Ascension in Action (Dissolving the programs of 3D)
Greetings, my dear beloved children!
Today I’d like to give you uncomplicated but very efficient practice for every day.
Its goal is to neutralize the programs of 3D, which literally hover in the air and fill the activities of most people.
To make this practice work, you don’t even need to imagine exactly with which program you are working, because the essence of the practice is in the following: that the energies of the higher vibrations, which you send to the people, will dissolve the lower vibrational programs of 3D in their consciousness.
You can conduct this practice at work, in transit, at home, in other words, in any place and at any time, when you feel it’s necessary.
Let’s call it Dissolving the programs of 3D.
Call all your Divine helpers and then the energy of the Creator.
And feel how this energy flows through your crown chakra, descending gradually to the third eye chakra and further – into the fifth chakra.
Feel how they are filled with this energy of the Creator.
And then the flow of the energy of the Creator, fortified with the energies of your own upper chakras, descends into your heart chakra.
And when the concentration of this energy becomes so powerful, that it is difficult for you to keep it within, create a powerful discharge into the space surrounding you.
It will be similar to the firework, which source is your fourth chakra – your Crystal of Love.
Imagine how these sparkling Divine particles fill the space of the 3D world, transforming it into the new energy space, dissolving all the programs of duality which has taken possession of human consciousness.
In practice, the power of your intentions is very important, your sincere intention to change the world for the better, to help people to get rid of the alien influence, which has been implanted in their consciousness for centuries.
And that’s what will happen in practice.
The matrices, in which these programs are implanted, will be destroyed under the influence of the very powerful energy “shells,” which like a lightening will incinerate them in the subtle bodies of the people.
It can be compared to the precise “bombardment of the enemy sites,” which these creations of the reptiloids really are, created with the goal of transforming people into obedient executors of their will.
You may not see the results of your work immediately, because everything is first created on a subtle plane and it will start to appear on a physical plane later.
But believe me, dear ones, your work is really priceless, because it will be carried on in direct contact with the people, and the results will appear much faster than it would have happened after the influence of the Forces of Light upon people’s consciousness.

Ascension in Action (About children)
Greetings, my dear beloved children!
Today I’d like to speak with you about your relationship with children.
Many of you have the most unusual youngsters growing up in your families.
They are born to live in a completely different world – on the fifth dimensional Earth.
They are born already completely equipped with this new knowledge, therefore their knowledge and worldview are radically different from the ones, to which you are accustomed.
And now many problems arise because the worldview of the parents, and even more so grandmothers and grandfathers does not coincide with the worldview of these youngsters.
The adults live in fear and worry for their own lives and for the lives of these children, but these ancient souls, who have come to Earth, know that everything happens as it should happen.
Being born with the consciousness of the fifth dimensional people, they live in complete trust towards the world and the people.
They don’t know what are fear, aggression, jealousy, anger and hatred.
Therefore, their tantrums and expression of negative energies are often the results of the adult’s invasions in their personal spaces with negative energies and programs, which are alien to the children.
It creates disharmony in their gentle souls and causes their suffering.
But what is expected from you, dear ones, is to be able to help these unusual children to grow in happiness and harmony; to encourage an expression of their natural abilities; and not to break their fragile magical world, filled with Divine energies of Light and Love.
First of all, you need to learn how to speak the language they speak, not imposing on them your experience, your vision of the world, but attempting to penetrate their inner world.
But you must do it very carefully, not inflicting any wounds through mockery and mistrust. Otherwise, they may shut the door into their inner world forever.
Such a unique time period has arrived to planet Earth, when Divine-people has started to return to Earth, but the right conditions for them have not been created completely – everything is in a state of the Shift; and after their arrival, the children are still submerged into the world of 3D.
And now, dear ones, you have an enormous responsibility for rearing these exceptional children, who are going to build a new life on the 5D Earth.
Treat these gentle Divine “sprouts” very carefully, do not wound their souls, fill them with your Love and understanding!
Do not transform them into the “weeds,” that have already accumulated on your planet in great numbers.
The people with dual thinking had brought your planet to the brink, but now the new people with Divine consciousness have come to Earth in great masses to save it!
So help them, dear ones, to fulfill their mission with honors!
Become their main source of support, their main helpers, loving, understanding and caring mothers, fathers, grandmothers and grandparents!

