Today we will go on talking about the recovery of the Divine human code.
The first step to this can become your ability to remain as long as possible, in ideal all the time, in “Merkaba” – your light body.
Why is it so important?
The reason, before all, is that without this all your further progress will not be able to gain “flesh”.
No matter how many practices and meditations you do, if your subtle bodies are not solid or secure, all your efforts on the physical body transformation into the light crystalline one will be in vain.
In other words, your light body is the “basis” for building the crystalline one.
Same as in the third dimension world human physical body cannot be safe and sound if its subtle bodies are damaged, in the world of high vibrations the crystalline body cannot exist without a reliable defence which its light body is.
So, the light body symbolizes wholeness and reliability and the crystalline one – perfection and ability to transform.
Having gained a light body, you will feel completely protected from the external world and at the same time will feel Unconditional Love to this world that is based on profound understanding of the essence of things.
You will become by far the friendliest onlookers watching current events and their participants.
Your physical body will stop growing old due to the fact it will not be influenced by negative energies any more because your conscience will get completely rid of duality typical of the third dimension world.
And this is huge progress in your spiritual development.
But so as to become a true Creator of one’s life it is essential to recover one’s Divine code, and the light crystalline body is one of the chief components of this process.
Well, what does the expression “one’s life Creator” means?
In the worlds of high dimensions it is not a beautiful metaphor but an everyday reality.
One really starts creating one’s life there in all its aspects: both spiritual and physical as one can interact with one’s body by means of power of thought and intention.
How does it happen?
Thanks to keen perception of energies one can change vibration frequencies of one’s organs and body parts.
As a result of this, myriads of crystals that one’s new physical body consists of arrange in the order which one determines.
This way one can correct one’s physical body’s defects shaping it the way one wishes, as well as change the colour of eyes and hair.
But the main thing – one can set ideal parameters for all one’s organs functioning, as a result of which one stops falling ill or getting old.
But you will get all this, my dear, only when you have completely moved to the Fifth dimension and for now let us learn the basics of your existence in the fourth dimension.
And at the present stage it is crucial indeed to learn not to fall out of “Merkaba” remaining all the time in one’s Divine “armour”.

And it will occur due to the fact that your physical body will find itself now constantly within your light body – under its protection and patronage.
Why is “merkaba” often called light human body?
Of course, this name has arisen not accidentally.
The thing is that when one’s physical body and all subtle bodies are in perfect harmony and vibrate at one frequency, they flash out brightly and from the subtle level really look like One Light Body.
In such condition one becomes invulnerable, untouchable as one is wrapped with the Energy of Unconditional Love that protects one like an energy “armour-plating”.
It is genuine Divine “armour” of the Light Warriors that allow them to take part in struggle against the Forces of Dark both on Earth and in Heavens.
But let us come back to your physical bodies and talk about what else you can undertake to help them overcome the vibration barrier between the third and fourth dimensions.
At this stage of Transition you can already start the work with your physical body at the cell level.
And it is in reviving its Divine code that was “lost” during your numerous incarnations on Earth.
What is Divine code of man?
This is a set of qualities that enables one to become the Creator of one’s life.
They were initially coded in human DNA at the dawn of humans’ life when they were still Human Gods.
But as a result of numerous gene experiments the Divine code was “eroded” and lost its original qualities.
Well, now you get an opportunity to revive it by means of your vibration increase and transition to higher dimensions in your physical bodies.
Of course, the process is not easy but where there is a will there is the way, with the process being facilitated by certain practices.

INTERGALACTIC COURT
Greetings, dear Earthlings!
Today we have come to you with an important message that concerns not only Earth’s population but inhabitants of other planets of your solar system too.
At present there begin sessions of the Intergalactic Court that representatives of many highly developed civilizations take part in.
During these sessions there will be considered issues connected with illegal and ill-intended invasion of aggressive civilizations to different planets of your Galaxy with the purpose of their natural riches seizure and their population enslavement.
During one of such sessions there will be dwelled on illegal intrusion into earthlings’ matters by the human-hostile civilizations of the Dragon reptiles and Orion.
And now we would like to explain to you why it has happened only now and not at the moment when they just intruded onto your planet.
The main reason is that eventually there has accumulated the critical mass of your planet’s population’s representatives who are discontented with the events taking place on it.
According to the unpublished rule the Intergalactic Court has the right to interfere into some planet’s or civilizations’ matters when there is claimant and defendant.
But since for a long time people have been unaware and had no idea of what actually occurs on Earth and who rules humanity, we had no right to interfere into your matters because as you put it “silence gives consent”.
This is your unawareness that has been taken advantage of for so long by the invaders of the planet of Earth.
Yet, at present the situation has changed drastically.
While to achieve their goals and making profit they used to just manipulate people getting what they need by lies, slyness, flattery, distortion of facts, bribery and blackmail, now they have gone too far trying this time to annihilate humanity as a species and get total control of your wonderful planet’s riches.
Having become sure of their impunity, they lost alertness and began to act too impudently and forcefully this time, which resulted in revival of a huge number of people on Earth.
As a result, there has come into being a “claimant” as the best part of your planet’s population who are ready to prevent outrageous injustice even at the cost of their life.
A lot of appalling crimes that have been committed for centuries by the Dragon reptiles, Reptiloids, Orions and some other civilizations of the Greys were brought to light by concerned inhabitants of your planet and laid open for public inspection.
As a result of this, the number of “claimants” is increasing every day and, consequently, the Intergalactic Court has the right to consider a claim of humanity in respect of their enslavers.
So now defendants will appear in this court – the fairest and most impartial one.
Unlike the corrupted earthly courts that are almost completely in the grip of the same “defendants” again, the Intergalactic Court is pure and incorruptible because it consists of the representatives of highly developed civilizations.
And this Court is guided by Divine Universe Laws and violation of them is punished with all strictness and without any mercy to those who do not respect them.
Decisions of the Intergalactic Court are made without the right of appeal and awarded sentences are executed immediately.
We would like you to know what profound support you are being provided with now at the intergalactic level.
Yet, at the same time we ask you not to lose heart and go on doing your best so as to liberate Earth and humanity as soon as possible from their invaders who have crossed the line of what is permitted thereby signing their own death warrant.
We must make common cause in the name of successful accomplishment of by far the greatest experiment in the Universe on Transition of Earth to the Fifth dimension with the best representatives of humanity.

