“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We have a perspective that we like to share with all of you on just about everything that you are living there on planet Earth. We love to share our perspective with you because we know that it broadens your minds, and because when you encounter higher-vibrational energy, it also expands your hearts. We do not come to you to give you the one and only answers to your burning questions. We come to you to offer you an invitation to exist in higher states of consciousness. Others are offering their perspective to you, and when you encounter that perspective, you must ask yourselves whether it resonates, whether it feels right, whether it takes you into a higher state of consciousness to choose to accept their invitation.
This is a time for all of you of great discernment, and it’s not about whether something is logical to you at this point. You have taken your logical minds as far as they can possibly take you. Now is the time for feeling into whatever it is that you are considering and determining whether you feel more expansive or more contracted when you focus on that timeline, that opportunity, that teaching, that perspective, and so on.
You set your lives up for yourselves to give yourselves opportunities to feel particular emotions. What you did not realize as you were feeling the not-so-good-feeling ones is that they also needed to be felt in order for you to have a finely-tuned discernment. You need to know when something feels good and when something feels off to you, and the only way to have that sensitivity is to allow yourselves to feel everything.
You are masters of energy, of vibration, of thought, and of focus, and you came to this reality, with all of its challenges, to prove that to yourselves. You don’t have to prove it to anyone else. No one else is keeping score. It is you; you are the ones who want to grow and expand and become one with Source once again in that way that you can only experience it after having given yourselves the illusions of separation. So a question you want to ask yourselves regularly is, ‘Am I moving closer to Source in this moment or with this thought, or am I moving further away?’ The answer can only be given to you by feeling into your body, into your chakras.
You have everything that you need inside of you, but you will often get invitations, upgrades, and activations from outside of you that help to raise the level of consciousness inside of you so that you can make more informed decisions. And isn’t that the way for you all to grow through your experiences, no matter what they are? Before you condemn an experience you are having, ask yourselves if there is a possibility that the experience was chosen by you so that you could grow from it. Don’t be hard on yourselves, because you are conscious and deliberate creators beings now.
You were masters before you incarnated there on Earth, and you are there to reveal to yourselves your own mastery. As you allow yourselves to feel into everything that is in your life and that is being presented to you, those are the moments when the mastery is present. It is palpable. You can feel it viscerally, if you allow yourselves to, and that is the invitation we are giving you in this moment right now.

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We are very happy to give you this transmission, which is all about the energies of your month of February there on planet Earth. You have different points of emphasis for each month and each year, for each solstice and each equinox, and all the other important dates on your calendar, because you enjoy structure and positive expectation. You need positive expectation, and you plan what these months will be about for you, and you are not alone in that planning. You are all parts of committees, councils, collectives, here in the higher realms, and you participate in those meetings while you are asleep at night and have left your bodies.
So you all have decided that the month of February is going to be about activating more light in your bodies. It is going to be about making room in your cells, in your chakras, and in your DNA for that light that transforms you, that light that then becomes your light body. And so, you have been doing a lot of clearing of late to make room for that light. The light is already coming, and it will get stronger and stronger as the month continues to unfold for all of you. That means by the end of February, you should feel like a ball of light, a sphere, an orb that can float and fly.
Now, what can you do to help facilitate this process, you might wonder? You can rest, relax, hydrate, cleanse, and take care of yourselves in all of the ways that you know how to take care of yourselves. You can also open up to the light in the same way a flower opens up to receive sunlight. You can imagine yourself opening up like a flower. You can imagine it opening at the crown of your head that allows the light to pour in. And finally, you can feel for the light. Feel for the transformation that you came to Earth and your dimension to experience. You have already allowed in so much more light than you were working with just decades ago there on Earth, and now you are ready to step it up to the next level and embody more of the light that you have access to all the time throughout this entire life experience.
Light is everywhere and it is everything, and you have the opportunity, the choice, to turn to it, to live from it, and to receive it. Only at this point in your journey, it is becoming more of an imperative. It is something you are going to do, because it is part of that plan that you have for yourselves, and there is no stopping it. But when you open up to it, and you feel for it, you get to experience it in a beautiful, loving way, and isn’t that how you want to experience everything there on planet Earth?

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We are familiarizing ourselves with the systems that you have there on Earth, systems that were designed to maintain order. You set up these systems at a time when there was much more chaos on your world than there is today. Today what you have is the last remnants of a more uncivilized time, a more barbaric society, and you have the same tools in place to protect yourselves from disorder, from chaos, and from barbarians. In reality, you do not need as much order and control as you have there on your world.
You have evolved past needing as much oversight of your daily lives, and yet, you are more exposed than ever in terms of who you are, what you believe in, what you buy, who you just spent several hours with, and so on, than ever before in human history. What does this mean to the average person who is awake? Does this mean that you must dismantle the systems of control? Does this mean that you must become an anarchist, or should you just realize that the people who have been in control are tightening their grip, and they will not be able to maintain that tightened grip forever. They will not be able to maintain it for much longer, in fact.
You don’t have to worry nearly as much, or at all, about these people who are in positions of power and their desire to exert more control over you because all of that is coming to an end, and you are seeing the final attempts to dictate more control over you. You can interpret this transmission however you like. We know that some of you are going to interpret it in a particular way, and that is alright with us, because no matter what you think we are referring to, you have some loosening up to do.
It serves every single one of you who feels oppressed to throw off the shackles that you have placed upon yourselves by believing that someone has more power over you and your life than you do. You just have to keep tending to your own garden. You just have to pay so close attention to your own vibration that nothing could ever convince you that you should lower it. You have to let go of the victim/perpetrator, oppressed/oppressor, enslaved/enslaver model. If you cling to it and you continue to play into that mindset, you will perpetuate it for longer than it need be on your world.
The systems that are in place, that are in control, are dismantling from within, and the reason for that dismantling is the higher-vibrational energies that are upon you. It will not be because someone staged a revolution. It will be because enough of you maintained a high enough vibration to ground in those higher-frequency energies to continue the work of raising the level of consciousness there on Earth. Your collective’s level of consciousness will always be reflected back to you in your governments, in your corporations, in your banks, in your militaries, in every aspect of life.
So, the easiest way for you to have the biggest impact on the world right now is to tend to your own vibration and let the dismantling continue on its own, and we have your best interests at heart, always.