Ascension in Action (Guardian Angels of humanity)
Greetings, my dear beloved children!
Today we’ll talk on the subject of how to behave in extreme and unexpected conditions.
And it is equally pertinent to situations that happen near you and to the ones that happen on the other side of the globe.
Your help to the victims of such events can be really priceless.
Now, when you have learned how to be in charge of your subtle bodies, embracing the unlimited spaces with them, you are capable to cover the entire cities with all their inhabitants.
We can say that you have become a fully valued and competent helpers of the Higher Powers.
And because you stay here on Earth, the Divine energy which is concentrated in your subtle bodies, has even greater influence on the events transpiring on the material plane than the energy of the Higher Forces of the Universe that is sent from Heavens.
It can be explained by the fact that the energy of the people in danger is easier adapted to your vibrations, because the gap between your energy and their energies is a lot less in comparison with the vibrations of the Forces of Light.
In other words, you are the vibrational link between the Higher Forces and the people of 3D.
You are – those Light Forces, who have come to Earth to save humanity and who have consciously chosen their Service in physical bodies.
And now the time has come for you to act, utilizing all your abilities, all the necessary knowledge and practical experience.
Many of you have reached tangible results, using the practices and meditations for purifying space with the energies of Light and Love, for building relationships with people on different – Divine principles.
You become convinced, that utilizing the advices and recommendations of the Higher Forces, you could really change your reality.
And now you are going to change reality, not only in your own space and surroundings, but in the whole world.
And believe me, dear ones, you are ready for that!
You already know that time and space are relative concepts and they don’t exist outside of 3D world.
And now, when you have reached a certain level of vibrations while still being on Earth, you are able to change the parameters of time and space, and to move with your consciousness and subtle bodies to any place on your planet and into any time frame.
Those of you, who have done healing practices, know that well.
Now you are becoming the Guardian Angels of all humanity, but specificity of your mission is in the following: you are not saving all the people, but only give a chance for deliverance to those, who are ready for that.
You open your energy embrace to those human souls, who can accept them, who can respond to your call, who unconsciously have always aspired to the Light, which means they will be saved.
All of that will happen naturally, according to the Universal Law of attraction according to similarity of vibrations.
All that you need, dear ones, is to fill them to the brim with Divine energy, to embrace in your energy field the maximum amount of people, who are in trouble, to give them an opportunity to choose – whether to stay on Earth, ascending into the new energy space, or to move through physical death to other planets.
And it is very important, dear ones, not to join in emotionally at the same time with the events that occur, which may neutralize all your good intentions.
Always remember that a free will of each person is sacred for all the Higher Powers, and you are – their messengers on Earth, which means that your consciousness have already come out of the limitations of 3D world.

