“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We are letting go of what weighs us down at this time because we are also ascending, just like humanity is. We know that something resides in our consciousness that keeps us from being tenth, eleventh, or twelfth dimensional, and we know that the process of ascension for us involves letting go of what is dense enough in our consciousness to keep us from ascending right now.
You are ascending; that is a guarantee. However, if you want to have a more beautiful experience of your ascension, you will look for what is dense that resides in your consciousness, and you will consciously and deliberately let that go. You may have to let go of a grudge, a judgment, some resentment, and you definitely have some heavier beliefs and belief systems to shed on your way up to the fifth dimension. The question is and will remain: ‘Are you going to let go on purpose, or will these things have to be pried from your very tight grip?’
What are you gripping tightly right now? That’s what you need to look at, and that’s what you need to decide to let go if you are going to have the best possible experience of your ascension. Your ascension will continue to be a gradual process, so you will not let go of it all at once. But again, doing it consciously is the more fun, the more interesting, the more expansive, and the more life-affirming way of raising the level of your consciousness.
You don’t want to force yourself to have to raise the level of your consciousness. You want to choose to do it, just like you want to choose the light over the dark, rather than thinking that you as the light are there to defeat the dark. Choosing a path of ease in this very exciting lifetime involves some self-reflection. It involves some introspection, some going within. And you can do those things, or you can look outside of yourselves for confirmation of your limiting beliefs, your judgments, your reasons for being in a state of rage or fear. It is up to you.
Just because you are awake doesn’t mean you are taking the best possible path. There are a lot of pitfalls, landmines, and roadblocks that are available to you on any path, and we are just suggesting that you avoid them by choice. Choose the light; if something doesn’t feel like the light to you, then it isn’t, and you don’t have to choose it for you. You also don’t have to snuff it out or make sure no one else is choosing it. Lead by example; lead by shining your light, and others will follow.

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We are convinced that you are ready for more contact with extra-terrestrial beings. Now, when we say that, we want to be perfectly clear that we are talking about those of you who are awake. You are ready for more extra-terrestrial contact, even though the vast majority of humans are not. You are allowed to have experiences that other people are not for one reason or another. You don’t have to wait for everyone to be ready in order for you to go on a spaceship, to meet with e.t.s, and to travel around the galaxy with them. The galaxy is yours to explore, and your reality is yours to create and align with.
No one else is doing that for you. No one else gets to decide what you experience and what you do not experience. That is your domain. We want to encourage you to be the big dreamers that you really are. Be the creators that you were born to be, and be the ones who lead humanity into the age of full extra-terrestrial contact for the humans of Earth.
You get to be trailblazers in so many ways. You get to break free from enslavement. You get to break free from fear of your mortality, and you get to break free from the limitations that you took on as third-dimensional humans. Now is not the time to wait around for something to happen outside of you, not now when you’ve been given the ability to create outside of any sort of blueprint, any sort of contracts that you may have had at one time.
You are awake, and you are aware, and you are able to move past the limitations of the third and fourth dimensions, because humanity needs more of that fifth-dimensional energy to be present on Earth, and you are the ones to anchor it in. If not you, then who? That’s what we want to know.
Once you have awakened, you can never go back. You cannot regress. You cannot put the toothpaste back in the tube. You’ve got to be the ones who guide humanity’s expansion and ascension with your willingness to explore what would frighten most humans right out of their skin. This is how you bring about great changes on your world; it’s not by waiting for something to happen. It’s not about believing in someone else’s truth about reality and what’s going on behind the scenes.
Big changes start with you, the big souls in those somewhat dense and somewhat fragile human bodies, because you are ready to lead. You are ready to take humanity into the age of full extra-terrestrial contact, and we are here to help. And we are not alone. “Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We have begun expediting the process of delivering to you the energies that will help you to transform and know yourselves as a unified collective of higher selves. This is the ultimate goal for humanity, and that is true even though most humans don’t realize that this is even something that they would want to happen. The energies that we are bringing forth at a faster and faster pace now are there to remind you that everyone outside of you is a reflection of you and that there is something to be gained by your experiences with them.
You don’t need to change anyone or eliminate anyone from your life in order to live happily ever after. You need to ask yourself how you can love the aspect of yourself that the other person represents. That is how you are going to become a unified collective of higher selves. That is how you are going to benefit from all of the billions of other humans that are around you, triggering you, pushing your buttons, and believing in narratives that upset you.
You have to do more than coexist with and tolerate your fellow humans; you have to see them as you, maybe not you in this lifetime, but you at some point in one of your incarnations. And if you are getting triggered by someone, you’ve got some unresolved trauma that they are helping you to resolve. So please let them. And also, when you see some other humans telling that, ‘These people over here need to be different, or need to be eliminated, or incarcerated,’ don’t pay attention to those humans and their rhetoric. Don’t continue to fall for the scam of separation.
You are not there to find out who the bad ones really are so that they can be stopped. Anyone who is engaging in thoughts, words, and actions that cannot keep up with these energies is going to be having a very hard time. And therefore, you don’t have to wait for them to be arrested and locked up, exposed for who they really are, in order to benefit from the existence of dark thoughts, dark words, and dark actions.
If you cannot admit that there is darkness within you, then you have more work to do with yourself, because if you cannot admit that something is there, then you cannot embrace it and move past it. And it will continue to drive you to look for the bad ones – out there. We have seen this happen on other worlds and even in other dimensions; it does not work. We have also seen the plan that we have just laid out for you work every single time. That is how we can say what we say with such conviction through this channel here.
We know what works. We know what will bring you into a fifth dimensional frequency range, and we know that you are up to the task of loving the unlovable and forgiving the unforgivable. You can and will become your higher selves and see every single member of your human collective as a valuable aspect of Source that is playing their role perfectly well.

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
You are accomplishing so much more in this one lifetime than you have in all of your other previous lifetimes there on Earth, and you are doing so in large part because of those past versions of yourself. You are cleaning up a lot of the messes that were left for you to clean up. We are going to give you a way to look at this that is going to help you to make peace with it, to make peace with those past versions of you that didn’t have the tools, the knowledge, or the energy surrounding you that you have now and take for granted to a certain extent.
If you see your past life selves as your children, and if you see cleaning up after them as you would cleaning up after your children who have been playing, that might make it easier for you to stomach the fact that they have left you with a lot of cleaning to do. When you love another human being in the way that you love a child, you want to do things for that person. You want to help those who are unable to help themselves, and who are also very adorable in their messing up.
If you think about the you that you were in the 1600s for example, and you realize how little knowledge there was, and how that version of you had no access to information and certainly not the access that you have today, that can all make it easier for you to forgive that past life version of yourself, and it can make it easier for you to make peace with what you have laid out for yourself in this lifetime. You have taken on a lot, but you also knew that by taking on a lot, you would be able to grow in leaps and bounds. That’s what you are doing.
You have your past life selves to thank for the gigantic movement forward that you get to make in this lifetime. There is so much growth available to you, and these past life versions of you also created quite a bit of momentum. A lot of them also brought you some good karma. A lot of them learned various skills that you now take for granted because you have always been good at those particular things.
You can also look at your past life selves there on Earth as a microcosm of the current version of the human collective that you share your planet with now. Obviously, you can look around and see that not everyone is where you are now developmentally, and you don’t have to look down your noses at them. Instead, you can just recognize that they have further to go, just like you do with a child. When you have a child, that child has a lot to learn from you. You have more experience, because the child just like everyone else, chose to forget so much before incarnating.
So you are there to help the children, those who are unawake, and your past life selves. Again, you took on a lot, but it’s okay. You can do it; we are here to help. There are countless others who are also helping, and the fact that you have taken on so much in this one lifetime is the reason you get to play with beings and collectives like ourselves. We think you made a very good choice.