We are giving ourselves every possible opportunity to observe what it is that is happening there on Earth because you are in such a time of need. You need help, and we are helpers. We know that you have been making the most of a pretty bad situation there on Earth. We also know that you have summoned so much help, so much healing, so many solutions, that there is a sort of logjam of energies that have been coming your way but that not enough people are open to receive.
Imagine being there on Earth and not realizing that all your prayers were being answered. Many think that perhaps they are not worthy of receiving help from above. Still others believe that some deserve that help because they pray to the right God but others do not, as they are heathens, unworthy of assistance from the Heavens. This is once again where you step in as the healers, the leaders, the wayshowers, the ones who are there to set the example. You step in because you want everyone to receive what it is they have been asking for, and you know that everyone there on Earth with you is a being of light and love, an aspect of Source.
And so, you can hold space for all of humanity to get what they need at this time. You can offer yourselves up to the universe as conduits of all of the assistance that is coming. You can be the answer, the solution, the ones that humanity has been waiting for, and that means rising above all of the debating that goes on there on your world. That means helping those who don’t want your help or don’t think that they need it. You are not there to judge anyone because of their beliefs, their words, their thoughts or their actions. You are just there to be love incarnate and to help whenever you can.
And now is one of those times when you can absolutely help by making yourselves available to the universe, by being the conduits of light, love, and healing energy that you were born to be, and by holding space for all of your fellow humans to get what they are asking for, what they need. Some don’t even know what they need and don’t know what to ask for, but you can still help them. You can still see all others as parts of a whole that you are also a part of and that you are there to make whole, to bring together, to integrate.
As we have said, now is the time, and you are the ones, because you are not discriminating; you are not holding back your love for only those who deserve it, and this is your time to shine. We encourage you as the awakened collective to open yourselves up to all that humanity has been asking for, ground it into your physical bodies and down into Mother Earth, and let the wonderful energy grids beneath your feet do the rest.

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We are filling ourselves up with higher-frequency energies from the tenth, eleventh, twelfth, and even thirteenth dimensions so that we can feel what we are moving into and so that we have more energy to share with all of you. When you are sitting around wondering what you should do with your life, and you cannot come up with one action that seems compelling or interesting enough for you to participate in it, we recommend that you simply set that intention to open up and fill yourselves up with higher-frequency energies from the higher-dimensional planes. You cannot go wrong if you do; you cannot get it wrong.
Many people are afraid that if they open themselves up, then they are opening themselves up to attack and opening themselves up to lower-vibrational energies and entities. And so, we advise you to always come to this practice from an already good-feeling place. In other words, do what you need to do to get yourself in a higher vibration. It doesn’t matter what it is, but you know what puts a smile on your face, a skip in your step, what makes your heart beat a little faster. Maybe it’s watching videos of kittens playing, or taking a bath, or looking up at the clouds in the sky and staring and watching them as they move across the expanse. Maybe it’s listening to music, singing along with that music, dancing, playing with your dog, or petting your cat.
There is always something that you can do to raise your vibration and then from that place, you are wearing higher-vibrational armor. You don’t have to worry about beings or energies coming up to get you because they can’t. They must exist in their lower-vibrational state, and you in your higher-vibrational state are out of reach. And you in your higher-vibrational state are more likely to then receive from higher-dimensional planes of existence and beings and collectives who exist in those higher dimensions.
So you see, there is nothing to fear when you use the tools that you have been given appropriately. That’s what we are suggesting, because we know that so many of you want to anchor in higher-frequency energies for the rest of humanity. You want to do it for Mother Earth, and you want to do it to access more of the guidance that you desire. Some of you want it for the purposes of healing yourselves and others. You can also engage in this practice just because you want to feel good, just because you want to feel better than you were feeling before you started it. Those are good enough reasons, and you know that when you feel better, you spread that better-feeling energy around.
Everything that you do can be an act of service when it is infused with higher-frequency energy. We recommend you go out and get some, and see where is takes you.

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We have been recalibrating the energies that we are delivering to you, based on the very big steps forward you have taken over the last several weeks. This new year has brought with it new hope for so many, as you continue to move towards your entry point to the galactic community. There are more awakened souls on planet Earth today than there have ever been at any other point in human history there on Earth. The word is getting out, and not only that, but the work that people do on themselves, whether they are religious, atheist, or spiritual is paying off for the entirety of the human collective.
An atheist spending time working with a therapist and getting into a higher-vibrational state is as valuable to the human collective as a spiritually awake person who is meditating and doing yoga. A religious person who uses the more enlightened passages in their religious texts to get closer to Source is benefitting the human collective through that endeavor. There are many paths to God, to Source, to All-That-Is, because all paths lead there. And so, it does not matter so much what you do or what you believe, so long as you are striving to become a more whole being, a person who operates from love and compassion, rather than from fear and judgement.
Therefore, we talk to you a lot about the number of awakened souls and being a part of the Awakened Collective, but really it is everyone there on Earth who is tipping the scales, who is making a difference in the overall vibration of the human collective consciousness. It doesn’t matter what you believe in when you see a country that is under attack, and you feel compassion for the people who are dying in that war and whose homes are being destroyed. When you feel compassion for those who have just had a major earthquake, tsunami, hurricane, or other natural disaster, you are helping to bring humanity to that next level of consciousness, and anyone can do that. Anyone’s heart can go out to the victims and the families of a bombing or a shooting.
And because more of that is happening now than ever before in human history, you are growing by leaps and bounds, and we have to keep up with you. The energies we send out must be of the right frequency to help. Now, of course, there are so many people who are still thinking about what is wrong with humanity and life on Earth at this time, and to so many it seems like things are getting worse and not better. But remember that you as a collective tend to shine a spotlight on the problems in an attempt to fix them, rather than shining a spotlight on what’s going right and celebrating yourselves, your accomplishments, and your progress.
So that’s why you have us and others like us who will continue to nudge you towards the most positive and powerful timelines, because we see what you are doing that doesn’t get any headlines, and we feel the shifts within each individual who is doing that work on themselves. And we know that you are catapulting yourselves into a higher level of consciousness and that you are doing it one moment, one choice at a time. And this is the reason for our level of optimism about the human collective and where you are going, and for those of you who are sensitive, for those of you who are willing to open up and feel into the energies that we are sending to you right now, as a result of all of this progress, we say to you, “Enjoy!”

