We are letting you in on as much as we can at this time, because certain information that we have obtained would be interference if it were shared with you at this time. There is a reason why the non-interference rule is in place for humanity. You must be allowed to evolve on your own, and we have seen your history and know what happens when attempts are made to nudge you forward.
This is a time when you must discover that everything you need is inside of you. Therefore, even seeing spaceships in the sky and being visited by e.t.s, even being taken aboard a ship, all pale in comparison to what you can experience when you close your eyes and you focus inwardly.
When you open up to your own infinite and eternal nature, you will realize that you never needed any information, and nor have you ever needed any intervention. You have access to Source, which means you have access to everything when you look inside of you, and you also have an unlimited capacity to create realities and experience those realities. So yes, the physical is quite exciting, and the physical experiences you can have are intoxicating, sometimes quite literally.
But if you are waiting for experiences with extra-terrestrials to convince you that something good is happening there on Earth, we invite you to wait no longer. You have extra-terrestrial DNA inside of you. You have memories of your lives as extra-terrestrial beings inside of you, and you can experience your multidimensional self by going within. The outer will always reflect the inner, and so the more exploring you do of your infinite and eternal nature, the more the outside world will open up to you, and you can have those experiences of UFOs and e.t. encounters. You can ride as many spaceships as you want to.
But you are more interesting to physical e.t.s when you first recognize who you really are as beings of eternal and infinite light and love. When you expand your idea, your concept of who you are, everything you want to experience will open up to you in radical ways that your mind could not have possibly imagined. So if you seek more experiences with e.t.s, start with yourselves.

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We are continuing to do our research on humanity, because we love helping you and because we love getting to know ourselves better through you. We understand that this may be something that you all do at times, subconsciously, but we advise you to do it more consciously. Don’t just see everything and everyone as bringing you some sort of mirror to hold up to yourself, and don’t just see them as your teachers who are showing you what you still need to grasp a bit better. See them as examples of what exists inside of you and what you could potentially be. And we are talking about this both from the positive and negative perspectives.
So if you see someone who is very successful and has the type of exciting life that you want to have, you must see that you are being shown that example as a possibility for yourself if you do want to live that particular life. If you look at that person and wonder how they got so lucky, or who their parents must have been to give them such a perfect life, then you are missing the point.
They are you, existing in a different body, and you don’t have to get to where they are through the same series of steps. So you don’t have to tell yourself a story about how you didn’t get all of the same advantages that they did. You don’t have to tell yourself that there is no way you could possibly be living that type of lifestyle because of your background. Instead, you want to tell yourself that, ‘If it is possible for that aspect of Source, then it is possible for me, because I am also an aspect of Source.’
When you see someone, or hear about someone, who has done something quite terrible, and possibly is continuing to do terrible things, that is also a choice that exists within you, and it’s a choice you need to make peace with. You need to make peace with the darkness, because it can’t just exist outside of you, not in this holographic universe of ours. This is why we are always emphasizing forgiveness and compassion. It is not for their sake; it is for your sake. It is for your benefit.
Everyone you encounter, and everything that you see and hear and come to know, can benefit you because it’s another piece of the puzzle that is you. And if you can accept it as such and put it in its proper place, then you can become whole. But when you are in denial of something existing inside of you, you remain fragmented, you lessen your power, and you lessen your ability to become your true self.
It is time for you to let go of the illusion of separation, to stop playing that game of victim and perpetrator, us versus them, darkness versus light, and so on. This is about bringing it all together inside of you, one harmonious whole, and loving every bit of yourself. That is the way to heal you and them. That is the way to come together as one unified collective who can than shift your consciousness on that beautiful planet of yours.

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We are very satisfied with the way you all have handled the energies of March, and we are very excited to tell you about the energies of April and what they will be about for humanity. You have seen the way that humans have begun to recognize the futility of segregating and separating from one another, trying to defeat the other side, and you all know that you want to live in peace and in harmony, and the April energies are about bringing you that peace and harmony that you so want and deserve.
They are supportive of bringing people together, especially those who have typically been opposed to others who disagree with them. It is possible to disagree with someone on a topic that you feel strongly about and still love that person. It is possible to even enjoy that person’s company, even though you know they think differently than you do about a very hot button issue. And so, these energies will be helping people to see those issues from a variety of different angles, and they also will be helping people to let go of their anger and their resentment. These energies will help people to forgive and to even have compassion for those who have very different views on almost every subject.
These are the energies of integration, and so they’re not just about bringing you altogether into one human collective, but they are also about bringing your various aspects into one harmonious whole, also know as your higher self. So what you are seeing right now in the world today that you would describe as polarity and divisiveness is all about ultimately bringing you altogether. You are needing to see everything and everyone that you feel opposed to in some way as an aspect of yourself that you still need to integrate. And then those of you who are awake can do that, you can see it happening all around you.
But it has to start with you. You cannot just complain about how polarized humanity is, and think that by pointing it out you have somehow solved the problem. It has to start with you, as individuals who know better and who can rise above it and see and feel the unity that is available to you at all times. And so these energies will be about you integrating you and you finding unity consciousness, which is also always available to each and every one of you at all times. This is how you do it. This is how you ascend your consciousness. It is through letting go of all that you are resistant to and eventually getting to that place where you can forgive, have compassion for, and unconditionally love all the people that you once saw as those who needed to be defeated in some way.
It is not about any one group being right, but rather, it is about every single person within each and every group realizing that what they are experiencing in that moment is their work. It is their curriculum, and now is the time to do it, because no one is going to step in and do it for you. So what can you do now that you know this about the April energies? You can look for the opportunities to let go of what you have been pushing against, and you can look to be a force for healing and for unity in the world that is truly just a reflection of everything that is inside of you.

