Greetings, my dear beloved children!

Today as a round-up for our talk about the Universe Energy of Plasm I would like to offer you a simple practice that will enable you to interact with this energy on a regular basis.

It will help you feel it better so that your conscience and body get used to it more and more making closer the moment when it will become a permanent companion of your life.

We will call this practice “Plasmic body”.

It does not require a deep meditative state but, as usual, invoke all your Heavenly assistants for help.

And the practice is as follows.

In the morning as soon as you wake up, invoke the Universe Energy of Plasm and ask it to accompany you all day long filling your conscience and subtle bodies.

Feel its presence and fix these sensations in your memory – mental and bodily.

It is quite possible that your sensations at the physical level will be rather strong since this energy easily penetrates the human etheric body.

It can seem to you that you are in an energy spacesuit that like another skin reproduces all the contours of your body.

And this “spaceship” is live since you feel its presence as light pricking, vibrating, pulsing…

Besides, these sensations can vary in different parts of your body – they can be more or less tangible depending on the place…

It is connected with the fact that the Universe Energy of Plasm is scanning the human body all the time so as having found vulnerable places to bring them to a balance dissolving negative energies and alien programmes.

But do not try to analyze what is going on.

Switch off your Mind and let this intelligent energy work independently.

Confide in it completely.

As far as your feelings of this energy at the upper chakras are concerned, they will also show in a different way depending on a person.

Some people will have their third eye activated all of a sudden, while some others – the seventh chakra or the pineal gland.

Anyway, the changes in them will occur at the speed and intensity that are required just for you.

In other words, this energy will find the best “compromise” between its own and your present vibrations so as to avoid energy overdose.

Your task is to get used to the presence of the Universe Energy of Plasm in your energy space and, by and large, in your life.

It will become not only your protection from the alien environment that many of you feel acute now but an additional tool for new habitat making that includes creation of a new reality by power of thought, as well as gradual transformation of your body into the light crystalline one.

The ability to keep oneself in the stream of the Universe Energy of Plasm will become headway in your spiritual development and at the same time reliable protection from the third dimension world that has become alien to you now.

This energy will be the very link for you to bridge the third dimension world and the world of the Fifth dimension.

Being in its flow, you will not be able to vibrate lower than the fourth dimension and, consequently, your thoughts, emotions and actions will go far beyond the limits of the third dimension world.
