We are quite fascinated by humanity’s ability to move energy around with your ingenuity, your creativity, and with all of the skills that you develop as artists. You are the ones who get the attention of physical extra-terrestrial beings, because they, like us, are looking for co-creators. They want to play with those of you who have demonstrated an ability to create. And so, what you will find as you move forward now is that inspiration is going to be coming at a fast and furious pace, especially to those of you who have demonstrated a willingness to move the energies that you are being given at this time.
Remember that you are not there to reinvent the wheel. Remember that you have all been higher-dimensional beings, and remember that when you experience limitation and hesitation, they are coming from your mind. When you run the energies through your heart and you allow yourself to be creative, to be innovative, everyone benefits. We are talking about everyone in the galaxy and everyone in the universe, as all eyes are on humankind there on Earth.
We are all waiting for those of you who are awake to be bold enough to create something new, something that will not only inspire your fellow humans, but will also inspire confidence in you throughout the galaxy. We want you to know that it is significant any time you create anything. It is necessary in order to bring about the changes you want to see, feel, and experience there on Earth as well. So please don’t just wait around for things to happen outside of you when you have so much inside of you that can take anything at all and spin it into gold.
You are the alchemists; you are the ones who have what it takes to create a version of planet Earth where everyone can have enough, everyone can feel loved and supported, and everyone will thrive. That is the ultimate goal, and those of you who follow through with the inspiration that you have are the ones to bring about those changes, changes that will help humanity to heal, evolve, and ultimately ascend.

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We are surrendering our will, surrendering ourselves and our desires in favor of the universal shift in consciousness that we are all experiencing together. In other words, we have given ourselves over to the will of Source, and because we are where we are, we have found that the will of Source feels even better to us than if we were to have our own agendas that we were seeking to fulfill and actualize.
We have noticed that going with the flow of the will of Source aligns perfectly with our desires, and sometimes we notice that the will of Source leads us to something that we didn’t even know we desired, but when we arrive at that destination, we certainly do recognize the creation in front of ourselves as ours. What this has led us to realize is that any idea, any notion at all, of being separate from Source or ‘just’ an aspect of Source is pure fiction. It’s fantasy; it’s only real in the imagination of the one who is making that assumption that they are not Source all the time.
So yes, if you say that you surrender to the will of Source, that might be a blow to your ego. You ego is, after all, designed to give you that experience of being separate from Source and being separate from everyone else as well. So you shouldn’t expect your ego to be very happy about that desire to flow with the will of Source. Once you recognize that you are Source, it becomes a lot easier, because then you know that the will of Source is your will. It is your will at the highest level of consciousness that you could possibly hold.
You are there to assist in the shift in consciousness, as you experience it yourselves, and that is a huge purpose to have in life. That is, in fact, you fulfilling the deepest desire that Source holds, and we just want you to feel for that alignment so that you can know that the journey to the fifth dimension is one of inclusion. The biggest part of you is including you in the process, as you include the biggest part of you in your process.
Making this a conscious evolution and a conscious journey was always the goal for you as a member of the awakened collective, and with you being conscious of the truth that you are Source, you make the ride so much easier, so much better feeling, and so much faster than it would be if you had to do it all by yourselves. Let go and join us in our surrender, and we promise you, you will not be disappointed.

