We are very interested in seeing what humanity will do when you have freed yourselves from the limiting beliefs that we can feel weighing humankind down in these times you are living in right now. We know that life is not easy there on Earth, and we don’t wish to make it seem as though we feel that it would be very simple for you to just let go of those limiting beliefs we are referring to right now. But the truth is that we do feel so many humans are anchored at this time to the belief that they are more oppressed than they are empowered. So many on your planet feel more victimized than they do empowered by the truth that they are Source Energy Beings.
And we invite those of you who are truly awake, who absolutely know that you are Source Energy Beings, to lead humanity into this new golden age, an age where everyone will know who they really are, and everyone will also know who all of their fellow humans are. That will be the time when we can see what you are truly capable of creating, being, and doing there on Earth, and that’s exciting to us.
But in the meantime, we will encourage those of you who understand who you really are to demonstrate what is possible to your fellow humans by sitting in your power, activating your Divinity, and living a life of freedom, a life of joy, a life of unconditional love. Many on your world at this time believe that knowledge is power. So many have put their faith in a story, a narrative that has been cooked up by one or more other humans, and we want to tell you that even if all the stories presented right now on the Internet were true, your power would still lie in your ability to love unconditionally all the villains, all the people wearing the black hats, all of the enemies of the people.
They are your assignments. You are there to love them back into alignment, and no, they will not all choose to come back into the light, and that’s okay too. That is their free will, but we are always going to recommend that you use your free will to demonstrate to yourselves and others how powerful you are, and to tell the world that your power comes from your heart and not your mind.
Your power comes from your ability to vibrate on purpose, not your ability to march or protest. You have the ability to bring about the massive changes that you see promised by the same individuals who will continue to point fingers at the causes of the problem without offering the only solution. Those massive changes will come because the awakened collective will choose love time and time again. That is your assignment, and we know that you are up to it, because when we see you, we only see who you really are.

We are in the process of exploring all of the various timelines that are in front of you now there on Earth in 2021, and we are very impressed by the timelines that you are currently creating and that you have been creating so far in this calendar year of yours. You are looking for opportunities to go deeper in your connections, and that is of paramount importance to the unification of the human collective.
Now, as you start coming together in more powerful ways because of the connections that you feel to one another, you are going to see powerful co-creative councils forming there on Earth. We are talking about councils and collectives made up of human beings, and these groups will not just be affiliated with one government, or even one political party. These groups are not going to form based on race, religion, or economic status. The groups that you will be forming there in 2021 will be about your desire to raise the level of consciousness there on Earth and your desire to reach out to the e.t.s that are present and available to you right now.
The desire for more unity has been birthed by the divisiveness that you have all experienced in one way or another there on your world, and the coming together will occur because of the energies we have told you about that are already beginning to come in as you begin the month of March and get closer and closer to the March equinox. You all are beginning to experience less and less of the distortions that have plagued humanity for far too long. Your energy fields are already beginning to operate as the beautiful filters that they were always meant to be.
And so many humans are already experiencing a clarity that they have not known within themselves for quite some time, or ever in this or any other lifetime. You now have granted yourselves the power to feel clearly what is going on inside of yourselves and outside of yourselves, and more and more of you can see the futility in being divided and in arguing over who is wearing a white hat and who is wearing a black hat. You have the ability to take back your power to have more faith in yourselves and in your ability to come together, and now is the time.
Now is the time to put down your torches and your pitchforks and to come together as one human race, united with the knowing that you all have these deep connections that go back many lifetimes, and in most cases they go back even further than the first lifetimes that you experienced there on planet Earth. You are one unified collective, but most people just don’t know it yet, and we see that beginning with the tremendous download of energies that is coming in for the month of March, that is all about to change.

How to Tune Yourselves to Higher Frequencies – The 9D Arcturian Council, Channeled by Daniel Scranton, February 26
“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We are sending you transmissions in every moment of every day. They are energetic transmissions, and so is this. This is an energetic transmission that this channel has been able to pick up and run through his physical body, and now here he is making sense of what we are sending and what he is receiving. You can do this as well. At any time, you can pick up on our transmission.
There are many, many other beings and collectives who want very much for you to pick up on their transmissions. You all have to decide which of us you want to tune yourselves to. And of course, some are not choosing to tune in at all. When someone is not choosing to tune themselves to a higher frequency, they are unknowingly tuning themselves to a medium or low frequency, and they are then getting what they are getting as a result. Most people are walking around, receiving all sorts of information, and because that information is a vibrational match to how they’ve been feeling, it seems real to them. It resonates.
If you’re angry, and there’s a talk radio show host who spends a couple of hours a night screaming into a microphone about how this group or that group is harming America, or whatever country that person is living in, and the angry person who is listening to this show feels as if the host is speaking for them, then the entire broadcast is going to resonate. It’s going to hit home. This is why you needn’t go looking outside of yourselves for information.
Whatever you are vibrating will bring you information, thoughts, experiences, people, and so on, to reflect to you that vibration. This is how the universe works. This is why it’s more important for you to simply sit, go within, breathe, and raise your vibration than it is for you to gather pieces of information that will then inform you about what you should be doing. Instead, we recommend just sitting, opening yourselves up, raising that vibration within you, and then waiting for the inspired thought to come.
We suggest that you tune yourselves to the higher frequency beings and collectives so that you can receive directly what it is that is most appropriate for you to receive. Perhaps it is just a message that says, ‘slow down, or ‘relax,’ or ‘pay attention.’ There are so many small messages that carry so much weight, but you have to tune yourselves to these higher frequencies first, or you’re just going to get the angry talk show host who riles you up.
We are not saying that you have no reasons to be angry. You do, but it is more important for you to process and feel that anger than it is for you to go looking for more reasons to feel it. We want you to feel the love that you are. We want you to feel joy, and then we want you to create more reasons to feel love and joy. Again, that is how this universe works.