You are not only healing, integrating, and becoming, but you are also inspiring, and that’s why you are so fun to watch.
Those unexpected moments are happening more and more frequently because you have been forced to be more introspective, to pay more attention to what’s going on inside of you. You have been guided by the universe to look within for healing, and enough of you are doing it to have that ripple effect, to be that domino that gets that chain reaction started.
We see you as ready to take humankind to the next level. We see you growing exponentially and taking more and more of your fellow humans with you, and we see that happening because you keep realizing that it is up to you, that nothing outside of you is coming to rescue humankind. The collective that you are a part of will always be a reflection of what is going on inside of you. It will always be a reflection of what you still need to look at, to make peace with, to embrace, and ultimately, to integrate.
As you continue to become your higher selves, piece by piece, you send out those templates, those instruction manuals, to all of your fellow humans so that it can be and will be easier on them to do what you have done. Paving the way to the fifth dimension is what you all intended for this remarkable lifetime there on Earth, and you’ve got the momentum now to carry the entirety of the human race, and there is no force in this universe that can stop you.

We are very engaged in the process of your evolution of consciousness. We absolutely are intertwined with humanity at this point, and we are very happy about that. We want you to know that we will always be with you, always by your side, always seeking to help you, and we are eager to share with you more about our spiritual evolution as we have been experiencing it.
As we have told you many times before, our ascension was much easier than yours, and we chose an incarnational cycle that was also much more joyous and filled with wonderful experience after wonderful experience. We did not choose the hard path, as you did. But what we did to bring ourselves into a higher consciousness, you can also do.
One of the ways we were able to achieve such monumental leaps forward was of course going within, focusing on our vibration, our chakras, and our hearts. It was easier for us to do these things because that’s what everyone was doing. On your world, most people are looking outside of themselves for validation, or for satisfaction, for fulfillment, for pleasure. We were taught at a very young age about how much ecstasy we could access by focusing inside of ourselves and breathing consciously.
We were taught that the inner world was more exciting and interesting, and that was why it was easier for us to ascend. We also didn’t have anything to push against. There were no villains in our experience. We never had to fight for the right to do anything, and all Arcturians were equal to one another. Therefore, even when we were existing as third dimensional beings and had egos, we were not in competition with one another. We didn’t compare ourselves to anyone else, and it was very easy to see how we were all connected.
If we could give you that gift of knowing that you were all connected, we would, and we will continue to attempt to convince you that there is so much more available to you when you go within than there is anything outside of you that compares. We want you to have an Arcturian spiritual awakening and an Arcturian ascension journey, because you have done enough of the hard work, the struggling, and the heavy lifting.

So you have also had the experience of being able to grow with ease, being able to evolve spiritually without having to try very hard. We are very pleased to have the opportunity to witness your evolution of consciousness. We know that it is hard for you to recognize the progress that you are making because it is so slow and steady for the most part. For you, it is like watching the grass grow, but we want you to recognize that somewhere on your world today someone in your collective had a major breakthrough. Someone else a really amazing awakening experience. Someone else processed lifetimes of trauma.
There is always something within your collective consciousness that is happening that is monumental, and you all have the option of tuning in to the human collective consciousness to feel for the expansion that has occurred because of those humans who had a very different day than you had. You are there to help each other, and you are also there to benefit from the leaps and bounds forward that someone else in your collective is making.
Therefore, every day, we recommend that you tune in to your own energy, your own vibration, that you tune in to the human collective consciousness, and that you tune in to the energies that are coming to you from above, from the higher realms, from beings and collectives like ourselves. There is always something good for you to feel into if you take the time to do it. This is a beautiful spiritual practice that will take you further than any knowledge will. Knowledge and information will keep you stuck in your heads, and when you are stuck in your heads, you are very unlikely to be able to feel for those leaps and bounds forward that your fellow humans are making.
You can only do so much as an individual in a single day, but think of how much you can do if you see yourself as a collective, and think of how much you can receive, how much you can create. This is a time to be really contemplating what it means to be a collective of human beings, but then again don’t contemplate it too much, because again, that will keep you stuck in your heads.
You’ve got to be feeling for what is available to you if you are going to benefit from the fact that you are always spiraling upward into higher and higher frequencies. You are making so much progress there, but there is more that you can experience when you see yourself as part of a much larger whole, part of a group consciousness that is evolving together, in spite of the differences that you have there.
Look for opportunities for growth wherever and whenever you can so that you can keep up with the energies and you can make your journey to the fifth dimension one of joy and one of ease. And when you master this spiritual practice that we have laid out for you in this transmission, you will have something to teach your fellow humans who is willing to do it, and they will benefit greatly.

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We are a collective consciousness, but we were once considered to be individuals, just as you consider yourselves to be individuals. What that means is, we can have several different perspectives running within our collective at the same time, and we can do so without any discord, without any lowering of our overall vibration. In fact, we see a diversity of perspectives as a strength. Seeing things from many different angles at the same time allows you to choose, and that’s what you do there on Earth as individuals.
You choose to hold a perspective for a certain amount of time, because you want to explore the ins and outs of that perspective. If you can see someone else’s perspective as lending to the power and the strength of the human collective consciousness, even if it is the polar opposite of yours, then you can start operating as a unified collective now, instead of later. You don’t really want uniformity.
You don’t really want to all agree on everything, because then you would become stagnant in your growth, and that cannot happen. What must happen in order for you to grow spiritually is that you must find acceptance. Acceptance is the opposite of resistance, and acceptance allows for change to occur. It is the first step in allowing change to occur.
You and we are all Source Energy Beings exploring all of the different aspects of the oneness that is Source. And so, we must all allow all aspects of ourselves to be exactly what they are in order to choose. You get to choose what your perspective is, and you don’t have to see anyone else’s perspective as dangerous. You can just smile and nod and know that the person who is offering that perspective is exploring that particular reality, that particular way of being in the world.
One of the biggest problems that you have there on Earth right now is that you feel you must all agree on one static reality. You don’t have to do that. There are so many realities for you all to explore, and of course you will bump into someone who is exploring their reality, while you are exploring yours, and you will wonder if you are wrong. You will wonder if you are wrong to even be exploring a different reality than someone else or than many others who you once agreed with on everything.
Please do not worry what anyone else is thinking about, or how they choose to process reality or information. This is an area where you get to be very selfish, just so long as you are recognizing that there are other people out there, and those people are real and have real feelings. Don’t ever assume that someone else is just in your reality to play a role and be a soulless background actor.
Assume that everyone and everything is Source, because that’s how it is in every reality. That’s one of the truths that transcends your ability to create. There is nothing outside of Source, and that means you are Source. And that should be empowering enough for you to let everyone else create whatever reality they want to create and then live in it. Doing so will not only be liberating for you, but it will also help you to create your reality the way you want to experience it without any interference whatsoever.