Greetings, my dear beloved children!
For my previous message to be continued today I would like to explain to you in more details the principle of work for the practice “Merkaba of the fourth dimension”.
I think that many of you can wonder how in public places and chaotic motley energies “Merkaba” can keep your energy space inviolable.
The thing is that this practice is the first step to your permanent being in another dimension, the fourth one so far.
If you do it putting as they say all your “heart and soul” into it and setting aside considerations of Mind, you will already find yourselves not among the third dimension world people but in the parallel world of the fourth dimension.
These two worlds though keeping in touch with each other, nevertheless, are in parallel realities now.
I know that so far it is hard for you to realize this because you remain visible for the others, as well as you see all the people around you, yet, parallel realities have existed since long ago on your planet.
Let us consider, for example, people who blindly follow all the authorities’ instructions and take for gospel every word communicated by TV and those who see and understand the genuine essence of the current events.
Don’t they live in parallel worlds?
As a rule, vibrations of the former and the latter vary thus much that they simply cannot get in touch with each other in terms of energy.
This is the way how vibration stratification of your planet’ population occurs.
And now it is getting intensified due to the fact that the new energies arriving at Earth make life perception of the former and the latter keener.
So, law-abiding citizens are even more ready to follow their countries’ heads and fulfill all their demands, while free-thinking people become increasingly alienated from this government system that has grown absurd and absolutely unacceptable for them and, consequently, by all means will not fulfill these demands now.
But while in this case at issue is the level of conscience of the former and the latter rather than anything else, the latest practice allows you to get abstracted from the modern world distantly this time, though only in terms of energy so far.
This phenomenon is based on the principle of space and time parameters change in the worlds of high vibrations.
As soon as the fourth dimension is an intermediary one between the third and Fifth dimensions, being there enables you to become an onlooker of the events taking place in the third dimension world finding yourselves in your light body beyond the third dimension world now.
To get a better idea of it you can imagine your “Merkaba” as a transparent balloon and being inside of it you can freely move to the space of the third dimension getting in touch with the personal space of other people but not intermingling with them in terms of energy.
It resembles the way the representatives of the “Tetragonia” civilization help you “sneak” from the third dimension into the fourth and even the Fifth one putting you in some kind of an energy cocoon.
But now you create such a cocoon yourselves by power of your intention doing your best to be there all the time.
Actually, a lot of you are ready for this and everything that you have to do is to learn to maintain your vibrations at the level allowing you not to fall out of the space of the fourth dimension now either by your conscience or your subtle bodies.
In this case your physical body will be securely protected, with the process of its transformation to the light crystalline one being noticeably speeded up.

Greetings, my dear beloved children!
As a follow-up to my previous message let us move on to the practice on neutralizing of the negative influence produced on you by the people around.
We will call this practice “Merkaba of the fourth dimension”.
But for a start, I would like to remind you the main principle of energy practices and meditations.
They are always based on spiritual component which is actually a determinative one.
This is what makes them different from, for example, physical exercises.
The practices and meditations that you are provided with on this site, before all, “pump your spiritual muscles”, which makes a beneficial impact on your physical body too.
As far as today’s practice is concerned, the gist of it is not in physical fencing of oneself off the people around, which to some extent conveys separation, but deliverance of one’s energy space from alien low vibration energies.
Today it is not simply the barest necessity for you but also a guarantee of transition to the fourth dimension.
Your physical body is now turning into some kind of a “merkaba” that is taking you from one dimension to another.
And so that this “merkaba” could readily take off leaving the third dimension world and bring you to the new earth of the fourth dimension, you should make it as light and rarefied as possible having got rid of all the “heavy” energies.
Well, let us move on the practice itself.
You should start it with a meditation that you can skip further on when this practice becomes your habit.
Invoke all your Heavenly assistants, get completely relaxed and breathe deep for some time…
Then try to see your physical body and all your subtle bodies colourful and voluminous.
Get each of them tuned onto the chakras they correspond to…
Feel them all achieving one vibration rhythm…
Such fine tuning can take a few minutes.
Wait for the moment when vibrations slowly and evenly move downwards through the chakra axis and back…
This is exactly the indication of your light body activation and will mean that your “merkaba” is ready for the trip to the fourth dimension.
And then in your thoughts put it into a protective sphere of the Flame of the Universe Love with mirror-like external surface.
This sphere will be voluminous indeed since it includes all your subtle bodies in their ideal – rarefied to the utmost– state.
Now your task is to remain in this “merkaba” as long as possible irrespective of the place or environment you find yourselves in.
You will gradually get used to your new state of detachment from the external world and people but this detachment will be in terms of energy and spirit only.
You will be able to go on with your usual life but watching everything from the space of the fourth dimension this time.
You will notice how much your behaviour and respond to the things around will change.
The third dimension world people will not irritate you any longer because you will perceive them from the height of your new conscience.
You will be able to recognize easily those who can revive and who is hopeless in their dormancy.
While your physical body being completely isolated from the low energies of the third dimension world will not experience the enormous loads that prevent it from quick and easy transformation to the light crystalline one.
Do this practice, my dear, as often as possible until you get accustomed to permanent being in a high vibration “merkaba” – your new home that you created in the space of the fourth dimension.