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We are very satisfied with the movement that you all continue to make towards being in a more unified human collective, and we want you all to know that becoming so divided and polarized was always part of the journey for humankind. You have to first feel how bad you do feel when you ostracize someone from your life or from your spiritual community because their beliefs are different than yours about something, anything.
It doesn’t matter what the topic is there on Earth; they were all designed by you to be polarizing topics, because first you have to move apart as far as you can, before you can feel how good you do feel when you come back together with those that you have previously ostracized, or even condemned because of their beliefs, because of what political party they are affiliated with, or because they don’t believe that there is enough evidence to support a conspiracy theory that you have given yourself over to completely.
Everyone there needs to relax when it comes to their beliefs. If you do believe that someone is out to get you, or out to get a certain segment of society, then you must realize that you are never going to defeat those who are in the wrong by separating yourselves from half the population. Now, we do understand that the bigger problem for all of you is not being able to agree on who the bad ones really are, and not even being able to agree on who the good ones really are in positions of power and authority there on Earth.
But we see you moving beyond all of that now, because those of you who are awake are sensitive. You feel things more acutely and intensely than the average person, and you don’t like the feeling in the pit of your stomach that you get when you condemn someone else because of their beliefs. That is why so many of you have decided that it’s more important to find the common ground and come together based on the truth that most people on your planet do want what is best for everyone, and you are just having a different perspective on how you get to that more perfect society that you all want to live in someday.
It is important to respect one another and to accept one another, especially when the actual goal there is to love one another and experience unity consciousness. And whether you know it or not, that is the goal, and that is what you are moving towards, so you might as well embrace everyone that you disagree with, no matter what the issue, because you cannot exclude them from your collective consciousness. You can, however, rise above the pettiness that you have seen there on your world in recent years and even decades.
You as the awakened collective are the ones to rise above, to move beyond drawing a line in the sand, and we will continue to hammer home the point that you are ascending together, so you had better get used to those people whose beliefs are so different than yours, because you will not be boarding ships and leaving them all behind. You will love them until they meet you on that plane of existence that is the spirit of rising above all of your differences there on Earth.

We have awakened so many of you to the portals of energy that you have around you and that we continuously add to your dimension in order to improve our energy delivery system. We also want you to recognize that these portals pale in comparison to the ones that you are going to be opening inside of yourselves and all around you when you choose to tap in to those abilities. You have access to so much love, joy, abundance, creativity, downloads of information, activations, upgrades, and attunements, and we don’t want you to believe that you have to wait for us, or any other beings or collectives throughout the universe, in order to receive.
We would much rather see you believing in yourselves than see you giving all of your power away to those like us, even though there are so many beings and collectives in this universe who really do want to help humanity. Ultimately, what we strive to do is to create masters there on Earth. We want you all to experience your own mastery, and we want you all to be able to tap in to whatever energies you desire all the time, because of your awareness of your abilities.
Just sit, quietly, with your eyes closed, and intend to open a portal that will deliver to you whatever energies you desire, whatever upgrades, whatever activations, whatever vibration you want to be holding. You have this power all the time, and we just want you to acknowledge that. In the meantime, of course, Mother Earth, your sun, and all of us who are your cheerleaders throughout the universe are going to help, but we all just want to help you get used to receiving. We want you all to feel more in the flow, and we certainly want you to feel that you deserve to receive whatever this life has helped you to determine you desire.
One of the best experiences you can have there on Earth right now is to summon energy, and then have that energy move through your physical body, have it surround you and fill your energy field. You can do it right now. You don’t have to wait for us or any other beings or collectives and our promises of what we can and will deliver to you. You don’t have to wait for an equinox, a solstice, or any other gateway that you have in your calendar year. You can open portals with your will, and you can receive whenever you are in a relaxed state, whenever you are open and possibly even joyful.

We have been readying you for the avalanche of energies that are now imminent for all of you.
There has been enough receptivity to what we all have been offering to consider humanity in your intermediate phase in terms of what you are capable of handling now. It is always important to recognize that the slow and steady pace is what serves you most, and it also allows you to savor each step that you take in the positive direction you are all moving.
Now, these downloads will go directly into your energy fields, and they will allow you to filter more of what you don’t want. They will help to keep you free from interference from others who use whatever techniques they have at their disposal to lower your vibration and to infiltrate your energy fields with what does not serve you any longer. We are so very happy with the progress that we feel you making there on Earth as a collective of beings. You have taken yourselves so very far since the times of Lemuria, Atlantis, and Egypt, and you have done so with very little interference and very little intervention on the part of extra-terrestrials. In fact, you have done so very well for yourselves there on Earth in spite of the way that physical e.t.s can somehow and some way get involved in your spiritual evolution.
This time that you are living in now is the time for you to step up and show your readiness to be a part of the galactic community, of which you are a part. It is not time for e.t.s to just land their ships and disrupt your natural evolution, as they did during the times of Lemuria, Atlantis, the Egyptian Empire, and other times throughout your history.
You would have done fine just on your own, because even without physical e.t.s coming and landing their ships, you still have that extra-terrestrial DNA inside of you. Some of you have a lot more of it than others, but everyone there on Earth has some, and that e.t. DNA gets activated by all sorts of occurrences that have nothing to do with you actually being visited for face-to-face contact. Even UFO sightings are not entirely necessary to give you the activations of your e.t. DNA, but living your lives and having all of the experiences that you have, these are the best ways for you to access what is buried deep down inside of each and every one of you.
You’ve all been higher-dimensional beings, and you can all become so much more than you could at any other time in human history, and that is because every part of you is evolving to keep up with the energies that you have upon you, energies that have more to do with your sun and the photon belt than they do beings and collectives like ourselves and what we are capable of sending you.
It was always a part of the plan for you all to evolve on your own, because the Earth experiment is part of a much bigger story, a story that was initiated by Source. And you are the aspects of Source that are best equipped to bring humankind into that higher level of consciousness that we, and others, refer to as the fifth dimension. We want you to feel proud of what you have accomplished and what you will accomplish. And we want you to know once again that you have everything you need inside of you, and you always have.