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We are always very happy to assist humanity with the evolution of your consciousness. That is our primary goal in connecting with all of you, and for those of you who still do not realize this, we are nonphysical. We do not have physical bodies, nor do we have ships that we can land there on Earth. However, there are physical Arcturians and there are ships that are Arcturian, and you may connect with other beings who come from our star system originally. Some people assume that we are all of the Arcturians, but we are not. We are just one grouping of nonphysical consciousness that has a unique perspective that we want to teach all of you. Now, there are other physical e.t.s with ships as well who are connected to humanity in very real ways, and they are the most appropriate ones to be making first contact with all of you.
Of course, there are Pleiadians and Tall Whites, and other beings who are assisting you and who do so from behind the scenes, even though they do have physical bodies. But the nonphysical support that you all have is enormous, and it far outweighs anything we could do for you in the physical realm. Many of you look to the skies, and you look to e.t.s to come and rescue humanity from itself. You think that the purpose of extra-terrestrials is to come and take all the good ones away to another world, possibly another Earth, or you think that it is the purpose of e.t.s to come and do away with all of the inequities, all of the systems, governments, corporations, and heads of these entities so that humanity can thrive without the interference of lust for greed and power.
So as we come to you in this nonphysical form, or non-form, and we give you teachings, we know that some of you get frustrated. We know that some of you feel that things are so unfair there on Earth that our teachings are a little too woo-woo, a little too much like a fairy tale, but that’s just because you don’t know how powerful you are. If you knew that you were creating all of it, and you were doing so for your own expansion and evolution, then you would look more to yourself to be the one to release humanity from bondage, and you would recognize that those who are extra-terrestrial and in physical bodies are waiting for all of you to recognize how powerful you are, because they don’t want to be seen as gods and saviors. They want you to see them as equals. They want you to recognize that you have as much to share with them as they do with you.
So please do not put all of your eggs in the basket of the e.t.s bringing their advanced technology to solve all the problems of Earth. It doesn’t work that way. You must seek inner peace, balance, compassion, and unconditional love within yourself, and do so joyously to raise your level of consciousness to the point where you are even ready to stand face-to-face with one of these higher-vibrational beings that you will see as your friends and colleagues when they do land.
That’s your goal; that’s your mission; that’s your purpose; that’s what this life is all about. It was never about the light defeating the dark, and it has always been about the light choosing to be the light in spite of the presence of the dark, and therefore integrating the dark within and assisting the dark out there to see the light within them. And you can do that right now. You don’t have to wait until everyone else is doing it. You don’t have to wait for critical mass, for 144,000 individuals to be doing it all at once. You can do it right now and change everything, and that’s what we are here to teach you.

We are letting ourselves focus on only the most positive futures for humanity, and we suggest you all do the same. What we have noticed about focusing on the most positive future timelines for humanity is that they expand and grow to include more positive experiences as we do. What we have come to realize is that we are co-creating these positive futures with all of you who are focused on the best possible timelines for humanity. Those of you who have trained yourselves to think positively and to expect the best are co-creating with all of us in the higher realms, and we see the most beautiful, magical, wondrous ascension experiences for individuals and for humanity as a collective.
You are, right now, choosing which version of the future you are aligning with, and you are doing so with the vibration you are offering right now. There is not one future, and every future is malleable. Every future can contain more magical experiences of joy and delight. They expand with your focus upon them to contain more of those absolutely mind-blowing, heart-opening experiences that you all want to have.
Many of you have taught yourselves to ignore mainstream media, and now you must do the same with new agers who are preaching doom and gloom about the future, because there are plenty of them out there, and you must use your discernment. You must determine whether you want to add more energy to a negative timeline, and the only way to do that is to tune in to how you are feeling when you see someone predicting food shortages, world war 3, financial collapse and everything else that some people are just convinced must happen in order for humanity to grow. You can grow through pain and suffering, but they are not prerequisites to growth.
You can grow through focusing on your heart, the love that you are, the Source Energy Being that you are and that everyone else is, and that’s what we recommend. We’ve seen you all riding the wave of expansion, love, joy, freedom, creativity, abundance, and everything else you want to experience, and we invite you to join us in that positive expectation that we have for all of you who know how to use the power of your focus to create realities and to put more energy towards what you want to experience.

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We have an enormous amount of respect for humanity. We know that you chose very challenging paths for yourselves in this lifetime of ascension. You could not help but face these challenges at a time when the entire multiverse is ascending, because everything must come up from inside of you and from the shadows. You are all being given a chance to look inside of yourselves, and many of you have started that process by looking outside of yourselves. By seeing the corruption in others, and in institutions, and systems that you once put your trust in, you have uncovered something that exists as a part of the human experience. And if it’s out there, then it’s also inside of you.
You like it when we tell you that in relationship to manifesting what you want. In other words, when we tell you that everything out there that you desire is also inside of you, there’s a warm, comforting feeling that washes over you, but when we are talking about that which is dark, that which is negative, that which is oppressive, and we remind you that if it’s out there then it’s also inside of you, that doesn’t go over as well. We all live in a holographic universe. There is no separation, and every part contains the whole. Therefore, it does no human any good to simply point a finger and call out those people, those organizations, those systems, those institutions that are doing harm and doing harm on purpose.
Every single person who becomes aware of that darkness must acknowledge that the darkness exists within them as well and that it is coming up and triggering that person because there is some healing and some forgiveness that is needed within that individual. You can’t just lock them all up and be done with it, because the consciousness that created those circumstances will still exist, and you are there to elevate the level of consciousness there on Earth, and all of that begins by doing it within yourself. You are the point from which everything is being created and experienced. Therefore, it must be up to you to change, and when you see something out there that you don’t like, turn the lens on yourself and ask yourself how you can do better, how you can become more of who you really are as a being of unconditional love.
Now, the tricky part of life on Earth that we were referring to earlier is how. How do you do it? How do you show up in the world as love when there is so much out there that is vying for your attention that is not love? To put it a better way, that stuff, or those institutions, or those people, have the volume of love that they truly are turned down to such an extent that they appear to not be the love that they truly are. And you all know that you can do that from time to time. Something can get to you to such an extent that you are not your best self; you are not your most loving self in all situations. And knowing that does make it easier for you to forgive the others, especially those who never received any love from anyone else in their lives. Imagine what that must be like.
Now, the way that you show up as love is by cultivating the love that is inside of you in every moment that it is easy to do so. If you are bored and you don’t know what to do, turn your consciousness inward and find the love that you truly are in your heartspace, breathe into it, magnify it, and fill your whole body up with it. Then fill your energy field up with it, and then go out in the world as love. We highly recommend that you start your day doing just that and that you periodically remind yourself throughout your day that you are there to be love and that the love that you are to be always exists inside of you. It is just a few moments away from being active within you, and you have the power, always, to activate it. You don’t have to wait until some pet or person comes along that is extremely lovable.
We know you can do this because we see more and more people doing it all the time, and we get excited every time we see someone choosing love. It is the answer; it is what we all are, and it is what is needed more than anything else on planet Earth right now.