Greetings, my dear beloved children!
Today we will talk about one more external factor that influences your physical condition and produces negative impact on it.
It is your environment and, first of all, immediate one – family members, friends and colleagues at work, that is, the people that you cannot avoid communicating with the best will in the world.
At present the time has arrived when the most vigorous stratification according to vibrations is in progress.
It is connected with the fact that Earth herself is throwing off the ballast of heavy energies that prevent her from moving to the space of the Fifth dimension quickly and easily.
At the subtle level there are processes in progress that resemble phased undocking of a spaceship from “stages” that remain on earth.
And in this case a “spaceship” is your planet heading up high – to the Fifth dimension.
But this “ship” will not be able to take aboard all the inhabitants of Earth but only those who following her can get rid of the “ballast” preventing them from taking off.
Well, what is the ballast like this for you?
Generally speaking, it is everything that features low vibrations.
First of all, it is your own negative traits that make your energy background heavier and ruin you from within.
But it is also your environment that influences you in a destructive way from without this time.
Your physical body experiences “overloads” each time when your energy space is penetrated by the alien energies of low vibrations that are generated by the people from your environment.
And it can be especially dangerous when you send your own negative energies of irritation, offense or aggression in respect of these people.
Well, this is exactly what happens between people whose views and beliefs do not coincide and whose vibrations vary greatly.
Few of you are lucky to live in ideal conditions: among like-minded people who are at the same wavelength with you concerning everything.
But even if you try to deal with only people like these, beyond your community there are a lot of other people – those far from your ideal and sometimes totally overwhelmed by the third dimension world.
Not everyone can protect their energy space from their influence that now shows up in an especially aggressive way because these people in their turn are exposed to high vibration energies alien to them.
At present, at the joint of two epochs and two dimensions, the energy confrontation of people featuring different vibrations is switching over to its active phase, which at the physical level is expressed as intolerance and rejection of other people’s opinion that is distinct from their own.
Perhaps, many of you have already noticed it, as well as felt your changeable physical condition connected with such communication.
Now your body is getting enormous loads similar to those experienced by astronauts who find themselves on earth after being in the state of weightlessness.
And it is explained by the fact that your physical body that has been made as “light” as possible by spiritual practices and meditations on its transformation to the light crystalline one getting into the environment alien to it becomes by far the most “grounded” by the heavy negative energies of the environment that you are so far unable to neutralize to a full degree.

Today I would like to continue talking about the external factors that influence your physical body.
My previous message said about the influence made on it by the location one lives in which, actually, is the crucial factor for all the rest too.
Life in the country grants one with clean air, organic food and spring water that are high vibration themselves and, consequently, are beneficial to your physical body as well.
But, of course, my dear, I understand how hard it can be for a third dimension person to change their life abruptly and leave an old haunt.
Well, what can be done by those of you who have no opportunity so far to break free from a big city and gain relative independence from the city infrastructure?
First of all, not to lose heart and believe in yourselves.
But it should not be blind faith but constructive activity aimed at overcoming the obstacles on the way to transition to the fourth dimension.
And it can be as follows.
You should start with the things that are easiest for you to influence – water and foodstuffs.
Find the opportunity to drink clean water and buy vegetables and fruit that are not treated with chemicals.
As for the food you have to buy in a shop, by all means purify them in terms of energy thereby neutralizing the harmful substances they contain.
The energy that tackles this task best is the Energy of the Supreme Creator of the Universe – a multipurpose energy that matches the third dimension world perfectly making the vibration gap between the third and fourth dimensions as small as possible.
As far as the air that you have to breathe in big cities is concerned, here you will have to make more efforts.
And for this purpose I offer you the following practice that we will call “Divine filter”.
The idea of it is to be all the time under protection of the Element of Air that will become your Patron and principal assistant in purifying the air you breathe.
You can gradually start applying this practice not only to your own energy space but the whole district and even the city you live in.
And this is what the practice is about.
Being in calm and harmonious condition, call for the Element of Air and try to become tuned onto it.
Feel its originality, its vibrations…
Remember this condition of yours very well so that invoking the Element of Air you can recognize it at once and feel its presence in your energy space.
Ask it to set a “Divine filter” around you that passing contaminated city air through itself will completely purify and structure it.
Little by little make your “filter” sphere of influence on the space around extended up till the size of the city you live in.
But this practice should become not a one-time action but regular work until it grows into a habit the same way as you set shield at yourselves getting involved into the thick of things in a big city.
It will take you a few minutes but the benefit of it will be enormous not only for you yourselves but for the people around and sometimes for a whole city too.

This mode of conscience and physical body interaction is applied to inhabitants of both low and high dimensions.
But this factor is not the only one that makes impact on your physical body and that can roughly be called an inner “agent of influence”.
There are also external factors that do not depend on you but whose influence you can escape though.
At issue mostly is the quality of air, water, foodstuffs, your residence and your environment.
Of course, there is a huge difference between the quality of life of people living in megalopolises and in the country.
Yet, it is always up to you to choose.
Everyone sets their own priorities, which in the long run determines the vibration background of their existence.
Some people like to be in the “melting pot” of a large amount of people and they settle in megalopolises with all their “amenities”.
While others love natural sounds and quiet enjoying being alone and settle far away from big cities.
By intuition they are drawn to everything eternal and natural avoiding the “fruits” of civilization that pull one into the whirlpool of low energies and artificial values.
And, surely, the choice of life style and residence produces enormous impact on your physical condition too.
But the one who has reached the fourth dimension in terms of vibrations will not be able now to exist in the “rammed down” chaotic energies of large cities where one even lacks one’s own inviolable personal space.
This is the reason, my dear, why I have been calling you since so long ago and in such a persistent way to leave big cities that devour human souls preventing them from breaking free from the metes and bounds of the third dimension world.
No matter how hard you are trying to advance in your spiritual development, whatever practices you make use of, the low energy profile of big cities reduces to nothing all your efforts because so far few manage to withstand the pressure of external factors of influence on your psyche and physical bodies.

Greetings, my dear beloved children!
Today we will go on talking about the transformation of your physical body after you ultimately move to the fourth dimension.
And now I will tell you about main distinct features of the fourth and Fifth dimensions human body.
We have already talked about the fact that as long as humans’ vibrations are increasing, they stop growing old.
Why does this happen?
The reason is, first of all, that human conscience changes getting rid of the well-established beliefs of the third dimension world that in the course of time one MUST fall ill and get old.
But, as you already know, one of the main Laws of the Universe says that external always reflects internal.
Remember how often people pronounce such phrases as “Age is putting itself on the map”, “There is no escape from one’s age”, “I feel in accordance with my age” and so on.
In other words, one oneself constantly instills into one’s conscience and subconscience the command to fall ill and grow old.
And this is what happens to the overwhelming majority of the people on your planet.
As a matter of fact, their body simply executes the command that it gets from this person all the time.
But there is one more category of people who do not want to be sick or old and at the subconscience level most often are extremely scared of aging.
They do their best to prolong their youth somehow.
Some of them exhaust themselves with physical exercises, others resort to plastic surgery trying to conceal the traces of the years that passed, still others combine both.
Yet, even if they are successful in deceiving the people around, at the back of their mind they feel their age perfectly well and they cannot deceive themselves.
There is also the third category of people who intuitively feel that disease and aging are something unnatural for man.
They do nothing to conceal their age but remain young at heart.
The inner aim at internal youth and children-like perception of life let them look much younger than they actually are.
And it is accounted for by the fact that such person’s body follows the inner perception of life and that of themselves.
In this case the Law of Reflection goes off too but in a positive way.
So now there is arriving a moment in humanity’s life when people who have become settled in the fourth dimension by their conscience stop growing old.
The reverse process of body rejuvenation has not started for them yet, which is only possible in the world of the Fifth dimension, but the first step to it has already been made.
And I know that many of those who are reading this message now do look younger than they really are.