We are still in the process of exploring every aspect of our beautiful galaxy, which you all refer to as ‘The Milky Way.’ We are very similar to your space explorers, who are looking for different truths that they might discover, different scientific facts, and the unknown. The physical realm is very similar to the non-physical realm, and there are parallels that you could draw between each.
Even as non-physical consciousness, even as ninth-dimensional beings, we are still explorers. We still know that we don’t know everything that there is to know. We also understand that the galaxy and the universe are always expanding, always becoming more, and that is exciting to us because it is the feeling of expanding that brings us so much joy.
You are all in the process of exploring different truths, different realities, and different aspects of yourselves, and we are here to remind you that condemning and/or judging anything that you come across is only going to perpetuate whatever it is that you are focusing upon in that moment. You want to explore your world, yourselves, this galaxy, and the universe with your hearts open wide and your light shining brightly for whatever you find. And why is that, you might wonder? Well, it is because only with love will you ever expand. Only with love will you ever truly become more of who you are.
And it is also true that only with love will you ascend. We keep telling you this, but it bears repeating; nothing outside of you is going to make you ascend. No one can just flip a switch and illuminate the fifth dimension for you. The fifth dimension is something you find within yourselves, and you find it by accessing more of the love that you truly are. Spread that love around, and now you have a fifth-dimensional realm in which to roam and explore.
And as much as you have yet to discover there in the fourth-dimensional realm, imagine how much you will have to explore and illuminate in the fifth dimension. There will always be more, and you will never get bored once you ascend. And if you are bored now, then take our suggestion and get out of your head, get into your heart, and see how much love is present there. When you do, you will transform yourselves and everything and everyone outside of you.

You have already begun taking back your power there on Earth with these enormous changes to the way that you share information. You no longer depending on newspapers, news from major networks on television, magazines, and encyclopedias for the majority of the information that you receive about the world you are currently living in.
It is much more empowering for individuals to be able to share their stories and their perspectives than it is to just rely on one or two trusted news anchors. You have also taken back your power in the way that you have access to an ability to start your own business. This is something that was much more challenging thirty years ago on your world. But now look how quickly you can create an income for yourselves and how you can do it all by yourselves.
Now that you are gaining access to more of your power, it is also time to be accessing more of your creativity, more of what you always have access to within you. You have a power that goes far beyond your ability to create a website or a stream of income. You have the power to create change within society, within yourselves, within every life that you touch with your sincerity and with the way that you authentically share your energy, your vibration. It’s time to go beyond power that can be manifested in the physical realm, and it’s time for you all to access the real power that exists within you to create a brand new world, a brand new life, and a brand new you.
We encourage you to stop waiting for more systems to give you opportunities to know yourselves as more powerful beings, and it is our desire to see more of you accessing the vibration, the feeling of power within you, so that you can truly know who you are and what you are capable of, even as an individual. And you are even more powerful when you come together for a cause, like world peace or equality for those who have been historically disenfranchised.

We have been very interested in perceiving the evolution of the human consciousness for quite a bit of your linear time, and we have often been very impressed by the way that you all can face such tremendous challenges in your lives and keep going. It is your love for each other that often keeps you going. It is not the belief in some sort of reward in the afterlife. It is not a feeling of responsibility or obligation to others that keeps you there, facing those challenges. It is the love that you feel for those around you that helps you to persevere through the toughest of times.
You are there to do more than just survive in this lifetime, and you are making it so much easier on yourselves by letting go of the old ways of life on planet Earth. We see so many of you wanting to be of service to your fellow humans because of that love you have for those around you and for humanity in general. Life can be very challenging for those of you who are awake, because you are by design not as interested in accumulating stuff, money, and power. You’re more interested in seeing humanity come together and evolve so that you may ascend as a collective.
And when you see people doing things, and you hear people saying things that chip away at your hope that this is ever going to happen, you stay on mission because of that love within you. Love is the important tool that you have in your toolbox. You can never waste love. You can spend your whole life loving someone who didn’t have the capacity to love you back, and none of your love would be wasted because you would be in that state of being that best reflects who you are as a Source Energy Being.
You cannot control what others are able to allow to flow through them, but you can continue to be the examples to the rest of humanity of how it is done. And that’s why it’s so important for you to have your hearts open. That’s why it’s so important for you to be the love that you want to be surrounded by in your lives. Because if you don’t stick around to see this ascension through to its conclusion, the rest of humanity will not have that anchor, that solid foundation in love that all of you keep providing, in spite of your personal struggles, in spite of your loneliness, in spite of the times when you are in that pit of despair. You keep going. You keep loving, and you keep making this ascension journey the best possible ride that it can be.

