Have you ever noticed that when things get really intense energetically you find the need to slow down and just concentrate on the basics? Intensity forces you into using your core skills, honing your focus, and practicing better self care. It moves you into awareness of your truest values and intentions. It strips things away so you can get back to your base of truth and preference, and from there you can recenter and align with your energetic priorities in a way that is viable.
