to live in a world that is loving, a world that reflects that love back to you. Once you make that decision, you can activate the love within you, send it out, and then not be attached at all to what you may or may not experience as a result. Once you fill yourself up, you then cease asking others to do it for you. And you even seek no longer with obsession to have an experience that will put you into that state of being easily. A person who masters this can truly go with the flow and can enjoy the beautiful world that is simply filled with opportunities for love that you all have available to you all day, every day.

We are on our way to becoming more of who we really are, and we can feel that sensation. We feel expansion and growth all the time, and we do not have to experience trauma, tragedy, and challenges to get there. However, we do feel so much compassion for all other beings who do experience unpleasant, unwanted, and downright horrible circumstances that we feel we are right there with you when you are facing your traumatic experiences in life.
Not having bodies, or singular identities, does have its advantages. We don’t get caught up in things that do not matter. We understand the impermanence of that which is physical, like your bodies, for example, and all of your stuff and money. So we don’t get caught up in all of that drama that people, like humans on Earth, tend to get caught up in, and that serves us very well. We get to stay focused on the expansion, the evolution, the becoming, and the feeling of movement forward.
We invite you to identify more as that which is growing, expanding, evolving and ascending. Even though you will have bodies in the fifth dimension, and you will have personalities, and you will have a sense of identity, those things are not really what is ascending. Your soul is ascending, which is your true self, and it’s the eternal, infinite part of you that operates in the same ways that we do. It takes the expansion and goes for the feeling of it, rather than getting caught up in what is temporary there on your world.
Your soul doesn’t care who is in power politically. Your soul doesn’t care how much money you have in the bank. Your soul isn’t concerned with what type of home you live in; your soul is in it for the journey. And it really is the journey that matters, and the journey is something that you may not always be able to quantify physically, but you can always feel it. Therefore, do not keep score. Do not look at what you’ve been able to manifest, or how many spiritual gifts you’ve been able to manifest as indicators of how well you’ve been doing as souls, as a being who is ascending.
As someone who is awake, we recommend that you concern yourselves with what you can feel, how open your heart is, the amount of kindness you are spreading around, how many people you have smiled at today. You can experience this expansion, this evolution of your consciousness, in so many beautiful ways that have nothing to do with the physical and what is happening in your world right now. Nothing is going to stop you from ascending, and no one with a negative agenda can prevent you from doing anything, but you can prevent yourselves from enjoying this process and experiencing it fully, and we want you to enjoy it fully.
So we encourage you to believe in yourselves as the nonphysical essence that you really, and only keep score of how you are feeling in this moment, versus the previous one, and versus how good you could be feeling/vibrating right now. When you take into consideration that there is so much that you do not know and that you cannot know at this point in your life, why would you ever get attached to something being an absolute truth? In other words, you may think you know something without a shadow of a doubt, and you may live entire portions of your life based on that belief, but wouldn’t it be much easier for you all to recognize that you just don’t have all the facts in front of you.
And the last thing you want to do is start making assumptions that don’t feel good when you make them. For example, let’s say you notice someone looking at you, a stranger perhaps, and you start making assumptions about why they’re looking at you and what they are thinking, and all those assumptions are not good feeling to you. So why would you make them, and why would you then tell yourself a story about that person and how judgmental they are, when you don’t even know for a fact that they were looking at you, and you certainly don’t know what they were thinking? They may have been looking at something that was behind you. They may have been lost in thought.
And so, we invite you to examine your beliefs, your expectations and your assumptions, and hold only eternal truths to be true. Here are the eternal truths: We are all one. We are all Source. And Source is Love, therefore, we are Love. Everything is comprised of Love, and we are all going home to Love. Anything else you are entertaining is just a belief. Now, the good thing about beliefs is that you can trade them in. You can start activating a belief that you want to activate right now. Here’s one: I am worthy of receiving all that I have asked for in this lifetime. Here’s another one: I am a creator being, and I am creating my reality in every moment of every day. Here’s another one: I know that I have gifts inside of me that I have yet to discover, and I am excited to find out what they are.
Now, if we take that last statement, you can start to see how the mind would get ahold of that and start asking questions like, ‘What are the gifts, when are they coming, and how will I receive them?’ But if you recognize that you don’t need to know what you don’t need to know, and you accept the not knowing, you can live more happily ever after in the now moment, because then you’re not telling yourself a new story about what you have to do to access those gifts and abilities. It’s very enlightening to not know and to go on this journey without having to know every step along the way and how you will take it and who will be by your side.