We are so much more powerful as a universal collective because of our diversity. Diversity allows us to clash, to disagree, and to experience unconditional love, which is who and what we really are. We also appreciate the way that the diversity in this universe has created such a beautiful tapestry, such a powerful kaleidoscope. In fact, we are waiting for the opportunity to explore other universes, because we know that we will experience even more of ourselves.
You all have an opportunity right now to accept unconditionally that difference that you experience between you and another person. You can embrace a diversity within the human collective as what makes you strong, powerful, and interesting. But for far too long, people on Earth have sought sameness, and people have sought to defeat those who disagree with them. But you too are curious beings by your nature, and your fellow humans give you an opportunity to know yourselves more fully and completely.
If you treasure each and every aspect of humanity, each and every particle on your world, each and every perspective that exists, you will be more powerful. You are not more powerful in your ability to defeat even that which is, from your perspective, pure darkness. You are more powerful in your willingness to accept that whatever you see outside of you is also a part of you, and all that you see will become more of its Source Energy Self when you are reflecting back to it your unconditional love.
Undoing societal programming takes time, and it takes a willingness to do so. So when you see yourself or feel yourself resisting something or someone know that you were programmed to resist, rather than to be who you really are as a being of unconditional love. Step by step, situation by situation, and moment by moment, you can undo societal programming and be who you really are, and you will make yourself and all of humankind more powerful while also increasing your readiness for e.t. contact.
The world you are living in right now is how it is for a reason, and that reason is your expansion, your growth, and everything that you have yet to accept and embrace. It all serves you, but it does take effort on your part in order for that service to take effect.

We are always tempted to overstep, to offer too much assistance to humanity, even though we know that it serves you very well to face your challenges head on and to access everything that you need from within. We know that this journey you are on is often seeming as though it is much too long and with far too many twists and turns, and we have so much compassion for you when we see you struggling there on Earth. But what we have also noticed recently is how much strength you have been drawing from your previous lifetimes and the integration work that you are doing is absolutely stunning to behold.
You see, every time you access a past life memory, or you process some past life trauma, you are aware of another aspect you, and that aspect of you has something very positive to add. Now, what we have been seeing recently there on Earth are the myriad ways that you have been able to access more of who you have been in those lifetimes when you were able to take your consciousness quite far in the third dimension.
Everyone there on Earth, even those who have yet to awaken, have had past lives where they have mastered their thoughts, their emotions, or the energies of your world. You have all been masters, and now is the perfect time to be accessing those lifetimes, those gifts and abilities that you have already attained in those previous versions of yourselves. Now, some of you are thinking that those lifetimes are really simultaneous ones, and they do not actually exist in ‘the past,’ and you would be correct. That is how you can access these other versions of you existing somewhere else in space/time.
And by the way, you are helping them as well by what you are living and what you are becoming there in your physical bodies in this lifetime. Do not underestimate yourselves or the work you have done. It is significant, and you are helping all of humanity and these past life versions of yourselves by facing your challenges, by going within, by processing what you need to process. This is a long and arduous journey because you have so many pieces of yourselves to pick and bring into the whole of who you are. And that is precisely what we see you doing, and that is why we are so excited about what you are accessing.
You are accessing mastery, spiritual gifts and abilities that seem like they are far out of reach from where you stand right now at this point in your spiritual evolution in this lifetime, but in fact they are well within your reach. And we see you all accessing them every single day, and we know that you are going to be able to create the great changes you want to see in your world and in your personal lives. We are giving you what we can when we can because we have a sense of what you are ready for and what will ruin certain surprises that you have in store for yourselves. We also never know which timeline you are going to choose for yourselves, because you have that option. You can choose what you are going to experience, and many people do not realize that. There are some very simple truths that you all must accept if you have any chance of navigating your life’s journey with joy, freedom, and creativity. One of these very simple truths is that you are going to see your vibration reflected back to you in some way, shape, or form.
Now, this truth has sometimes caused confusion in the new age and spiritual communities, because some people have then assumed that they dare not feel their sadness, their anger, their fear, or any so-called negative emotion. They are worried that if they do, they will create some very negative life circumstances. If you are feeling something, whether it was something positive or negative when it came to the surface of your awareness, it was already there. You feeling that negative emotion is you letting it go and giving yourself the freedom then to choose what you want to feel, how you want to vibrate, and what you want to create.
Now, we understand that certain people accept that as a truth for themselves, in their personal lives, in regards to whether they are leading an abundant life, whether they have a good love life, health, and so on. But within that group, there are many who believe that the more global experiences are still destined to occur, as though they get to create their reality to a certain extent. And we are here to tell you that this is not true. You are choosing your timeline, whether you are looking at it from a personal perspective or from a global one.
Now, you also have the purpose and the responsibility to take as many people with you as you possibly can when you jump to that better feeling timeline with better circumstances for all of humankind. You invite your fellow humans to join you on that timeline when you are openly optimistic, positive, and when the things you say to them are empowering. You can empower your fellow humans by seeing the Divinity and the potential within them as well, and that’s why it is so interesting to us when we see so many predictions happening on your world and so much finger pointing. You are not there to just call out other people for their bad behavior and pray for the day when they get their comeuppance.
You are there to see your vibration reflected back to you, and when it’s something you don’t like, make the course correction. Forgive yourselves, and forgive others. Have compassion for yourselves, and have compassion for others. Think of the ripple effect that occurs every time one human reaches out to help another, and now imagine the wave of energy that is created when thousands of people come together for a cause, to make change on your world, to give others opportunities that you have always had.
We are not asking you to solve all of the problems there on Earth, and we do not want you to feel burdened by this transmission. We just want you to consider that there are people with whom you disagree on a number of issues there on your world who you could see eye to eye with on helping hurricane victims, flood victims, or victims of other natural disasters, and that’s what unites you. We have been observing humanity for a very long time, and we know how challenging it is to be there, and we want you to know that every single bit of your life has been orchestrated to give you the greatest opportunities to grow. And we want you to know that you always grow when you choose love. We know that there is a lot of talk out there in the world about who the oppressors are and what they are doing. We know what all oppressors do is they give you all an opportunity to be love in the face of their oppression. Their malevolence must be met with beams of love, compassion, and forgiveness in order for you to move to the next level of the game. The more you fight, the more oppressors will rise up to be fought. The more you love, forgive, and have compassion for them, the more of them will change.
They will change to reflect the change in you when you lay down your sword and you offer yourself up as a being of love. You make that monumental change within you that changes everything outside of you. Now, people always wonder about the innocents and what is going to happen to them if we don’t fight. When you change yourself, you change everything, including the number of people being oppressed in your reality. So if you really want to free those who are enslaved, you must change, because you are creating all of this, and you are creating it so that you give yourselves the greatest number of opportunities to grow, to evolve, to become who and what you really are, which is unconditional love.
You want to be of service to as many people as possible, including all who are oppressed? Then be love. When you see someone who is spewing hate, bigotry, racism, and has all kinds of agendas to separate people from one another, you must respond to that person with love because they will not just go away once you point out all of their flaws, all of the awful things they’ve ever done or said. Have you noticed it doesn’t make them go away? Instead, there are more of them, they are louder, and they get more people voting for them, following them on Instagram and Twitter.
And so, you must be the one who says, ‘I will be the love in the face of this hate. I will choose love over fear, and I will radiate love to everyone no matter who they are, what they have done, what they believe, and what they continue to say.’ And then you will get to go to the next level. Then you will have solved the game, the puzzle. You will have triumphed over evil by loving evil, by loving the evil-doers. And of course, what is evil is defined differently by different people, but if you are defining something as evil, then that’s your work. That’s the curriculum you have given yourself.
And sometimes it is you that you need to forgive. Sometimes you are the one who needs the most love from you. Be honest with yourselves about how you really feel about you and what you have done and who you have been, because that is the only way you will ever get to that place of self-love and self-forgiveness. And when you are giving it to yourself, you’re more likely to give it to others, and when you give it to others, you’re more likely to give it to yourself.
So remember that as well. You are always helping yourself whenever you offer love to someone else, someone who is in great need of that love. And it will have a domino effect. You will affect the totality of the human collective by just deciding that the next time you see that person’s face on a screen who usually triggers you that you will love that person. You will be love in the face of whatever they are offering, and you will level yourself up, eventually finding yourself standing in the fifth dimension.