Yet, now I would like to focus on the transition period and tell about the things that will happen to your bodies – physical and subtle ones – when you securely settle in the fourth dimension space.
At the same time I will offer you energy practices to speed up this process.
Why did I pay so much attention in my previous messages to human communication in the worlds of the fourth and Fifth dimensions?
The main reason is, before all, that only interacting with each other people get the necessary experience of control over their thoughts and emotions.
For it is them that are the main “indicator” of your level of vibrations.
Having learnt to establish harmonious relations with the people around, you will thereby bring to order the mental and emotional components of your subtle bodies.
In other words, you will make them strong enough to become a reliable protection of your physical body.
Well, you already know that any negative energy that influences them either from without or from within can make a breach in them that becomes a mini-portal facilitating penetration of astral beings and alien energies into your energy space.
It is your “wounded” subtle bodies that prevent the physical body from transforming quickly and easily into the light crystalline one.
The subtle material structure of humans is as vulnerable as it is perfect.
And it is accounted for by the fact that man was initially created as Human God and lived under the ideal conditions of high vibrations.
All their bodies – physical and subtle ones – were in perfect harmony with each other and were sustained by Unity and Love.
But as long as people were plunging into the world of increasingly low vibrations – up till the third dimension, their changeable emotional state began to influence the physical body too, as a result of which there appeared diseases, aging and death.
So now as long as Earth’s vibrations are increasing, as well as those of the people who are ready for Transition to the Fifth dimension, a reverse process is being triggered.
While your emotional state starts getting leveled and harmonized and your subtle bodies are returning to their wholeness, your physical body will start changing getting rid of diseases, aging and death.

Now when we have dwelled on the influence of natural elements on human communication, I would like to come back to the issue of one’s social status in the fourth dimension.
As a matter of fact, all these things are closely interconnected, and the reason is as follows.
In the third dimension world social status bears this or that energy load that is externally expressed in a certain manner of communication between people.
This is how it has been from times immemorial and people have got used to it.
For example, state and religious figures, officials and managers of all kinds are accustomed to an imperious or condescending tone in respect of their subordinates.
And the latter in their turn are used to servility and most often address the former in a pleading manner.
And, of course, such kind of interaction by no means can be called balanced or harmonious.
Not everyone is to get rid of these century-old traditions and division of people into superior and inferior.
The very definition itself conveys the energies of separation and contraposition.

But unlike other Natural Elements, it has more to do with the notion of the spiritual component of your communication.
And it is reflected in your language too.
Recall such expressions as “earthly man”, “down-to-earth thoughts”, “worldly talks”.
They highlight one’s attitude to life.
And in this case the meaning of the word “earthly” is a synonym of such words as “material”, “practical” or “sensible”.
In the third dimension world these qualities are not regarded as negative, just on the contrary, as those quite respectable ones.
The message is that the one possessing them “feels one’s feet”, being firm on the ground not building castles in the air.
And, consequently, such people’s talks are limited to exceptionally material – practical – issues, with everything beyond them being of no interest to them but just inciting annoyance.
Spirituality for them is a very abstract notion because it is nonmaterial and, hence, unperceivable and intangible.
Well, how can a spiritually advanced person make the Element of Earth balanced in them so that communication with other people can be harmonious and balanced in terms of energy?
First of all, one should not treat material things with contempt considering them as being unworthy of discussion.
They are part of your life and often bring you joy and satisfaction.
They are beautiful things and delicious food and a favourite car that facilitates you to make exciting journeys.
Enjoying them is not a sin at all or an indication of being down to earth if they do not become an end in itself.
They can be this only if ALL YOUR ATTENTION is focused on them and you cannot talk about anything else but them.
So, for example, sharing impressions about the holidays spent material-oriented people will tell each other just about fleshly pleasures that were the only ones their memory kept.
While other people – spiritually advanced – though having mentioned them will lay emphasis in their story in quite another way.
The main attraction for them will be natural beauty and energy value of the place they visited.
They will talk about their inner feelings, interaction experience with new people, their culture and traditions.
In a word, their story will be well-balanced: earthly pleasures will complement new spiritual experience they gained during the trip in a natural way.
While still others, having completely denied the material component of their journey, will be talking just about high matters it is associated with.
In this case there is some kind of distortion in terms of spiritual component of the trip and it is quite possible it will be done deliberately so as to demonstrate one is exalted in respect of everything earthly – nonmaterial.
Of course, here the main part is also played by the energy that one is generating while narrating the story.
The one who perceives one’s interlocutor’s energy profile keenly will feel the falsity and artificiality if the story maker is not sincere and tries to pass the desired for reality.
And it is quite often the case especially at the starting point of one’s spiritual development when one is eager to show to the people around that one has already achieved a lot on one’s spiritual road of self-improvement.
So, my dear, try stick to the middle course in everything you do not viewing earthly pleasures as something filthy, yet, not attaching too much importance to them in your life.
But the main thing is always to be honest to yourselves which guarantees your harmonious relations with the people around.