We have taken much that we have received from humanity and have been able to co-create new worlds, star systems, and even galaxies with that information that you have all provided. You see, you are doing so much more than just living your lives in this lifetime. You are always in the process of creating, and everything that you are creating is more expansive than what you are currently living.
We want you to know how powerful you are, especially when you align yourselves with high-frequency beings like ourselves. We love co-creating, and we particularly enjoy the process of discovering what it is that you all want to live. We also want you to know that what you are co-creating with us and others will be enjoyed by other beings. You are not just creating your own future experiences and realities. You are doing so for entire collectives.
This is exciting; this is something for you to feel proud of. You are the ones who have the most intense feelings. You are the ones who have the deepest desires. You are the ones generating the majority of the energy in this galaxy, and all of that energy has to go somewhere.
You are only experiencing a fraction of what you create right now, but of course, there will be more coming in the future. And you will be creating more consciously all that you want to experience. You will even have the opportunity to create worlds, star systems, and galaxies. That all may seem a bit daunting to you from where you are right now, but trust us when we say that it all lines up perfectly.
Everything that you need will find its way to you, and it is our desire to see you welcoming that which you’ve summoned with open arms. In the meantime, we will continue to co-create with you that which is a bit out of reach for you right now, but it is all something for you to be proud of and to look forward to. We know that much of what we are sharing right now seems like it is far off in the very distant future for you, but it is not. How to Access All of Your Power – The 9D Arcturian Council, Channeled by Daniel Scranton, January 28
“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We have been exploring many possible timelines for humanity there on Earth, and we have seen some beautiful futures for all of you, but the future is especially bright for those of you who have owned that you have issues, that you have trauma, that you have negative emotions that you don’t always allow yourselves to feel. You are the ones who understand that in order to evolve and become more of who you really are, there’s a certain amount of self-awareness, self-reflection, and work on the self that must occur.
Therefore, you are the ones who lead humanity into the better-feeling futures by first not feeling very good at all. Now, that may seem like a paradox to you, but it is absolutely the case. You have to clean out the old to allow the new in, and in this case the new that we are referring to is higher-frequency energy. We are talking about letting in upgrades, activations, downloads, and attunements, all of which are available to you. But you don’t always let them in, and you cannot let them in if you are in denial. You cannot let them in if you are offering a lower vibration that you are completely unaware of.
And it is for these reasons that we prescribe to all of you regular check-ins. Everything you need to know can be discovered when you take the time to check in with your seven main chakras. Your seven main chakras are where you are going to feel the vast majority of what you need to feel before you get to feel those higher-frequency energies running through you. This is why a lot of wise people say that a person who is going down into a very bad place must hit rock bottom before they’re going to come back up again. When you hit rock bottom, you have no other option but to feel what you’re feeling. You run out of defense mechanisms, distractions, and things to escape into, and you face yourself, a person you are supposed to be loving, honoring, and respecting.
It is by first acknowledging where you are that you can find your way to where you are going. So do yourselves a favor and do not live for one moment in denial of what’s going on inside of you, because you’re not doing yourself or anyone any good by pretending that everything is all right when it truly is not. And do not be afraid to communicate to those around you what you are going through you, because they will surprise you oftentimes with compassion, support, and kindness.
There are way more empaths on Earth with you today than there have ever been in all of human history, and empathy is a superpower. It is those of you who feel that truly have access to all of your power, and the more you feel, the better. The more you feel, the sooner you get to choose what you are going to feel in the next moment, and the next, and the next.

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We are in the process of exchanging ideas with a nonphysical collective of Cassiopeians, and this exchange between us and the Cassiopeians is all about how to get humankind to live more in your hearts than you currently are. The Cassiopeians know all about being heart-centered because the theme of their star system is love, just as the theme of our star system is spirituality, and the theme of your system is all emotion.
We are strategizing with the Cassiopeians to find new ways of opening the hearts of each human there on Earth. It is our desire for all of you to speak from your hearts, to think with your hearts, to lead with your hearts, and to live your lives according to your heart’s desire. When you are able to do those things, you will be closer to your true self, which is Source Energy, and Source Energy is of course, unconditional love. Unconditional love is not a concept to be contemplated in your heads; it’s not mind-oriented. It’s something that you are but that you do not always allow yourselves to be.
And it is usually your minds that get in the way, and so we are discussing with this beautiful Cassiopeian collective the possibilities that exist to bring you all into your hearts in a way that also makes it your decision to do so. We are not here to force you to evolve and become your higher selves, but we are here to encourage you to do so, and we’re always looking for new opportunities to get you to decide for yourselves that you want to be the unconditional love that you truly are.
We are always telling you about the energies that we are sending and the portals that we are opening, but this time we know that this Cassiopeian alliance we have formed will result in something even bigger, perhaps a massive wave of energy that strikes you all in just the right way. On your world right now, there are plenty of opportunities for you to choose love, to choose your hearts over your minds, to choose compassion over condemnation, but you could always do with some more encouragement along those lines.
We are learning quite a bit from our friends, the Cassiopeians, and we know they are also benefiting from conversing with us. The bottom line is, and the thing we keep coming back to in these discussions, is that we know who you really are, and we know that you will choose love. We just want to be a part of the process of facilitating those choices, and quite frankly that is our agreement with you. It’s an agreement that we continue to come to time and time again when we meet up with you as individuals in the astral plane, but it’s also an agreement that we had before all of this began.

We are in this for the long haul with all of you; we are very patient as we walk alongside you on this very significant journey you are on there on planet Earth. We consider it to be an honor to be invited to your little party, and we are so excited to be on the path with you for all of the wonderful twists and turns that you have coming up in order to bring you into a higher frequency state.
As many of you know, the fifth dimension is not a place you go to; it is a state of being that you maintain. It is a vibration that you continuously offer, and when your shift in consciousness is completed, you won’t have to try to get into the fifth-dimensional state. It will be automatic, but it will be automatic because of what you are doing right now.
Many of you dip your toes into the hot bathwater that is the fifth dimension from time to time, and you stay there for as long as you can. Whenever you do that, you bring some of that energy back with you to the fourth. You come down, but you are changed by the experience, and you are projecting a different type of consciousness, a different level of consciousness, and the rest of humanity feels that.
You do realize that you can help others shift just with your presence. Just by emanating love from your being-ness, you are helping everyone there on Earth. This shift is not about doing, and we think we’ve established that it’s not about things happening outside of you, but it is about you and the vibration you offer. Offering a high vibration more consistently has a bigger impact than anything you could do right now. This is what those of you who are truly awake recognize, even without beings and collectives like ourselves telling you. In fact, many, many of you who are part of the new age community just emanate love because you know that’s how you want to feel.
You were born sensitive; you were born empaths. And therefore, you could not stand to be around anything that was of a lower vibration for very long. And the world needs you now more than ever to shine that light, to exude that high vibration, and to set that example for the rest of your fellow humans who are still of the belief that what’s happening outside of them is more powerful and more influential than what’s coming out of their own energy fields. You set the tone for this shift every time you achieve a higher-vibrational state, and you invite your fellow humans to join you.
You are there to not only make it to 5D; you are there to enjoy the journey that you are on. And we are here to help and to support; we are here to remind you of what you already know but that you sometimes forget because you got caught up in someone else’s idea of what the shift is all about.