You have also not been as knowledgable as you are right now, and you can use that knowledge and the wisdom that comes from the application of that knowledge to bring yourselves into harmony with the new Earth and with the life that you desire to live. You can do all of this while also fulfilling your purpose and being of service because the two go hand in hand.
You are meant to lead others, and the way you do that is by showing them how it’s done. When you do what you teach, you are an example to others of what is possible. When you demonstrate that the concepts you talk about work, then others start to understand that they have power as well. The power lies within each and every individual, but it is dormant in most because most know that they don’t feel very powerful in their lives and have made attempts to change their lives through words and actions, but have come up short. Most people do not realize that their power truly lies in their ability to focus, to feel, to vibrate, to visualize, to think about the reality they want to experience. And so, they do what their parents did and their grandparents did, which is to work hard and hope for the best.
Most people do not realize that their beliefs are important, and those of you who do recognize how powerful beliefs are can help others with teachings and also with examples from your own lives of how you have shifted from one belief to another and how that has paid off for you. As we said before, the energies that are upon you right now are supportive of each and every one of you who is awake in the creation of your reality the way you prefer to live it. They want to work with those of you who are conscious, awake, aware, and interested in being of service.
And so, it is time for you to dream big, and it is time for you to expect more. It is time for you to step out of doubt, fear, anxiety, worry, and disbelief and tune in to the truth of who you are as everything, as all-that-is, as all-inclusive. You have every single vibration available to you right now, and they are all inside of you. And that is why it is so important to meditate, to go within, and to feel your feelings, because when you are willing to do those things, you will have the keys to the kingdom, and you will be able to create whatever you want.

We are helping you to become more aware of who you really are, and we see that as our primary purpose to you. At times we are giving you the words, the reminders, to get you to remember the truth of who you really are as unconditional love, as Source. Other times it is through energy transmissions that we are reminding you of who you really are. And when you receive certain transmissions from us, you also get DNA activations that will piece together your galactic history. You all have a history in this galaxy of ours, and you have played many different roles and most of you in many different star systems.
Do you have to know about each of those lifetimes? No, that would be too much for any mind to be able to handle. But it helps for you to recognize that you have a history and that you have been many other things besides a human dwelling on planet Earth. It helps you because you are becoming more of yourself in every moment of every day. And to know that you have already been there, that you have already traversed those paths, helps you get there more easily and hopefully with more joy in your hearts. You are not reinventing the wheel, and you are not just scratching and clawing your way up an evolutionary ladder from a state of being a lowly human. You have been quite exalted in other experiences, and have known yourselves as having abilities, gifts, powers that go far beyond what you are seeing on Earth at this time.
This is why so many of you want to go home; it is because you already have some of your e.t. DNA active, and you can sense that things were better in the Pleiadian star system or the Arcturian star system. And they were, and you are there to bring those memories to light, to bring the heavens to Earth, to merge the various systems throughout the galaxy so that we can be one united galactic community. We all benefit from what the others in our galaxy have experienced, and all the experiences you are having there on Earth are benefitting all of us throughout the galaxy. You chose to go into a place of such polarity, such density, and to forget to such an extent that the coming home is an experience that we are all curious about.
We all want to know what it feels like and how you are doing it, and we all want to help. And so any time you have an encounter with a UFO or an e.t., it is to remind you of who you really are and to give you an activation. Therefore, the way that the Internet has really served all of you is that it has made you aware of the need that there is across the planet for love, compassion and healing. And those of you who decided before you were born that you were going to be compassionate people are stepping up.
You are growing and expanding. You are adding more positive energy to the overall human collective consciousness every time you are aware of suffering or an injustice of any kind. It is you who want better for others and who don’t always know how to go about making that the case who make a humongous difference. Even though you don’t know what to do in certain situations, you know you want to help and it is the wanting to help that puts the energy out there, and again that changes the way you respond to someone in need who is right in front of you.
You all are doing what you can do to make the world a better place, and the impact is felt all across the planet. Now, that growth does give you access to more abilities. When you demonstrate that you are going to do good with abilities, you open up to receiving more activations and upgrades. It is the act of doing something good that opens you up; it is not a rewards system. You can, of course, always choose to use your abilities in a self-serving way once you have them, but that’s going to close you off. That’s going to take you out of the flow. And so, intention is everything. Intention helps to grow consciousness in a positive way, and all of your good intentions that you have as an Awakened Collective add up to something tremendous, something that goes far beyond actions taken.
You should all be very proud of yourselves for choosing to be a part of the consciousness evolution movement there on Earth in this lifetime. It is remarkable what you are doing, what you are capable of, and what you will do in the future to elevate the consciousness of humanity and bring about a shift that will ripple across the entire multiverse. Every little intention, thought, word, and action counts. We are letting ourselves off the hook for not being as evolved spiritually as we are in this moment. We know that we have come a long way from where we once were, spiritually, and we can look back at our progress and feel very good about having moved so far from our less-evolved state. But we also have the option of choosing to feel bad about not being as evolved as we are now when we were in physical form, when we were in lower dimensions, and you have the option of doing that to yourselves as well.
You must decide to look at who you are now and feel good about having come so far, rather than feeling ashamed of who you once were or what you may have done in the past, and this also goes back to your past lives. No one has been a saint in all of their past lives, and that is as it needs to be for a soul to grow. You must be able to forgive yourselves for what you have done and who you have been, and that also makes it easier for you to forgive others for who they are now and what they are doing.
Having lived a diverse set of past lives gives you so much more access to compassion, to experiences, to emotions, things you couldn’t possibly all experience in one lifetime. That is why you all have such a diverse set of past lives to build from. That is why it is possible for you to become your higher selves in a single lifetime. You are drawing from all of those previous experiences, all of those past life aspects of you. They all contribute to who you are right now, and that’s a good thing, even if you haven’t always been a good person in each and every one of your past lives, or in each and every moment in this lifetime.
We invite you to choose the path that serves you more, always, and that path is to let go of your attachments to who you once were and what you have done, and take the growth from those experiences. Take it all because it’s all meant to help you, and take pride in having evolved, in having come so far from where you once were. Everything you experience is by choice, even those lifetimes where you have done terrible things. Your soul wanted to have those experiences, and your soul knows better than your judgmental ego. When you can let go of self-judgment, you can let go of your judgments of others, which is very liberating, and will take you to higher and higher levels of consciousness.
Trust us, because we have been where you are, and we know the easiest path to get to where you are going. It is the path of letting go, forgiving, and having compassion for yourselves and others.