All of them are reflection of the Element of Fire that directly influences your speech.
When people are talking on an interesting issue and are getting more and more “inflamed” with the common topic, its discussion sometimes results in the very “flaming” speeches.
Well, what happens at this moment at the subtle level – in your energy space?
What happens is similar to the things that occur with the rest of the elements “living” in you: the energy currents of the Element of Fire, as well as those of other elements, are controlled by your thoughts and emotions.
So, if a conversation keeps going calmly and peacefully, this current is even and harmonious.
If a conversation is dull and boring, the current “diminishes” – the fire is hardly smouldering.
If the discussion becomes too emotional, the current that used to be harmonious turns into an energy chaos.
Thus, too hot arguments actually lead to “sparks fly” at the subtle level.
We have already talked a lot of times that any excessiveness results in energy disbalance of your body.
And since natural elements of Water, Air, Fire and Earth are part of your nature, all of them this or that way show up at the physical level too.
Recall the way one looks when flies into a rage and loses control.
One turns red because Fire flaming up brightly starts burning one from inside.
One gets choked because Air becomes unevenly distributed all over one’s body: it is prevented from passing through one’s respiratory organs by the bundles of negative energies generated by this person.
One’s blood pressure is getting high since water balance of the body is not stable either.
Such a state can turn out rather regrettable for one – up to an apoplectic stroke.
All this, my dear, is the result of the fact that the third dimension world people cannot control their emotions which spill out into unflattering words being a reflection of the disharmonious energy processes at the subtle level.
Yet, words and emotions that have not been spilled out feature power as great, or even still greater, because what is destructive for you, first of all, is their energy.
Therefore, human communication embraces not only verbal contact that, by the way, does not always reflect true attitude of people to each other but mostly energy one.
So, next to the person who is “boiling” inside but saying not a word at that the people around them start feeling ill at ease sometimes not even being aware of the reasons for the discomfort that arose in them.
Really harmonious relations can be established only when people have all natural elements balanced in them including the Element of Earth that we will talk about in my next message.

Why does it happen?
Before all, the reason is that the energy balance of the element of Air gets disrupted in your body.
This is the same energy “ripples” that were spoken about in my previous message but of another manifestation now.
When one is calm, balanced and feels peaceful, one breathes evenly.
Air circulates smoothly and freely in one’s body.
But as soon as in one’s energy space there arise obstacles as irritation, intolerance, aggression, one starts breathing “in spurts”.
And it is explained by the fact that any energy shows up at the physical level by all means this or that way.
And it becomes especially apparent during your communication.
During a conversation there can arise a variety of situations depending on the direction you keep it going.
That is why an air “current” in your body varies from tranquil to vehement.
It can be a complete calm, a gentle wind, a hurricane or even a storm indeed.
Your respiratory organs are quick on the uptake in terms of these currents and react in a corresponding way.
Besides, it applies not only to an open dialogue but to an inner one too.
You will agree that very often after dealing with someone even having already parted them physically, you go on talking to them advancing arguments and proofs you failed to produce and giving an emotionally enhanced response to their words that you cannot answer directly.
And since everything is energy, your body’s reaction remains the same as during a direct dialogue.
The difference is just in that you do not get “choked” while communicating your opinion in an emotionally escalated way but feel inner spasms in your body.
It is generally the very “lump in the throat” that a lot of people get because of unvoiced words: annoyance or offence in respect of their “virtual” interlocutor.

Today I would like to draw your attention to one more peculiarity of human relations in the world of the fourth dimension.
And it is in that they are abandoned by annoyance towards others.
You cannot deny that this is what most often happens in the third dimension world when it seems to you that someone’s behaviour or their words do not live up to your expectations and annoyance little by little starts arising in you.
Well, what is the difference between annoyance and intolerance?
Generally speaking, there is little difference between them but it is typical of annoyance to get accumulated until it grows into intolerance.
We can say that annoyance is the first stage of intolerance.
It can be compared with ripples on water that under certain weather conditions can turn into waves and storm ones at that sometimes.
So, sometimes a conversation that started quite peacefully as long as annoyance of people to each other is growing becomes a verbal “storm”, with the reason for this being intolerance to other people’s opinion.
Well, how can this be avoided?
If you get annoyed with another person, try in your thoughts to level the energy “ripples” of your communication and see its calm smooth and beautiful “surface” – preferably, river or sea surface.
Have you ever thought that not without a reason have arisen such expressions as “speech flows”, “words are coming along swimmingly”, “fluent speech”?
Why does one get associations just with water when a speech manner is at issue?
Before all, because the energy profile of speech is similar to the natural Element of Water.
Well, recall other expressions – such as “flood with accuses”, “torrent of words”, “inundate with words”…
Of course, they came into being not by chance but because people by intuition felt the likeness of water energy and human speech.
So, humans being closely connected with the Element of Water, as it is water that their physical body mostly consists of, unintentionally transferred some of this element to their speech too.
And even the type of a person can be compared with water element manifestations.
Someone – quiet, calm and slow in words and movements – can be compared with a great full-flowing river of a smooth and even surface.
While some other person – hot-tempered, irritable, impatient – with a rough mountain river and sometimes with a raging ocean.
That is the reason why I suggest, my dear, you should calm your irritation down making use of the image of water.
Every time you feel annoyance to your interlocutor growing inside you, try to switch your attention over to the energy “surface” of your talk.
And if you notice that it starts getting “rippled”, try to soothe it switching over your thoughts or topic of the discussion to something else which is less irritating for you.

It is intolerance that introduces into human communication low vibration energies and breeds endless arguments that sometimes grow into aggression.
While in the world of the fourth dimension tolerance is a continuation of such a quality as taking other people as they are.
In the world of high vibrations, with the energy of Unconditional Love reigning there, it happens automatically.
Profound understanding of each person being unique allows treating all people with no exception with attention and respect to their opinion.
That is why energy interconnection between people is established at quite a distinct level this time.
It is not “swings” of energies motley in terms of vibrations, most often negative energies, as the case is in the third dimension world but high vibration energy unity of diversity.
What is it?
It is communication between people of high level of conscience that promotes enrichment of its participants at all the levels of existence.
At the subtle level it is exchange of high vibration energies such as Love and Mutual Respect.
And at the physical level – exchange of life and occupational experience, as well as support and assistance to each other.
And, as it has already been said in my previous messages, social status is of no importance here.
What is important is only one’s personality, mutual interest and liking.
Energy exchange between such people occurs in consistence with the principle of communicating vessels.
Both the “vessels” have a certain range of vibrations which is the one mental and emotional communication takes place within.
And believe me, my dear, it does not turn boring or dull because of this.
The emotional heat and revelry of passions typical of the third dimension world are simply taken over by the communication as emotional though based on positive high vibration emotions this time.
Everything will occur gradually but so as to speed up the process, try already now to trace the level of your vibrations while communicating with people and adjust your emotional state if necessary.

