Dear Ones, if you find yourselves at a point in your life where you don’t know what to do next, here is a list of activities that are always supported that we highly recommend you prioritize until you find the clarity you are seeking.
Focus on your breathing.
Be fully present in the now moment.
Practic gratitude.
Surrender.
Connect either through meditation or prayer.
Pay attention to signs and synchronicities.
Deepen your faith and trust.
Practice acceptance.
Dream.
Do you see? All of these are action steps you can take that will only expand your spiritual practices and support you both in the present moment and whatever your next phase may be. There is always, always something you can do that will enhance your journey and satisfy your need to feel productive. It is common for enlightening human beings to have trouble receiving. Many of you have service contracts and naturally feel much more comfortable giving than receiving. Some of you have been taught that receiving takes away from another. Some of you have been conditioned not to expect help because you have come from backgrounds where your needs were not met and that feels normal to you. Others of you may have been told that getting help comes with strings attached or will make people not want to be around you.
All of those beliefs about receiving are out of balance, fear based, or constrictive and separating because they are holding yourself separate from the flow which includes both giving and receiving.
Both giving and receiving creates balance. Allowing yourself to receive helps you be of better service. Refusing to receive for any reason is emitting “no” energy while opening to receive holds “yes” energy which will get you back into inclusion and supported forward movement. Finally, refusing to receive denies another the joy of giving and being of service. Sometimes your highest service is to receive so another can give!
If you truly have a reluctance to receive because you are afraid of owing another, have the intention to receive from Source and trust the wisdom of the universe and the pathways it uses to deliver to you. Dear Ones, as co-creators you are always working with your team. Sometimes the action is happening on your side of the veil. Other times the greatest activity is occurring on the other side of the veil with different elements coming together until they can manifest into your physical reality. There is always movement, some of it tangible to you, most of it not.
A perfect example of this is taking a trip by plane. The tangible movement is you making the decision you’d like to go, buying the ticket, packing, driving to the airport, checking in, boarding the plane, and taking off. But when you are making the most progress on your journey it seems like not much is happening at all! You are above the clouds so you can’t really orient yourself or track your distance. It doesn’t really feel like you are moving. You might be bored, or cramped in your seat. In fact, you are in a state of surrender, allowing the pilots to use their expertise to get you safely to your desired destination. A wise human does whatever they can do to make themselves as comfortable as possible until they land and get back into tangible movement again.
The airplane is the perfect analogy for your spiritual journey. You always have a say in where you would like to go. Your action steps always support your intentions, but there will often be a period where you have done as much as you can do on your end and won’t be able see the progress that is occurring behind the scenes. That is where staying grounded in your faith and trust is essential to arriving where your surrender and flow are trying to take you. We spoke yesterday of the idea of replacing term divine timing with divine orchestration to give you an idea of how it is many different elements coming together. We would like to take that idea even further today.
Does the idea of divine orchestration still make you feel like there is something happening beyond your control? What if we told you that you have had a hand in every experience of the orchestra at one time or another? You are the producer of the show. You are the composer of the music. You are the instrument that emits tones and vibrations. You are the musician that lends your unique talents to the greater whole. You are the conductor that brings it all together beautifully. You are also the member of the audience that waits for the show to begin.
You are all of it! As a multidimensional being you like to use your free will to have many different versions of the same experience. You also honour others in their free will and desire to do the same.
You can embrace all of the roles as they are energetically supported for you, understanding they are all wonderful in their own right, and are vital to co-creation and the broader experience of the whole. How wonderful you get to have so many vast and varied experiences that add to the expansion of your incarnation and the richness of your soul, all the while adding to the beauty to the planet! Many of you who have been poised and ready to move forward in your lives feel that you have done all you can do and that it is just a matter of divine timing. There may be quite a difference between when you think things should happen and when that divine timing will occur. Because of that, some of you are frustrated and are starting to dislike the concept of divine timing. You may feel like it is not honouring you or that you are in it alone, waiting for some blessing to be bestowed upon you that you don’t know how to align with, which may be making you feel powerless.