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We are living just as much as you all are living, even though we do not have physical bodies at this point in our spiritual evolution. We are just as much alive as any physical being there on Earth or anywhere else in the galaxy. You are alive because of the fact that you are consciousness. Your consciousness is just focused in a particular place, a place that includes a physical body that you think of as yours. It’s more of a rental, however, and you get to change anything and everything about your consciousness, about yourselves, but the physical realm often looks the same to you, unless you make a gigantic change in your vibration.
This is why it is so challenging for us to convince humans that you all do in fact create the reality that you experience. It is because of that time lag from when you alter something very fundamental about yourself and when you see the reflection in the outside world. But if you put how you feel first, if you prioritize feeling over everything else, then you can notice a change right away. A change in how you feel is significant and something that we highly recommend.
Now, as we have said in a recent transmission, you can and you will see faster and faster manifestation times, and we do want you to pay attention to that, because getting that kind of validation is important; it keeps you going. But ultimately, we would love to convince all of you that how you feel is everything. How you feel is so important that you will do a lot just in order to put yourself in a position where you might get to feel something.
But now we want to encourage you to skip all of the doing and go straight to the feeling, and we tell you this because we want to see you living happier lives. We know from our experience and from watching you all that having lots of stuff and accomplishing lots of things only give you the feelings that you wanted temporarily. And then you have to set a new goal, or you have to set your sights on something else to acquire. But when you demonstrate to yourself that you can feel bliss for no reason at all, no reason other than that you chose to feel bliss, then you are really on to something.
You can go further than your minds can possibly imagine with reaching for higher and higher states of being, all while staying in your bodies and with nothing outside of you changing one bit. But first you have to care about how you feel enough to actually put these skills that you have inside of you to use. We invite you to remember a time when you felt better than you’ve ever felt before, and we want you to realize that those feelings are inside of you at all times, just waiting for you to give yourselves an excuse to feel them. Don’t experiment with this because you want something to show up in the physical to affirm it, because that then will take you out of the feeling.
Do it because you can; reach within yourselves for the best possible feeling that you can conjure up because you have bodies. And when you feel very, very good in your bodies, you start to appreciate them a bit more, and you start to appreciate where you are there in the physical and there on your planet, and you might as well start enjoying your lives now, rather than continuously waiting for something to happen so that you can have a good enough excuse to enjoy them.

There is no wondering as to whether we are doing it right, whether we are blocked, whether we are not effective creators. That makes it much more fun.
And, of course, it does make us much more efficient. We want you to feel that way as well; that’s why we are telling you all of this. We want you to let go of your doubts, process your fears, and move forward with your creations confidently, because you are so certain that they will come to fruition and that they will be even better than you can possibly imagine. That’s the type of world you are living in now, because you are surrounded by co-creative energies that are faster and more powerful than anything you have ever worked with before there on Earth.
You can benefit from all the summoning, all the asking that your fellow humans have been doing, and you can light the way for them. You can show them how it’s done, explain to them how you did it, and how you continue to do it, and reassure them that there is plenty more where those energies came from. There really is no shortage, not when you are creating your reality with energy and vibration, not when you know you can shift to a different reality, to a different timeline, whenever you want.
Now is a good time to be focused, to be cleaning up any of those negative thoughts and lower-frequency vibrations so that you can be clear about what it is you are projecting out there into the reality you are moving into next. It is a wonderful time to be alive there on Earth because of all of the not-so-wonderful times that there have been there on Earth. You have all been co-creating a much better reality for everyone to enjoy.
All you have to do is have enough faith in yourselves and in your abilities to bring those realities into your experience, to match them vibrationally. You don’t do it with thought; you do it with vibration. You have feel what you want to experience first, and all vibrations are available to you because they all exist within you. We have been continuing to recognize the role that humanity is playing in this ascension journey for the entire universe, and we are not alone in that recognition. One of the ways that you get there, one of the ways that you expand exponentially is through laughter. Laughter connects you to other people who are laughing at the same thing at the same time. Laughter indicates a commonality of experience, an acknowledgement that something very funny is happening in your existence, in the human condition. You need to laugh, and many of you know that but don’t do anything about it, and some of you know that and you seek out what you think will make you laugh.
You are seeking expansion, relief, release, and often there is just as much profundity in comedy as there is in drama. You could all benefit from making it a point to seek out that which makes you laugh, makes you smile, makes you feel good, makes you remember that being human gives you a lot to laugh about. Now, there’s also an inner smile, an inner laughter that you can seek out in the same way that you can seek inner peace or you can seek to be in the state of being that is unconditional love. That is also something to seek out; it’s something to play around with. And know that as you lighten up, you are not taking all of this so seriously, and you are going with the flow.
Take the expansion that your lives have created through letting go. When you stop trying so hard and can laugh at yourself, that’s when you know you have mastered that moment in time, that moment in your life, and your lives are a series of moments that are giving you opportunities to rise up, to enjoy some levity, to enjoy something about the world you are living in, with all of its foibles.
As ridiculous as life can be, it takes one of you intending to point that out that will give someone else a reason not to take it all so seriously. And that is a gift. Give others the gift of laughter whenever you can, and know that if you keep getting the joke, you will be on the fastest track that there is to the fifth dimension. It is the path of joy, and it’s one that you can choose and that we invite you to choose over and over again.