You knew some of those things coming into this lifetime, and then you decided to go through the veil of forgetfulness. And it was a good decision, because you get to experience surprise; you get to experience wonder; you get to experience anticipation, and those are wonderful experiences that you get to have while you are still fourth dimensional. We are here to tell you that you are having one last go round in the fourth dimension right now, and you might as well enjoy the ride a bit more, instead of constantly focusing on whether something will happen and when it will happen if it does. We are very excited to see what you will do with the energies that have been upon you and how you will use them to co-create better systems there on your world. Many of you who are awake know that the systems you have in place are not working for everyone, or even most people, and you want to be a part of creating the new systems that will be in place as you shift your consciousness. We do want you to understand that as fifth-dimensional beings, you won’t need these systems.
You won’t need an educational system, because everyone will be able to access whatever they want, whenever they want, regardless of their age, and without a computer or Internet connection. You will simply download whatever it is you desire to download directly into your higher minds. You won’t need an economic system because you will be instant manifestors. So there won’t be a need for an exchange of any kind. Don’t try to figure this out right now with your minds because your minds are limited, and they will come up with limitations. You won’t need governments, because you will be able to govern yourselves. You won’t need borders, and so why would you need a government?
There will be peace; there will be no war. There will be no trade agreements; everything will flow according to vibration. Everything will be happening as though synchronicity was the rule of the day, and it will be, and you will be astonished by how much you don’t need as fifth-dimensional beings. Therefore, we would advise you to focus more on being fifth-dimensional beings, on grounding in fifth-dimensional energies, and on clearing what you need to clear from your chakras in order to ascend, rather than focusing on and complaining about your broken systems and who needs to do what about them.
That’s not your job; your job is to work within the self, where you have all the power, and within the now, where you can offer a vibration that is different from the one you were offering in the previous moment. It doesn’t have to be more complicated than that. As far as your relationships with extra-terrestrials go, you will figure all of that out in the moment. Again, vibration will dictate everything, and so those who are ready for more contact will have it. Those who want more contact will get it; those who want to travel will be able to, regardless of where they want to go. Don’t try to sort it all out now, and think that you have to have it all figured out before it can happen, because you don’t and because you can’t.
What you can do is look after yourselves and those around you who need whatever gifts you currently have to offer. You can help raise the level of consciousness there on the planet, and you don’t have to worry about what others are doing or not doing. You don’t have to assume that anyone else is creating in your reality, because they aren’t. You look around in nature, even in nature, and you see how long it takes for things to grow, and you may think that spiritually speaking, that must also be the case.
When it comes to spiritual evolution, everything can change in a heartbeat, and we know that we have an enormous amount of time to work within when it comes to all of you and your spiritual evolution. That is what we are interested in, by the way, because it is what we know to be true. We know that your spiritual evolution will take you to the next level of your consciousness, which is the fifth dimension, and we know that by helping you energetically, and by giving you different ways of looking at your lives and at others, we accelerate what is a very natural phenomenon.
Your spiritual evolution happens. It just is, but those of us from the higher realms who want to help you, really want to help you, and we want to help you because we want you to have the best possible experience of life there on planet Earth as it is right now. Once you access the feeling of love inside of you, don’t you feel capable of doing anything? In fact, it is only your mind convincing you that you are incapable of doing something that ever takes you out of that state of being that love is.
And so, we invite you to access the feeling of love within you right now by closing your eyes and tuning in to the feeling at the center of your heart. And now, think about which of your spiritual gifts you would most like to access and breathe consciously into your heart center to activate that gift. Once you do, the next step is to share that gift with someone else. Doing so will not only solidify for you that you have the gift to offer, but you will also be getting the positive feedback from the other person or the animal.
Now, everyone has the option of offering healing energy through the palms of their hands to Mother Earth, to the ocean, to a tree. You can do this at any time, and you can feel for the appreciation that is coming back from that being of consciousness. It is time for you to access your gifts, and you are ready to do so, and there is no doubt that so many benefit from you accessing and sharing your spiritual gifts. If you have fears, or you lack confidence, don’t worry. Ask for help from your guides to move past your fears and access your confidence, and they will provide.
Let go of any beliefs you have that tell you that only a few get to have access to their gifts or that only people who started accessing their gifts at a very young age will ever do so. Neither of those beliefs are true, and you can show yourself that they are untrue. All that is required of you is that you take that first step. Now, if you do not have any interest in spiritual gifts, chances are you have an interest in doing something else, something you may not consider to be very spiritual or a gift. Nevertheless, it’s the same process.