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We are absolutely certain that you are ascending and that everything you are experiencing is a part of your ascension. Nothing is just an inconvenience. Nothing should be seen as a blockage or something that is just getting in your way. Everything is happening for you and is happening because of you. It is also accurate to say that everything is happening inside of you.
So everything you experience as a blockage is meant to get you to grow spiritually. First, you create an obstacle or a hurdle, and then you find the power within yourself to go over it, or around it, or through it, but you always move on. You always get past whatever challenge you put in front of you, and that is true for everyone regardless of how it might seem to you right now. It might seem like you are embroiled in a bottomless pit of something, but there is always a bottom. There is always a continuation of the expansion of Source Energy through you.
And so, at times you just need to remind yourselves of the simple truth that, ‘This is temporary, and it serves me,’ no matter what it is you are facing, no matter what it is you are going through at the moment. You have the ability to relax and breathe into anything that is happening, and when you exercise that ability, you get the positive results that you want. You get to move on; you get to go to the next level of your ascension. And there will always be challenges. There will be challenges in the fifth dimension as well, because you will not be done ascending.
You will keep ascending from the fifth to the sixth to the seventh and so on. You want to stretch yourselves; that’s why you came to Earth, where you knew there would be myriad challenges to face. You are ready for all of that. You knew you were a master when you signed up for a series of Earth incarnations. And yes, everyone is playing their part in the ascension, and that includes you. In order to play your part, you must be you. That means being true to yourself is another way you take a gigantic step forward on the journey to the fifth-dimensional you, the fifth-dimensional Earth.
Be true to yourself, and be true to your feelings, and you give everyone else permission to do the same, and you start living in a world where everyone is doing the same, and you start seeing more signs of an ascending society. It all starts with you; you are the master and the creator, and you have every tool imaginable inside of you. That’s why we say stop waiting for med beds. Stop waiting for any type of bail out, and take the challenge that you have set before yourself. See it as an opportunity to become more of you, because that’s what it is, and you put it there because you knew exactly what you needed to go to the next level of your consciousness.
Are you ready to do that? If you answer in the affirmative, then again, you don’t need to wait for anything or anyone. Just look around at your life, the people in it, the world, because they all contain exactly what you need to rise up to that next level. And we have said this many times, but it bears repeating here. You are the ones to lead the way because you agreed to awaken first and to show the others the way. You don’t have to show them by getting up on a soap box and preaching. Show them by doing it first, and then you will have many brilliant stories to tell them, and trust us when we say you will have an audience for those stories.

We have been exploring all of the many possibilities that you have in front of you right now, as a collective, and we have been feeling very encouraged by what we are seeing. We know that more and more people are waking up to the truth that they are the ones who determine which timeline they are on. We hope that all of you who are receiving this message right now remember that truth at all times, because you will continue to see people telling you what is going to happen as if there is only one future, and that future is set in stone. We will keep reminding you of this because we keep encountering people who talk about the latest predictions that are floating around out there on the Internet.
We invite you to join us over here where we are seeing the very positive futures that you have been aligning with as awakened souls. You all want to see everyone thriving, and you want to see everyone receiving what they need, and you don’t have to know exactly how any of those things would happen in order for you to align with those realities. That is the beauty of where you are right now.
You are just stepping into your power as conscious creator beings. And while you may have been very specific in the past, wanting to create a particular job, or relationship, or car, now you can think about the very ambiguous concept of the future, and instead of getting very specific about what will happen that will be that first domino to fall, you can just feel very generally into the future reality that you want to experience because you have lived enough life. You have lived enough life at this point to understand that you prefer certain feelings over others. You have felt enough feelings to know that.
It is time for you to recognize that there is so much more that you could create, and that you are creating with energy more so than with specific thoughts. Your thoughts are helpful; they help you focus. They can help you to align, but when you are working with the unknown of the future, you don’t have to figure it all out with your very limited mind. Instead, you can focus on your feeling centers and trust that the universe has myriad ways to bring you realities that feel exactly like the vibration you are activating inside of you.
And you have the ability to activate any vibration you want to, because they all coexist inside of you at all times. Which ones you activate, well that is up to you. Just know that free will is about more than just your actions and your words. Free will is about choosing how you want to feel and then putting your attention on it, putting your attention on the feeling, not the circumstance that will evoke that feeling.
That’s what you are meant to do, and that’s what you need to do, and that’s what will put you on the timeline that contains the future experience that is a reflection of your vibration in the now moment. And yes, it really is that easy, and you really are that powerful. Start owning it, and you will see all of the magical moments that you can create for yourselves and for others.

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We are very proud of humanity at this time, because of what you have been able to avoid there on Earth. You have been making it through this most difficult time on your planet without escalating the negativity to such an extent that you have had to see that reflected to you in a variety of nasty ways. The truth is things could have been much worse during the pandemic, and things could have gotten much worse with Russia’s invasion of Ukraine. Things could be much worse in terms of natural disasters as well. And so, when you look around at the world and you wonder how you all could have gotten yourselves into such a mess, trust us when we say this is nothing in comparison what you have avoided.
You also avoided large scale wars after 9/11. We are not attempting to diminish the wars that did follow that event, but we are telling you that it could have gotten much, much worse for humanity. What this means is that you are making progress. What this means is you are always doing better than you think you are doing individually and as a collective. You have grown and evolved so much in the past two hundred and fifty years. It is remarkable to see how far you have come. And even in the past twenty-five years, you have grown exponentially. Now, does that mean that your work is done? No, it does not. You still have plenty more work to do to bring yourselves to that point of ascension.
It also means that at this point, ascension is going much better than it could have gone if you had followed different events with different reactions. You should all feel very good about where you are right now as a collective, and individually we know you are far too hard on yourselves. We know that the answer to many of your problems is just to forgive yourselves, to let go of guilt and shame, and to move forward from whatever you’ve been feeling bad about. That is the only way you can build the new world you want to experience. It starts with you letting go of all that you’ve been experiencing that you don’t feel very good about, including your own thoughts, words, and actions.
Instead, look for the positive. You all talk about wanting a news network that is dedicated to positive things that are happening in the world, but you don’t need someone else to create that. You can be that. You can spread the good news, you can look for the good news, you can focus on the good news in your lives and in the lives of the human collective. This is a wonderful time to start doing that because you have come so far and because there is much for you to feel good about, and you will feel good about where you are if you change the way you are looking at your lives and at the world at large.
This is a big part of your journey, believe it or not. You shift your perspective, you shift the way you are looking at things, you shift everything, and then you shift. The shift will be completed before you know it, and those of you who are willing to look at the bright side of things are the ones. You are the catalysts to bring it all about, and you are the ones to lead the way for the rest of humankind.