If that is the case for you, we recommend you swap out the term divine timing for divine orchestration. Divine orchestration is a truer representation of what is happening, as you could be perfectly in place, raring and ready to go, but perhaps the person who is meant to step into your shoes as you get released from a service contract still needs a little more time to develop their skills, or simply has to find the courage to be ready to step into their next role.
There are many elements that need to come together as you move forward in your lives, and they all work with synchronization so there are no energetic gaps or people left wanting.
Dear Ones, the orchestra works together, with all different tones and vibrations and instruments that, when synchronized, all lend to the beauty and the joy of the whole. A lot of people think if they’ve ended up in a space of not knowing, they’ve done something wrong. Let us reassure you it is quite the opposite! It is a sign of success!
Not knowing means you’ve done such a good job of exploring the energies you’ve been in that you’ve exhausted the possibilities and you are ready to move on to the next level or stage. It also means you are ready to move beyond 3D creation, which involves creating within the known, to 5D creation which involves allowing yourself to be led into the realm of potentiality to the possibilities you aren’t aware of yet. This is cause for both excitement and celebration. In fact, many of you are feeling that excitement now.
When you don’t know, you are ready to change your operating system to that of surrender, faith, flow, and trust. You are ready to reconnect with your curiosity, which many of you haven’t used since you were children, which is a trait that allows you to experience wonder and magic. You are ready to allow your soul and your heart to lead the way, which is a wonderful place to find yourself.
Not knowing is a sign of growth, a sign of being ready to up-level, and a sign you are honing a new navigation system that will take you to so much more than you’ve ever experienced before. So allow the unfoldment and know this is not a punishment, but rather an opening and opportunity. We understand that the unknown can seem scary to you but that’s only because you’ve been conditioned to distrust the unknown by those who, for whatever reason, had not yet stepped into their own authentic power and couldn’t see themselves as empowered co-creators. Because they were having an experience of being disempowered, they were always on the lookout for what was wrong and what might be a threat to them and they thought they were doing the right thing teaching you to approach the unknown in the same way.
But you are far more conscious than that! You understand that the universe only wishes to expand your experience of self and meet you in your focus and your desires. So we propose this. Now that you know better than that, why not start to think of the unknown as a magnificent treasure chest that holds magic and wonder and all kinds of potentials you had no idea existed?
Your open-heartedness will always set you on far more satisfying paths of discovery than your distrust and trepidation ever could. When you make the broad intention you would like to experience more of a certain energy, the universe immediately begins to cooperate with you having that experience. You participate by being willing to be guided in that direction by following the signs and synchronicities and the path that opens up in front of you, even if you are not sure exactly where it is taking you.
Your faith, trust, and curiosity, along with your willingness to move, explore, and receive, are vital aspects to the unfoldment of your highest life expression. It might help to think of it this way. If you just sit on a bicycle but don’t pedal, you tip over and don’t get anywhere. You have to get into movement in order to find your balance, learn new skills, and make new discoveries. You can’t guide something that isn’t willing to move!
Many of you have been conditioned to wait to take action until you have assurances, but that system rarely works for two reasons. First, it is trying to create from a space of fear, doubt, and control, which are all constrictive energies. Second, it doesn’t work because it is trying to create solely from your mind, and your greatest creations come from the guidance of your heart and the beckoning of your soul. Those are the parts of you that know your fullest potentials and have an entire team of helpers to assure your success!
So get brave, Dear Ones. Be curious. Don’t give up before the flow has a chance to show you where it is trying to take you. Dream big and beautifully and open-heartedly. Many of you are understanding the importance of surrender and flow but are still reluctant to try it because you are afraid you may get it wrong. Let us reassure you that is absolutely impossible!
When you surrender you give your team of helpers permission to guide you to your highest outcomes. If you attempted to surrender in the wrong direction, the flow and your guides would sweep in and redirect you right away.
