Your unexpressed emotions, particularly anger and frustration, when repressed, can result in a deep sadness. For many of you on a spiritual journey, you have suppressed these emotions, deeming them “unspiritual”.

As you prepare to step forward into the next phase of your journey, many of you are in the finishing stages of a profound review of the first phase of your incarnation. This will allow you to disengage from old timelines and let the past go, embracing the growth and lessons learned and leaving the rest behind, much like you would a pastlife. As the process of review moves from the present back to birth, the phase many of you are working through is early childhood.

We urge you to take the time to connect with your child self and honour, protect, love, and integrate any aspect that has not received what it is needed. Allow that aspect of you to have all of its emotions and love and support it through that experience. Let it know they were normal, and justified, and nothing to be denied or feel shame from.

When you give yourself permission to acknowledge needs that were not met and develop skills you needed but were not taught, you can release those emotions in a safe way. Understand that those who were taking care of you back then simply didn’t know the importance of those emotions and were trying to lead you to the best of their abilities.

It is never too late to go back and give yourself what you didn’t get. Please know there is tremendous love and support available for you through it all. Your guides, angels, and the ascended masters are always available to give you whatever additional help you may feel you need through this process. We are only a request away.

The relief from moving out of resistance to yourself, along with the acknowledgment and release of those emotions, will create much more space for you to embody who you really are and to create anew in far more joyful, present, and empowered ways. There are many different service paths on your planet. This is designed to meet a wide variety of needs based on people’s innate skill sets and best ways of contributing. One form of service is not better than another, for all serve the whole.

So how do you know if you are doing enough? In times of profound transformation, many elements and emotions will come up for examination and change. It is good when things come to light for it is an indication that the time is ripe for them to be healed and released. While times are intense, we understand it can feel overwhelming to you. Part of everything you are going through is discovering that you are able to step forward as your own loving parent and guide.

It can be incredibly helpful to create supports ahead of time to help you navigate choppier waters. This could be in the form of a letter from your empowered self for your human self to be read during times of uncertainty. A wonderful support could be an empowerment journal, where you keep track of your successes, what has helped you through challenging times, how certain energies affect you and what has assisted you with your ascension symptoms, or simply quotes or words of loving support you can look to whenever you need some extra encouragement.

It can also be very helpful to keep track of all the magical and wonderful manifestations you have experienced along the way. Being able to refer back to the many ways you have been supported and provided for can only remind you of your divine capability and make it easier to have confidence in your ability to create again.

All of these practices will help you stay anchored in your surrender, faith, flow, and trust, reminding yourself of how far you have come and how you are more than able to discover the new potentials that are waiting for you. It helps you sidestep the aspects of fear and doubt, which only slow your flow, and make the journey more arduous than is necessary. Many of you are in such deep resistance to yourselves that you lose sight of the glorious aspects of you. A wonderful tool to shift you out of that habit is to complete the following sentence – “I love it when I.”

This is a powerful tool because it will help you identify what your inherent abilities are, what you love to do, and who you love to be. It will allow you to see where you naturally experience flow and alignment, which are always indicators of your innate gifts, strengths, and purpose.

It will help you acknowledge what shifts you into your heart and what honours your unique contributions to the planet. This can be an easier path to self love and self acceptance if you have struggled with those elements before.

Expansion and authentic self expression are what you are in the body to experience. Fear, doubt, attempting to micro-manage the universe, resistance to flow, worthiness issues, and not being willing to receive are all aspects that can interfere with the discovery of your highest potentials and perfect matches that exist for you.

If you feel into each of those aspects and pay attention to your body, you will immediately feel how they create a sensation of contraction within your body. If you are unsure if you are blocking your own forward movement, think about what you would like to create or experience and see if there is expansion in your body as you think of it, or if you feel any of the before mentioned aspects activating.

Creation is an expansion, Dear Ones, and you must be willing to flow forward into the discovery of what is available to you. Each of the elements we have mentioned have to do with fear of the future. But here is the good news. You do not create in the future, you create from the now moment.