We are aware of the many instances where humankind was on a more direct path of ascension and where exactly you got sidetracked on those journeys of your collective. Once individuals gain a certain amount of knowledge and develop their skills and abilities, they then have the option of sharing what it is that they have come to master. They can share it and teach others how to do it, or they can see themselves as having more power over others as a result of their mastery over energy and vibration, and they can keep it for themselves.
And when they do this, they also seek to keep that knowledge, that wisdom, away from their fellow humans. People love to feel special. And one of the ways that people have been able to feel special is when they hone their abilities, when they attain spiritual gifts. And so, if they were to then share what was shared with them with everyone else, they would not feel as special and they would not have as much power. And this is what has happened throughout human history there on Earth, but now the times are changing.
Information cannot be held back from the masses anymore. You all have the option of learning about the various tools and spiritual practices that will bring you into greater alignment with Source and give you that mastery over energy that you all want. You have so many teachers on your world today who seek to empower their fellow humans, and this is a very good sign. Those who want to hold on tight to their power and to that knowledge, that information, they are having a very hard time right now, because they can see how futile their efforts are.
You all are accessing exactly what you need to and when you need to, and it is a very exciting time to be a human being there on planet Earth. If you truly want to ascend, to be your higher selves, to be fifth dimensional, then you will share when you can, and you will teach anyone who is ready to be taught. You will seek the advancement, the evolution, of each and every one of your fellow humans. There is power in numbers, and your numbers are multiplying every single day. The more of you that have the power, that have the abilities, the closer you get to the fifth dimension.

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We are listening to every single one of your requests. We have heard you all and have received your instructions, your desires, and your cries for support in your time of need. We want you to know that everything comes to you in the perfect timing, when it is appropriate, and when you let it in. You are there to be receivers. You are there to be the ones who explore, who determine what humanity needs, and then you are there to anchor in what it is that you have requested for yourselves and others.
Your requests are not only received; they are answered. All energy that is summoned is given to you, especially those of you who are there in service and who want what is best for all. We never feel overwhelmed in the least by your requests. We are happy to receive them, and please remember that if you are talking to us while you are awake, then you are absolutely talking to us while you are asleep, and those are two-way conversations every time.
You understand us and our perspective very clearly, and we are able to ask questions about your requests, and sometimes the requests you make while you are asleep are different from the requests you make while you are awake. And sometimes they line up perfectly, and those are the times when you usually receive what it is you are asking for very quickly after the asking has taken place.
You know that you are there to help humanity and also to grow spiritually, and as nice as it would be to just get everything that you ask for while awake, and to get it immediately upon asking, it’s not the best way for you to have a growth experience. You want to face challenges so that you can evolve. You also want to experience patience and trust, which you can only do when you have to wait and when it looks like you might not get what you want.
We want to be your colleagues. We want to be the ones who work with you. We want to teach you what you need to know in order to do it yourselves, because we know that it will be so much more satisfying if you can see how you aligned your energy with your request. And that is how you receive. You don’t receive because you said, ‘Please,’ or ‘Pretty Please,’ and you don’t receive because you kept asking over and over again. You receive when you find the alignment with what you have asked for, and when it serves you, you get it in the perfect timing.
And then we move on to the next challenge, to the next desire, and to the next round of asking and aligning. And every time you take major steps forward in becoming the beings you are destined to become – your fifth dimensional higher selves, and those aspects of you manifest instantaneously. So this is goo practice for you. You have to practice focusing on what you do want so that in the next round, when things are manifesting immediately, you are only getting what you actually want and will benefit you and others. That is the way you all set it up, and that is the agreement you have with us and so many other helpers. And it is a good system, and it is a system that works very well.

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We are so very impressed by how you all handle yourselves in times of tragedy and trauma. It is as if you’ve had a lot of practice doing so, which of course you have. You’ve been through all that you can imagine and more since you began incarnating into physical bodies, and those of you who are having the hardest time right now co-existing with your fellow humans are the ones who agreed to take on the most for the collective because you love being of service.
You are so very ready, so up to the task, but you don’t always realize it. You don’t always see yourselves as the strong and powerful beings of light and love that you truly are, because so few humans see themselves and others in that way. And as you know, it helps to have role models; it helps to have examples to you of what you can achieve, of whom you can become.
So if you are one of the ones who is not having a very hard time right now there on Earth, we suggest that you make a point of looking for opportunities to mentor and to lead. Look for ways you can set an example and provide a template for others to follow in your footsteps, and do so while at the same time respecting where everyone else is. Know that many who are struggling right now will have to take a long road to get to where you are. It will not be as easy as you just snapping your fingers or shaking them out of their funk.
You must be patient with your fellow humans, and know that those who are struggling the most are also doing the most work on themselves, or they have taken on so much for their fellow humans. You all get to be of service in different ways, and at different times in your lives you will be in service in a way that is much different from how you’ve been of service before. But there is always a way to help; there is always a way to pull someone up out of whatever hole they have dug themselves into.
We know that if you resonate with us and our transmissions, then that means you want to be of service. Be of service by shining your light so brightly that others take notice and ask you how you do it, how you manage to maintain a high vibration in spite of everything that’s happening in the world right now. Be who you really are, and at the same time, be humble.
Look for opportunities to be of service, but also be patient with those who you seek to serve, and let go of your ideas, your expectations, and your attachments to how this is supposed to unfold from here on in, because you will be surprised at what is coming. And you wanted it that way; you never wanted to have it all figured out at this point in your evolutionary journey, at this point in your journey to the fifth dimension. This is the best use of your time, as you wait for your fellow humans to be ready to take that next step in the evolution of the human consciousness.

We are aiming to establish very solid relationships with those of you in physical human form on Earth, because we are looking for many channels of our energy and wisdom. We never intended to only come through Daniel here, and these channeled transmissions have served a multitude of purposes for us and for you.
The energies that come through the channel have always been designed to attune more individuals so that they too would be able to receive us and transmit that which they receive. You are being called to do more at this time, and we know that the Arcturian perspective is needed there on Earth because it is so different from the perspectives of so many humans who are living there at this time.
There needs to be more awakening occurring there on Earth, even though much awakening has occurred and continues to occur. There is still a necessity for more of you to act as conduits for us and for the Arcturian energies because much of life on Earth has been dominated by the ego, by greed, by selfishness, and too many have rejected opportunities to remember who they really are as spiritual beings. You live on a beautiful planet with many natural resources, and you have created many, many distractions from the spiritual realm, from the infinite and eternal that is inside of you. This was all part of the plan, of course.
You needed to go down that path first, as a society, and then the coming back to who you really are could occur and would be that much sweeter when it did. And that’s where you are right now. We just feel that there is a need for more anchors, more points for grounding these energies in.
And while you all do it to a certain extent as you receive these messages through Daniel, we are looking to recruit as many of you as we possibly can, because the world needs you. And your fellow humans who need to wake up will do so when they are reminded of their Arcturian roots, of those beautiful Arcturian lifetimes where they spent so much more time in meditation and in quiet inner reflectiveness.