As a follow-up to the discussion on One social status of the fourth dimension world inhabitants today I would like to show you the interaction mechanism of the people who managed to cross the border line separating this dimension from the third dimension world.
As a matter of fact, many of you possess the qualities that make inhabitants of higher dimensions distinct from the third dimension world already now.
Well, what qualities are they?
First of all, they are absence of aggression or censure in respect of others.
Besides, it concerns absolutely everybody even the representatives of authorities with their criminal activities against their nation.
The reason for that is that you see not the tip of an iceberg now – the actions themselves but the underlying reason of the processes now in progress in the world – the change of epochs that is impossible without great political, economic and social shocks.
You also understand that these people are not independent but are marionettes in hands of true “rulers” of the world, that is why they act in unison as if making carbon paper copies while pronouncing one and the same words and issuing identical instructions.
Being aware of the situation helps you remain calm and sensible onlookers not getting emotionally involved into discussion of events and, consequently, keeping your vibrations high.
In other words, in terms of energy you are neutral to the events taking place in the world.
And even if you take some actions to adjust the situation, they convey constructive message because your practices and meditations are aimed at purifying Earth and collective human conscience from negative energies and it means they result in people’s life improvement.
Another quality that makes you different from the average man of the third dimension world is absence of division into ins and outs.
You realize that your family is not your “fortress” at all whose walls you should not leave and that your close people’s opinion should not necessarily coincide with yours.
You have already broken free from this trap and know that genuine intimacy between people arises only when they are congenial in Spirit and are at the same wavelength in terms of energy.
And a lot of you find such people by intuition, which is the beginning of the arrangement of a new society and new relationships between people that are based on energy unity, as well as common tasks and goals.
Meanwhile, you have learnt not to judge your nearest and dearest who are at another – different from yours – level of spiritual development.
I know, my dear, that for many of you this was the point that became the hardest trial to stand: impossibility to pull up your family members to your perception of reality and your level of vibrations.
Yet, it makes your ability to treat them without aggression or censure, with total acceptance of their choice even more valuable.
As a result, at the energy level there occurs your “undocking” from low vibration people even if they are your family and friends and joining those who are at the same level of vibrations as you are.
It happens unintentionally to many people – quickly and naturally, while some others have to work at themselves for a long time so as to manage to break free from “tight embrace” of their close people who are, nevertheless, now strange to you mentally, spiritually and in terms of energy.

Well, let us go on talking about social status of a new world man from the energy point of view.
And again let us turn to comparison of the third and fourth dimensions worlds.
As you know, in the third dimension world the ruling top is usually reached by the people of certain traits or having personal contacts in “high” circles.
Well, what traits are they?
Before all, it is ambition that breeds a whole set of negative qualities – such as false pride, selfishness, immorality, that is, of all the things that allows one for one’s mercenary purposes to walk all over people who are less ambitious or practical.
And even if in some miracle way an honest and decent person succeeds in attaining pinnacles of power who cares for nation’s interests, they are hardly to keep them for long.
And the reason is that they unintentionally get onto the energy “orbit” of the people around them.
Their powerful oppressive negative energy profile and physical actions aimed at forcing out a stranger that disrupts balance of their well-established habits literally oust this person out of their environment.
In the higher echelons of power they wage life-and-death struggle for a place in the sun up till a total moral lapse.
So, the energies holding sway there are literally destructive for the Soul.
And the higher the step of the power “pyramid”, the greater the amount of the negative energy concentrated there since so as to get up there people are sometimes driven to the grossest moral crimes.
Hence, the higher one’s social status in the third dimension world is, the lower one’s vibrations are.
While in the worlds of the fourth and then Fifth dimensions everything happens just the other way round.
Control over people, coordination of their actions to be exact, will be done by crystal pure souls featuring outstanding management abilities.
The goal of their work will be not personal profit or material incentive but happiness and welfare of the people who followed them.
The one who will be able to cross the border line separating the worlds of the third and fourth density will now be unable to live in low energies and will strive for increasing one’s vibrations even more and moving to the long-awaited world of the Fifth dimension.
That is why they will do their best to advance spiritually themselves and help others with this too.
And since in the fourth dimension the energy that will becoming a prevailing one is the Energy of Unity and Love, any kind of subordination will naturally disappear from the world of people and, consequently, social status as it is will cease hanging over people.
One will be eager not to get a higher status in society but be handy for the people around irrespective of one’s occupation.
In the energy of one vibrations the head of the state, teacher, architect, gardener, worker – in a word, anyone no matter what they do or where they live – everybody will exist in one social status.
And such state of things has a lot of advantages because any person will be available to others, and exchange of opinions will occur directly, not through a chain of intermediaries of this or that rank.
This is exactly what I meant while telling you about a horizontal system of government in the world of the fourth dimension in contrast to the well-established chain of command in the third dimension world.
As you see, my dear, even here – in issues such as structure of society that seem so bureaucratic – the main factor is the energy level of this society members.
This is the quality of their vibrations that the means of communication between people depends on even at the state level.
And all this will soon become your reality.