We have been impressed once again by humanity, as you have demonstrated that you have more fortitude within you than anyone could’ve hoped for here in the higher realms. The fact that you are still there at this time is huge. You are holding the space for the entire collective, in spite of how hard it is for you to be there yourselves.
You are doing this while continuing to clear your own traumas and while dealing with your own ascension symptoms. We have the utmost respect for those of you who are awake and who are there because you want to help and because you want to have an experience of the biggest ride that you can have while in a physical body.
Now you are also entitled to the help you are receiving. We, and the other beings and collectives who are helping you, are doing so because you have earned our help. You have good karma, and you have endured so much of the lack, the negativity, the sickness, the loss, and all of the very challenging emotions there now, and the scales must be balanced in this universe of duality.
Some people wonder what the point of suffering is. Well, the more you suffer, the more ecstasy there is coming your way, because that ecstasy must be created in response to your suffering to keep a balance of energies in this beautiful universe of ours. That ecstasy is yours and yours for the taking. It is earmarked for you specifically, the one who created it, the one who suffered and endured as much as you have.
You are the ones we are talking to right now, because even if your experiences in this lifetime haven’t been that bad in comparison to others, you have experienced the worst of what you see on your world right now. Everything that’s outside of you is inside of you.
Now you get to benefit from all of those creations, but you need some help. You need some help in just believing that all you have summoned still exists. You need some help in opening up to receive it, and you need some blasts of high frequency energy to get you to be a match to it. And so, helpers like ourselves show up, and we will continue to show up.
We are not going anywhere. We are going to make sure that everyone receives the goodie bags that you have coming to you. And guess what? So are your higher selves and spirit guides. We are all working together to make life better for all of you, not just those of you who are awake.
But certainly, the awakened collective is leading the way. You are setting the example that you need to set and that is needed by the others who are not quite awake yet. But don’t worry. More mass awakenings are coming, and you will not feel as alone as you’ve been feeling for much longer.

We are listening to humanity, and we are very excited about what we are hearing from you. More and more humans are understanding that they are the ones who are responsible for their own ascension and that we and others like us are just helpers. We are facilitators and activators, but you are the ones who have to do all of the work. The work doesn’t have to be hard, but at times it can be painful. The times that you are in pain there on Earth should help you to appreciate the good times more.
That’s why you began a cycle of incarnations on Earth in the first place. You are there by choice, and we know that some humans don’t believe that. That is why we will keep saying it; you are there by choice. And you choose to be there because Earth allows you to have certain experiences that are unique to your planet and to the third and fourth dimensions. There is a feeling that you can only have experienced pain and suffering, and that feeling is relief. The experience is a release, and the feeling is a relief. And then from all of that, you are more likely to feel compassion for others because you know what it is like to feel pain and to suffer.
Compassion brings you together, and coming together is the final step on humanity’s journey to ascension. And now is the time to be focusing on how you can come together more, in spite of your differences. And if you are one of the ones who is asking us and others like us for opportunities to experience more unity, then you are one of the leaders that we are talking about. Humankind needs leaders who are about bringing people together, and every single one of you who is receiving this transmission is one of those people. You don’t need to have millions or even billions of people following you in order to be a leader. You are contributing to the collective consciousness no matter what you do or who knows who you are.
When you ask for our support in bringing humankind together, you get more than just our support. You get all the support of all the beings and all the collectives who seek to be a part of the unification of the human collective. But even those who just feel compassion for someone else who is suffering are doing their part. Of course, there are people who have never heard of us or do not believe in extra-terrestrials or higher dimensions, and they are still doing their part by feeling compassion for their fellow humans. When we see that, we know that you are getting closer and closer to being ready to ascend.

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We are very enthusiastic about seeing all of you care so much about others and the fate of others on your world. What will always cause you to expand and become more of your higher self is compassion. When your hearts go out to those who are suffering, you become more of your whole self. Compassion is the full recognition of the truth that nothing and none of this is happening outside of you. You are that person who is being mistreated. It’s not just that you feel for that person. You recognize that if it’s happening to them, it’s happening to you, and that recognition has never been higher on your world than it is at this time.
People are passionate about the causes that they support because they are passionate about other humans being treated well, being given the same opportunities that they have been given in their lives. You all don’t have to agree about which groups are more oppressed. What’s really important is that you care. You all don’t have to agree about how to go about changing the injustices on your world. The fact that you are passionate about injustice summons more lifeforce energy through you.
Now, what you have to do in order for all of this compassion and passion to amount to something energetically is you must let go of caring about what someone else thinks. What others believe to be true is not nearly as important as your passionate stance that everyone needs to be free, equal, honored, respected, and given the same opportunities as everyone else. That truth is something the vast majority of people agree upon, and it is something you can come together about and work towards together.
Once you start to see that humanity is a collective, that you are not separate, and you are not separated by race, religion, and nationality, then you can start to make the real progress, the changes you all want to experience on your world. If you can stop getting hung up on who are the heroes and who are the villains, and agree that you would like to see real change on your world, that’s when you will start to see it. And you will see it happening faster and faster, because you are more powerful as a united collective than you are as a divided one.
That is why it is so important to turn your attention towards you and what you can do. It is time to put your attention on how you can come together with others to create the reality that is better for everyone. And when you do, you have more non-physical support, more extra-terrestrial support, and certainly more support from the aspect of you that is your higher self. You are never going to be your true self, as long as you are pushing against some person, some political party, some ideology, or some story that someone has made up and spread all over the internet.
You have to focus on you because you have control over you. You can focus on purpose. You can release resistance on purpose. You can feel and activate vibrations on purpose, and right now humanity needs more people who understand that and are willing to do something about the power that lies within each and every one of you, power that is even more powerful when you are coming together as a unified collective. That’s the version of humanity that physical, extra-terrestrial beings want to meet face to face and invite to join them in the galactic community.