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We are always seeking more humans who will resonate with us, but we don’t seek out humans for our benefit or our curiosity. We seek you out because you need to have an understanding of how connected we all are in this galaxy and in this universe, and we can do that for you all. We have the capability to help you access that which is buried deep inside of you, and we do this with all of you who are open to us. We can see how our energy, our consciousness, our vibration has impacted the collective consciousness there on Earth, and we can also see an opportunity for great changes to come there on Earth simply because human beings were willing to open themselves up to us.
We don’t care if you believe anything that we say through the channel here, because all of that just gives your mind something to do so that we can be more effective as transmitters of energy, so that we can be more effective as the ones who deliver the galactic light codes to you, the ones who activate your DNA. There is so much more happening during one of these transmissions than you could possibly imagine, and again, we see the impact. We feel it; we know it. And in this case, more is better.
We seek to connect to all humans who are willing to explore the possibility that consciousness exists outside of humanity, outside of your dimension, your solar system. This is a time of expansion for Earthlings. It is a time to let go of the idea that you have it all figured out, that you know what’s going to happen or what needs to happen in order for humanity to ascend. This is a time for you to let go and trust that you’re going to receive exactly what you need to when you need to, so long as you take the time to relax and open up to what is always around you and always coming to you.
We are your past and your future. We are your colleagues and your teachers, and we are here to unlock human potential. That is why it is so important that we reach as many of you as we possibly can. Remember that you are always looking at another aspect of self and an aspect of Source at the same time, and it will be easier then for you to let go of your resistance, your judgment, your hate.
It will get easier on all of you when you realize that this is the goal for every single human on Earth. Just by making that the goal, you accomplish something, you move forward, you release the angst and the tension of resistance. More importantly, you become more of who you really are when you allow everyone else to be as they are, and you realize that there is always a way to accept, to forgive, and to love.
You need to be creating your own networks there on Earth with other humans who, like you, understand what you are really there to do, what you are really there to become. Build your networks, share your stories and your ideas. Encourage each other, even if someone else’s idea seems outlandish and impossible. Remember that everything is possible and that you are there to climb the highest mountains, to overcome the insurmountable obstacles, and to be love in the face of hate.
You wouldn’t be there right now if you were not up to these tasks and more, so remember that when you are facing your despair. There’s always room for more light. There’s always something more that you can offer from deep within your heart, and there will always be more connections to be made by those like you who want to be more like us and our colleagues here in the higher realms.

We encourage you to do this because when you connect to Mother Earth, Mother Nature, and the animal kingdom, you are connecting to something that stabilizes you. As soon as you see someone outside of you as a threat, as soon as you give in to the idea that you are a victim, you immediately go on the defensive. And when you are on the defensive, you are not connected to all beings, to all life forms. You more further and further from Source when you do this, because Source never separates. Source always integrates, always seeks to bring home all of creation.
And so, when you feel triggered by what someone else is doing or saying, or by what you think someone or some group is doing, you must look at yourself for the reason behind what you are feeling, and you must feel that feeling. You are not there to put a stop to anything that is happening outside of you. You are there to live in peace and harmony inside of your own bodies and your own psyches. You are there to balance your own energies and your own emotions, and you can’t do that when you are fighting against enemies, foreign and domestic. It doesn’t work that way. It hasn’t worked for anyone, for any society in the history of the universe.
You are there to unite and to unite with love, and you can start by uniting with the love that is all around you, that we have hidden quite literally under every rock, every pebble, every grain of sand, every clump of dirt. We encourage you to do this often, but we will repeat ourselves yet again. Shut off your devices and get outside; connect with Mother Nature and Mother Earth. We are an extension of what you are, just as you are an extension of what we are. And while that statement can make a human being feel all warm and fuzzy inside, it also forces you to conclude that each and every human being is also an extension, and you are an extension of them. And that can be troubling for those who want to separate. Those who want to draw a line in the sand have a very hard time accepting that everyone and everything outside of them is also inside of them, is also a part of them that is being projected on the outside for the purpose of getting the individual to love that fallen aspect of self.
What is fallen can always be uplifted. What is lost can always be found, and what seems like the impossible is always possible. You just need to change the way you look at the world in order to change everything, and you can start that process by changing the way you look at yourselves and everyone else who is in your life. What you fear, what you hate, and what you judge sticks to you like glue, and what you love expands. What you love gives you more of an opportunity to know yourself. It gives you the opportunity to soar, to find new aspects of self, to manifest, and to live in joy.
Therefore, you are being called at this time to focus on what you love, instead of trying to defeat what you fear or what you hate. And when you truly understand that all judgment is judgment of the self, then you won’t want to do it anymore. You are all there healing together, and you are there to forgive one another. You will find that letting go of the burden of resentment will free you up in so many ways. When you are not thriving and soaring in life, it is always you that is the reason. You cannot blame a dark cabal at this point in your evolution of consciousness. You simply must take responsibility for what you are creating in order to move beyond it.
You all have the ability to be so much more, but first you have to acknowledge who you have been and who you are choosing to be in the moment. It is only then that you will be able to see what needs forgiving within yourself. Working from the inside out is the way to create the biggest changes in your lives, and it is the way to change the world. You can go about it the hard way; you can go around gathering signatures for a petition or to try to get something on a ballot to be voted upon, or you can create a website where all you do is point out what is wrong with the world and who the true evildoers are. Or you can make it a lot easier on yourselves and just look within.
There is so much for you to feel, so much for you to remember, and so much more for you to become, and we just want you to take the most direct route, because everything will always lead you back to yourselves, because you are everything and everything is you. And we also always want to empower you, which is why we do not focus our attention on those who do evil on your world, and we do not offer you conspiracy theories that are very entertaining for your minds but that deplete your energy and lower your vibration.