No matter what it is you want to do, you want to start by filling yourself up with the Love that is Source Energy, and then put your attention on what it is you want to do in this life. And you may not think of that thing as something that would be of service to any other, but again, you will prove that belief to be false once you start doing it. Everyone on the planet benefits from you doing what you love to do, and everyone on the planet benefits whenever you access the love that is deep inside of you and waiting to come out and be expressed by you.

We have been observing you, witnessing you, and recognizing your growth and evolution, and of course, we have some comments to make about what you are living there on Earth as well. We see how beautiful humanity can be in your desire to help one another and in your willingness to feel for others who are suffering in some way. We see every disaster that you experience there on Earth as another opportunity for you to grow the amount of compassion that you have within yourselves. And of course, there is usually also an opportunity in that to forgive.
You do so much good for yourself and others when you forgive, and when you do not forgive, when you hold on to resentment and anger, you hurt yourself and everyone around you is affected by you hurting yourself. So there is a ripple effect that is both positive when you are offering compassion and negative when you are holding on to resentment, anger, and even hate. Even if you think that you’re doing so well not by telling that person that you are angry with them or that you hate them, it is still adding something that is of a lower vibration to the collective consciousness. And so, everyone is affected.
You have a responsibility to yourselves that also affects all others when you heed that responsibility, and you take care of your inner realm. This is the fastest way to affect change there on planet Earth. It is not through action or words; it is not through posts or videos. It is through tending to your own garden. And what we mean by that is when you access what is going on inside of you, and you clear out that which is lower vibrational, and you replace it with that which is higher vibrational, you affect the whole of humanity in ways you cannot possibly see or understand.
Therefore, the top priority for you in every day needs to be to take care of that inner realm of yours; it’s the most important place on Earth. It is the most important place within Source, and Source knows this. And you were designed to feel your feelings fully so that you would notice when you’re hurting yourself or others, and you were also designed to feel when you were doing something good for yourself and/or others. This is why it is always so important to feel your feelings. If you feel one, you will feel all of them, eventually. You are sending out those ripples whether you want to or not, but when you send out a ripple on purpose, with intention, with desire, you can feel just how powerful you really are.
And you are the changemakers. You are there to create and co-create a better Earth for everyone. And you were not created to wait around for something to take you to the better Earth, as some might believe. Spend some time every day going within, and you will change the world, and you will feel better, and quite possibly you will need to do less with action, which is always nice, because when you need to do less, then you get to do more of what you want to do, and we are all about you enjoying the rest of your ride there to the fifth dimension.

We are continuously inviting all of you to join us in a higher frequency, because we know that is ultimately what you want, even if you think you want something else. You think you want things to change there on Earth, and what if they did? What if everything changed, but no one that was in a human body was willing to change themselves? You would have the same problems eventually. That is why changing you at your very core is the only way to change the outer reality and to make those changes long lasting and to have them be the changes you actually want as a soul.
An ego doesn’t like challenges, because an ego just wants to know that everything will be okay, that it will be safe, comfortable, taken care of, and so on. But a soul craves those challenges, because a soul knows that its journey is to grow and evolve, to expand and become more of Source Energy on an experiential level. You can know that you are a Source Energy Being, but to experience that knowing through something that you do, or think, or say, or even better feel, is an entirely different experience.
When you help someone else because you recognize that they are you, that is a Source Energy experience. When you love someone else, in spite of the fact that they have done nothing to deserve that love, that is a Source Energy experience. When you listen to someone, even though you know that they are complaining and perpetuating the same reality, and then you say something kind to them, something supportive, that is a Source Energy experience. When you feel oneness with all, when you are in that state of unity consciousness, that is a Source Energy experience. And when everything and everyone outside of you is suddenly different because someone or some group swooped in and made all the changes for you, then you don’t get to have the experiences we have just outlined, and many, many more.
You want those experiences; you came for those experiences. You came for the movement, and it’s not movement from point A to point B that you came for. It is the movement of your soul from one level of consciousness to another, from operating more as an ego to operating as a higher self. That’s what you wanted, and that’s what you will get. That’s what you are getting, and you will continue to get. And if you knew how good you would feel if you had the experience of what we are talking about in your body right now, then you wouldn’t want all the changes outside of you to happen first. Because while those changes would set your mind at ease temporarily, again, you would just create new challenges, new problems, new obstacles.
So bless your world as it is today; give thanks for every experience you get to have, because they are all giving you opportunities to feel something you have never felt before. You don’t have to be grateful because God likes a grateful subject. God is not a king, and you are not the peasants. You are co-creating all of this with Source, and Source is growing along with you and because of you, and is grateful for you and your willingness to go out there at the edge of creation.