And the last thing that I would like to draw your attention to in terms of energy work.
Never stop at what has been accomplished since as long as you find yourselves in the third dimension world, you will take durability exams over and over again.
I know that many of you having done, for example, practices to get rid of fear, offence or guilt several times, think they have worked through these negative emotions completely.
And your conscience is likely to have become purified from them to some extent.
But as a matter of fact, you have managed to take away just an outer layer of the programmes accumulated because such powerful and sustained emotions penetrate so deep into your subconscience that to get rid of them having done just a few practices is almost impossible.
And life will throw in the evidence of that they are still alive in your subconscience until you really get ultimately rid of them.
And now I would like to reveal a secret to you.
How can you identify that you have eventually freed your subconscience from this or that negative emotion?
It will actually happen only when you forget about its existence and do not recall it at all.
For example, if you hear someone saying or say yourselves: “I have become completely free from fear” or “I have forgiven everybody” or “I do not blame anyone any longer”, it means that the energies of fear, offence or guilt are still alive inside you.
This is the way they let you know about them: you think about them, talk about them supposing you have finally tamed them.
While, if they are really gone from your energy space and your subconscience, you will simply not remember them.
You will have nothing to remember because there will be no such things either in your conscience, subconscience or, consequently, in your life.
But so as to achieve such a state, it is necessary to recognize existence of negative programmes and see the situations that facilitate their showing up outwards.
So, even fleeting feelings of offence, fear, guilt that you manage to notice at once and dissolve with high vibration Divine energies are the indication of that deep in your subconscience they still exist.
It is essential to realize what caused them and work at the situation or relationships with the person that created such a situation.
This way, step by step you will be moving to the state of your Soul when not a single negative emotion will be able to arise in your life and you will be enveloped in the Energy of Unconditional Love that knows no judgement or separation and that will open the door to the Fifth dimension to you.
Perhaps, you have noticed that the more one talks about one’s drawbacks or those of other people, the lower one’s vibrations.
An enlightened person keeps silent most of the time generating Love and Light that are much more eloquent than any words.
Just by their presence they heal others’ Souls filling the space around with the energies of the highest vibrations.
And they speak only when feel that one needs their help and support and always find the words and expressions that just this particular person needs.
Learn, my dear, to feel your energy and spiritual potential not flattering yourselves, yet, not reducing your accomplishments either.
To be objective to oneself does not mean to be a demanding or strict judge.
It simply helps you see the things that you still need to work through not deceiving yourselves and not indulging in wishful thinking.
Love yourselves the way you are but meanwhile remember that there is no limit to spiritual perfection.

So now, with Earth and the revived part of humanity having got securely fixed in the energy space of the fourth dimension, duality is starting to dissolve swiftly giving way to a new world order where all people will be equal.

As a matter of fact, my dear, everything done in bounden duty even if inspired by the very best intentions does not convey high vibrations, and the reason is as follows.
Such work is done not from the deep of one’s heart but under constrain.
And though this constrain originates in you yourselves, it does not change the whole thing.
The only difference is that the negative energy of constrain comes from within your energy space, not from without it.
Remember your state when some of your relatives or boss at work make you do things you do not like.
Of course, you do them but without joy, happiness or content.
While if an exciting and favourite occupation awaits you, you are overwhelmed by quite different emotions – those of happiness, joy, creativity and inspiration.
So, any planned, compulsory meditation that is not welcomed at this moment though reflects your inner state in terms of energy and its value and, consequently, result get considerably depleted.
That is why I ask you, my dear, do not make a chore out of your practices and meditations.
You had better skip several days and then when you feel the call of the Soul and realize that there is a barest necessity to do a meditation on some specific situation that a lot of things depend on, you will do it with quite a different mood now.
Remember: everything you are offered on this site is just a vector for your spiritual development, while practices and meditations are only “sketches”, a core of good sense for your individual work that always features your personal touch.
That is why I repeat so often to you: “Be creative, my dear!”
And if you learn to transform my “sketches” into bright colourful pictures that reflect your inner world and your individual traits, they will become much more valuable.
In this case you will not be following “step-by-step instructions” – depersonalized to some extent since they provide general recommendations but will find your own “zest” in the given practice or meditation turning it into an exciting game – mystery, magic that will fill your spiritual work with joy and inspiration.
So that you do not get bored, every time you can change the inner contents of this or that meditation’s “carcase” and compare your feelings and spiritual condition with the previous one.
The main thing is for your goals and intentions to remain unchanged – the way they were initially set for the meditation, and let all the rest be up to your imagination.

Today I would like to come back to the current situation on Earth and consider it from the perspective of the recent political events.
As you see, the actions of authorities in respect of people start getting back on them as a “boomerang”.
Disorders are spreading over an increasing number of countries and this time it will be impossible to stem them as before.
This time such vital needs of people as electricity supply, heating and foodstuffs are involved.
This is what every family household is based on and depriving people of their usual life style and basic conveniences governments risk inciting true national rebels.
Which is already the case in some countries.
And then events will only gain in scope.
This is the moment that is the turning point in the history of Earth.
The things now in progress at the physical level reflect the confusion, chaos and mess at the subtle level of Earth in a precise way.
We have already talked about that the representatives of the Dark Forces embodied as humans having found themselves with no clear and well-coordinated management of their disembodied patrons, are losing support more and more and their actions are becoming absurd and uncontrolled.
And now it is apparent even to the average man.
Never before have authorities on your planet lost touch with reality to such an extent that to pass laws designed at ruining their own countries’ economies and impoverishment of their nations.
As a matter of fact, they do not fully realize themselves yet what is going on and why they are leading their countries’ way to an economy “abyss” with suicidal persistence.

It resembles a car that was going at a high speed, with its brakes suddenly going out of order, so by inertia it keeps on moving forward until it comes across an insurmountable obstacle on the way.
And such an obstacle should become for them unanimous reject of the criminal and pernicious policy of their governments by the nations.
As for the military conflict in Ukraine is concerned, the attitude of the world top’s representatives to it is one more evidence of the fact that people’s lives are of no value for them and that Ukraine itself is small change in the accomplishment of their plans on Earth’s population cut down.
Well, my dear, how can you stop this mad “machine” of government that has become deprived of control?
Those who have no opportunities or abilities to show themselves at the physical level can work in terms of energy.
For this purpose as often as possible imagine the marionette world government as big and funny puppets.
Watch them hanging in a weak-willed way on their now useless uncontrollable “strings” having got deprived of their puppeteers, drained of all energy and miserable in this third dimension world that has had its days.
In terms of energy they are “dead” and, consequently, cannot do humanity any harm.
Invoke the Flame of Universe Love for help so as to completely dissolve the remains of the negative energy that they used to generate shortly before.
And then try to see happy and cheerful faces of people who are celebrating their deliverance and ready to arrange a new society of Unity, Equality and Brotherhood.