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We are sustaining ourselves by allowing in the highest-frequency energies available to us and letting those energies fuel our consciousness. We have said this before, and we will say it again – we are not so different from all of you. The main difference between the ninth-dimensional Arcturian Council and the average Earthling is that we choose consciously which energies we allow to move to us and through us, whereas for you it can be much more of an unconscious choice, one that is not taking your feelings into consideration. You get to choose what you focus upon, and there is so much for you to focus upon in your information age, and so you have to choose wisely.
You must ask yourselves, ‘How will this make me feel?’ before deciding whether or not to engage with it if you want to be truly conscious creators. Many people decide based on whether they think it’s true, or whether they think it will be entertaining, and that is simply going to lead them down a path that it will be then hard to get off of because of how exciting it can be to be on that path.
We often see people using the terminology ‘light warrior’ in the new age and spiritual communities, and what those people usually mean is that they’re on Earth to battle darkness. In other words, they believe they are the ones who are being sent as the light warriors to defeat those who are playing in the dark, and they take this assignment very seriously. That is not why anyone is there on Earth. We prefer the term lightbringer to light warrior, because you are in fact there to spread light around. You are there to be the light, and one of the ways that you get there is by letting go of your fear of the darkness.
You must let go of your judgment of the darkness and those who are playing in the dark as well, if you are ever going to rise above it. Let us say you were to defeat the darkness with whatever skills and abilities you had obtained as a light warrior. Well then, you would be in that dualistic system at the end of the battle, and that means more darkness would just come and replace the ones that you defeated, and you would not grow, because you would not learn to love All-That-Is. All that you see outside of you, and all that you hear about from others, it is all inside of you.
You ultimately want to be able to love all aspects of creation because you want to be able to love all aspects of you. It is the only way to allow the true you, the Source Energy aspect of you, to come to the surface and be the aspect of you that is running the show. And so, we recommend that you focus on the light, that you focus on what is positive out there in the world and what is positive in you, because you are also not going to get very far by constantly looking for problems within you that need fixing.
You are not going to grow by judging your own negative aspects as bad. Once you embrace it all, then you can choose. Then you can realize that it was all inside of you all along, and all you had to do was choose consciously what you wanted to amplify, what you wanted to feel more of and be more of, and then and only then will you be of service to the whole of humanity. And that is how we see it from our perspective, which again, is one where we are only allowing in that which is of the light, that which is of the truth of who we really are as Source Energy, as unconditional love.

We are relating to all of you from the higher level of consciousness that we hold, and we do so from a place of love, as we seek to give you more love and light from this higher plane of existence. We seek to understand better the ways that you are capable of opening up to receive the love that is all around you, and also of course, inside of you. We know that love is the answer, and we know that many of you understand this to be true as well.
And you can look at the purpose of your lives as being how to apply that truth into thought, word and action. In other words, how can you be love in physical form? That is the question. That is the question you all wanted to answer through experiences, and so you create all of these experiences, some consciously, some unconsciously, to give you these opportunities to be love. And of course, it has to get complicated in order for you to feel everything, in order for you to know yourselves more completely.
And so, you lead complicated lives and have complicated relationships, and you often seek to sort all of it out, forgetting for the moment about the one true truth – everything and everyone is love seeking to know itself more fully and to know itself experientially. And therefore, we will always guide you back to your hearts, because that’s where this truth is always running. That truth is felt, acknowledged, and it is the way that you operate as your highest self in the world.
You want to come from the heart and speak from the heart. You want to be heart-centered and present in the moment, looking for this moment’s opportunity to be love. Now, when we put it to you that way, it’s not very complicated. It gets complicated when you start to think about it. When you start to measure it, to quantify it, to put labels on it. If you could only be more interested in how you feel, you could make things a lot easier for yourselves. You would follow your feelings; you would listen to your heart, and you would be attuning yourselves to the highest vibration possible, which is always very helpful, no matter what you are hoping to achieve in your life.
You have within you this center, this place within your chest, where you can be All-That-Is. You can be Source. You can be love, or you can forget the one true truth and go back to your mental gymnastics. Whenever you don’t know what to do in one of these complicated situations you have there in your lives, just return to your hearts. Send love to the problem, and do that on the macrocosmic level as well. Send love to India, to Syria, to Palestine and to Israel. Be the love that the world needs right now, and you will fulfill your purpose for existing. You will also have a much better life.

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We are in awe of humanity once again, because you have just crossed another threshold of collective consciousness there, and you have done so by opening yourselves up to the help that you have been receiving from above. It is not through hard work that you receive. It is not through reciting the right prayer or mantra that you get what you have been asking for. It is through the acknowledgement that the help is there and then surrendering to it. When you acknowledge how much help you have all around you at all times, you become the open conduits for higher-frequency energies you were always meant to be in this lifetime.
Now, one of the ways that you get to this point of being willing to open up to the energies is by creating challenges that seem to be insurmountable in your lives. Many times you do this in order to go to that last resort of asking for help, and then after asking for help, you have enough hope within you that you will receive the help in order to receive it. But that is the hard way. The easier way to receive that which is coming to you from above is to get curious about the beings. Seek to establish relationships with your guides, your galactic team, the ascended masters, the Archangels, faeries, and all of the other helpers that you have around you.
People are often catching glimpses of orbs and spheres in the pictures that they take and in the videos that they make. This is wonderful because with your technology you are able to perceive something that normally only a clairvoyant would be able to perceive. Again, see these orbs and spheres as your helpers, because they are. They are higher-frequency beings, and that is why you do not see them with your physical eyes all the time. Some of you might see them out of the corner of one of your eyes at a time when you are in alignment, when you are in a higher-vibrational state.
The orbs and spheres are coming to observe and to help because they too recognize what a beautiful transition you all are making there on Earth, and they also want to be a part of it. They are wanting to help without interfering, and they are doing a wonderful job of that, especially by showing up in your photographs and videos. They let you know that they are there, and they show up as these beautiful beings, which they are, and people are starting to get the idea that they are in fact surrounded by higher-frequency, higher-dimensional beings at all times.
Therefore, we recommend that you take the weight of the world off of your shoulders and just open up to receive that help that is coming from above, because it is always there, and you are worthy of receiving it. If you can know that, instead of just hoping for it, that will make all the difference in the world in your lives. “Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We have continued to monitor your progress with delight over the past several weeks, as we see those of you who are awake doing more to stretch your consciousness out. Sometimes it does take an awakening experience to get someone to recognize that there is so much more. Many people on Earth who are still not awake are chasing that experience in all the ways they know how. But once a human has an awakening experience, they understand what is possible, and they want more of whatever it just was they experienced. And that’s what we are seeing at this time; we are seeing the active pursuit of the expansion of consciousness among the Awakened Collective.
And we just want you all to know that you are affecting those who are yet to awaken, and you are planting seeds for all of them. You are making a difference by doing the things that come very naturally to you. You can go and find a quiet place and meditate and make a huge difference in the overall collective consciousness of humanity. You can listen to your heart and go do something that brings you joy, and you will also be up-leveling the vibration of the human collective.
You are also there to experience yourselves as more than just a human being. When you are born into your bodies, most of you have that experience first and foremost. You discover your bodies and what they can do. You discover your name, your age, your gender, and you begin to figure out who you are by Earth standards. You start to recognize what your interests are, what your strengths are, and you go down a path towards having a career so you can have a very normal adult life. But at some point along your journey, you awakened to discover that you are much more than just a human being, and you have lived many more lifetimes than just one.
You also start to play with the idea that you and the tree, you and the flower, you and the ocean are one, and of course, the more difficult to swallow pill that you and everyone else are also one. Now the reason we say it’s more difficult to do that is because the tree is peaceful, the flower isn’t hurting anyone, and the ocean is beautiful, but your experience of your fellow humans is not the same. And so, that recognition that you are all one there on Earth, and we are all one within Source may be easy to make intellectually, but the experience of it is much harder than just placing the bumper sticker on your car that says ‘We are All One.’
Living that truth means letting go of any type of separating that you have been doing in your mind. It also means letting go of all judgment. It means that you see someone else’s success as your success and someone else’s suffering as your suffering, and those are also difficult pills to swallow for a variety of reasons. But you can live your own life with that knowing and choose to feel what you are feeling so that you can better understand everyone’s experience and have more compassion.
You can live an expansive, compassionate life without always focusing on the suffering in the world. Being aware of the truth that everyone’s suffering is leading to their own expansion and their own growth really helps as well, and that’s why you need to full picture of being awake to be active in your consciousness, and this is something that we strive to provide for you, and others do as well.
What we have been seeing is that so many are getting it and moving forward with their expansion that we can give you this progress report, and know that so many of you are having the experience of oneness, of unity consciousness, and of the expansion of your sense of self to include more than just your physical human body, and that is real progress. That is what changes everything for humanity.