We are so very interested in what you all have to say to us. Please do not ever feel that you are bothering us or wasting our time when you reach out to us and tell us what you need, what you’re feeling, and what your take is on what’s going on there on planet Earth. We want to hear from you. Now, because we are a nonphysical collective, we are essentially consciousness, and therefore, we have no limitations placed upon us in regards to how much information we can take in at one time. No matter how many times a day you reach out to us, we will be able to hear what you have to say.
And with all of that information, we can better strategize around what energies to send you, what portals to open, what alliances to form, and so on. You are part of our galactic team. To us, you are the extra-terrestrials, even though we know that most of you have existed in our star system as well. We know the value of working as a team, and we want you to recognize that value as well. We also want you to value yourselves; we want you to see yourselves as significant members of this team.
You all didn’t create the myriad issues you have there on Earth; you all went there to fix the problems, find the solutions, and raise the consciousness so that all of humanity would be able to do so. Therefore, you are just like us, only you are there in the flesh. You are the ground crew; we are the nonphysical support staff. We are all in this together, and all of the problems of Earth were problems that you inherited from other parts of the galaxy.
So none of it, none of the giant mess that has been created there, is really humanity’s fault. But of course, you have to live your lives believing that in order to feel something, and you have to feel something negative first in order to feel something positive. We are giving you permission to feel the positive emotions, the higher vibrations, and we want you to feel as good about yourselves as you possibly can for even being there and taking one, or several, for the team.
This is why all you have to do is open up and receive our help and the help we provide, along with the other beings and collectives in our little alliance. This is no time for you to feel ashamed of where you are as a collective. But rather, we want you to recognize that you are the ones who are there to let in all of the energies that will serve humanity the most. You are there to ground them and make them available to your fellow humans, and we will remain here in the ninth dimension to help, and our suggestion box is always open.

We are giving ourselves a chance to stop every once in a while and appreciate the beautiful universe that we are doing our part to co-create. We are, of course, always looking to help, always looking to do our part to bring the consciousness of this universe to a higher level. But we understand that there must be a balance between moving towards what we are all inevitably becoming and taking that time to reflect on how far we’ve already come and what we’ve already created.
No matter where you are in your life right now, you can benefit from more of this kind of balance in your lives and in your being-ness. As much as you are eagerly awaiting the next upgrade, the next activation, the next giant leap forward in your consciousness evolution, you have to take time out to appreciate the beautiful world you have co-created.
And even if it is challenging at times to find the beauty on your world, that’s all the more reason to be putting your effort and attention on getting to that place of appreciation for what already is. You must bring those two sides of yourselves together – the side that is always striving for more and the side that just wants to kick back, relax, and do nothing. You want there to be harmony between the creative aspect of you and the part of you that feels very satisfied with what already is in your lives and on your world.
Striking that balance makes you a better creator being; it makes all of your effort towards manifestation more effective and faster. There has to be balance between doing and not doing, between masculine and feminine, between desire and appreciation, or else you’ll always overwhelmed, or you’ll always feel stuck. The key to determining what you need to strike that balance is checking in. You have to look at your current energy level, and you have to take into consideration what you genuinely desire in the moment you are in, or else your decision will be determined by programming. And you want to break free from parental, societal, and even internalized programming, so that you can be you.
You have to be honest with yourselves about how you’re feeling, what you’re wanting and whether you are in balance or out of balance in the moment. That’s how you get to where you want to go, and it’s also just a more pleasant way to be in this beautiful universe of ours.