We are very pleased to share with you the following transmission because we know that you all need praise and encouragement to keep going at times there on Earth. We love you so very much, and we want only the best for you. And we want you to understand that your higher selves also only want what is best for you. You are your higher selves, and your higher selves are you, but they are the part of you that has moved beyond the egoic needs. Your higher self is the part of you that knows your survival is assured. It’s the part of you that looks for the challenges, for the next ideal growth experiences.
Therefore, nothing will ever come to you that your higher self didn’t feel was the next best thing for you to face in your lives. Remember that the next time you are resisting something or shaking your fist in the air. It is no one and nothing outside of you that has put that challenge in front of you. Now is the time to let go of fear, separation, judgment, resistance, and shame, because those are the things that keep you from simply knowing that you are your higher self.
The doorway to the fifth dimension is not out there somewhere. It is not an event that takes place outside of you. It is not a solar flash. It is you. It is you opening that doorway on such a consistent basis that you forget all about what you were afraid of, or what you were judging or resisting. We want you to have a selective memory and selective attention so that you can allow that which is the true you to come forward and not only be a part of this beautiful planet Earth, but also we invite you to see yourselves as the ones who are there to set the example to others of how to be and how to thrive.
Will there be an event or a solar flash, or something like that at some point in the future? Possibly. But will it matter to those of you who have discovered the portal that exists within you, a portal that takes you directly to your fifth dimensional self? It will not. Therefore, we want to steer you away from predictions and prophecies and steer you back into yourselves, because your fifth dimensional higher self is certainly looking for more integration, not more separation.
Your fifth dimensional higher self is not looking to board a spaceship to get off of your crazy world and get away from those who are ruining it for everyone, and that is because your fifth dimensional higher self enjoys the challenge so much of staying and transforming the collective consciousness within it.
Be love that is so undeniable that you transform every single person, every single being that is in your path and that even hears about you from another. That experience is far more powerful than something happening outside of you to rescue you from yourselves, from each other, from those you disagree with.

We are very capable of handling all of the energies that come to us from the tenth, eleventh, and twelfth dimensions, as well as the energies that come directly from Source. We often receive energies that we then send along to all of you. We are very much like the energy healers that you have there on Earth. They also receive energies from the higher-dimensional planes, run those energies through their bodies, and then deliver them to another person or persons.
We know that the energies we receive are for you, because we know what you are asking for. We also know how to recalibrate those energies, based on your very last moment in existence. We are that responsive to your needs and your desires, and we are just one group of many who are looking out for you in this way. So why then do you feel the need to work so hard and to struggle so much? You were taught to believe that the weight of the world is on your shoulders and that you must toil away at some task or some job in order to receive anything that you want in life.
This idea is reinforced to you over and over again throughout your lives, and it is based upon the notion that you are all alone, that no one is looking out for you. Perhaps you were taught that you had a guardian angel, or that you could pray to God or Jesus Christ, but very few individuals were raised with the understanding that they deserve whatever they are summoning, simply because they exist.
You are there now to change the way that the human collective consciousness thinks about itself, about its worthiness, and whether struggling and toiling away is virtuous. Those of you who have struggled and toiled away know that there is very little reward for extremely hard labor.
You are there to bring new light to the way that humanity thinks about its relationship to the higher realms, to the nonphysical, to all the beings and collectives who want nothing more than to help you. Helping you and others is one of the main reasons why we still exist in this universe at all. We are tied to you, and so are all of the other beings and collectives in the higher realms. Your success is our success. We see and know that there is no separation between any of us in the entire universe.
And so, we wonder what it will take to convince you that what we are saying is true and that you can simply open up to receive all of the energies you have summoned and more. Often a human being will only do this when they hit rock bottom or when something forces them to give up and surrender. And in those moments there is a releasing of resistance that is so powerful that you let the floodgates open and you become a vibrational match to that which you have summoned.

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We are very fortunate to have the opportunity to connect with so many humans because you give us a feeling of being more grounded and more physical, just as we can give you the feeling of being in a higher dimension and being more spiritual. We are excited to see how you are each individually affected by the equinox energies of September 2022. These energies are already upon you, and they will peak on the time of the equinox, when it is exact. For many of you, that will be on the 22nd.
As you feel for these energies, we want you to notice what they inspire within you. They are meant to give you a greater sense of yourselves as being your souls who are connected to these physical bodies. In other words, it’s time for you to stop identifying so much with your physical form and to know yourselves more as your nonphysical selves, as your souls. The merging of the nonphysical and the physical is much of what this lifetime is about for all of you, as you are ascending.
Ascension means an expansion of consciousness, an awakening of the knowing of who you really are. And so, to live as the version of yourself that has that full knowing at all times that you are souls who are temporarily inhabiting these bodies is the goal of every single person on the planet right now. Most people do not know this, and they have other goals, other achievements they would like to complete in this lifetime, and that is fine because all of that gives a person an opportunity to reach deeper inside of themselves for something, something they did not know was there.
It is important for you all to feel these energies and to receive the assistance that they give to you, because it is time for this shifting to occur at all levels of your being-ness. The body will be the last part of you to transform into a lighter version of itself, but you can transform right now, and you can know who you really are in this very moment that you decide to do so. This is a beautiful time for you all to be relaxing into this knowing, because when you take on that truth that you are souls first and foremost, you get to relax. You get to give up the struggle, the fight, the non-stop trying and taking of actions to try to change the world or change your world.
When you know who you really are and you merge more completely with your soul, you know everything can change in the blink of an eye because of you. You are there to demonstrate to yourselves that you are Source Energy Beings, and that means you are creators. You are the ones to transform the world from within by changing you. Then you can notice the changes out there, and you can experience a much different version of reality than you have ever experienced before.

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We are always very impressed with how humans handle the amount of darkness that you encounter throughout your lives. You experience the darkness, the heaviness, the weight of existence there on Earth in many different ways, and most of you hang in there and endure so much without even having the proper tools to alleviate the pain of carrying that darkness. You all should be very impressed by yourselves. You can all pat yourselves on the back, and you can look at others as well, differently, knowing that they too took on a lot in this lifetime. Everyone has their cross to bear; everyone is working through some very heavy stuff from their genetic line, from their childhood, from their past lives. It all adds up.
And everyone there on Earth right now should be celebrated just for being there and being willing to wade through all of the muck that was there before you were even born into this lifetime. Now, you all who are awake, who are members of what we call the Awakened Collective, you are the lightbringers, the lightworkers. You are the ones who do have the tools and do have the knowledge and can lead by example and show others how it’s done. Many of you tried the other methods first. You tried drowning the pain, the darkness, in alcohol, or numbing yourself to it with drugs. You tried avoiding, pushing it down, denying its very existence, and none of that works.
And as awakened souls, you now know that and you can move forward with the truth that you hold within you that all of this stuff needs to be accepted, embraced, processed, and ultimately released to allow more of the light in. The high-frequency energies that are upon you right now are helping you to purge all of it, but it helps to have an awareness of what is happening when you are in the midst of one of these purges.
Letting go of darkness feels good after it’s done, but during the process it can be a harrowing, unpleasant experience, to say the least. And so, again, you have to be gentle with yourselves and others because of how much you know you all took on. If someone is being mean, or rude to you, remember the weight that they carry and know that they are having a particularly bad time.
Not everyone knows what to do when they have fear, sadness, anger, anxiety, frustration, and all of the other negative emotions stirring around inside of them. But, again, you as the Awakened Collective, do know what to do, and every time you face the darkness, allow it to be what it is, and even embrace it, you show others how it’s done, and you add something to the collective consciousness that is for the betterment of all.
It is true that you are doing this, because we witness it all the time, and we see the effects you are having on the collective that is humanity and the collective that is this universe, and we know that you will continue to do so, because it is the only way, and because of our little reminder here. That’s what we give you most of the time. We give you reminders so that you can focus in such a way that you know what to do when something comes up. You release that forgetting mode that you sometimes get stuck in, along with the rest of humanity. And we see you all making the choice for the light over and over again, and that is something else to be very proud of as a human being living on Earth at this time.