We are continuously amazed and blown away by humanity as we witness all of you there on planet Earth, and we see how hard you all work towards achieving your goals in life. It is as if nothing is worth having unless there is a story that goes along with it, and that story must include your struggle and the paying of dues. That has been your programming for quite some time, and most of you have absorbed it at one time or another in your lives.
You sometimes have felt the need to point out to others that nothing just came to you on a silver platter, that you had it hard too, and we understand why this is. We understand that you have nepotism, and you have children with trust funds, and you have all sorts of circumstances that would make a hard-working person look down upon someone who hasn’t had to lift a finger in order to get what they want for their entire lives. This is a program that you have to shake right now, as you become conscious and deliberate creators who are capable of instant manifestation.
Now you want to amaze us and everyone else with how little you have to do in order to live the life of your dreams, in order to have it all. One way you can start the process is to stop talking about all the times in your life when you had to pay your dues, when you had to struggle, scrape, scratch and claw your way to something better in your life, and start emphasizing the times when things just fell into your lap, when everything lined up for you, and when you were just in the right place at the right time.
Those of you who are awake understand that there are no accidents and no coincidences. You understand that you have to be in vibrational harmony with anything and everything that comes your way. You could work very, very hard, and because you believe in hard work, that could pay off for you someday down the line, or you could work very, very hard and have nothing to show for it because you continued to run a program that told you that you are oppressed, that you are a victim.
Now is the time to shed that whole idea of victimhood. Now is the time to start feeling more empowered, to start remembering who you really are and putting what you know into practice, and then you can teach others. Once all of your physical needs are met, you do tend to seek out something more, something that will satisfy and fulfill you. And you don’t have to suffer and struggle to attain a higher level of consciousness. In fact, doing the opposite is what we would recommend. Let go. Surrender. And allow everything to flow to you and through you so you can be an example to others of what is possible right now there on planet Earth.

We are completely fascinated by humanity’s ability to know things on an intuitive level, but also by the inability for you then to make the leap of faith from the intuitive to the pure knowing of something as truth in the moment. You are constantly being given signs, and many of you recognize them and their significance, but you will only go so far. You will not allow for one synchronicity to be enough to convince you of something. You will want to see it again and again.
So many of you are incapable of having enough faith in the flow of the universe to understand how cared for you are. You are being helped, and you are being shown those signs. They are signs that will be interpreted perfectly by you, because you put them there with the help of your guides and other helpers. Then your mind gets involved; your mind can tell you all kinds of stories about why this or that happened, about why you saw something that was just a coincidence. Or your mind will tell you that you are seeing these things now because you are looking for them.
But you are living in a very orderly universe, and it is your universe. The universe as you experience it is you talking to yourself, and therefore, if you know what a sign, or a symbol, or a synchronicity means to you, then you have gotten the answer. Just keep paying attention and working on your faith, which is feeling based, so that it eventually overrides your mental processing, which is thought based. You want to go beyond the limitations of the physical 3D mind in this lifetime, and in order to do that you must first admit to yourselves that your minds are very limited. They are brilliant, they are creative, they are imaginative, and they are limited.
And it’s not your fault; this is not a judgment of your minds. Your minds have to be limited in order for you to play this game that you are playing. You are ready to move on; you are ready to graduate to the next level. And the next level is all about going beyond the mind and into the knowing of yourself as spirit, as an essence, as an aspect of Source.
Yes, you are creating all of this, and putting everything in front of yourselves, and then with some help, becoming aware of what you are meant to be aware of in the moment, and then the choice is yours. Will you follow your faith and your feelings, or will you stay trapped in the endless loop of the physical mind? We think we know what your answer is, and now all you have to do is apply it over and over again so that the rest of humanity can witness you and your success and want to know what your secret is. We are always tempted to lower our vibration enough to take physical form, not because we would like to have bodies again, but because we know that we would be taken more seriously by many if they could see us in the flesh. We certainly would get a lot of attention if we walked among humankind, or if we landed ships and emerged from those ships to make ourselves known. You all are so accustomed to perceiving with your five senses that you have come to rely upon them too heavily, and they really do need to be set aside at times in order for you to go deeper with your spiritual evolution.
Many of you know that you can only see and hear a tiny fragment of what is actually available to be seen and heard, and yet, you still consider your five senses to be your most important, your significant tools for understanding reality. One of the advantages that we have in not incarnating is that we can be felt by everyone. We are not limited in terms of where we can go and how we can connect and communicate. We are available to each and every one of you all the time, and these transmissions through Daniel here are meant to train you to be able to harmonize your vibration with ours.
You can, and you someday will, have this ability, and you will have your direct communication with us. Receiving these transmissions is your training, and tapping in to our insights, our healing, and our love are gifts you will bestow upon yourselves when the timing is right. We are searching at times, just as you are, for something that will bring us into a higher-vibrational state. It is true what they say. As above, so below. We do seek, and we do wonder. We do have desires, and we do have that which is not fulfilled to experience, and all of this makes us very qualified to help you. Just because we don’t have physical bodies doesn’t mean that we cannot relate to all of you there in the physical and on planet Earth. We know what drives us can be different from what drives some of you because we don’t have physical pleasure to pursue, but we also see how those pursuits are empty, and we notice that everyone involved in those pursuits eventually feels that emptiness, even if only temporarily.
We notice that you all have a tendency to seek outside of yourselves to such an extent that you can become addicted to some aspect of the physical, and we do not have anything to get addicted to here in the nonphysical, but we would say that what you experience more than anything else that is troubling to you on some level of your consciousness is a lack of a sense of purpose. We speak to so many who feel that way, and we so want to help all of you who feel that way to understand that sometimes your purpose hasn’t shown up yet. When you are waiting for that inspiration, for that purpose to show up, there’s a lot you can do. There’s a lot you can release and resolve. There’s a lot within you that you can clear to make space for that moment of inspiration, to make space for those energies that will fill you up before coming forth from you.
So while working on yourself does not seem like a purpose, and isn’t very flashy, it still is part of the purpose that you have there on Earth. If everyone just hit the ground running from the moment they could run, it would be a much different environment that you’d be living in. Sometimes it is the boredom that sets in that gives some of you the impression that your life is not serving a purpose for you or anyone else. When you do not feel like you know what your purpose is, make sure you are making room in yourself and in your life for your purpose to come along. In other words, do that clearing work, release that which is no longer serving you and that which is not yours to begin with, and let yourself be your purpose for awhile.
The world you are living on right now is changing dramatically. There will be so many different jobs, careers, and businesses in the future, and some of you will create them. But this much we know is true – those of you who do not feel that you have a purpose right now are being readied for your purpose. And when you cannot see the broader picture of that, it is hard for you to trust, and it is hard for you to have patience, but these are the things you must have in order to eventually let in that inspired thought, that inspired idea, that impulse that takes you to it.
We also know that you do tend to associate purpose with some sort of action or some sort of career, but that is not always the case. So many people there are holding space for others, holding a high vibration to balance the energies there. So many people are meditating, chanting, om-ing and doing whatever they can to raise the level of consciousness. You need to let go of that idea that your purpose is always about an action that you take, and you also need to be aware of how much is inside of you still waiting to come out.
Be aware of how much there is inside of you that you can tap in to right now, while you are demonstrating your trust and your patience in something that will be more of an outward expression of that universe that exists inside of each and every one of us. We invite you to relax more, to let go, and eventually let in that which will inspire you to be the person, the being, the love that you were always meant to be and that you are destined to be in this lifetime.