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We have been approaching humanity from the perspective that you are already fifth dimensional. We have been seeing you as such, feeling you in your light bodies, and we have been holding that knowing that you are already there in that higher-vibrational state. You could say that is daydreaming, wishful thinking, or fantasizing, but we know that it is a true reality, and we feel into that reality so that when you feel us coming through this channel, and in all the other ways that you can feel us, you are activated.
We hold that space for you so that you can vibrate on up into it. We love you into the higher-dimensional planes of existence. Now, here is our request. Do the same for yourselves; do the same for each other. See the light and love that is within you, waiting to come out and emerge as your true self. See that in others as well, rather than what they are showing you. Most people are showing you their trauma because that’s all they know, and that’s all anyone has ever shown them.
But the healing from the trauma already exists, and you are moving into it. It is easier to do so when you know it exists and you know that is what’s happening. That’s why we are so valuable to you as your friends, as your teachers, as the ones who believe in you more than you believe in yourselves. We know where you are going because we have been there ourselves. We have evolved, expanded, and ascended into the non-physical state we are in now. We remember ourselves as fifth-dimensional beings, and that also helps us to help you to find that vibration inside of you.
We know that we keep saying this, but we will say it again for emphasis. Stop looking for something or someone outside of you to bring you into the fifth-dimensional frequency range. Start looking within yourselves for that feeling of liberation, that feeling of excitement, that feeling of joy that is your fifth-dimensional higher self. It’s all inside of you, and you don’t have to wait, but you can continue to receive the encouragement and the invitations from collectives like ourselves and other high-frequency beings who see you for who you really are.
We are all in this together, and you, dear Earthlings, dear humans, are key components in this universal shift in consciousness. And that is one of many reasons why you have so many beings and collectives from all across the universe holding space for you right now. Just let go, and let yourselves be sucked up into it. “Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We are feeling the vibrations that you are offering as individuals, and we can also feel into the overall vibration being offered by the human collective. You are bringing in higher frequency energies, and as individuals, you are affecting the human collective’s overall vibration. You are also taking yourselves to higher levels within the fourth dimension, and in so doing, inviting the rest of humanity to come along for the ride.
Here is what gets in the way, however. When you look at someone else and their words, their actions, their beliefs, and you feel yourself moving into a space of judgment and condemnation, that is the moment when you rescind the invitation. You must let the rest of the collective, and all of the individuals within it, be where they are in order for them to evolve on their own. You cannot talk someone into being compassionate. You cannot make someone think the way that you think or believe what you believe, and even if you could, doing so would not affect that person’s vibration. You would not be expanding their consciousness in any sort of measurable way.
The best thing that you can do for the rest of humanity is to live your truth. In so doing, you are offering those invitations, you are setting an example, and most importantly, you are staying in that higher vibrational state. And that is what humanity needs more than anything else. People are changing. They are growing and evolving, and they don’t need to be convinced of anything in order to make those leaps forward. We want you to recognize what your role is there as changemakers and wayshowers. You are not there to poke and prod people into living in a higher vibrational state. You are there to gently offer that invitation so that they may make the choice for themselves to evolve and to join you in a better feeling place.
In the meantime, you may feel alone. You may feel that there aren’t enough people around you who share your vibration and certainly not enough people who share in your beliefs and your outlook on life. And that is simply something for you to have to handle, but it is not a permanent situation that you find yourselves in. As we said, people are growing and evolving, and more of them are waking up every single day. So it is up to you then to make the most of the connections that you do have while you continue to be the ones who are holding space for the rest of humanity to come along for the ride.

It is our desire for all of you to unlock the hidden gems that lie within you, and we know that you will. We just want to be a part of it.
We just want to have fun on this journey with you, and let’s face it. Codes are cool. Codes are fascinating, and codes are powerful when you simply let them do what they do. Now, some of you are probably wondering how you are going to receive the codes that will be transmitted to you. They will be transmitted in every imaginable way so that we can slip them in through the cracks that you leave open. They will be transmitted by this channel; they will be transmitted by other channels. They will be coming to you from your sun, from the gridlines across your Earth, and from all the energies that you are bombarded with on a regular basis.
How do you make sure you are one of the ones receiving the codes? Receiving this transmission is the first step because now you know about them. We also recommend that you focus yourself on receiving what is coming to you at least once a day. You have to relax and open up to receive, and there is more now than there ever has been for you. This is a good time for you to be opening up, and it will just keep getting better and better, so you might as well start now and receive codes from all across the galaxy, codes that can activate that which is beyond your imagination, beyond your mind’s ability to conceive of ideas and possibilities.

We are here to help activate it, and we are seeking out new friends, new alliances, new colleagues, to co-create with us the new beautiful codes that will help you remember who you are, tap into your power, and be the sovereign beings of light and love that you were always meant to be in this lifetime.