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We are giving ourselves everything that we need in order to be the best versions of ourselves for all of you and all of the other beings that we are helping in this universe of ours. We do not hold back when it comes to giving ourselves the love and compassion that we enjoy receiving so much from others. One of the greatest secrets that you are not taught in schools or in religions is that if you want others to treat you a certain way, then you must first treat yourselves the way that you want to be treated.
This is the golden rule, part two that we are talking about. Yes, you want to treat others the way you would love to be treated, but you also have to treat yourself the way you want others to treat you. The universe is a gigantic mirror, and it always reveals to you what’s going on inside of you, rather than what you want the world to think or see. Whatever you want others to think and say about you, please think those thoughts and say those things to yourselves. Tell the universe, and show the universe, what you want to see reflected back to you from your fellow humans.
You have so much more to give others when you first feel whole and complete in yourselves. This is the key reason why most relationships that are romantic in nature do not work out or do not last until death do you part. It is because at least one of the individuals in the relationship is looking to the other to give them something that they’ve never been able to give themselves. And at first, it is easy for the other person to do that, but eventually, they will get caught up in other aspects of life and forget to give their partner what the partner needs and wants. And that is usually when the relationship fizzles out.
But if you make the way you relate to yourself a priority, then there is no end to the amount of love, praise, and adoration you can receive from your fellow humans. This is something we would love to see being taught in your public school systems, but sadly, it is not even spoken about in the curriculum. And most of you have to wait until you are adults to realize what has been missing from your lives for decades. We are here to give you permission to give yourselves everything that you want and need from your fellow humans, and let everyone else off the hook, for now. Just trust that they will start to reflect to you that self-love that you will dedicate yourselves to from this point forward in your lives.

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We have so much respect for those of you who are willing to be yourselves in a world that often seeks conformity. We have noticed that those of you who are starseeds are quite willing to tell others that truth about yourselves in spite of the fact that many people would, and do, mock you for believing that extra-terrestrials are in fact real. When you come out as a starseed, that really puts you in a vulnerable position for so many to ridicule you and even exclude you from your group, or your families. It hasn’t been easy for many of you there on Earth for a very long time, and for some of you it hasn’t been easy for your entire life, because you have felt different.
Once you stumbled on the concept of the starseed, many of you wept, because something finally made sense of how you have always felt, being there on Earth. Now, from our perspective, you don’t have to be living your first lifetime on Earth to be a starseed; you are just awake to the truth that you had to travel through other star systems, and higher-dimensional planes, to get to Earth. And now that you are awake, you know that extra-terrestrials not only exist, but you also know that you are related to all of the e.t.s throughout the galaxy.
Your roots go back a long way and spread a tremendous distance, and that is all very helpful to bring humankind into the galactic community, officially. Many of you have been waiting for that official invitation for quite some time, and you are growing impatient. So many there on Earth are very eager to go home to be a part of their galactic family once again, but you did want to be on Earth, and we invite you to do your best to remember why you wanted to be on Earth at this time of great changes, shifting energies, and ultimately the ascension of the consciousness throughout this universe of ours.
Trust us when we say that you will be able to go home, but please do your best to consider Earth your home for now, because Earth and your fellow Earthlings need you there. They need you to normalize their experiences with e.t.s, which will be coming. You will help them feel ready for those encounters, and you will help them to understand who they really are. And all throughout the galaxy will be able to come together once again and be united, even before the shift in consciousness is complete.

We are in the process of examining your receptivity to the current energies you have there on your world, because we want to see if you are capable of handling more. We always like turning up the volume on humankind when we feel that it is appropriate to do so. And we are not the only ones who feel this way about not overdoing it, not overloading your bodies and your energy fields, because we know the importance of being able to absorb what you’ve received first, before you can get more and have that more that you get be meaningful.
Think about your way of eating. You get hungry, and then you eat, and hopefully you stop when you are full. And even though you really enjoy eating, and would love to consume dessert after dessert, you understand that your body has to digest the food, and you have to work up an appetite. Food always tastes better when you are hungry and when you have exercised, because your cells are asking for the nutrients.
This is how it is with downloads of energy as well; you may think you want it all right now, and you may think you want it all the time. But you have to absorb and acclimate to what you receive before you are ready to handle more, regardless of what the energies are about or where they are from. You have stretched yourselves as the awakened collective quite a bit, and you are capable of handling so much more than you once were capable of handling. But you are still not ready for the full force of energies that you have coming to you, and that is something to get excited about.
Get excited about what you don’t know that is coming to you, and how you will feel when it comes. As you look around your world, you will see most people looking for what they have expected to come that hasn’t, or hasn’t yet, and you will notice that they are very disappointed. You, as the awakened collective, once again have an opportunity to show your fellow humans how it is done. Don’t worry about when something is coming, or even if it is coming. Instead, remember all of the times something unexpected came to you, and it was more than you could have possibly imagined it would be.
Feel that power of anticipation, that power of positive expectation, for all that is coming, and then relax, and go live your lives. Trust that everything you have ever wanted and more is on its way to you, and remember that it is a feeling that these energies will help to facilitate within you, but also, the feeling is already there inside of you. And any energies that we send you, or that any other beings send you, will always be just to remind you of what is already inside of you and to facilitate the process of unlocking what has been dormant inside of you and is just ready in that moment to be awakened.