And we want you to know that you can also receive help. You can ask for help, you can receive help, and you are receiving help. And in the asking, you are actually creating what you are asking for, so it is all good. “Blessings. We are Thymus. We are the collective of ascended masters.
We wish to invite you to your new selves and your new lives, and we do that with an energy that is like a tractor beam of love that we are showering down upon you right now. We wish for you to know yourselves as love, and the best way we know to help you with that endeavor is to love you. We know that many of you understand this fundamentally, and you have even experienced the power of love in your own lives. We were all created with love by Love to be love. And so, when you wonder what your purpose is in life there on Earth, you must ask yourself the question, ‘How much do I love?’
When you love, you are fulfilling your purpose, period. It doesn’t matter what you love or who you love. It doesn’t matter if anything is the object of your affection. That’s right, you can love for the sake of loving, and we highly recommend it. But you’ve made it quite easy on yourselves by giving yourselves a wide array of people, animals, plants, flowers, trees and experiences to love. You can love your sun, your Earth and your moon. It is entirely up to you, but we understand that those of you who have received love have received the activation within you that makes it easier for you then to give it.
Now, here’s another way of operating in the world. Give the love out freely that you would like to receive back from others. It’s manifesting 101. You don’t have to change the world to make it safe to love, and you don’t have to remove all the things from your world that you deem to be unlovable. You don’t even need to get all of the people who are completely unfamiliar with love to love. So, where do you start with this process? Start with what is easy, with what always fills your heart with a warm glow, and then turn your attention on something that you have found to be challenging for yourself or someone that has wronged you in some way. See if you can hold your gaze of love while looking upon something or someone that has been a rascal in your life.
Challenge yourselves, but do it in your own timing and on your own terms, and you won’t have to create scenarios in your life where these opportunities sneak up on you, and you’re not prepared for them. Practice loving, and we recommend that you start the practice by first receiving the transmission of love that we told you about at the beginning of this message. Relax, open yourselves up, and receive it like a flower receives.
Receive it with ease. You don’t have to try to receive it. You just have to let go of tension, anxiety, fear, so that you’re willing to open yourselves up and be vulnerable enough to receive love from this collective of ascended masters who loves you because you are lovable and because we are love. And yes, we are all returning home to the same place of Love from which we were born, and love is the way, love is the truth, love is the light. Find your love first thing in the morning, and activate it, and see how much you can transform with love throughout your day. That is our recommendation.

We know that you are in the best place possible right now to be receiving, as you have expected more energies to flow to you, and because as a collective, you’ve been doing more asking than ever before in your history. And that is because there are so many of you on the planet right now. You are not in a state of overpopulation. You need this many people to bring about the type of change in the collective consciousness that you are partaking in by shifting your consciousness from a third-dimensional frequency range to a fifth-dimensional one.
You need many, many individuals grounding the higher-frequency energies in, and now you have that. You need many individuals waking up all the time, and you have that as well. You also need patience, because some of you have been awake for decades, and you have been waiting for massive changes for that long. People really want things to change there on Earth, but it will be a slow process, and one that requires people to be more introspective than to have the knowledge of what’s going to happen next and when and who will be orchestrating it. We’ve seen so much of that in the spiritual community that we would assume by now that people would be letting go of the idea of something outside of themselves to change everything. We will always be taking you back tot the basics, and in those basics, which include meditation, grounding, connecting with nature, hydrating, and so on, you do receive help. You do receive help at the appropriate timing and the appropriate levels.
You don’t want all of these changes to happen all at once for a variety of reasons, most of which is the fact that most people aren’t ready. And you as the awakened collective have to be patient with your fellow humans and do the best you can to enjoy the ride and carve out your little pocket of fifth-dimensional living, and it can be done. There are many of you who receive these transmissions who are doing it. You are living your fifth-dimensional lives right now. You are accessing more of your gifts and abilities. You are manifesting, and you are connecting to higher-dimensional groups and beings.
We know that everything is going to be all right there on Earth, and we know that to be the case not only because we can see down timelines, but also because all of you who are willing to wait and who are willing to trust the path you are on is the right one. You are maintaining your vibration as you receive this message, because you are in alignment with us and with our messages. When you are not in alignment with something but you are still giving your attention to it, your vibration lowers, and you begin to become one with what you are not in harmony with. It can be something you don’t want to experience, or it can be something you don’t want to believe. It can simply be something that is of a lower vibration than the one you are currently holding, even if it is a piece of music that was created by an angry musician, or a sad one.
