Greetings, my dear beloved children!

Today we will consider the other category of extraterrestrial souls – those who have come to Earth with a certain mission and who are always in touch with their civilization.

Such representatives are a mere handful on Earth and, as a rule, they did not incarnate on Earth through birth but appeared here “unexpectedly” being mature already.

Not only they know who they are and why they have come here but also do specific work they were assigned with by their “tutors” from beyond Earth.

Thinking by the categories of the third dimension world it can be called going on business to Earth by unique extraterrestrial specialists who possess the knowledge and technologies unknown to people.

It was them who helped people to develop spaceships that can travel to other planets, and it was done with the best intentions.

Another thing is that the results of their collaboration with earthlings were taken advantage of by the military to suit their own ends that are far from being plausible.

And all this is pieces of one chain: those who seized power on your planet dictate their will and pursue their own goals in all the spheres of your life.

That is why now collaboration of earthlings with highly developed extraterrestrials has almost been reduced to zero – too sad was the previous experience.

It has become evident that any cutting-edge technologies to help humanity will be either concealed from them, which has been the case for centuries now, or directed against people.

In connection with this the Galaxy Light Federation has made a decision to start global and many-sided cooperation with Earth inhabitants only after her moving to the Fifth dimension.

Only then all the state institutions and brunches of industry will be headed by honest and decent people who can use these technologies sensibly and to the greater use of all the inhabitants of Earth.

As a matter of fact, a large number of such technologies do exist but are at the grip of those who will not benefit from making them public.

So, it is these inventions that will be brought to light first as you require them to meet your everyday needs.

And when the rearrangement of all your world order will have taken place, there will come the next stage of collaboration of earthlings with the representatives of highly developed extraterrestrial civilizations.

Total trust and mutual understanding is required for this.

And when this time has come, your extraterrestrial brothers will start visiting Earth in mass to contact you directly and open joint productions.