Which Reality is Coming? – The 9D Arcturian Council, Channeled by Daniel Scranton, January 20
“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We are very particular about what we put our attention on, because we know that if we put our attention on something, it will not be long before we are vibrating in harmony with it and then creating more of it in our experience. All realities are real, and all truths are true. You are all choosing which reality you are experiencing right now, and in so doing, you are choosing which reality you are moving towards next. People keep arguing over what is true at this time, but those people think that there is just one reality that everyone is supposed to agree upon as the ‘one true reality.’
Now, it is true that you can focus on a reality that you are not currently experiencing, but if that is the case, then that reality had better be one that you want to experience, because if you’re putting your attention on it, then it’s coming. So it is important to ask yourself whether you want to experience the reality that you are focusing upon but that is not right in front of you in the moment. You can even create realities for yourselves that are in the past from your current moment’s perspective.
We say that you should choose wisely what you focus upon, because you do want to experience a good-feeling reality, a reality where you get to experience what you want to experience. And you cannot do that while at the same time pushing against some reality that you read about on the Internet. It is very, very important for you all to learn how to discern, and you do that by listening to your bodies, your emotions, your hearts, and your chakras. They will tell you whether the reality you’re focusing upon is one that you want to experience, but then you have to listen to those signs that are coming to you from within your own being-ness.
And we know that many of you receiving this transmission right now are aware of all of this, but we also know that it is easier to hold this as a belief than it is to put it into practice, just as it is easier for you to say that you are Source Energy than it is for you to be Source Energy in action there in a physical body on Earth. These are a few of the challenges you’ve placed in front of yourselves for this very important lifetime. What we want you to do more of is pay attention to what you are focusing upon and how it feels, and we encourage you to ask yourself if that is a reality that you truly want to experience. And if you want to go even further, then ask yourself why.
Do you want to be right, or do you want to feel in alignment with Source? The choice is yours, and from where we are sitting, the choice is simple. We always choose alignment with Source, and we are always feeling the expansion of Source as a result. “Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We are sending energy to every single one of you who addresses us in some way. Even if you are just thinking your thought and sending it to us telepathically, we do respond. We never stop sending humankind energy and information, but you have to receive it, and most people only seek to receive from us with their mind’s ear. Most people expect to hear something in response to their thought or their words to us, and we want to give you a different way. We want you to open up to us, energetically.
Remember that we are ninth dimensional, and therefore, if you want to connect with us and really have an experience of us, you have to be willing to raise your vibration. And that means letting go of the problem, letting go of what you have been focusing on that puts you in a lower-vibrational state. When you do that, then you are much more likely to feel the energetic transmission coming back to you, and you are much, much more likely to be able to translate that energy into something that you can understand. Now again, your prayers, your requests, and everything else that you are sending us will always be received. And we ask you to trust in us when we say that to you.
You can still receive something that you want from us, tangibly, physically, even if you’re not getting the feeling from our energetic transmissions. But if you want to open a dialogue, this is what we recommend. We also recommend that you do this with the Earth, the animals, the plants, your guides, the ascended masters, the archangels, and so many others that are constantly looking for ways to help all of you. Most of the help goes unnoticed because most people don’t tune themselves to the being or beings they are reaching out to.
We are not telling you this because we want you to put in a certain amount of effort in this relationship that we have with you. We are telling you this because it is the law of the universe. If two vibrations being offered are very different from each other, then they do not intersect. The higher vibration is aware of the lower vibration, but the lower vibration is not aware of the higher vibration, not in a way that the lower vibration can interpret. In other words, the lower vibration misses out on what the higher vibration is offering, because it literally goes over the head of the being, the thought, the belief, the energy that is vibrating at too low of a frequency to perceive all that is present around it at all times.
To summarize, being in a high vibration is important, and if you don’t know how to get to a higher vibration, there are a few things that usually work. Take your mind off of what’s bothering you, do some conscious breathing, get out into nature if you can, pet a cat or a dog, or do something that you know will make you feel better. Take a bath. Take a nap. Slow down. Relax. Watch something on one of your devices or your television set that you know will make you happier. You have so many tools at your disposal, and when you use them, you get to have two-way conversations with beings and collectives, just like us.

We have the utmost respect for humanity because the path you have chosen is filled with more challenges than any of us would care to consider taking on here in the higher realms. We see you as pioneers who were willing to explore the depths of darkness and the depths of despair, and all for the purpose of having new experiences that would lead to the further expansion of Source. Now, as we say that, we want to remind you that you are Source. Source is not a Being that exists outside of you; Source is inside of you, and so is everything else.
What we know is very hard on all of you is the acceptance of the truth that even a person or a belief that you despise exists inside of you and is not separate from you. What that means is that humanity needs humility in order to get to the next step in the evolution of your consciousness. You cannot just stay up high above it all on a rainbow and look down upon everyone else. Do not fall into the trap of thinking that you have it all figured out, that you’re doing everything correctly, and that you have all the right beliefs and information. That would be boring, thwart your growth, and be a type of death experience that doesn’t really exist.
You never stop growing. You never stop expanding, and you never stop becoming more of who you really are. In order to do all of those things, you needed the end of the spectrum to exist that was furthest from Source, furthest from the light and the love that is your true nature. What is more Source-like than being able to love the darkness and those operating in the dark? If you truly understand what the shift in consciousness is, then you know that it’s not just about a solar flash and three days of darkness. If you really know what the shift is about, then you know the real event is you becoming more like Source Energy, and that means acknowledging that it’s all inside of you, even the ones you want to condemn, even the beliefs that you cannot understand how anyone could even entertain.
Once again, you have our respect and admiration, because as we describe to you what you are being asked to do, we realize what a huge mountain that is to climb, especially when one of these beings that represents true darkness has done something to you or someone you love. You’ll say it’s not fair and that it shouldn’t be, but it is part of your journey and everyone else’s journey to experience some really horrific things throughout the course of your lives there on planet Earth.
Now most of you had those truly terrible experiences in past lives, and in this lifetime, you are meant to clear those traumas. That too is not an enviable task to have signed up for, and once again, it’s hard for us to even fathom making that choice. But you did, and we know you did because you are there. And if you are there, then you also get to have the biggest ride possible. You get to be on the pendulum when it swings into the light, carrying you and the rest of humanity with it to where you all belong. You are becoming your higher selves, and you are becoming fifth dimensional, and you knew exactly what you were doing when you chose that journey.