We have noticed the recent surge in energies there on planet Earth that are coming from your sun, and we do want you to recognize that solar activity is sometimes a reflection of the vibration that you have been offering there as a collective, and other times it is the sun’s way of answering your requests for help. You have a relationship with your sun, just like you have a relationship with your Earth and with your soul. These helpers that are aware of you at all times can have an enormous impact on your mood, on your level of consciousness, on your thoughts, and even on your actions, and when you purposefully allow in their help, you have the ability to grow exponentially.
You are there to take consciousness where it has never been before in the solar system, and Earth knows that, and so does your sun. Your souls, of course, all wanted to have that experience of growing the Earth human consciousness, taking all of Source Energy to a higher level of consciousness by first going deep down into the trenches there on planet Earth. And so, the sun is doing so much more than just providing light, warmth, and the ability for all of you to grow food. You are blanketed in the energies of your sun all the time, and when you open up to receive them, you have so much more of what you need and what you’ve been asking for.
You do not need to spend hours and hours basking in the sun, and you do not need to sun gaze in order to benefit from what you are receiving from your friend in the skies. But taking a moment in every day to allow the sun’s energies in is a very good idea. Giving thanks and appreciation is always a good idea, and where would you be without your sun? How would you live there on Earth? It would not be possible. All matter is imbued with consciousness, and all beings have different levels of consciousness within them. You need to start thinking of your sun as a being, as well as a helper, because that is the true nature of the soul of the solar system.
Recognize that when you become aware of solar flares, and solar storms, and other solar activity, including eclipses, you have an opportunity to bond more, to connect more to this being that is providing you with so much, including these little reminders that you always have help coming from above, coming from the heavens. And so, we are continuously telling you about the help you are getting from us, from the Sirians, from the Lyrans, from the Andromedans, from the Pleiadians, and so on, and this transmission is a little reminder that you also have other helpers in the heavens.
Remember that the next time you feel alone or you have accessed some despair. Remember that the sun is always shining, and that when you receive what you are being given, you allow so much more to be sent. We have an enormous amount of respect for the human collective as a whole, and we respect all of you as individuals as well. We see how far you had to go from the highest-vibrational realm here in this universe in order to give Source Energy the experiences you are having at any given time. Remember, you are that same Source you are giving the experiences to. We do not mean to ever give you the impression that Source Energy is a Being outside of you or that Source is separate from you. However, as we address you, we also understand that you are receiving the message we are giving you from a human perspective.
We just want you to understand that every experience that you have serves a greater and higher good than you can actually perceive with your five senses or understand with your physical mind. It is time for you all to respect each other in the same way, and that respect will raise the level of consciousness there on Earth and amongst all humans. This is hard to make peace with as a human being, because you have so much pain and so many deep and dark emotions to experience there. It is hard for you to grasp how something could possibly be of service or for the greatest and highest good of all. What we attempt to give you is a message that resonates with you at a level that is higher than your physical mind, because we know how important it is for you to go beyond the mind, beyond the five senses, and into that which is infinite and eternal about yourselves.
You can do your absolute best to step back from every situation that is in your lives right now and to step back from the view that you have of the world out there and take on a higher perspective of it all. That option is always available to those of you who are awake. And as you use your free to hold a higher perspective on anything, you not only change yourselves, but you change what you are observing.
You cannot help but be an influencer, because every thought that you think, every emotion that you feel, every intention that you hold, they all affect the totality of existence. And so, you are there to be the influencer that you want to be and to have the biggest impact on humanity that you can possibly have. And we are telling you that as you recognize that everything is in service to Source, to that which we all are, you are making a huge impact on the collective consciousness of which you are a part.