Now if you have an issue in your life that you haven’t been able to navigate beyond, the flow may bring you right back to that very issue. This is not because surrender and flow don’t work. You go right to the biggest blockage so that the flow can bring you up, over, around, or through that challenge to the solutions that exist on the other side of it that you haven’t been able to discover yet. If you don’t panic and stay surrendered in the flow with a willingness to see where it is trying to take you, you will finally be able to move beyond that issue once and for all.
Your team knows exactly how to get you to your highest outcomes and the flow is customized for your comfort and success. And for those who think flow is like careening about wildly without any control, you can rest assured the flow has a steering wheel. It is called gratitude. Many of you are afraid to really commit to your highest life expression because you think it’s beyond your reach so you settle for something that you think is more easily attainable. But here is the thing about settling. When you settle, you are making the choice to have an experience that is less than your fullest potential. The fact that you are aware there is something better, even if you don’t know exactly what that higher potential is, is an indicator that it is a viable option for you. You would not have an awareness that there were two options if it were not so.
Making the choice to settle is a decision made from fear or doubt. It is choosing to try to thrive in energies that are already expired. You know they are already expired because you already have the awareness that something better exists, even if you don’t know what that something better is. And your soul is already beckoning you to discover the new higher potential that exists for you.
Because settling is making a choice that is less than your highest potential, you won’t be able to stay in those energies very long. You will start to get more and more uncomfortable until you can no longer stay in those energies and you will get back into movement towards your highest potential again. It is taking an unnecessary stop in the glorious unfoldment of you.
Dear Ones, it would serve no purpose to yearn for something you can’t have. Your heartfelt dreams are designed to help you navigate your path. You can take baby steps towards your dreams or you can get into the flow and get there faster. It’s totally up to you how you do it, but we wish for you to know that there is nothing to lose by going for it and everything to gain. As you move further and further into the energies of the new year, you are being called to live your life authentically and to follow your innermost yearnings. Unfortunately, many of you have been taught to suppress those desires very early in life in order to please others. Even though you are adults now and in charge of your life expression, many of you haven’t given yourselves the time or the space to identify what you truly desire and what would be the truest match to you.
If this is the case, we offer you this question. If you didn’t know a single soul on the planet and there was no one to offer opinions or judgements on your decisions, what would you choose to do? Where would you live? What would you do for fun? What would light you up and make you feel brilliantly alive?
We urge you to ask these questions, not because we are encouraging you to abandon your life but because we are wanting you to identify what you wish to add into your life expression. If you fear doing this exercise would make you selfish or do something out of integrity, please understand this is an exercise of consciousness and when you operate from that alignment you would never do something harmful to another.

Welcome to a new year, Dear Ones! Each year has its own unique properties that serve to assist you in your evolutionary process. As you shift into the energy of a new year, you are adjusting to its unique energy stamp and connecting to new lines of potential.
Starting a new year in a mercury retrograde allows you to review in earnest what you wish to leave behind, and reflect on the lessons learned, which is designed to give you greater clarity on both your latest level of attainment and what you would like to create from that new platform.
You are always in a state of movement, be it internal or external. The waves that push you forward can be gentle and subtle or intense and profound. The wonderful news is that the past three years have allowed you to develop much more skill in navigating both. The key here is to stay out of resistance by honouring your own divine capability and utilizing the guidance that is always available to you.
While every person is at their own stage of their evolutionary journey, one common theme for the majority of you who have been dedicated to your enlightenment process is finally seeing the fruits of your consistent labour. While many of you have been staying the course with not much else but your deeply rooted faith and trust, you’ll be happy to know that concrete evidence of what you have been holding true to will start to take tangible form in your physical reality.
You simply cannot have that level of faith and focus not pay off because your faith and focus was soul led, and your soul always knows where your highest potentials lie. It has been methodically leading you toward the discovery of those heart desires. The key here, just as a person must shift from perpetually healing to allowing themselves to simply be healed, is to allow yourself to shift from trying to get there to allowing yourself to arrive whenever the timing is perfect for you.