We have witnessed you evolving over the years, and we have noticed that many of the requests that we receive are requests for the collective, or they are requests for someone other than the person making the request. This, of course, is a sign of spiritual evolution, and it’s not that you have to force yourself to think about others first in order to be spiritual, or in order to grow spiritually.
But you naturally seek to help others with their lives and their journeys once you have figured out how to give yourself everything that you need. You are Source Energy Beings, and therefore, everything you could ever want exists inside of you. That’s the real secret. The secret is not that there is a law of attraction that can bring you everything that you want and more. The secret is that everything you want is inside of you, and when a person realizes that, they are able to activate whatever they want within them, and then they can just go about living without worrying so much, without working so hard, without stepping over someone else who is in need in order to get what they want.
That person is fulfilled because they know who they really are and that what they contain inside of them is everything. So how do you get there, if you are still struggling to get something you want, or to be in the perfect relationship? How do you get to that perfect place of peace and of knowing that it’s all inside of you? Well, you’ve got to make that effort and take those steps to look within yourselves for the possibility that you might already be whole and that you might already have everything that you need. Think about the person who gazes upon a flower and feels bliss for several hours, as opposed to the person who needs to pick that flower, bring it home, put it in a vase, and watch it eventually die. There’s a big difference there.
If you seek all that you have ever wanted by going within, then what eventually happens is, you get everything that you’ve ever wanted, but it doesn’t seem as wonderful as you had always imagined it to be, because it was never about having something, and it was always about being something and feeling something. We want you all to discover that with a little bit of focus and a little bit of attention to what’s going on inside of you, you can be one who feels how you want to feel unconditionally, and you can teach others that secret, and show them that the keys to the kingdom of Heaven have always been inside of them.

You have done so to such an extent that you are vibrating right out of the reality of many of your fellow humans.

But as the gap widens, and you feel your readiness to complete the shift in consciousness, remember that you are there in service to the collective. You are not just there to take your ascension as the chosen few; you are there to raise the consciousness of the entire human collective because as Source Energy Beings you know that in spite of how it might look, there really is no gap between you and anyone else or any group of other humans.

But that is what you are there to do; yes you are there to live your lives and find your tribe. You are there to create the reality that you want to experience, but you are also there to teach, to guide, to lead, and to heal, and that part of you that is so Pleiadian in its origin is being summoned out of you at this time so that you can do what you came to Earth to do.
The Pleiadian energy, and star system, and DNA are all about healing, teaching, guiding, and leading others into a higher-vibrational state of being. We have evaluated several of the instances there on Earth where there has been open, physical contact with extra-terrestrial beings, and one of the conclusions that we’ve come to is that things have not ended well for humanity in the majority of those instances. We are referring to the time that humanity was assisted by the Lyrans, the time when humanity was deceived by beings known as the anunnaki, and we are talking about the instance in Egypt where several different extra-terrestrial races came to both assist humanity and also to take advantage of humanity’s view of extra-terrestrials.
So oftentimes e.t.s have been seen as angels or gods, and they have taken advantage of that belief that the humans held about them. When you have had full, open, physical contact with e.t. beings, more often than not, they have taken advantage of the fact that humanity assumed they were something other than what they were. And now, you live in a time where you are better served at questioning everything that comes to you in terms of information, stories, even firsthand accounts. You live in a time where it is very easy to put information out there that seems true, that sounds true, and even has some truth sprinkled into it, but that ultimately contains more of a desire to deceive than a desire to inform.
Those of you who are seeking that open, full, physical contact with e.t.s must take into consideration what humanity has already experienced. Even though you are going to connect with benevolent e.t. beings who will have your best interests at heart when they do land their ships in an open way, you will still be dealing with the trauma of Lemuria, Atlantis, and the feelings of abandonment you experienced in Egypt, India, Scandinavia, and in countless other times in your history.
And so, this is another factor to take into consideration when you are so certain that you want that full, open contact with physical e.t.s right away. Some of you think that the sooner this happens, the better. However, you are still working through your trauma of e.t.s as a collective. All of you were present during at least one of these instances that turned out to be quite traumatic for those of you who took part in those contact experiences. You are ready for that experience. Now is not the time to think to yourself that, ‘everyone else receiving the message will carry the weight and do the focusing.’