We are exploring the galaxy with all of you because we are curious beings, and so are you. You are there because you are curious, not because you are being punished, not because you are needed, and not because you made a wrong turn during your last death experience. You are there by choice, and those of you who are on Earth at this time wanted to see how far you could get from the truth of who you really are before the pendulum swung in the other direction and you began to make some serious progress in the evolution of your consciousness.
That’s where you are right now. You’re on an upswing; you are getting to the promised land, and you are making progress with the help of your fellow travelers. We know that you have often felt that you are trapped there on Earth, that you are part of a karmic cycle and that you are seeking to get it right so that you can break free from the wheel. Others believe that you are living in a simulation that is controlled by something, or some force outside of you, and the theories go on and on.
But what about the truth that you are Source Energy, having an experience, creating realities so that you can know what it is like to be in that reality? How come fewer and fewer people are telling you that truth? There is something compelling about having yourselves be the victims, and that is why we see so much victimhood being packaged and sold to you. As curious beings, of course you would want to know what it felt like to be a victim, but only for a while, only until you awakened to the truth of your eternal and infinite nature. So if you are in a matrix, it is of your own creation.
No one has forced you to be there, and we have taken it upon ourselves to empower you, and that means we will continue to remind you of who you really are, and we will also remind you that the journey you are on is long and illogical at times because you crave experiences as curious beings. You don’t have to earn your way to the fifth dimension; you just have to feel more curious about it than you do about some story that tells you about artificial intelligence and other villains out there somewhere, making all of this seem real. Yes, it’s an illusion, from a certain perspective, but again you are creating the illusion. No one else is.
You are creating the game and playing the game. Even the rules were set by you, and you chose to enter the game at the precise moment that you did. Now is the time for you all to remember how easy it is to be more powerful there on Earth. You are at your most powerful when you offer a vibration on purpose. Remember that, and don’t let get any more complicated, because it doesn’t have to be. You are the ones. We are very satisfied with the way humanity is progressing, and we are very happy to affirm for all of you that everything is going the way it should be. Nothing is out of place in any reality you are experiencing. It is all perfect for you to have that particular experience, but that doesn’t mean you are chained to that reality forevermore. What is important for you to do while having an experience is that decision that you can make to focus on something about your current situation that you like. There may be nine things wrong, from your perspective, in a moment, and one thing that is going right, and if you put all of your energy and all of your attention on the one thing that is going right, you will shift more quickly into a reality that is more to your liking.
This is something you have to train yourselves to do because as human beings you have often been taught to find the problem and fix it. The problem with that approach is that there will always be more problems to fix. And so, you need to take a new approach, a better-feeling approach, an approach that sees everything as perfect as it is for that particular moment. And when you do that, you can find yourself in a better-feeling reality in a matter of seconds. You have within you the capacity to focus, and you need to use it. Think of yourselves as artists, and everything that is in your reality right now is a different color on the color palette. If you don’t like the colors red and yellow, but you do like the colors blue and green, you can choose to paint only with the blue and the green on your palette.
You can also accept that red and yellow have their place, and you might like to explore them at some other time, but you don’t have to focus on them and think that they should not exist for some reason. This is why you have choice; this is why you have free will, and this is why you get to have so many different experiences. All of the different experiences you have are making you better at being the creators you were always meant to be there on Earth, but you must see yourselves as creators and not reactors. Sure, you are going to have a reaction from time to time that could be described as knee jerk, automatic, and you can accept your reaction as yet another experience that you were fortunate enough to have in that very moment. But then you get to shift into creation mode.
You can allow everything to be what it is and create using what tools you have available to you, and when you do that, you certainly are making progress towards knowing yourselves as Source. Source is the ultimate creator, and we are all going home to Source, taking whatever paths we decide we want to take. It is always best to create with love. Therefore, you must allow your reaction to be what it is, but if your reaction is to get angry, then that is not the time for you to be picking up your paint brush.
This is why it is so important for you to allow your emotions to be what they are and just feel them. Move through them and let them move through you, so can be in that place where you are a much more effective creator and where what you create will be infused with such a higher-frequency energy. The higher-frequency energies that are bombarding you right now there on planet Earth want to co-create with you. Feel for them, and feel for all that potential you have inside of you to be the best version of yourself that you can be, living in the best version of reality, as far as you are concerned.

Those changes do begin with you; they begin with you being you being the fullest version of yourself that you can possibly be and sharing that aspect of you with a world that needs more love, more creativity, and more of Source Energy.
You have so much to share, and as it accumulates within you, there does come a point where the floodgates will be opened. You will see something or hear something, and you may even remember something that opens you up and lets the infinite and eternal part of you out for everyone to experience. “Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We are seekers, adventurers, and explorers, and that is one of the ways in which we align with all of you there on Earth. You have come to planet Earth because you wanted to taste a bit of all parts of the galaxy in one place, and it is because you have an affinity for all the various parts of the galaxy that Earth was the obvious choice for you. There are, of course, many reasons why you chose to incarnate there, and this is just one, but you are travelers, explorers, and adventurers and all that you have been and every place you have ever been to is serving you right now.
You are drawing from all of those experiences, all of those selves, all of those places, and you are co-creating an experience of harmony and peace on Earth, but of course you are doing it by experiencing the opposite of those things first. Everything that has ever been there on Earth has been for the purpose of experience, and not all experiences have been positive to say the least. But all of those possibilities needed to exist for every single soul to get a taste of what they wanted out of the Earth experience. What you are meant to do in your lifetimes is to gradually come to peace with the way everything is there on Earth. You are supposed to accept everything as it is and change you.
You are meant to transform, and when you do transform, you get to experience a new Earth, a different Earth, an Earth with less polarity, less trauma and tragedy, more unity, harmony, peace, love, joy, and excitement. But the path to getting to that Earth is through this one that you are currently experiencing, where there is hate, violence, war, bigotry, discrimination, and so on and so on. You make a difference there on Earth by changing yourself, and it really is that simple. You are the changemakers, but you are the change you are making. You are the wayshowers, and you will show others the way to the new Earth is through accepting, loving, and making peace with the current Earth you inhabit.
Now, does that mean there is nothing for you to do in order to make a difference there on Earth? Absolutely not. There is plenty for you to do. You can spread this level of consciousness around. You can help others to come to that place of spiritual mastery where they understand that everything is to be accepted and nothing is to be resisted, that everything was created on purpose and serves a greater purpose. And in the process of experiencing the Earth and the Earth experience as they are, you are at the same time co-creating the new Earth.
You are deciding what would be better without resisting what is now the way it is. It is a tricky assignment for sure and difficult for most people to understand, but it is your mission to become your higher self, the self that sees all, knows all, accepts and loves all, and you are getting there gradually, experience by experience and moment of surrender by moment of surrender. You will know you are done with this Earth and this experience because you will love it all, and you will see everyone as Source, and then you will access the doorway to the fifth dimension and the new Earth, and that will be a glorious moment indeed.