You also must be able to grow from your experiences there, and you cannot grow if everything is being done for you, or if we make your journeys too easy by handing you everything on a silver platter.
Trust us when we say that we would love to see your reaction and witness the beautiful moment you would experience of receiving something that you’ve wanted for a very long time because of something that we facilitated. But we also know how important it is for all of you to get to where you want to go because of you, because of your vibration, because of your spiritual evolution. And ultimately, everything is more satisfying when you get your hands a little dirty and take part in a creation consciously.
Conscious creation is what you really want. You don’t want either of the two extremes. The extreme on the other end of the spectrum is that you have to do everything and do it through physical action. Now, this has been the way of the third dimension, but you are shifting. You are recognizing that you are energy, consciousness, and that you offer a vibration in every moment of every day. And so, you don’t need to take as many actions as you once did there on Earth.
A lot of things are easier for you now because of the age you are living in, and that is as it should be. You should be able to do less and receive more because of all of the momentum that is in place there on Earth. Now, what works best for us, for you, and for the e.t.s out there in physical bodies is co-creation.
It is collaboration that you really seek; it is collaboration that is most satisfying, and it is collaboration that allows you to connect with other beings that have new and interesting ideas and perspectives. This is the time you are moving into now, and it is also a time when you will experience more unity. You will be coming together as a collective. We have been noticing the way in which humans tend to be attracted to that which is reflective of their most commonly offered vibration. Here is what we mean by that. If you are offering a lot of anger, then you are naturally drawn towards other angry people. You are more likely to listen to a talk show hosted by an angry person. You are more likely to listen to music that expresses anger in the sound, in the lyrics, and even in the way that the musicians play their instruments.
The same is true for all vibrations; not only do you attract to you what you are vibrating, but you are also attracted to what matches your vibration because it validates you. Most people want to have their feelings validated. Most people can hardly even dream of moving beyond that dominant vibration that they are offering. Now, part of being an awakened soul is recognizing when something doesn’t feel right. Once you tap into the unconditional love that you really are, you are more likely to detect when something is not that, and you are more likely to care about how you feel much more than you care about getting something right or having the right information or perspective.
When you sense something is off inside of you as an awakened soul, you therefore are more likely to do something about the discord that you feel between the truth of who you are and the vibration that you are temporarily entertaining as some sort of truth. You get to decide what you vibrate, but first you have to realize that you are offering a vibration at all.
Now, what usually makes the average person realize that they are in fact offering a vibration is when they hit rock bottom. The circumstances around them become so terrible that they cannot help but become aware of what they’ve been vibrating all along. But it is our suggestion that you don’t let it get to that point. It is our suggestion that you tune in to the feeling of unconditional love that exists at the center of your heart so that you become more sensitive to the anxiety, the fear, the anger, and the despair that is all around you.
Where you put your attention matters. So do ask yourself why you are putting your attention on something that doesn’t feel good to you when you focus on it. What do you believe you are gaining from doing that, and what is the reality? These are the questions a person who is awake is likely to ask themselves, and we are merely suggesting that you do it more often, that you check in more often to see how you are feeling, and that you place how you feel above being right or having the right information.
You are living in the information age, and it is very seductive. But hopefully, those of you who are awake enough to receive these transmissions realize that you don’t need someone else’s version of reality to be a good citizen of the world. In fact, we recommend that you create a reality that matches the vibration that you want to be the dominant vibration within you. And do that by focusing, intending, and caring about how you feel. Let the forces within this powerful universe do the rest.