We are enthralled by your journey, by your perseverance, and by your ability to rise up and meet challenges that you face on a daily basis.
You are making history with your ascension. You are making the biggest leap forward that you can possibly make, as you have moved from the third dimension, and now you are making your way to the fifth. This is a time to feel very good about yourselves and how far you have already come, but it is also a time for you to be exploring where you want to go next. One of the reasons why your journey is so fascinating to us is because we don’t know what you will choose for yourselves next. We have some idea because of probabilities and because it is very rare for a being or a collective to make a ninety-degree turn out of the blue.
But we are interested in what you will do next, what you will create next, and how you will become your higher selves, which is a big part of your destiny there on Earth. Many assume that the shift to the fifth dimension is about you taking yourself to a better place, like getting upgraded from a fleabag motel to a five-star resort, but it’s not like that at all. You are changing yourselves, and as you do, the world outside of you seems to change. But really, you are the ones who are changing, and when you are operating at that higher-vibrational perspective, you will see, experience, and be able to do things that you cannot do right now. But your limitations are not because of what country you live in, what laws are governing you there, or how much money you have in the bank.
Your limitations are only created by the vibration you are offering. Change your vibration, and you will change everything that you experience. This journey is about changing you, and it always has been. It has never been about a change of scenery or the elimination of all the bad ones. It has never been about leaving everything that you don’t like behind, as you soar off into a better place, a better reality. You are the shift in consciousness; it begins and ends with you. And it is your destiny to complete it; you cannot mess this up.
You can either enjoy it by going with the flow, or you can go kicking and screaming in resistance, judgment, and condemnation about all that you don’t like about your current situation. Isn’t that more satisfying? That’s why we are studying and observing you, because we know that you are not just on a cruise ship, going from one place to another. Even we have help here in the ninth dimension. There are higher-dimensional collectives that are helping us to expand and evolve. Now, being where you are on the dimensional totem pole, you have so very many beings and collectives that are helping all of you, and you have momentum that was created in previous lifetimes there on Earth that you can rely upon. You also have been very busy, always doing, always efforting, and all of that energy expended is coming back to you at this time.
Given all of that, don’t you think that you can relax and let go? Don’t you think that you can struggle less, do less, and rely more upon all that you have coming back to you by virtue of the fact that you still exist? You don’t even have to do anything to claim your prizes. You don’t even need a downpayment. You can just open up and receive what is coming to you by virtue of the fact that you have momentum. We, collectively, as a universe, have a great deal of momentum. We are never ones to take ourselves seriously. We know that we are just travelers through space and time in this universe of ours, no different from any other travelers who are out there playing their part in the cosmic dance that we are all performing together. We definitely do have perspectives, and we share them with you all the time, but we know enough to not get too attached to those perspectives. And we know enough not to grip tightly to any belief that comes in to our consciousness for a while.
We love to be playful, not serious. If we had the ability to laugh, we would, all the time, but even without physical bodies we can still feel what laughter feels like to all of you. And we enjoy being light about all that is a part of this journey. We invite you to do the same. We know that many of you have very tightly-held beliefs about a lot of things, and when you find out someone believes something that is different from what you believe, that’s when you dig in your heels and start yelling or typing in all caps. And that’s no way to live.
You can let go of tightly-held beliefs in favor of joy, in favor of love, in favor of laughter, and everyone there on Earth could benefit from using the phrase, ‘I don’t know’ more often. When you really think that you know something to be true, and you are offended when someone else doesn’t think the way you do, that really is a recipe for disaster. If you being in a high vibration is dependent upon everyone agreeing with you about anything, then you are setting yourself up for failure and a very unhappy journey.
Part of growing and evolving is letting go, and when you let go, you let love. You let love in; you let love dictate your words, thoughts and actions; you let love be your priority, your policy, and your number one belief. Believing in love is like believing in yourselves, which is so much more important than your stance on any of the hot button topics there on Earth at this time. We invite you to join us in being lighthearted, not taking any of this too seriously, and we encourage you to laugh at yourselves all the time. We guarantee you that you will grow exponentially if you can learn how to do that. If you can let go and let love, then you can let yourself become who you really are, effortlessly, because anything that you are clinging to there on Earth is only holding you back and holding you down.
So please let it go and rise above the differences of opinion, of perspective, and of belief that you have there on your world. It’s not worth it; you don’t have to sacrifice your happiness for being right or winning an argument. And a nice byproduct of doing what we are suggesting here is that you will have full and open contact much sooner if you can stop fighting long enough to put a smile on your faces and realize that you are on a beautiful ride through the galaxy, and that you are becoming your higher selves, regardless of what you believe.

We are very interested in the way that you all are capable of handling the energies that are upon you at this time. We, and others like us, want to see how much you can absorb, how much you can co-create with, and how much you can make available to your fellow humans by grounding the energies into Mother Earth. We are constantly keeping track of your abilities in regards to new and higher-frequency energies, and we are especially interested in what you can do with them.
You are being given opportunity after opportunity to co-create something new, something better there on Earth for yourselves and everyone else, and in order to do that, you have to be able to handle these higher-frequency energies. You have to take care of yourselves so that you can handle them, and that means developing some good habits, some good practices. You want to be grounded, hydrated, and present in the moment. You want to be consciously breathing, meditating, and resting up for the next influx of higher-frequency energies.
You want to see yourselves as the conduits that you really are, and if you had a device that was all about receiving and grounding energy, and that device required a certain amount of maintenance to function properly and optimally, you would provide the device with the necessary maintenance. That is what we are asking you to do with your bodies, minds, and even your emotions. If you are not stopping and processing negative emotions when you need to, they are going to gunk up the system, making it harder for those higher-frequency energies to move to you and through you.
Self-care is so very important at this time, because the energies are not going to let up to accommodate you, and it will get harder to ignore the bad habits you’ve developed. We tell you this because we love you; we tell you this because want to see you having an easier time of it there, not because we want to scold you or shame you into taking better care of yourselves. We are just telling you what we witness when we tune in. We feel those who are taking good care of themselves handling the energies quite well, and we feel those who are not struggling.
Everyone is going to have their moments, their ascension symptoms, and their struggles, but you can minimize them all by taking good care of yourselves in every imaginable way, and that might mean doing less, setting aside certain goals that you have set for yourselves. It might mean that you have to step back from a project, or even a person, that is dragging you down. But know that everything is happening in Divine perfect timing for you and everyone else. There is no sprint to the finish line, but rather a slow saunter, where you get to enjoy every step of this journey that you are on in your ascension.