You are going to find that your ability to discern what is in vibrational harmony with you and what isn’t plays a huge role in the rest of your journey to the fifth dimension. You have all the tools inside of you to determine for yourselves whether something is appropriate or not for you to focus upon, and yet not everyone uses what they have inside of themselves to make that determination. We know this might seem like an oversimplification, but we cannot overstate the importance of all of you feeling your feelings. Once you allow yourselves to feel one feeling, you will be more inclined to feel other feelings, and you will be more in tune with the vibration that someone or something is giving off.
You will be more likely to move towards that which is in harmony with your vibration and less likely to move towards something when it is not in vibrational harmony with you. Now, there is also the practice of moving towards that which will raise your vibration to an even higher frequency. You have the ability to seek those things out consciously, and you have enough years under your belt as a human being to know what to look for and what to focus upon.
These are the basics. We are here to give you the basics because we feel that life on Earth has become complicated and overly complex for many of you, and we all are examples of what happens when a human being uses the basics to gain spiritual mastery in a lifetime. We do not have the ability to complicate from where we are because it is not in our nature. It is not a part of who and what we are, nor is it a part of what we signed up to be for all of you. Therefore, we will play our roles, and you will play yours, and we know that you will benefit from applying the simple spiritual teachings that we have to offer you, and we also know that we have some more profound insights to bring you than we did when we were in physical bodies there on Earth.
Today’s lesson is simple: focus on how something or someone feels to determine whether the effect on your vibration is what you want it to be, and if it isn’t, simply turn the other cheek, as Yeshua would say. You are not there to fix anything or eradicate anything, but you are there with your free will choosing all day every day whether you know it or not. We have been explaining to many of you who come to us in the astral plane that everything is working out there on Earth, and we want to say it to you while you are in your bodies as well. We want you to understand that the ascension of consciousness is happening no matter what and that it is a universal ascension and an ascension of the entire multiverse. Therefore, no one has anything to worry about. We invite you to focus on the aspects of your life and your world that are reflecting to you that truth that everything is indeed all right and going according to plan.
We invite you think back at all the times in your life when you felt like everything was falling apart, when in fact you were bringing yourself to a better place. It continues to happen in all of your systems there on Earth as well. And so, as people access their fears of collapse of one thing or another, remember that there’s a shift happening, and sometimes when you are shifting, you get into your minds about predicting how this is going to be, how you are going to develop new systems. You don’t have to figure all of that out, but you do have to trust in the path of ease and joy in order to experience those shifts in your systems as easily and joyfully as you can.
There is, of course, a lot that is going on there Earth that is unwanted and that feels wrong and oppressive to those of you who are paying attention. Bless those co-creators who are giving you all an opportunity to be the light and to love them unconditionally. Let go of worry, fear, judgment and resistance, and you will be on the path of ascension that includes more ease and more joy. And also, remember that what is most important here is not what’s going on out there, but what’s going on inside of you.
You do have complete control over what’s happening inside of you, if you take it. If you spend more time in meditation, in nature, consciously breathing, doing yoga, doing other things that you enjoy, you are going to feel more mindful, more grounded, and more capable of staying heart-centered and in that knowing that humanity is going through something right now, but it is a rebirthing process.
It is a process of change and a process of ascension, and it doesn’t happen overnight, and you wouldn’t want it to because you are there to experience it and to experience it gradually and incrementally and in ways where you can see and feel your growth throughout the evolution of consciousness that this shift in consciousness is really all about. Reminding you of all of this brings us great joy, because as much as it is a reminder for some of you, it is the first time that others are hearing it or reading it, and we are happy to set every mind at ease that we can during these times there on Earth when so many people are telling you that the sky is falling. We incarnated there on planet Earth to remind you of who you really are and what you are capable of while in physical bodies and even while existing in your dimension. You did incarnate there to experience limitation and to experience all sorts of emotions, but you also incarnated there to break free from limitation and to choose the better-feeling emotions. That’s where you are right now, as awakened souls. As awakened souls, you are coming to grips with who and what you really are, and you are getting to the point where it is possible for you to know yourselves as masters and ascend.
Therefore, you are ascending masters in the flesh moving to a higher level of consciousness. You’re not going to a place; you are going to a higher level of consciousness where then you create a new experience of reality. Reality truly is what you make it, and you are making it up all the time. Knowing that, you initially want to have the tools, the know-how, to create a reality that is more perfect for yourselves. As you grow and evolve spiritually, you want that more perfect reality to also include everyone else and their version of a perfect reality. And that is what we all are shifting towards.