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We are already convinced of your worthiness as individuals and as a collective. We know that in all of your lifetimes put together there on Earth, you have done good deeds. You have attained levels of spiritual mastery, and you have noticed the flow of Source Energy coming to you and moving through you to others, or at least one other. Therefore, you have nothing left to prove to us, to yourselves, or to anyone.
Those of you who are playing the role of the lightbearers in this lifetime have played the role of one in the dark, and those who are on the darker side of the spectrum have in other lifetimes been on the lighter side of the spectrum. Therefore, the only thing that is missing, the only thing that you don’t have enough of there on Earth is Love. You need to love yourselves enough to know that you are worthy of ascension. You need to access enough unconditional love to forgive those who have wronged you and wronged others, and then you can all ascend together.
We have said this before, but it bears repeating; your ascension will never be about the light defeating the dark. The ones who are playing the roles of the villains at this time are there to give you all the opportunity to know yourselves as unconditional love, to know yourselves as Source, to know what it feels like to really forgive someone. You get to be the light in the face of darkness, and you get to determine for yourselves that being the light is what you prefer. But that’s not the narrative that you see very much of in the new age community, and that’s what you need to rise above if you are going to be the leaders that you truly are.
If you are going to bring the healing energy that we know you can, then you have to rise above the whole idea of white hats and black hats, good and evil, and all of the other polarities that you see people writing about and talking about. You are there to embrace every aspect of yourself first, and anything you see outside of yourself is a part of you, just as much as it is outside of you and represented by that person, or that belief, or that heinous act.
The way to be who you really are is to be heart-centered, to let go of grudges, resentment, hate, and everything else that weighs you down. The path to the fifth dimension is about taking the high road. It’s about being the best version of yourselves, and you are the best version of yourselves when you are in forgiveness, not judgment and not condemnation.
You have a unique opportunity right now to set the example in the new age community that is needed now more than ever. Shine your light because you are light. Love because you are love. And do what you know is right because it feels right when you do it, not because you are trying to prove that you are service-to-others, rather than service-to-self oriented. You are the ones who are there to make the big difference that is needed on your world and in your human collective consciousness, and if you resonate with this transmission, then you are right on track to lead humanity with ease, with joy, and with grace into the fifth dimension.

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We are looking forward to what humanity will choose next as your way of coming together and accelerating more awakenings across the planet. For those of you who are already awake, you really need to see everything that is happening on planet Earth as a co-creation whose purpose it is to get more people to come together in the acknowledgement that you are all one as a human race. It is important for you to see everything through that lens, rather than the way a lot of new agers see things now, which is that this circumstance is yet another attempt by the cabal to keep us down.
Do you see the difference? In one scenario, you are the powerful co-creators, and in another scenario you are the victims. You get to choose on the macrocosmic level and on the microcosmic level as well. In other words, everything that is happening in your life with friends, family members, co-workers, neighbors, lovers, they are not happening because you are the victim of someone else’s trauma, or narcissism, or whatever you want to call it. When you experience something on a personal level, you also need to see it as your co-creation that is meant to help you awaken to the truth of who you really are as unconditional love.
Now, of course, the details of how to do that in every scenario of your life experience is the tricky part. It is easy for us to say it, harder for you to enact it, and that is why we are here for you for the long term experience of your ascension. We are not just going to tell you what so many others have told you in the past, which is that you are all one, and that you are Source Energy and unconditional love and then leave you to figure the rest out for yourselves. We want to tell you how to shift your perception of reality to such an extent that you can know that truth viscerally, and you can speak, think and act accordingly.
So the first thing you must do when it comes to the world at large and when it comes to your personal lives is accept everything as it is just as it is, and acknowledge that it is your creation. Next, you have to be willing to notice when you go back into resistance to it, no matter what it is, and just let go. Don’t continue down that train of thought that allows you to feel justified in your resistance. Instead, practice more letting go. Next, you have to look for how it is the current set of circumstances serves you. That doesn’t mean that you have to figure out how it all came to be. You don’t have to unravel the giant, tangled ball of yarn. You just have to look at it as it is and say, ‘This must serve me somehow, and I am open to understanding exactly how it does.’
And when you are open to receiving that piece of information that tells you how it serves you, you are more likely to receive it. Ultimately, there’s going to be something you need to heal, forgive, release, or have compassion for in the set of circumstances you are facing. Once you get to that place, you have to keep making the choice to rise above the pettiness of the ego and be your Source Energy Self in thought, word and action. When you do so, you will feel such relief because you will have risen above the level of consciousness that many operate at for entire lifetimes. You will feel more one with all; you will feel more connected to all others in the universe and to Source. And then you will be able to live happily ever after because nothing will be able to bring you down.
But it takes practice, it takes a concerted effort, and it takes reminders. And that’s something else we do for you with these messages that are almost daily. We remind you that love is all there is, and everything else is an illusion, and we remind you that you are Source Energy Beings pretending to be human. And when you remember that, it becomes easier to be the fifth-dimensional being you always intended to be in this lifetime.

We are quite certain that those of you who are a part of the awakened collective have surpassed your goals for this lifetime that were set prior to your births. And the reason we can state that with certainty is because you are on track to ascend in this lifetime, and there is no bigger accomplishment than that. You are all so hard on yourselves, thinking that you should have done more in your lives by now, or that you should be doing more right now to contribute to the evolution of the consciousness of humanity. And we understand why you might feel that way.
You have a sense of what is coming that is very different from the average person’s outlook on where humanity is going, and because you can feel how gigantic the shift in consciousness is, you then mistakenly assume that there must be more to do. If you were throwing a gigantic party, and you took on most of the preparation tasks yourselves, you would be running around, calling people, emailing, texting, making sure everything was just right for your party guests. There would be a lot to do.
And so, those of you who understand that there is work involved in shifting your consciousness think that there must be more for you to do physically in order to make it happen. But the work really is feeling your emotions, allowing things to be as they are, experiencing life, and summoning energies from beings and collectives like ourselves that you will then later receive. There’s not a lot of actions in what we just laid out for you, but there is a lot of hard work. Just avoiding the temptation to go and look at what someone else has written on a website that you know will make you feel bad when you read it is an accomplishment.
Any time you are clearing negative thoughts and emotions, or accessing past life trauma, you really do need to rest and recuperate in order to recover from those very challenging experiences, and we are being quite serious right now. What you are doing is big, and most of it is internal. Most of what you are doing will not get you lots of praise from the outside world, but it is necessary, and you are helping to take humanity and the collective consciousness to new heights so that you can all have new experiences.
We talk about letting go, surrendering, and forgiveness, and at times it may seem like we are just throwing those concepts around, but we do understand how hard they are to put into practice. And we want you to know that it is time to appreciate yourselves for who you have become, for being on the right track right now, and for continuing to embrace the energies of ascension.