This journey that we are on together has had many stumbling blocks along the way, and certainly you are in the midst of one of those eras in human history right now. It is a particularly challenging time to be there on Earth, and many individuals are struggling just to get by. Others are struggling with loneliness, and many are struggling with anger as they assume that something is being done to them. We know that those of you who are awake understand that this is one giant co-creation and that it must serve you somehow to be a part of it. Certainly you are not there to simply endure it, but we would encourage everyone to focus on how you are uniquely affected and triggered by the current set of circumstances there on Earth.
We want you to take the growth experience and to accept it for what it is. We also always want you to know that you are not alone on this journey, and we do want you to understand that we are just one group of many who are focusing in on humankind, even more so than usual at this time, because your galactic friends and family members want to help. They want to help, and they are helping in so many ways that you cannot even perceive at this time. But you certainly can perceive more of the help that is coming your way, if you spend less time fighting against the ramifications of living during a pandemic, and you spend more time opening up to the help that is available to you.
You can rise above all of this, and you can also respect your fellow humans, no matter what it is that they believe, and no matter what it is that they choose to do or not do at this time. It is a time for acceptance and for finding the truth of who you are within you, and you will continue to be guided back to yourselves at all times, because that is where all the real growth occurs. But again, you’re not doing it all yourselves. you have help and support from your galactic friends and family members, and there is more help coming every single day. There are more collaborations happening now between humans on Earth and other humans on Earth than ever before, and there certainly are more collaborations happening between your higher selves and beings like us than ever before. This new experience of collaboration shows your readiness to be a part of something bigger than the human Earth collective, even though it’s happening at the level of your higher selves.
You are your higher selves, and more and more of you are stripping away the layers of accumulated negative energies that prevent you from knowing that all the time. And so, there are these moments where you have crystal clarity about who you are and what you are there on Earth to do, and there are these moments where you absolutely are connecting and communicating with beings like us, letting it be know that you are ready and willing to take on a bigger role for humanity.
Therefore, you can relax more in the knowing that the traditional ways in which you have needed to prove yourselves there on Earth are falling by the wayside. The collaborations we are referring to are not about building this, writing that, or starting something else. These are collaborations of spirit. We are talking about coming together with similar intentions and creating with a synergistic force, the likes of which your solar system has never seen before.
We want you to understand that you are a big part of a consciousness evolution whose time has come, and when you feel that you resonate with us, or a group of Pleiadians, or a group of humans, you can rest assured that collaborations are happening, energies are in motion, new realities are being created, and the upward spiraling of the human collective consciousness is continuing.

We know how valuable the practice is of letting go of what is weighing oneself down and allowing the higher-frequency energies to take over and raise one’s vibration. We so appreciate each and every one of you who is willing to take the time out of your busy day to elevate your consciousness and raise your vibration.
Now, there was a time in your history as awakening souls that you would participate in an activity for the joy of it and not make any connection between the joy that you were feeling while doing the thing you love to do and what would follow in your reality. You had no idea that you were putting out a vibration that would bring you more joyous experiences and people. And now, here you are, with your awakened consciousness, knowing that every time you offer a vibration, you are sending out a signal to the universe, and you know that the universe will bring back to you something that represents the vibration you were emanating.
Now, you could take that knowledge and decide that you’re going to do something that brings you joy, because now you know that there will be even more joy to come if you participate in that activity. And that’s fine; you certainly can live your life in that way. But when you are doing something purely for the joy that you experience while doing it, that’s when you are living as a spiritual master. That’s when you are being completely present in the moment, with no expectation about what will come next and no attachment to whether anything does come next in your experience.
Now that being said, you can sit quietly in a dark room and just activate joy within yourselves. But again if you do it because you simply recognize that you can and you like the way that you feel when you are in a state of joy, that is a much better way to go about living your life than if you are doing it because you hope to attract something or someone into your life that will put you in a state of ‘joy cruise control.’
You see, you are always going to be responsible for your own vibration, regardless of who or what is in your life, regardless of how much money you have in the bank or how many toys you have purchased with that money. It will still be up to you to be joyous for no good reason at all. And that’s why we encourage you to raise your vibration and elevate your consciousness; it is not because we know the universe will reward you if you do. And it is not even because we want you to do it so that you will be of service to the human collective by adding that positive energy to the collective consciousness. We want you to raise your vibration and elevate your consciousness because we love you and we want you to feel good.
We want you to demonstrate to yourselves that you are in control of how you feel when you focus on how you feel and you make how you feel a priority. And all the other good things that come from you sitting in that dark, quiet room, raising your vibration will be like the cherry on top of the sundae. You are joy, love, peace, and all of the other good-feeling vibrations rolled into one, and we are here to invite you to return home to your true selves, because it’s the only way to truly live.