We are shifting towards a better, more expansive version of this universe that we are all co-creating together. So perhaps you have had the experience of manifesting for yourself everything that you’ve ever wanted physically, including vacations at resorts. And then, while sitting there on a lounge chair in paradise, you begin to wonder about the people who are serving you, and you begin to wonder what their lives are like. You want them to have the experience of sitting in the lounge chair as well, and certainly they have in some other lifetime been the one who could afford to stay at the five-star resorts.
But you begin to wonder about reality and whether it is a place where everyone can have what they want and live what they want to be living, and you begin to seek out ways of inhabiting that reality. You want an expansion of consciousness that includes everyone and that allows everyone to experience what they want to experience. That’s what ascension is. You get there not only by taking care of yourselves and your desires, but you also get there by spreading the wisdom and the high-frequency energies that you have tapped in to so that others may be uplifted and empowered as well.
Shifting to the fifth dimension has never been about escaping the third and fourth dimensions. You are there to bring Heaven to Earth and watch Earth transform before your very eyes, as you transform as the light-bringer that you truly are. That is what we all sought to do in our lifetimes there on Earth as well. We were not just the examples of what is possible for humankind, but we were also the teachers, the light-bringers, the healers, and the ones who sought to spread as much joy, peace and love around as we possibly could.
And when you awaken, you cannot help but eventually follow in our footsteps. We have left many paths for you to follow, but we also enjoy it when you create your own. We are here to help you to navigate through these times of the Lions Gate energies and to help you understand how to work with those energies for the purpose of mastery. You are all there to become masters in the flesh, and in order to do that, you need to face certain challenges and take on that which is not yours. You do that not because you’re taking it from someone else, but because you’re there to understand what the human experience has been like there on Earth for so long, and then you can help others to heal.
And so, this Lions Gate helps you to strip away all that is not yours, and as a result of that, you get to experience purging. You get to experience releasing. You get to experience an unburdening of yourselves both physically and energetically of that which you have taken on in this life. And so those of you who are experiencing the root chakra cleansing that is necessary at this time will go through some of the physical symptoms or face some of the fears that you still need to face around your survival or your financial stability. And at the other end of all of that is the experience of mastery.
You show yourselves time and time again that you are bigger and more powerful than anything that you can take on in this lifetime, including debilitating illness and debilitating emotions. That’s what you are there doing right now, and if you’re going through the most painful part of it right now, know that you are not alone, and know that help is on the way. We are very happy to discuss anything at all with each and every one of you, privately. When you reach out to us, and please do not hesitate to do so, know that we do not see anything you are living as trivial or unimportant from our lofty perch here in the ninth dimension. We see everything that you find to be significant, significant. We are not looking at certain aspects of the illusion of physical reality as more important than others, and we know that everything you are living affects you emotionally, whether you feel those emotions or not, consciously. And we also know how important and impactful your emotions are on everything.
And so, when you are looking for help from beings and collectives like ourselves, do not apologize for asking about what you are asking about. Do not see what you are living as insignificant in any way, and you will align with our perception of reality. Our perception of reality is that you are all so significant as aspects of Source, and you are there to navigate through energies that help you to grow and evolve. It does not matter what those energies are; the outcome is the same. The intention for the experiences you are having is the same. So please recognize your lives as being significant, no matter what you are doing and not matter what you are living, and you will not be shy to reach out to us, or Archangel Michael, or Yeshua, or anyone else that you might be putting up on a pedestal.
You are a part of us; it is like when you talk to an organ in your body or some cells. You don’t see them as less important than you, especially if they are getting your attention with some pain or some malfunction of some kind. We want you to be happy. It is our aim to make you happy with our words and our energies, and we just want you to know that your joy matters. Your joy will influence the way you ascend; it will influence when you ascend. But it will not influence whether you ascend. You can be happy throughout the process, or you can take yourself and this entire ascension way too seriously. But we will continue to attempt to convince you to lighten up and to not diminish yourselves or your problems, for they are the unique ways that you have chosen to grow and expand at this time.

“Blessings. We are Thymus. We are the collective of ascended masters.
We know that which is true through our own experiences and through what we have observed, but we also know what is true by how we feel. We know what resonates with us, and we are a large enough collective consciousness to be able to trust what we are feeling. In other words, when we come together as a collective and something feels true to all of us as this collective, it becomes easier for us then to trust that it is in fact true.
Now, we tell you this because we want you all to understand that you believe what you believe based on your experiences, what you have observed, and/or how you feel about something. We tell you that because we want you to know that you can change what you believe. You do often change what you believe within the course of a single lifetime many, many times over. Therefore, we suggest that you don’t give any one belief any power over you in the now moment. Remember how many times you have changed your beliefs about a great many things when you are being critical or judgmental of someone else because of what they currently believe.