You should be perfectly aware that before you start working at, for example, collective human conscience or the planet in general, you should become the “etalon” of energy purity yourselves.
Otherwise, you will introduce dissonance into their condition that is unstable anyway.
Of course, energy “etalon”, that is, permanent level of high vibrations, is hard to reach for you so far but in this case I mean your emotional state before you start serious work on the global scale.
What should you undertake to do it correctly bringing no harm either to yourselves or others?
Before all, you should balance all your chakras which will be the first step to bring all your subtle bodies to harmony and sooth your Mind.
Then do grounding.
Imagine and try to feel a connecting line that runs from the centre of the Universe to the centre of Earth through all your chakras starting with the seventh one and filling each of them with the Divine energy of Unconditional Love.
You can feel through which chakra the energy goes easily and freely and at which one it suddenly slows down as if trying to purify it on the way.
Pay attention to it by all means since this is an indication that you should work at this chakra – the emotions it is responsible for.
Such kind of pre-meditative work will take you a few minutes but will allow you not only to harmonize your emotional state but also to feel by far the strongest connection with the Universe – feel you being its integral part.
So as to consolidate the result, every time ask Archangel Michael and your Spiritual patrons to guard your energy space from any alien intrusions during all the work of yours on purification of Earth and collective human conscience.
Next, having invoked this or that energy, make a clear intention.
Try to switch off your Mind completely turning into a conductor of pure Divine energy.

I know, my dear, sometimes it seems to you that you do not deserve Transition since your former life is rich in “sins”.
But let us have a look at what a “sin” is from the point of view of the Laws of the Universe, not from commonly accepted religious terms or notions.
Of course, in this case ill-intentioned actions or deliberately committed crimes are not said about.
Pure and light souls often treat themselves in a too demanding and punctilious way and feel conscience-stricken because of each minor misdeed of theirs.
But it should always be kept in mind, my dear, that you come to Earth not to live a “sterile” – correct – life but to gain some specific experience that will replenish your Soul’s treasury.
And quite often the things that seem unworthy of a spiritual person are exactly the most valuable and crucial lesson you learn.
They will become even more valuable if having made a mistake you will be able to realize it and do everything possible for its correction.
Do you remember the expression: “He who makes no mistakes, makes nothing”?
And it actually conveys a profound message.
For example, there is a category of people who are so afraid of everything new and unknown that they prefer to live a dull insipid and safe life with no strong emotions or vivid impressions never putting themselves at risk in anything.
And in this case by the word “risk” I mean the fear of a strong attachment, disappointments, one’s own pain and sorrow and, generally speaking, the fear of life as it is rather than external threats or risks of different kinds.
While there are some people who, on the contrary, jump into the deep end undertaking risky endeavours, new relationships and gaining emotional experience.
They are in advance ready to suffer but meanwhile live a fulfilling and exciting life.
And, of course, such a life is full of plenty of tests and hidden challenges that sometime urge one to do thoughtless things that they later feel ashamed of.
Well, how should you treat such life experience – negative, sad and sometimes tragic too?
With no self-judgement or guilt, first of all.
Remorse as it is does not bring complete liberation or purification of the Soul from filth.
And the reason is, before all, what it conveys is exactly self-judgement and the deepest feeling of guilt.
If you committed your “crime” unintentionally, with no aggression or anger to others but rather out of ignorance or inexperience, treat yourselves as a child that getting to know this world gets bruises unwittingly.
And even if they are not only your “bruises” but of the people who you unwittingly offended, apologize to their Souls for the pain you caused and also forgive yourselves as you knew not what you did.
Never nurse offences of the past neither against yourselves nor others because they make your life unbearable being by far the most powerful energy poison that influences your psyche and physical body.
They settle down well in your subconscience gradually getting beaten hard and turning into solid energy blocks that can be so hard to dissolve later.
Be like children and take life as a game.
Travel the life road easily and try to take everyone you come across as a new trial for yourselves and a checkout whether you take everyone as they are not going to comparison, censure or aggression.
Get rid of the mistakes of the past not plunging into despair or self-reproach but correct them on the go.

Most often it is the energies of disappointment, impatience and lack of self-confidence.
Thus, a lot of you are disappointed with the world events that concern Transition developing too slowly.
This arouses impatience.
And since every day you do practices and meditations designed to speed up the process of Transition, it seems to you that you are not strong enough in terms of energy as you fail to achieve quick and tangible results.
Therefore, your emotions do not directly influence the people around but just decrease your own energy potential.
But they do influence collective human conscience anyway because “muffle” the general positive mood of the promptest transition to a new high vibration space.
Since so far just a small segment of Earth’s population knows about Transition and the unique opportunity you are offered in connection with it, each person like this is worth their weight in gold.
It is them who can tip the scales in favour of Light as their positive energy profile exceeds hundredfold the energy of an average person of the third dimension world.
And every time you make a step backwards and give way to the negative emotions of doubt, uncertainty, disappointment, the scale of human collective conscience gets upset and Transition slows down.

While the one spending hours on meditations will not reach such an impressive result since the energy they generate gets too dissipated having failed to become concentrated at the right moment at the right place.
So the best thing you can do to make Transition closer is to be constantly in a ready mode, that is, to try to keep your vibrations high irrespective of the situation or your location.
In this case one becomes similar to a candle whose flame does not blaze up or die out depending on the wind blowing but constantly burns in an even way illuminating with one’s inextinguishable light all the space around and the people who find themselves there.

Unintentionally it happens when you get somewhere nice being at the harmonious condition of “here and now”.
Then you simply fall out of the present-day reality gradually moving to the space of higher vibrations.
You start seeing everything in refracted way and it seems to you that the space around you is changing, with colours getting brighter and more saturated.
Sometimes you find yourselves in the Fifth dimension between dream and reality – at the moment when your subtle bodies “undock” the physical body going on a night tour around subtle worlds.
It occurs when you are tranquil and peaceful, that is, when your Mind calms down giving way to the Soul.
Some most sensitive people can fall out of the third dimension world sporadically when they do not expect it at the moment of spontaneous alteration of conscience.
And then they start seeing the space and people around in an unusual surrealistic manner.
It is accounted for by the fact that for some seconds they fall out of the third dimension world matrix and see everything from without – from a higher dimension.
Sometimes it can be not a sight to see since when dense and subtle worlds come into contact there also become visible astral beings living in the subtle bodies of people.