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We have been collecting data on humanity for a while now, and we utilize the information that we collect to be of greater service to you. We want you to know that the lack of privacy that you have is in many ways a very good thing. We also know that many of you are very angry about the lack of privacy that you have from other humans, and that lack of privacy is due in large part to your technology. There is a trade-off for having a computer, a phone, and Internet access, but you learn to live with it. You learn how to help yourself have a little bit more privacy than you would if you were completely oblivious to all the ways that you can be spied upon there on Earth.
But when we tell you that we are observing you and collecting data, you know that we are doing it for your greatest and highest good. It is also a good idea for you to strive for a certain amount of transparency. It’s a good idea for you to be more open with your fellow humans about everything, just as it is a not-so-good idea for you to feel ashamed of anything or any aspect of who you are.
When you are transparent, you are telling your fellow humans that you do not judge yourself, and therefore, they can conclude that you do not judge them for what they do or what they are interested in or believe. That’s a gift that you can give to your fellow humans there on Earth. You can seek to rid yourselves of shame, judgment, and even fear that you are going to be exploited because of what someone knows about you. Be aware, and be in touch with your intuition, your inner guidance, and you won’t be so susceptible to being taken advantage of by malevolent human beings.
Now is a very good time to be stretching your discernment muscles, as there are a lot of people out there in the world making a lot of claims, and you need to be able to feel into whether a person is being honest with you, and even whether a person is just experiencing an entirely different reality than yours. When you have nothing to hide and you feel very good about who you are all the time, you can rest assured that your ability to sense when someone else is being inauthentic is heightened. And so, that is certainly something to be reaching for in your lives.
And we also want you to know that we never judge you, and we do not feel that you need to be ashamed or judge any aspect of who you are, and we will always feel that way about you, no matter what.

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We are quite satisfied with the way that you all have been looking to include one another in a variety of ways. You are shifting from seeing yourselves as individuals to knowing that you are a collective, and with that shift comes a knowing that everyone and everything that you see is included within you. And so, when you see the way that humanity has been divided recently, and you realize that it’s a problem, those of you who are awake tend to want to do something about it.
In this case, you look for opportunities to include others who you might traditionally, historically, exclude from your thoughts and your feelings of compassion. If you can be compassionate towards someone who you disagree with on a number of points and issues, then you will have risen above the divisiveness that is so present on your world today. And if you listen to someone with whom you disagree, and try to understand where they are coming from, you will have taken a step towards more unity, more of that oneness that you and other awakened souls are seeking.
You don’t have to take sides in order to be right; you can rise above all of it and be love. You can be love in the face of hate, bigotry, racism, homophobia, transphobia, misogyny, and everything else that you experience on your world today and that can give you the experience of sadness, anger, fear, or even hate. Everything that is there and that is triggering you is there for that purpose. It’s not because something is broken or something is wrong; it’s because you need to be triggered in order to get to that very specific and sometimes buried-deep-down-inside emotion. Once you do, you can rise above it, because you want to be love and because you know that you are more powerful as a collective than you are as individuals.
You are more powerful unified than you are divided, and just because someone disagrees with you on something does not make them your enemy. They just have a different point of view, a different perspective. Now it can be very challenging to do what we are suggesting here, especially when the person or people we are talking about have hate in their hearts towards a particular group.
We know that it is a tall order to forgive, to love, and to feel compassion for those people, but it is the only way to raise the consciousness of humanity. You are not going to raise the consciousness of humanity just by being right. You are not going to raise the consciousness of humanity by looking down your noses at those that you deem to be wrong.
You are going to raise the consciousness of humanity because that is what you are there to do, and you are also there to embody more of that unconditional love, because that is the way to becoming fifth dimensional; it is the way to becoming your higher selves. And that is part of your destiny, so you might as well embrace that destiny now, which also means embracing every aspect of you.
And remember, if you see it out there in any form, it is also within you and it needs to be healed. That’s why you see so many people on your world today getting louder. They represent something that’s inside of you that you’ve been ignoring. Please pay attention to everything that’s going on inside of you, and be the healers, the wayshowers, and the changemakers you were born to be.

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We are always in the present moment with our awareness. We have no reason to be anywhere but the present moment. We have looked within ourselves so much that we can identify each and every aspect of who we are, and we have experienced love and compassion the likes of which you have yet to experience there on Earth. We tell you these things because we want you to know what you are moving towards as individuals and as a collective.
We are what you essentially evolve into. You are in a sense receiving from your future what will most benefit you in your now. It follows then that, if we are in fact your future, why would you be hoping to achieve anything but being present, getting to know yourselves intimately, and feeling love and compassion? These are the ultimate goals because they are the inevitable consequences of living. You cannot escape the destiny of becoming more like Source, more of your true selves.
So then why would you desire anything but these feelings and these states of being that we are describing here and now? Well, the answer is quite simple. You can only get to where we are now in the ninth dimension by fully living all of the experiences that you can and do in the lower dimensional planes. You have to sample from all of the various experiences that you have in front of you before you can consciously choose love and compassion, choose the present moment, and choose to go within so that you can better know yourselves.
No matter what you do, and no matter what you desire, all paths will lead here to a similar version of who and what we are right now. But we have a secret for you, and it is a big secret, and it is a well-kept secret. You will be even better as ninth-dimensional collectives of beings than we are right now. The ninth dimension will be an even more beautiful and expansive place/experience because of what you are living right now, and also because of what we are living.
We realize that there is more for us to become, even as we are quite satisfied with who we are right now. See if you can find that feeling of satisfaction within yourselves right now, while also holding the knowing that you are nowhere near where you are going or what you are becoming, and you have so much more to experience, while still carrying around a physical body.
In many ways, your journeys are just beginning; you are just waking up and seeing the tip of the iceberg. And we want you to know that your lives are going to get better and better because you stuck it out, you hung in there, and you found some sort of reason for living there on the fourth-dimensional Earth, all while simultaneously knowing that there was so much more for you that was just out of reach. You must be able to find your inner peace right now there on Earth, in spite of everything, because all of your fellow humans who will not and could not receive this transmission need you. They need you to hold that light and that knowing now more than ever.