They too are just temporarily trying that belief on for size, and they too will shift, evolve, and develop new beliefs and new belief systems as they go. Now, why are beliefs important, you might wonder? They are important because your life is a self-fulfilling prophecy. You get what you focus on and what you expect. If you only have had experiences that tell you that this one thing is true, then how do you change that belief without first changing your experiences? Good question. Recognize that you have only been experiencing one life out of eight billion there on Earth, and of those eight billion lives that are being lived right now, you have only observed a very small fraction of what other people have experienced. Therefore, you must conclude that the lens through which you have been experiencing reality is quite narrow.
You have the option of expanding that lens out to be able to see more than you’ve ever seen before, and that is a good intention to set for yourselves. Tell the universe to bring you evidence of something that you want to see evidence of so that you can change your belief about that thing. Tell the universe that you are open to shifting your beliefs on something. Ask for experiences that will help you to question everything that you think you know. And finally, start using your ability to feel in order to determine whether something is true for you in this moment or not.
If something doesn’t feel right to you, then not only do we recommend that you take your attention off of it, but we also recommend that if it is a belief that you have your attention on, toss it aside. Do not continue to engage in the belief if the belief feels bad inside of you. If you do recognize that you are infinite, eternal, multi-dimensional beings, then you must understand that you have many paths in front of you, and you are deciding which path you are going to take. All paths lead back to Source. That is something to feel resonance with as we say it. That is something to acknowledge at all times. No matter what you are living right now, you are still headed home. Something else that we would like to bring up here is that the home that you seek is also inside of you, and that’s a truth.
The home that you seek is the love that you feel. Love is a feeling and a state of being; it is a substance, because it is Source, and it is what we are all made of. And beliefs are in your head. Remember that, and ask yourself how that informs you as to what to place your attention on as you move forward in your life. Yes, your beliefs are important in the sense that they help to create your reality, but it is also true that love is the guidance that you have inside of you that will help you move towards what it is that you want to experience, what it is you hope, and possibly even believe, is something that will happen in your life. Merge those two worlds of the head and the heart, and you will be living the life that you set out to life when you decided to incarnate there on Earth.

And it is your collective consciousness that creates the government, the pharmaceutical industry, the economic system, the educational system, and even your environment. You see, all of the things that people want to change that do exist, to a certain extent, outside of them, are changed when the individual takes that positive step forward, because of your impact on the entire collective. And we want you to see yourselves as being that powerful, rather than seeing the billionaires, and the leaders of government, and all the other ones, as being the powerful ones because they have the wealth, and they have the positions of authority.
You are the leader of your own reality, because you are the creator of it, and you are the experiencer of it as well. So you are also the constituents, and we are speaking to you as individuals right now when we say this. It is without a doubt that you are more powerful when you band together with a common goal, as long as you realize that the common goal is to offer a vibration, not to overthrow someone or something in a mob mentality type of riot atmosphere. That’s not power; that’s desperation. But you are powerful as individuals, and you are more powerful when you are seeking a vibration within you than when you are posting, or arguing, or trying to convince someone that your perspective is the right one and that everyone should join you in it.
If you want to realize the power of Source Energy flowing through you, then you first have to allow everyone else to be where they are spiritually, mentally, emotionally, and energetically. You have to love them as they are and see them as necessary pieces of the giant puzzle of which you are all a part, of which we are all a part. Then you can relax, because you can let go of all of your resistance, all of your tension, all of your anger, all of your hate, and you can be aligned with Source and exercise that power.
And we know that so many of you have already been doing this, and so we are really wanting you to realize the truth of your impact so that you will continue and so that you will expect to see the changes outside of you that you have already initiated inside of you, and we also want to reach the stragglers who still feel that their resistance is where their power lies. Remember who you really are, and that you are there to realize that power of Source and be in that flow, and you will be living in the world you want to be living in before you know it.

We know that you employ many different techniques and that you have many different approaches to your spirituality, and we just want to remind you of how simple and easy it can be to grow spiritually and to get to the next level of your consciousness. In conscious breathing, you have the ability to slow everything down, including your mind. With breathwork, which is another word for conscious breathing, you tap in to potentials, you open doorways, and you allow for healing to occur in the physical body. It is very easy for you to raise your vibration simply by paying attention to your breathing, and you can do it while doing anything else that you are doing throughout the course of your day.
You can breathe more consciously while you’re eating, while you’re talking, while you’re walking and while you’re driving. You can see just how high you can get your vibration while you are sitting and watching television or a video on your computer. You don’t have to set aside time to be more conscious with your breathing. You just have to keep setting the intention to pay more attention to how shallow or how deep your breathing is in any given moment and with any given activity you are participating in throughout your day.