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We are very pleased to find ourselves connecting with so many humans at this time, as more and more of you are awakening to the truth that you are not alone in the universe. We are but one of many councils that are out there in space, in other dimensions, who are looking to make contact with all of you. Physical e.t. contact will occur, and it will occur in the not-too-distant future for all humans who desire it. But when you seek contact with the unseen, it is not that different from seeking to connect with Source Energy, or if you prefer, God. Connecting with the unseen has been done by humans for a very long time, and of course there have always skeptics. There have always been those who wondered, ‘Where is the proof in all of this?’
No one can convince someone of something that they do not want to be convinced of and are not open to changing their minds about. But for those of you who feel energy, you resonate with those of us in the higher realms who want to help, and we feel that desire to connect with more humans all the time. We feel more of humanity is open to the unseen, the unknown, and that which will make them seem a little weird to others. If you want to rise above the level of consciousness that is predominant there on Earth at this time, then you must be willing to seem a bit crazy, a bit out there, to the average person. But you are planting seeds, and you are showing them that there is a way to go beyond the mundane, the typical, the average life experience there on Earth.
Those of you who think about and talk about ascension are aware that it is possible to go beyond where most humans are living right now, and you are willing to reach out and up to us, even before we appear to you in some sort of form that you can see with your physical eyes. And when you do connect to the nonphysical, of course your mind can come in and wonder whether or not it was real. You have, of course, very vivid imaginations, and that is why it is necessary to shut off your mind and reach for a feeling, reach for a vibration. And instead of asking yourself whether or not that was real, ask yourself how you feel. Ask yourself whether what you received is beneficial to you, whether it serves or not. Use all of that as your criteria for whether you keep doing it.
You are very sensitive and also very sensible, and therefore you can trust your feelings, and also you can use your critical mind to deconstruct your doubt about whether something is real. We promise you more contact will be made with the nonphysical throughout this year to prepare you for contact with the physical. “Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We are coming to you from the ninth dimension, which is not really a different place from your dimension. It is just that we operate at a different frequency. Our vibration is higher, which means we do not have physical bodies. We could lower our vibration enough to take form and appear to you, and at some point in the future, we will. For now, however, it serves you and us more for us to stay in the ninth-dimensional frequency and in a nonphysical state and teach you from where we are. We want to point out to you that all dimensions are available to you, but you will not take your physical body higher than the fifth dimension right now.
You are evolving and becoming your new selves, and as your new selves you will have new bodies. Those bodies will be much different from the ones you currently occupy, but we want to talk to you more about dimensions than about your light bodies that you will inhabit someday. It is important for you to recognize that the higher dimensions are not in a far off place that you cannot reach yet with your rocket ships. The higher-dimensional planes are everywhere, and you can reach them through meditation, focus, conscious breathing, and some people use substances to get to the point where they can experience higher-dimensional planes.
It is important for you to know that you can do it without the substances, however. It is important for you to know that we are not in a far off place, and that is also true of Archangels, ascended masters, your spirit guides, and anyone else you would ever want to connect with, including deceased loved ones. You can raise your vibration a lot more easily than you give yourselves credit for, but if you are looking for something to happen, and it doesn’t when you raise your vibration, then you might give up. Therefore, we want you to raise your vibration for the sake of feeling better. Raise your vibration just to see how good you can feel, and do it without expectation and without attachment.
Let’s say you were to raise your vibration because you wanted to get a new home, and after a week of raising your vibration, the new home appears. It falls right into your lap. Then what? Would you determine that raising your vibration works at getting you what you want and therefore do it some more, or would you decide that now that you have your dream home, you don’t need to raise your vibration anymore? Either way, it is not something to do as a means to an end. It is something to experience so that you have inner peace, so that you resonate love and joy, and so that you act in excitement and with passion. These are the best ways to live, and you know that, and you also know that having the perfect home doesn’t automatically make someone happy.
So we invite you to raise your vibration, expect nothing, but know that as you do raise your vibration, you are getting closer to us and all other beings and collectives like us. Now, some of you are wondering how to raise your vibration. It is different for all of you in one sense, and it is the same for all of you in another sense. Meditating, focusing on your breathing, quieting your mind, and tuning in to your heart are universal ways of raising your vibration. For some of you, being in nature will automatically raise your vibration. For others, it will be dancing, singing, or just listening to music. Others will benefit most from being in some sort of body of water, or even a bath tub or hot tub.
You can determine what the things are that you can do to raise your vibration and do them, and you can also set the intention to live in a higher vibrational state and ask the universe for help, because we all want to help you, no matter where we are in this beautiful universe of ours.

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We are very aware that we have been talking to you quite a bit about 2023, and therefore, we have not zeroed in so much on January of 2023 and what the energies of this current month are all about for all of you there on Earth. The January energies are about aligning you and your physical body more perfectly with the consciousness of your soul. As many of you know, your physical body has its own consciousness. Each cell in fact has its own unique consciousness, and you are not your bodies. You are your soul. As your soul, you connect with the physical body, and you are either in alignment or not as a mind, body and soul.
When you are out of alignment, you have all sorts of mental and physical issues that then create emotional ones. And so, aligning with the projection of your soul into the reality you experience is of paramount importance. When you hear people talking about alignment, they mean many different things. Sometimes they are talking about alignment with Source, alignment of the chakras, but we are talking about the way that your body synchs up with your soul’s consciousness.
You are of course not always focused in this reality, and when you are asleep is one of those times when you are not focused in it. And so, there are many times in which that alignment with your body and mind can get out of whack a bit. You are at a time in your spiritual evolution and your ascension journey where everything really matters so much more. The alignment of your soul, mind and body matters immensely at this time, and the energies of January are about ensuring that you have that alignment, and you maintain it no matter what. Things that happen there on Earth can of course knock you out of alignment, including things that you see, hear, experience, and even physical trauma can be traumatic enough to cause a misalignment.
Now, what do you have to do in order for this alignment to take place? That’s a wonderful question. Now that you know the energies are upon you to bring about this alignment, relax into them. Feel for them, and trust that they know what they are doing. The energies will also be encouraging you to make healthier choices for your body and for your mind, because these factors also come into play when it comes to the alignment with your soul’s consciousness. You are your soul, and for a brief period in the span of eternity, you are aligned with that particular body. Therefore, it is so important for you to recognize your nonphysical nature and the truth that you are more nonphysical than physical and always have been.
When you begin to recognize that with your mind, it becomes easier then for you to have a body and experience a body in its temporary form. You are awake spiritually because you know that you are a Source Energy Being, and as a Source Energy Being, you are operating as an individualized soul. You are projecting a portion of who and what you are into this dreamlike reality that we call the physical. As you recognize that this is a temporary experience, you also must recognize that it is an experience that you can get the most out of, and that is what these energies will support. You are meant to enjoy your mind and body and enjoy your time in this life and in the physical, and now you have so much more support in doing so.