We are bringing more light and love through to all of you there on Earth in every moment of every day. Every opportunity that comes before us, we seize upon because we know how important it is for you all to be receiving that which is coming to you from a higher-dimensional plane. We are now competing with your many, many sources of entertainment, information, and infotainment. We are aware that there is so much out there that you can tune yourselves in to for knowledge and for spiritual guidance, but also for versions of reality.
Everyone who is telling you that something is going on behind the scenes and in the dark shadows is giving you a version of a reality. They are not giving you a version of the one true reality, because there is no such thing. There are so many different realities out there, and some are in your collective past, while some are in your collective future. Others are not even from this universe. You all must decide which reality you want to be harmonizing with, rather than which one has the most people believing in it. You are not there to go along with the crowd; you are there to create new realities and harmonize with them.
Every single teacher that you come into contact with really should state as a disclaimer that they are only giving you one version of one reality, because that is the truth. You don’t all have to believe in the same thing because you don’t all have to experience the same thing. In fact, that would be rather boring for your souls and for Source. Variety is important, and everyone has free will; everyone gets to decide which reality they want to be moving towards. And you even get to decide which reality you experience right now, because you have the power of focus. You can choose to tune in to so many different things in every now moment, and they are all valid. They are all right there in front of you.
So you might want to ask yourself, ‘Why is this one aspect of my reality right now getting my attention?’ ‘Why is this where I am putting my focus?’ ‘Is it because I habitually do so, or is there some other reason that I need to uncover?’ Choose, choose, choose, and then choose again. Choose consciously, and let your feelings tell you whether you actually want to be focusing on something, whether you actually want to be moving in that direction, because people will lie to you. It happens all the time, but your feelings will not lie to you, not ever.
Follow your feelings; that is some very good advice we have just given you there. And we, of course, are always looking for ways to help you by getting you to change your perspective, in addition to what we are really doing while Daniel here channels us. We are sending out the light and love of the Arcturian star system through the energy he is transmitting right now, and it won’t stop when he stops. “Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We are moving forward in our existence with a clarity, a certainty about who we are, what we are doing, and where we are going. It is a remarkable feeling, and one that we wish we could simply impart upon you. Instead, we will do our best to convince you that you are no different from us. Even though you have those physical bodies, and you have a physical birth, and in most lifetimes, you have a physical death, you are more like your nonphysical friends than you think.
You are Source, just like us. You are ascending, and so are we. You are expanding, becoming more of who you really are, and that’s what we are doing. Now, what complicates things for you there on Earth is the idea that you should be doing something, and what also complicates life on Earth is that you have to do certain things in order to survive. You also want to do certain things that you cannot do, not right away, not when you decide in that moment that you decide you want to do it. And in those ways, our experiences are different, of course. But you can always ask yourselves the questions, ‘Who do I want to be in this moment?’ ‘How do I want to feel?’ and ‘How can I use this to expand and ascend with more clarity, with more certainty, and with more joy?’
That is what this period in your lives is all about right now. It is all about expansion, ascension, and making your journey joyous. It doesn’t have to be a straight path. It doesn’t have to be the fastest path to ascension. Enjoy all the steps along the way, and you will get the most out of them, and you won’t have to repeat any of the steps you would rather not be taking.
The whole point of all of you incarnating in a place that can be so challenging is to rise up and become more of who you really are to meet those challenges. You have to be where you are but also know that you are so much more at the same time, and that is tricky. But when you do actually figure out how to do it, it is a wonderful experience of merging the two realms.
You are also there to merge the physical and the nonphysical, to be like the one called Jesus Christ, to embody the Christ consciousness. ‘The kingdom of Heaven is within you.’ ‘You are all gods.’ These are things that Yeshua said, and they are the most important message you could take from that one’s life, because when you know that, then of course, you will want to do unto others as you would have them do unto you. Of course, you will want to love your neighbor. You won’t have to force yourself to do those things, because you won’t see your neighbor as anything less than Source.
Again, we are not so different. It is just easier where we are to know who we are, and to see you all as Source Energy Beings as well. But don’t worry, you will get there, and when you do, this ride that you are on will be one of joy, freedom, excitement, and unconditional love.

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We are very pleased to bring this latest transmission. We are aware of the requests that you make, and that is why there are so many synchronicities happening for all of you who are receiving these transmissions. We tune in to you as a collective and as individuals, and we notice what you are wondering about. It is important for you to do this with yourselves as well. Having regular check-ins with your chakras, with your thoughts, and with your overall vibration will do wonders for you in bringing you into alignment with the life you want to be living.
You have so many abilities, so much power, and it’s all inside of you, and the truth is that you have a lot outside of you to focus upon in your day-to-day activities, a lot that gets your attention. We recommend choosing a time, or several times throughout your day, where you will be doing something that will not occupy a lot of your attention, such as driving, washing the dishes, or taking a shower, and use that time that you have where you don’t need to give a lot of attention to what you are doing to check in.
The first thing you want to do is take a deep breath. The second thing you want to do is notice what you’ve been thinking about. The third thing you want to do is notice if there’s any tension in your body. And the next thing you want to do is check in with your chakras to see if you can feel any blocks or heaviness within any of them. And finally, you want to tune in to how you are feeling, to your overall vibration. And at this point in the exercise, that should be very clear to you.
Speaking of clear, if there is something you need to clear, you will easily be able to do it in the moments that follow. It is important that you remain on top of your internal processes because things are changing so quickly there on Earth. You can manifest so much more quickly what you want and what you do not want. So it has never been as important as it is now to pay attention.
And those of you who are awake are also sensitive. You are emotional, you are empathic, and that means you are more likely to be able to utilize an exercise like this and benefit from it. It’s all right if you are carrying tension. It’s all right if your thoughts have not been the most positive ones you could be thinking. It’s all right if you pick up on a lower vibration within you. That’s what you are there to do. You are there to detect and release. You are there to let go of what has been holding you in the same vibration you’ve been in for a long time. This is how you consciously raise your vibration, and by consciously raising your vibration you shift to a higher-frequency state.
This is how you live happily ever after in the here and now, and this is how you move closer to your ultimate ascension. This is how you inch closer every day to becoming your higher self. It’s not more complicated than this, however you certainly can make it more complicated if you want to. Those of you who have the ability to shift rather quickly what you are thinking and feeling about can consider yourselves to be masters already. When you can let go quickly and easily, that’s when you know you are doing something right, and you have been doing lots of things right. So please do not get down on yourself if at every check in you find something to release, because that is what you are there to do.
