Let the connection go with as much love, grace, and understanding as possible, for many will surprise you with their growth and be ready to rejoin you further along their journey.
It is very common for people to join paths for a period of growth and experience, and then need to split apart in order to find their own strength, empowerment, or any other expansion that can only be done on their own. Once that is accomplished, often souls will come back together and pick up where they left off. Your unconditional love and inclusion leaves the door open if/when that growth occurs.
We urge you during these times of energetic intensity to avoid absolutes and allow the unfoldment. You will find many surprises along the way. Those you thought would be next to you through the whole journey may suddenly branch out on their own. Others who you may think would never be ready to level up may suddenly experience such a leap of growth they are right back on the path next to you. During times of energetic acceleration people may find themselves branching off on different paths or moving at different speeds than those they had been sharing their journey with. We urge you not to take this personally!
Think of it this way. Imagine you are on a race track. You are in a ferrari. A dear one of yours wishes to walk. You are both on the same track, just moving at different speeds based on what your soul needs and what you are ready to experience.
Although you are moving around the track at a very different speed and method, you will still loop around to check in with each other. You might roll down the window and ask if they are ready to ride and if they aren’t you can continue on your merry way. You might be surprised that there are many souls on the planet you know very well and like to check in with periodically.
You aren’t necessarily better than the walker if you are in the ferrari. It just means you are ready for accelerated growth and the person on foot is embracing the benefits of a slower flow. Both phases serve the participants beautifully. In fact, the walker might be giving you a chance to catch up! Or you might swap places and find yourself on foot one day as the other person jumps in their own car for some laps around the track.
What we want you to understand is if the person rejects getting in the car with you or walking next to you, it doesn’t mean they are rejecting you. They are simply not ready for the pace of the path you are currently on. It is not personal, it is energetic. We spoke yesterday of the power of the phrase thank you. We would like to expand upon the theme of gratitude today. There are so many ways the practice of gratitude serves you!
Gratitude is what makes your vacations so restorative. Gratitude is grease to your flow. Find things to be thankful for and you will not only make progress, you will discover even more of what you prefer because gratitude is also the steering wheel of your flow.
You cannot be resistant and grateful at the same time. The next time you are feeling particularly resistant, identify something you are thankful for and feel how the resistance dissipates in your body. From there progress and healing can occur.
Practicing gratitude is finding your own flow. It is the acknowledgement of how much is working for you in your life. It doesn’t mean you ignore anything that comes up for your care, attention, and healing. Rather, you can be grateful that something came up for release, attend to it, thank it for its service, and then get back into saying thank you for your preferences. In that way, gratitude can be a constant in your life, and it will create much more ease for you, both in your life and your body, than your resistance ever could.

Often the most powerful healing tools are also the most simple, and that is certainly the case for the one we wish to discuss today, and that is using the words ‘thank you’.
Thank you is a powerhouse of a term. It indicates acceptance and coming to the end of a transaction. It is also a word that supports release and staying in the flow. It also provides powerful feedback to the universe.
You are currently in a phase where many things are coming up into your awareness for release. We highly encourage you to thank the universe, your guides, your soul, and your own journey for guiding you to that awareness. Thank yourself for the fact that you have come to the point where this next piece can be released. Acknowledge what you are remembering or feeling, and identify it. Thank it for coming up to the surface for examination. Then lastly thank it for any way it may have served you and wave goodbye to it as it leaves.
If you are experiencing discomfort in your physical body, thank it! Thank the part of you that is working so hard for you. Thank it for indicating that it is in need of your attention. Ask it what it needs from you now. Thank it for never giving up on you even though it has been struggling. If you have loved ones, human or animal, who are struggling physically, thank their bodies for the hard work they are doing.
Thank your body for being in service to you from the moment you took your first breath and for providing a vehicle for your soul to experience the embodiment process. Thank your physical body, your subtle bodies, and your light body for the incredible transformations they are going through. Thank yourself for the service you provide to yourself and the whole as you continue to grow and evolve.
Thank yourself for agreeing to come into the body at this time! Thank your soul for having so much faith in humanity that it wanted to join in the great shift of humanity you are participating in. Thank your many other life selves for the experiences that have led you to this moment in time. Thank all the other wonderful souls who are also on the planet and doing the very best they can from their level of awareness.