We are very impressed by humanity, as always, but this time it is because of your willingness to maintain a positive attitude and outlook. Oftentimes it can seem like humanity is on the brink of doing itself in, and yet, those of you who understand the power of your intention and your focus know that you cannot give in to the negativity about where humanity is headed. We know that there are stories floating around in the new age about how some of you will go on to live on a fifth-dimensional Earth and others will be stuck living on a third-dimensional planet, and so, that gives some people hope because they believe that they will be amongst the chosen ones.
But when you can have hope for all of humanity, or better still, a knowing that all of humanity is going to make it, that’s when you know you have trained yourself to look at the positives in life. Those of you who are truly awake understand through your own experience that others too can have their awakening experiences, can have their moments of clarity, can understand once and for all who they really are. And you know this because it happened to you, and it wasn’t planned, and you didn’t go to school for it.
You can all rest assured that there is a plan for every single individual you share your planet with at this time, and you can also take solace in the knowing that they are all on their path, no matter how it might look to an outsider. Therefore, it is always best to pay attention to what’s going on inside of you, rather than looking for evidence out there that says humanity is on the right track as a whole. There will always be those who want to give you the doom and gloom report and tell you about what’s going to happen next that’s going to be catastrophic for humanity.
You all are awake enough to realize that you are choosing your own timelines, and that there is not just one future that is set in stone for everyone to experience, no matter what they are vibrating. How could that be? If you believe that you can vibrate in harmony with good parking spaces and people being kind to you, then how could you not believe that it is possible for you to experience the future of planet Earth and humanity that you want to experience? Every little bit of your experience of reality is your own creation, and whatever experience you find yourself having with others is a co-creation.
Therefore, we applaud those of you who are representing the Awakened Collective and are remaining positive in spite of what you see coming to you from mainstream media, social media, and the new age circles that you are in. It is not always easy, but we see you doing it because enough of you know that your positivity matters and how you focus matters. It literally materializes into physical reality. We have been in the process of becoming our oversouls for quite some time now, just as you have been in the process of becoming your higher selves. We are excited to get to know ourselves as a broader and more expansive consciousness, but we are not waiting for the shift in consciousness to be complete before we experiment with the idea of ourselves as our oversouls. We suggest that you do the same.
Ask yourselves how you would think, feel, create, and even hold yourselves if you were already your fifth-dimensional higher selves. What would be your average day? You can start to contemplate these ideas because, as fourth-dimensional beings, you are capable of accessing the fifth. Your higher selves are inside of you. They are not separate from you. They are not out there somewhere. Your higher selves are you without all the filtration.
Feeling into your higher self is like is like feeling into your superhero self. If you imagine all of the abilities you would like to possess as your superhero self, you start to get an idea of who you will be as you fully embody your higher self’s consciousness. Not everyone will be the same right after you shift to the fifth dimension. Not all of you will have the same abilities, and not all of you will have the same interests, but one thing you will have in common is that you will be able to pursue your interests, your passions, without any limitations, and that will be fun.
Right now is an excellent time for you all to be focusing on fun, as things continue to be very serious on your world, and there will be plenty of opportunities for you to take life on Earth as it is seriously, and that means you will need to consciously choose to have a more lighthearted approach to life and a perspective that allows for more play, more laughter, and more fun.
Your fifth-dimensional selves are also essentially faerie beings, as they have been occupying the fifth dimension and inviting you to their little parties, but not everyone is answering that invitation in the affirmative. The children do, but as adults you tend to get embroiled in more serious matters, because you have more responsibilities and because you know that there is a lot riding on whether you complete a task so that you can pay your rent or mortgage. But we say to you that in spite of all of that there is still room for more fun as you explore who you are as your fifth-dimensional selves, and the only rule in playing that game is that there are no rules.

We are so very happy with the progress we see you all making there on planet Earth because we measure your progress by the overall frequency of the human collective consciousness. We know when you have been able to think and focus in ways that are closer to your true self and the way your true self focuses and thinks. You are on that journey back to who you really are as Source Energy Beings, and every tiny little step that you take in that direction makes an enormous difference. You are making a difference by shifting what’s going on inside of you, even though most of you are still looking for that thing action-wise that will make a big difference there on planet Earth.
We want you to know that you do so much for humanity by meditating and by processing your emotions. You do so much for humanity by offering forgiveness, by having compassion for someone who hasn’t done anything to deserve that compassion from you. If you think about how many of you there are on planet Earth right now and you consider how easy it is to make a difference on Earth, you can see how the progress of humanity would go unnoticed by the media and even by the social media.
Trust us when we say it is happening; you are making so much progress, and we desire for all of you to feel it. We advise you to tune in to the human collective consciousness as we do, every day. Feel for the little bits and pieces of positivity that are floating around, because it is a different collective consciousness than it was the last time you tapped in, and that’s something to get excited about. Now all of the changes that are taking place on that level of thought, emotion, consciousness, vibration, they do then show up in the physical realm, and you are going to see some very big changes there on Earth coming up in the next twelve months. Those changes will seem like they happened overnight, but in reality, you have all been working towards them, as a collective, for quite some time, and you will continue to do so.
You have more to contribute as individuals as well, and there will be action steps to be taken, but when you don’t know what to do, then trust us when we say that you are meant to be doing nothing. Doing nothing does not equate to a lack of contributing. You will not get the accolades, the awards, the praise from your fellow humans, but you will live a better life. You will live a happier life, a more fulfilled life, a life of peace, harmony and joy, and you will get inspired to do something. And the universe will bring you people to help and to heal, because the universe will always match you up with the ones who will benefit the most from what you have inside of you.
So just keep being you and rest assured that you are doing your part by making that your goal for the day. When you are being true to yourself, you are more likely to be in the right place at the right time, to do exactly what is needed, or to say exactly what someone needs to hear, and we know you all want to be that to your fellow humans. We just want to assure you that just because you’re not doing it forty hours a week for fifty weeks out of the year, it doesn’t mean that what you are doing lacks the impact on the collective consciousness that you want to have. “Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We are so very happy to report to all of you that humanity continues on your upward spiral towards higher and higher levels of consciousness, and we want to assure you that nothing and no one can prevent that from happening. You are the ones who determine what you are focusing upon and what you are doing with your time. You can always choose to focus on something or someone that puts you in a state of peace, joy, or love. Conditions do not determine your vibration. You determine your vibration, and therefore, you need not worry about what anyone else is doing with their focus and with their time.
You also benefit greatly when you look beyond those in the physical who do have a negative agenda, because their numbers and their power pale in comparison to those in the nonphysical. Those who wish to help all of you are too many to number. You cannot put a number on what is nonphysical. And the reason why we are all so much more powerful than anyone who is in human form and who has some sort of scheme to keep people down is that we are aligned with Source. We are all about integration, love, support. We operate from that higher frequency that automatically has more power to it than anything that is coming from a lower frequency. So again, you needn’t worry.
What you do want to do is pay attention to all the new support you are getting all the time. Beings who understand how important humanity is and what a key component to the shift Mother Earth is are lining up to be of service. If you want to become a powerful healer now is the time, because you have more support for that endeavor from all the healing beings throughout the galaxy and the universe. If you would like to become a channeler, now is the perfect time, because there are so many beings and collectives who want to speak through those who are willing to take the time to align with their energies.
If you want to bring people together in meditation or prayer, now is the perfect time because the higher-frequency energies that are upon you will support those endeavors, and people will really feel the results of what they are focusing upon and their intentions for those prayers and those meditations. Whatever you want to do to be of service to humanity, you are supported so much. And bringing humanity to a higher level of consciousness may seem like a daunting task to you, but if you can feel for how much support is around you when you even think about that idea, you will begin to notice just how powerful your intentions are and just how supported you are.
The new collectives and beings that are coming in at this time from Lyra, Sirius, and Andromeda are looking for ground crew members. They are looking for those like you who want to work with them, who want to receive their energies, who want to do what only you can. And as we said, now is the time to align, to open up, to let go of the idea of battles being fought. You only need to align with what you want, with what is supportive, and you will be a wonderful conduit for those energies, and you will support the rest of humanity.