We have been expecting more and more people to awaken at this time, and we have expected it because we knew that many people have been right on the brink of awakening but have been putting their faith in someone or something outside of themselves, and we knew that eventually these individuals would have a crisis of faith and have to question their loyalty. Now, as we have said many times before, our definition of being awake has nothing to do with knowledge and information. It has everything to do being the love you know you are because you feel it. The feeling comes first.
What you believe in needs to follow what you feel, and feeling yourselves as Source, as unconditional love, and then seeing all others as unconditional love, is what it really means to be awake. So much emphasis has been placed on believing in an event, a conspiracy theory, a solar flash, or a person in a position of power, and what you are now having to recognize is that you were putting your faith in something outside of the truth of who you are, if you were one of these people. And we are not saying that any of you who are receiving this transmission right now are one of those people, but certainly you know who we are talking about.
There comes a point where someone who believes in something outside of themselves, or someone outside of themselves, becomes disillusioned and disappointed. There comes a time when someone who is looking outside of themselves stops, because they realize that they need to have a more solid foundation within them, that they need to have something they can count on, and that they can only find within their own hearts. And that is why now is one of those times where you are going to see more and more people going within and discovering who they really are, awakening to the feeling that is expansion, infinite, and eternal, and that can only be found within them.
True awakenings, not mental awakenings, but true awakenings, are happening all across your planet at this time, and more are happening than usual because people’s belief systems are crumbling and will continue to crumble. Believing in your own Divinity, knowing it as a truth because you feel it, that is the way to ascend. And then you’re not waiting on your sun to give you a solar flash, and you’re not waiting on a blackout to give you an ascension experience. When you awaken to the truth that you don’t need any of that to happen in order to become your higher self, that’s when you know you are truly awake.

Those of you who have been aware of your emotions and willing to process them are going to have a much easier time than those who have been suppressing, ignoring, and numbing themselves to those emotions. That’s why you are the ones to lead humankind. It’s not because of what you know. It’s not because of what you believe in as truth; it is your willingness to feel that makes you the leaders in this consciousness evolution movement that is afoot there on Earth.
So we are speaking to the segment of the human population that is already better equipped to deal with the coming explosion of emotions and emotional energy, but you are still going to be doing your own clearing. You are still going to have your own moments where you forget what it is that you really need to do in order to heal, in order to release the energies that are popping up within you. But really, the reason you need to be aware of the explosiveness that is imminent on your world is because of that leadership role
You will be called into action by your fellow humans, especially the ones who have not been able or willing to feel what they need to feel in order to heal themselves, in order to heal their traumas. So we are encouraging you to ready yourselves because this is something that not only needs to happen, but is ultimately beneficial for all of humankind, and you are needed on the frontlines.
All of the pain that people have been avoiding in their lives cannot be avoided forever, and the energies that are upon you right now are there to encourage the emotional explosion. They are there to purge, to push out, what is no longer serving you and what hasn’t been serving you for a very long time.
And as you can see from just observing your fellow humans at this time, most of humanity is reaching a boiling point, and most people don’t know what to do about the explosive emotions that they have inside of themselves. “Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We are looking within ourselves for new experiences that we can only have by going within. We have as much to entertain and distract ourselves from what’s going on inside of us as you all do. In fact, you could say that we have more channels to surf and series to binge watch because we can and do look in on the entire galaxy. We feel that it is more than just entertainment for us or a way to pass the time. It is more than just a distraction from what’s going on within us, because we do want to help as many beings and collectives as we can.
We still need to go within ourselves to fully understand and embrace, to fully know all aspects of who we are as Source Energy Beings who are still remembering that we are Source in each and every moment. But it’s a process; it takes time. And it’s taking time for you all there on Earth as well. It’s not meant to happen for you overnight. You would be robbing yourselves of so much and so many experiences if a solar flash just changed everything, or e.t.s landing their ships just bailed you out of all of the messes that you’ve created there for yourselves.
You are meant to look at the messes that you’ve created and then go within and see what needs cleaning up inside of you, but you have to take that time to let go of the twenty-four hour news cycle that now includes social media and so many other websites. You’ve got to let go long enough to be able to ask yourselves the question, ‘How am I feeling about this? What are my thoughts about this? How did I co-create this?’
And again, if you are not doing that, it’s going to take a lot longer for you to know yourselves as your higher selves, which is the next step in your spiritual evolution. Now, when we tell you to go within, some of you wonder what exactly that means. We are telling you to check in with your emotions. Check in with your chakras. Check in with your energy that is always vibrating, and see if you can put your finger on it. Once you do this long enough, you get so good at it that you don’t even have to try. It becomes second nature to you. You walk into a room and you tell the person you are with that something just doesn’t feel right.
And that is what will bring about the great changes that you want to see on your world, physically and spiritually. It will start with that simple non-action-oriented act of going within, checking in, feeling around, and then being honest with yourself as well. If you cannot admit that there’s something amuck within your, then you are in for a longer journey. Be honest with yourselves so that you can shift that energy, process it, release it, and replace it with what you actually want to feel. And then that will become what you actually experience in your life and in the world.
Do these check-ins regularly, and you will be amazed at how quickly you can transform yourself and everything outside of you.