When you are on vacation you don’t worry about what is wrong with you or what needs fixing. You step out of resistance to yourself and into presence and preference.
You allow every day to unfold based on what would bring you joy. You are open to try new things and the expansion experience provides. You focus on your satisfaction and rejuvenation. You approach each day with curiosity and positive and open expectation. You are willing to embrace whatever you feel like at any given time, be it a grand adventure or a long luxurious nap.
Do you see? It is during vacation you allow your truest self to come to the forefront to decide what you would like while staying present and open to new discoveries. You move towards what will delight and inspire you and more than any other time, you make your life about you. And that, Dear Ones, is what we want for you each and every day, and it can be accomplished by incorporating the natural skills you use on vacation into your daily life. For those of you who have been distrustful of receiving, it likely was not receiving itself you’ve been leery of but rather anything that could potentially lead to your disempowerment. This is usually due to past life experiences where you received help only to leave you indebted to another in a way you couldn’t escape. So if that is the case for you, you can use your discernment by asking the following questions.
Does receiving empower me? Does it help me expand? Does it assist me in my service? Does it support my freedom and self expression or does it keep me trapped in a situation that doesn’t serve me? What can I do to expand beyond this situation? How can I cast my net wider?
If you don’t know the answer to that, you can simply work with the surrender, faith, flow, trust, model of the Divine Combination to discover what you can’t yet see but already exists as a solution or support for you. When you are using the Divine Combination, you can rest easy that any supports that show up for you are absolutely for your highest good.
Do you see? You can be completely open to receive because you now have the wisdom and discernment to choose what serves you and leave the rest behind. There is a vast difference between empowered receiving and being rescued. We realize many of you like to see yourselves as independent, but we caution you to not allow your desire for independence to hold you separate from the whole and the supports that are available to you.
Empowered receiving means you embrace your sovereignty and inherent worthiness and willingly work with the flow of the divine. It is beyond the old fears of owing someone or being beholden to another for what you receive. Nor is it about being weak or incapable. It is, with your wisdom, deciding to work with the system that has always been in place for you. It is never about being a victim, but rather about using your wisdom to allow yourself to be supported by a Source that only serves your growth, wellness, and expansion.
Being willing to receive allows others the joy of service and the opportunity to be the love and an instrument of a universe that adores you. It is about being a willing dance partner with the greater whole, and knowing with your deep faith and trust that it is safe and appropriate to do so. It is understanding that you are all stronger when you work together, and releasing the old idea that it is somehow noble to struggle and go it alone. It is finally deciding to move out of resistance and to use your energy far more efficiently for the greatest good of all, including you.

Many enlightening human beings have trouble receiving because they are more comfortable with serving others. Others struggle to receive because they feel they are not worthy or haven’t done enough. Some are still carrying the idea that martyred service without receiving for themselves is noble. Others may have had abusive backgrounds where their needs were not met and it doesn’t feel safe or natural to receive.
We realize we can tell you over and again that it is an abundant universe and that abundance is your birthright, but if you have trouble in allowing yourself to receive that won’t make much of a difference. If you struggle with having enough, it is your belief systems and energetic habits that we outlined above that are likely holding you separate from all that exists for you.
So we would like to present a new idea to you that might make it easier for you to finally give yourself permission to receive. You likely believe that it is a fair and just universe. So would you open yourself to the idea of receiving energetic restitution for the many times, in this lifetime and others, where you gave and gave with nothing in return? Where you were treated unfairly or taken advantage of? Where you were unseen or unrecognized for your considerable efforts and your innate goodness?
You all have long, storied histories of giving. You have given from your heart and through your service time and again throughout the ages. If you can’t allow yourself to receive for no reason, can you allow yourself to receive if it is fair and just compensation for all you have done and all you continue to do?
As you make the profound shift from martyred service to joyful, supported service it will come with a much fairer flow of abundance because you will finally be willing to receive. Open your hearts and your lives to the full support that is due to you, Dear Ones, and join the flow of abundance that has always existed for you but you simply didn’t feel it safe or appropriate to receive.