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We are elevating our level of consciousness, along with all of you down there on Earth. We enjoy so much the feeling of expansion, and we encourage all of you to see your ascension as an expansion of consciousness, rather than a relocation plan. We know that one of the major appeals of ascension is that you get to leave everything behind that is dark or destructive in some way. But really, as you expand your consciousness to include everything that is negative and unwanted, and see it as a part of you, that’s when you become more of Source.
Source is not the habit of sweeping things under the rug or leaving them for someone else to deal with. Source is in the business of unconditional love, spreading more light, offering more compassion and more forgiveness. Those of you who are truly awake will see everything that is on your world right now as the perfect place from which to create something new, something better. But you can create with everything that you have in front of you, as well as using it to inspire you. Understand what we are saying, clearly, here. You are expanding your consciousness so that you understand fully and completely that it is all you.
You are not raising your consciousness to the point where you no longer see the mess that humanity has created, the wars that are ongoing, the racism, the fear, everything that is there right now that represents a lower level of consciousness. If it’s there, it’s there for a purpose, and that purpose is always to serve you. And the way something has the potential to serve you is that you can look at it and ask yourself the question of, ‘What is it about this that I am in resistance to?’ So you need to question whether there’s a judgment within you, whether there’s resistance or resentment within you, and then you need to ask yourself, ‘What is my first step then in accepting this person, group, or situation, just as it is?’ And then you need to take that step, and and that step is a step towards the expansion of your consciousness.
The expansion of your consciousness is the same as the evolution of your consciousness, which is what you are doing more consciously as the Awakened Collective. You are taking the steps towards Source, towards a higher-dimensional plane of consciousness, deliberately, as opposed to being pushed there by a solar flash or by e.t.s who encourage you mightily to go in that direction. So what you can do as an individual is make those correct evaluations of everything that is in your world, and lead by example, and you can teach others how to do it.
What you are not there to do is escape reality and teach others how to do that with you, because Source is all-inclusive. Source is everything, and you are there to experience yourself as unconditional love, which means that you retain your sense of self as love in the face of everything that is showing up as something other than love in the moment. But a true master recognizes the love that is in every person, in every situation, and in every moment, and the master maintains their focus on that, and continue to feel into that because that’s the feeling that gives the master the most expansion. We have come to know this through experience, and we are still expanding, and so are all of you. And when you do it deliberately, with intention, you get enormous results.

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We are so very privileged to be able to speak to all of you through this channel, and we feel that each of you who receives these messages is a part of a larger family of consciousness. We operating now as teachers, and we are reaching those of you who are also teachers. You have the ability to spread that which you learn, that which you come to know through experience, and we see that potential within all of you. That is why we often refer to the Awakened Collective as leaders.
We know that there are many ways in which you can all teach as well. Many of you are teaching through your example, through the way you are living your lives. You can teach with smiles and kindness, and you can teach by creating books and courses and websites and YouTube channels. There are so many different ways you can teach there on Earth. When you enjoy absorbing knowledge that comes to you, then eventually you have that urge within you to share that knowledge with others. Know, many of you are wondering how you can do that when no one in your life is listening.
When you are surrounded by those who have yet to awaken, the feeling within you that you are a teacher can be frustrating, and we understand that. We want you to know that you are preparing yourselves for that time when there will be more people in your immediate circle who are looking for what it is that you have to teach. And in the meantime, you absorb. You continue to prepare yourselves for the distribution of your own teachings, and your teachings will be unique to you. They will be coming through you with a tone, and they will be coming through you in your unique way of putting things, with examples from your own lives.
As you recognize that it brings you joy to share the truth that we are all one, for example, that becomes its own reward. The joy you feel and the way you light up when you talk about metaphysics are enough to sustain you, to keep you going. They also tell the universe that this is what you want to do. That joy that you feel helps you to bring to you those who will receive what you are offering in the same vibration. So you see, you can relax because you don’t have to figure all this out right now. You don’t have to figure out what your teachings will be, how you will submit them to the world, and to which audience.
Right now, we just want you to rejoice in the knowing that you are a part of a family of consciousness that is comprised of teachers. We are a part of that family of consciousness now that we have decided to be teachers. We haven’t always been teachers in this way, but here we are, and there are more and more people who are resonating with messages that have the Arcturian flavor to them.
And so, we unite more with other teachers throughout the galaxy, and we get together and discuss the different approaches that we have, the different responses, and we are all growing together as a family of consciousness. We just want you all to know that you are a part of it, because every student eventually becomes the master. And for those of you who don’t feel you are ready yet to declare yourselves as masters, be patient. The time will come.

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We have a tremendous amount of respect for everyone who is there on Earth at this time, regardless of who they are, what they have done, and whether they are playing the role of a being of light or a being of darkness. We keep telling you that we are all in this together, and that includes those who are playing the role of the dark ones. They agreed to be the villains for all of you, in spite of the fact that they knew they would have to pay off their karma if they were going to ascend in this lifetime. And if they do not ascend in this lifetime, they will have to go back to a third-dimensional reality to pay off that karma that they are accumulating at this time.
That’s why it is so important that those who are playing the role of the dark ones have you. You are the ones who can forgive them, show them compassion, and uplift them with your light, with your positive energy. You can save them. You can bring them with you, or you can condemn or vilify them, which only lowers your vibration, making your ascension an event that will take place even further in the future. Therefore, we recommend the forgiveness path, because we know that you all want to ascend, and you all want to ascend quickly.
One of the reasons why many people want to ascend is to escape reality. Many just want to live on a world where they don’t have to do any of that hard work of forgiveness and offering compassion to those who have wronged them or others. We understand that; we still admire and respect everyone there on Earth, no matter what their point of view, because it is hard to be there, but what we are giving you and what we will always give you is the easier path.
We will always tell you which path has more joy on it, which is the shorter path, and which is the path that allows you to be more of who you are. You don’t want to just ascend because you didn’t do anything wrong. You want to ascend and feel the satisfaction of having taken such a high road that you were able to bring those around you with you who otherwise would not be able to make that journey.
So when you are thinking about what you can do to be of more service, or what you can do to accelerate the ascension process, the answer is easy. You can forgive, rather than condemn. You can look for the light within everyone. See them as Source Energy, and actually appreciate them for taking an even harder path than the one that you are on. Those who are playing the role of the dark ones feel even more separate from Source than the average awakened person who has their doubts at times, or who forgets who they really are.
One way to remember who you really are is to be Source Energy in action. Be the love that you have inside of you, and know that the love you have inside of you feels glorious when it is coming through you for no other reason than that you summoned it. It is very easy to love someone who is lovable, and certainly you want to start there. But we hope that you get to the point where you don’t want that feeling to go away. So you keep giving it to anyone and everyone who crosses your path.

