Dear Ones, when things come up for you whether they be old hurtful memories or uncomfortable energies, they are coming up to leave because they are not who you are. Not only are they not who you are, they are not an energetic match to who you are, either. Identify them. Thank them for showing themselves to you on their way out and let them go, enjoying the fact that you will feel so much lighter without them. All of this is proof positive that you are well in the process of coming home to who you truly are.