So if you are feeling any of the above, get present. Consciously notice the wonder and beauty that always exists if choose to see it. Meditate. Practice gratitude. Breathe. Ask to be guided. Be. Spend time in activities that help you embrace expansion and love. Dear Ones, what we want you to understand is that ultimately all movement is forward movement. If someone is moving forward mindfully that is forward movement. If someone is moving in a direction that is not for their highest good, they will eventually get so uncomfortable it will become impossible to stay the same and they will surrender which will result in accelerated forward movement.

You are all exploring endlessly, finding energetic matches to who you really are, and also re-directing by experiencing what does not match who you really are and how you wish to express yourself. The beautiful thing is the more conscious you become, the more you will choose to surrender and flow by listening to the guidance of your soul rather than expanding through the catalyst of extreme discomfort.

But one thing is for sure – if you are in the body, on the planet, you are growing. You get to decide your preferred method of how you do it. You experience instant manifestation in a meditative or imaginative state. That is because it is a state of alignment and acceptance. You know you can imagine an apple and have an apple in your hand instantaneously. You don’t have to effort or wait to have it, or reach some level of worthiness in order to deserve it, you simply know you can imagine it and it appears.

This is demonstrating to you that your creations come to you quickly when you are in a state of alignment, when you have no doubt and simply choose from a very matter of fact and unlimited state of potential and receiving. The key here to experiencing that in your physical life is to understand the power of that alignment, empowerment, and willingness to receive, and prioritize its importance in your day to day life.

Your ability to create and manifest is inherent. You are in the process of owning that ability in a far more tangible way. Your embodiment process is the anchoring of that alignment and fully assuming your role as an empowered co-creator, and that is exactly how you will continue to drive the shift and pioneer your way into the new earth. During this time of reevaluation and release it can be very helpful to examine what beliefs you have about yourself that are simply not aligned with the truth of who you are today.

Are you incredibly hard on yourself? Do you see yourself as worthy? Are you holding onto old stories that no longer apply? How are you in resistance to yourself or denying your own beauty in your beingness? Acceptance is an essential element to the creation of all you wish to be, experience, and contribute to the whole.

There is a pervasive belief that if you accept yourself as you are, you will somehow stunt your growth. This is simply not true. Just as you can love a child exactly as they are and continue to support their growth and expansion, your love and acceptance will create the perfect conditions for you to become your fullest expression of self.

Dear Ones, you simply cannot kick yourself up the stairway to enlightenment. Being hard on yourself only perpetuates separation and the pain of abandonment and rejection. Isn’t it time you release those old, ineffective habits and start to show up for yourselves with love, care, and consistently safe and gentle guidance?

Safe attachment within yourself will transform all of your relationships and shift you into receiving all that you know deep in your heart that you deserve but haven’t been able to find. The last couple of months of your linear time has given you an opportunity to step forward as a loving parent for yourself. The focus has shifted to your wellness, meeting your needs, and making wise choices that serve you, your loved ones, and the whole.

While this may not seem remarkable to you, it is incredibly healing and setting you up well for the next phase of your incarnation. You are learning to identify and prioritize your needs and to give yourself the care you have needed and deserved all along. This is creating beyond the old belief systems and conditioning you had been trying to thrive under but didn’t support you at all.

Not only that, but you have been given enough time to start to anchor these new ways of being into your energetics, which means moving back into the old ways will simply not be an option because they will no longer be energetically viable. This is setting you up to move forward into the new from a much better space of balance, alignment, wisdom, and clarity, all elements that will assist you in creating lives that are much more satisfying and sustainable.

Internal growth can be difficult to gauge because it is gradual, but small consistent changes quickly add up to open you to brand new timelines, potentials, and possibilities. While many of you are aware that things have changed and will be different moving forward, you will not know the full scope of the transformation that is occurring on your planet for some time to come.

Much is being released, dismantled, reviewed, and ultimately left behind, and much is coming together to take form as the foundation of the new.