You have had so much interference in your natural growth and development, interference that spans millions of years. We also want to recognize all of you for having received so many of the activations that we have sent, because in receiving them, you do open yourselves up to receiving more from all sorts of higher-dimensional beings. You also become walking examples of the fifth dimension that you are seeking to enter and remain in for quite some time.
You are doing so much to create an environment where the rest of humanity can awaken and become their fifth-dimensional selves. And so, we want to extend our appreciation to all of you and to let you know that there is, of course, more to come. There is more that you are being sent, and there is more for you to receive and assimilate, and you can expect things to get better and better there on Earth as a result.
You can expect things to get better because of what you are doing, not because of what others are doing behind the scenes, not because any of the negatively-oriented beings are going down. It is because you are rising up to receive the higher frequency energies that things are getting better and will continue to get better, and you will continue to invite your fellow humans to these higher frequency energies, and they will start to take more notice of how good you feel and what energy you give off.
And we will continue to work with all of you, as will the other high frequency beings in the higher realms. We are all here looking for more of you to help bring about the right atmosphere, the right environment for ascension. And so, we are very pleased to see how well you are handling the responsibility, and we just want you to know that even more help is on the way.

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We are very interested to see how you are all going to respond to the violence that took place today in Washington, D.C. Many people would like to just blame something or someone outside of themselves for everything that they experience, but those who are truly awake have an opportunity, and hopefully will seize the opportunity, to look within themselves for the extremist, for the chaos, and for the violent thoughts that sometimes arise.
Everyone looks outside of themselves and quickly makes an evaluation, or a judgment, when they see something that is so hard to not pay attention to, and it is rare for a human being to see what’s happening outside of themselves as a mirror to what’s going on inside of themselves. But once again, we look to those of you who are truly awake to take pause and look within for your part in the co-creation of the mayhem. And we are not just talking about the mayhem in Washington, D.C. We are talking about the mayhem that is all across your world.
If the awakened collective is not going to be able to look within for responsibility, to see how you could co-create violence, wars, bombings, and so on, then who will? Who among the human collective is willing to stop pointing fingers and start looking within? Now, of course, there are people on your world who do this, but most of them have sequestered themselves away from society. These individuals are not keeping up with current events, because they know it is easier to meditate, chant, and pray for humankind without that awareness of the chaos and the calamity that takes place on your world all the time.
But for those of you who are paying attention, and who do have your finger on the pulse of what’s going on in the world, we call upon you to look within yourselves for peace. Create peace. Be peace. And spread peace if that’s what you want to see more of outside of you. But as we said, also take the time to look within for where you might have some radical thoughts and beliefs, where you might have some feelings that nudge you towards a violent act.
We implore the awakened collective to lead the way to a more peaceful society, a more peaceful planet, and to be that and do that you must have peace in your hearts. You must exude peace, love, compassion, and forgiveness. It starts with you, and you will be the ones who lead humankind into the fifth dimension. We know this has been a long journey, and that you’ve had your own stuff, your own issues to deal with, but humanity needs you now more than ever to step up and to add a higher-vibrational element to everything that is happening on your world at this time.
You are the ones to bring the love, to bring the peace, and to bring the compassion without needing to be rewarded in any way. You don’t need to be famous to make a difference on your world because you are all part of the same whole; we all are. And we are all in this together. Let us come together as those who truly want there to be peace on Earth, and let’s make that happen right now. Peace be with you, and let peace be in your hearts, in your minds, in your words, and in your actions.

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We are looking for even more avenues through which we can deliver to you what it is that you ask for from us and from the universe. We are always in search of opportunities to connect with you while you are in your waking state of consciousness. We want you to know that we are always around as a nonphysical collective consciousness, and we also want you to realize that you are not taking our attention away from anything or anyone else by calling upon us and seeking that connection. Even though that is the case for an individual in a human physical body, it is not the case for us.
We are not diminished in any way by giving our attention to more than one person or more than one situation at the same time. In fact, you cause us to expand by asking for our assistance. You help us to become more of who we really are in the process of helping you, and we know that you are all there to be of service to humankind, whether you know it or not. And those of you who do know it, you are being of service whether you acknowledge it or not.
It is your time to open up and receive more so that you can become more of who you really are by helping others. It’s how you expand; it’s how you evolve spiritually and as a consciousness. You are there to go beyond the usual human experience, the usual human lifetime. You are there to expand into and become your higher selves, and the best way to do that is to look for someone or some group to help. And it doesn’t have to be a human or a group of humans. You can be helping an animal or a group of animals, a tree or a forest, a patch of land or the entire planet.
There are so many ways for you to experience that expansion that is available to you in every moment, but the easiest way is to make yourself available to those in need. This is a time where there is a lot of suffering happening there on Earth, and instead of complaining about what the governments are doing or not doing, you can reach out to someone in need and help them, and in so doing you get to become more of your true self. And even though for you it might mean taking time and attention away from something else, we guarantee you that it will be rewarding, and you will feel a sense of satisfaction and fulfillment. And you will be taking one step closer to becoming your higher self, which is who you will be as a fifth-dimensional being.