You can breathe into certain places in your body by holding the intention to send the air and the energy to that place in your physical body. You can set any intention for your conscious breathing and breathe your way into the actualization of that intention or the manifestation of that desire. It is the easiest way that everyone has to be more in tune with spirit. You can download inspired ideas while you are breathing consciously. You can let go of thoughts and beliefs that no longer serve you by breathing consciously. You can literally blow them away with your exhale.
You can certainly improve your overall health and move so much energy in your body, and all you have to do is pay more attention to your breathing. It’s just that simple, and you can simplify your life by making this a regular daily practice. And by paying attention to how good you feel when you breathe consciously, you are more likely to do it again and again, and you are less likely to need reminders to do it.
You can create connections and open portals with conscious breathing. You can illuminate something within yourself that you need to know or pay attention to, and you certainly will connect more with the present moment, your body, and your heart center just by breathing in and breathing out with more awareness than you generally give that action that is usually involuntary. Choose to breathe, and you will be choosing a path that will bring your closer to everything that you want in life and everything that you want as a spiritually evolving human.

When you place a challenge in front of yourselves, it is like saying to yourself, ‘I would now like to master this.’ You all want to experience yourselves as masters in all circumstances, because masters are what you truly are, and in order to know that experientially, you first must give yourselves something to master that is challenging, that is difficult, that you fail at mastering a number of times. You all are there on purpose, and you all are there to enjoy the journey of becoming masters in the flesh once again. You can rest assured that whatever your purpose is for being there, it will show up in your life as a challenge that you cannot help but face.
You are meant to dig deep down inside of you and find the power, the strength, and the mastery that was always there but that had been lying dormant within you until the challenge, or the nemesis, came into your life. Therefore, bless your challenges and bless your supposed enemies, because they are there at your asking. They are there because you know that they are necessary to know yourselves not only as masterful beings but also as unconditional love and unconditional joy. This is why we and others like us will tell you to accept and embrace everything in your life as it is.
Everything is there because you want it to be there at the level of your soul’s consciousness, and it’s not that you have karma, or work to do, so much as it is you want to experience yourself as the master of that particular life circumstance. It’s a game that you’re playing with yourself, and you are using the illusion of the physical reality to do so. You like playing games when you know they are games. You like a challenge in a video game, for example, when you know that there’s nothing really at stake, because even if you lose you can just restart the game again.
If you stop taking life seriously and seeing life as a pass/fail test, perhaps you can enjoy the game a bit more and see the bigger picture of eternity. You have eternity to have all of the experiences you want to have, not just however many decades you think you have left there in this physical body. We know that some people there give themselves challenges. They want to run a four-minute mile or climb Mt. Everest. They want to make a million dollars in a year, and no matter what the challenge is, it’s bringing something out of you. And as long as you stay in your integrity, you can give yourself whatever challenge you desire to master.
You are wonderfully creative beings, and often your challenges bring out your creativity. They stretch you. They make you go to places inside of you that you would not normally go under any other circumstance. Bless your life, and bless your life circumstances, and bless everyone in your life who is pushing your buttons, who is getting under your skin, and who is there to make you remember who you really are and where you come from. And when you bring that playful approach to life, to everything that you do, and everything that you are, you can start to see everything as an opportunity for you to have more fun there on planet Earth.

You may feel more tired, but you also may feel wired. You may feel like doing a lot of things or nothing. There is not a perfect response that everyone should have to what’s going on there energetically at this time. You can also expect to experience more of a desire at this time to ground and to connect with Mother Earth. These things are always important, of course, but because you’re doing this work for the rest of humankind, you will feel more drawn to sit or lie down, or at least walk barefoot on Mother Earth to anchor these energies in for the rest of the collective.
Now, you are also going to see a lot of people going through root chakra cleansing at this time, and that doesn’t always feel so good in the physical body. Therefore, if you or someone you love is going through some heavy duty purging, just understand that more room in the physical is being made for the nonphysical, for the energetic. And these cleansings are necessary so that you can purely run the energies through your chakra systems completely. Your chakras are constantly being upgraded, and your awareness of what you are feeling in your chakras has never been more important than it is now, because you can amplify the good feelings and have a faster manifestation time. You can also more quickly purge the not-so-good feeling emotions from your chakras and feel clearer, more energized, and more in tune with your gifts as a result.
You are going to continue to see the mass awakenings occurring on planet Earth, not only because of e.t. and UFO disclosure continuing, but also because you are ready now as a collective, and it is time in this universe for a giant shift for all of us.
