Dear Ones, so many of you have been trained to constrain your emotions. This has led to you having a limited experience of self.
Allow yourselves to feel, truly feel, your emotions. You can feel where you may be hurt, sad, grieving, angry, or fearful while allowing your empowered self to honour and hold the space for the healing and acknowledgment of those emotions.
But you don’t just shy away from feeling what you consider to be difficult emotions. You also tend to hold back the feelings you consider to be more desirable. We urge you to allow yourselves to fully feel joy, love, excitement, connection and all the other wonderful emotions on the other end of the spectrum, as well.
The more you can explore your feelings and love yourself for the having of them, the more you will move into a deeper acceptance of self. Giving yourself permission to fully feel your emotions allows you to experience the true depth of your being, and that is a glorious thing, indeed. ~Archangel Gabriel through Shelley Young