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We are very pleased to be witnessing the awakening of so many individuals there on Earth, just as we take so much joy in watching those of you who have already awakened, as you continue to blossom and become higher versions of yourselves. The world that you live in does not encourage this, and so you really do have to go against the grain to be true to yourselves as fifth-dimensional beings. You must lovingly say no to people who want you to join them in condemning someone else, or some group, because at your core you do know that unity and oneness are a part of your ascension.
You do not get to where you are going by putting yourself or anyone else into a nice, neat little box. Boxes have walls, and you are not there to further engage in separation and segregation. You are there to foster love and integration. And so, when we talk about you furthering your evolution of consciousness, this is what we mean. You must see the opportunities that are in front of you all day every day for doing this. And the good news is, those of you who are awake have tuned in more to your emotional bodies. You are sensitive; you are empathic. You know when something feels good to you and when something feels off.
When something doesn’t feel right, that is a clue to you that it’s time to let go of whatever it is you’re thinking about, whatever it is you’re putting your attention on. It just doesn’t serve you, and it doesn’t serve that overall goal that every single person has of ascending. To ascend is to become closer to Source Energy, and Source Energy is everything and everyone. So if you see someone offering you an invitation to join them in pushing against some person or some group, some ideology, then you simply have to politely decline to be a part of that movement.
Being aware of such movements helps you to recognize what is needed there on Earth. You need more of this: you need more people who are wanting to come together. And when people are newly awake, they tend to recognize this; people want to find their tribe, their soul family. And those of you who are receiving this message most certainly have been at that point or are at that point now.
So you can do this just as much as anyone else can. You can decide that you are going to start a group, or a movement, that is about uniting humanity in spite of all the differences that you have. You can have different opinions about what is right and ethical to eat and still be united with other people. You can have different opinions about who has the better political ideas and still be united with those individuals you disagree with. You don’t have to let any belief separate you. Instead, as you focus on what unites you, which is the truth that we are all one, then you attract to you more individuals who believe that as well and who want to live that in their daily lives.
When you start to think about that as a goal, or as a mission, then you need not look any further than your circle of family, friends and colleagues. And you know that you can come to together with those individuals based on the truth that they are Source and so are you. And you can get past any differences you have because you are ready to rise above all of that, and you are the ones to invite others to do so as well.

We are excited for you all to discover how powerful and creative you are, when you slow down enough to focus on what matters to you the most and hold that vibration long enough to become one with your creation. We get excited about seeing any of you demonstrating to yourselves how gifted you already are. You don’t need to have overt spiritual gifts, like a channel or a psychic possesses, in order to demonstrate to yourselves just how gifted you are.
We keep telling you to stop giving your power away and looking for the next prediction about what’s going to happen and when, and we know that you are going to do that when you demonstrate to yourselves that you are the ones who are determining what future you experience. You are the ones who are determining what timeline you are on. Nothing is set in stone.
You get to decide, and right now there are so many people who are not exercising their ability to create their reality, their power, because they are focusing on someone or something, some future experience that they do not want, but that they believe that the powers that be are more in control than they are. You, once again, must lead through your example and show people that they can and do create their reality, but they can more specifically create the reality they want to experience by focusing upon the positive experiences they want to see in the world and in their own lives.
If you can all focus together on something that you know the vast majority of people want, like peace on Earth, then you can make a difference. You can bring about that change. More importantly, you can show yourselves just how powerful you are, just how gifted you are, and that is a gamechanger. That means you can begin to see the importance of coming together and focusing as a community, as beings of light who want to see more light spread throughout the world.
You all have this unique opportunity in front of you at a time when more people are focused on a global event than ever before in human history. So we say to all of you that now is the perfect time to demonstrate that you have those gifts within you, and that there are more of you than ever who want the same thing. There is more power in numbers, and you are beginning to recognize that you can come together with others and demonstrate how powerful and gifted you are, and then keep doing it.
You can keep bringing about change after change after change and take humanity, take society, where you know you are all destined to go, but you get to feel like the changemakers you are, and you get to feel the power of high frequency energies moving through your bodies. And then you get to show others how to do it and delight in their creations as well.

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We are very impressed by all of you who are able to rise above the discord that exists on your planet at this time between people in groups who have different perspectives from one another. Rising above the hate and the hate speech is so necessary to carry your fellow humans into a higher level of consciousness. No matter what the problem, no matter what the issue is you are facing at any time there on Earth, the solution will always be accessed by those who hold a higher level of consciousness. And therefore, you have to be vigilant about not getting sucked in to arguments, to debates, to people attacking you simply because you have a perspective that is different from theirs.
Now is a time for you to be choosing love over divisiveness, and choose spiritual growth over getting the right people into the right positions so they can pass laws that will be more to your liking. You want people to be good to each other, to love and respect each other, not because there will be a punishment imposed if they don’t. You want people to be kind because kindness is what is in their hearts, and the only way to get kindness into someone’s heart is to spread kindness around. Your spiritual beliefs and your political beliefs, your ideological beliefs could all be summed up as: ‘Kindness is important and something I want to foster.’
You won’t necessarily see immediate results when you go out into the world with that philosophy, when you practice the mantra of, ‘I’m just going to be kind’ over and over in your head, but eventually, you will see the change. And no matter where you stand in terms of your beliefs, it should be obvious to everyone on the planet that not only is change inevitable, but change is good. Change will get you to where you want to go as a society, as a human collective. That’s why we will continue to urge you all to rise above it, and see yourselves as the ones to be the changemakers, to make a difference just by being unwilling to engage with someone who is shouting at you because of your beliefs, or for some other reason.
Everyone can coexist on Earth right now, while holding different perspectives and be living in a world of peace. It’s possible. It’s only when you’re feeling threatened by what someone else believes that it becomes less likely that you will be finding that peace on Earth that would be so beautiful to experience and will be beautiful to experience when it happens.
As we have said many times, those of you in the awakened collective are there to lead humanity, but not by telling everyone that, ‘These are the right beliefs over here, and if you join me in my little cult, we can save humanity.’ Instead, you offer love and kindness, compassion and forgiveness to all, and see how that brings you together, and see how raising the level of consciousness within the human collective automatically solves all the problems without anyone having to fight anyone else. Now is the time to rise up and rise above, because who else is going to do it if not you?