Ascension in Action (Nutrition at the time of transformation)
Greetings, my dear beloved children!
Today I’d like to remind you of some important aspects of the Ascension, which many of you overlook.
First of all, it means your nutrition.
In many messages, it has been said that you need to know how to feel your organism, how to listen to its wishes and needs.
It is really so, dear ones, and still you need to take into consideration that your body have developed certain habits and food preferences over many years of your life.
It is some kind of stereotypes, based as a rule on national traditions, because any holiday celebration in every country does not happen without plentiful
meals and it has become an indelible part of your life.
But now, dear ones, when your vibrations grow rapidly, it’s very important to help your physical body to withstand such a new energy load.
Now the plant foods, which you call “life” food, because it absorbs the energy of the sun and the earth, must become the basis of your food ration.
Those of you, who find it’s difficult to avoid meat, may do it gradually until they feel that their bodies do not need it anymore.
But it’s important to find a wholesome substitute for it, by including in your menu grains, beans and nuts. It’s especially important for men who are doing physical work.
Now I will give you one advice on learning how to determine if certain food is really necessary for your body or you eat it because of the habit of many years.
The practice “Double test” would be great for that.
Your hand placed over any food product could be very helpful.
Before eating something, look at this food product or meal and feel how your body reacts.
It could literally tremble with joy.
It is possible that you would feel rejection and non-acceptance.
It is very important, dear ones, to establish an energy contact with the food in front of you – just as you establish such a contact with people.
And if you feel that it is YOUR food, then treat it with respect: thank it, enjoy each piece you have eaten, and during meal don’t engage in vain conversations and in the subjects unpleasant for you.
Otherwise, the food would change its energy and would not be beneficial.
Believe me, dear ones, your nutrition is a very important component of the Ascension process and it could speed up or slow down your Shift.
Therefore, from now on look at everything you eat from the point of view of expediency and benefits for your new higher vibrational body.
It is of great need of the food of the corresponding vibrations, which would help it transform into the new crystal body of the Fifth dimension.

Ascension in Action (Tuning in on your level of vibrations)
Greetings, my dear beloved children!
Today we will move on to the next practice, which goal is to teach you how to listen to the guidance of the Higher Forces.
Let’s call this practice “Tuning in on your level of vibrations.”
It is meant to help you find the necessary “frequencies” – exactly the ones that you need.
In other words, you need to learn how to find your level of vibrations so you don’t stay behind in your spiritual development or, to the contrary, force the events by setting too high standards for yourself.
Both extremes break out your rhythm and do not allow you to move in the right direction peacefully, harmoniously, and unhurriedly.
For this practice, you need to enter a meditative state and call on all your Heavenly helpers.
Relax, breathe deeply, and then ask your Higher Self to tune in on those vibrations, which at this particular time are the most comfortable for all your bodies.
You will surely feel them.
Most likely you would feel the light pulsations.
But, of course, you may feel different sensations.
Feel how your physical and subtle bodies respond to them.
You have to remember these sensations very well, because you need to learn how to maintain them at the same level.
Why is it so important?
You are already aware, dear ones, how wide is the spectrum of your emotions, how different may be the fluctuations of your moods, the states of your soul even during one day.
And it’s impossible to avoid because you still continue to live in the 3D world with all its consequences.
But if you firmly and finally decided to step on the path of Ascension, maintaining the higher vibrations becomes the utter necessity for you.
You need to move forward, overcoming one step after another.
As soon as you feel firmly established at a certain level of vibrations, when you are no longer moved from one extreme to another, then “take it to another height” – conduct a new meditation – tune in on the next level.
I would like you to regulate your inner “receptor,” feel on which “frequency” you stay at each moment and decide if it’s time to move on to the next one.
The time has come, dear ones, to move towards independent work, not expecting specific instructions and orders.
Each person – is the whole Universe, and any invasion into this sacred space, even from the side of the Forces of Light has to be very careful and in special dosages, in order not to break your free will, the plan of your Soul.
Remember that only you are the main actor and director of your own destiny.
Become accustomed to independence, dear ones!
Take responsibility for your life into your own hands!
Do not depend only for the Higher Powers and your Galactic family.
They will surely help you in difficult moments, but they can’t do your work for you, because they cannot break the laws of the Universe, which are unshakable for them.

Greetings, my dear beloved children!
Today we’ll address a completely different subject.
We’ll speak about your ability to detect the packages of energy information, signals, guidance, which the Forces of Light send you for help in this very crucial period, when your consciousness, your chakras, all your bodies, shift into the new system of time and space energy parameters.
A huge amount of help is coming to you, but very few people can utilize it – only those who have completely opened the channels of communication with the subtle world.
But even these people are not able to discern their “interlocutors,” who are more often happen to be the astral beings.
You have been given dozens of messages and practices on the subject of identification of the imposters, but still people are hooked again and again upon the beautiful and correct words, special names, and sweet promises.
More often your inertia is to blame, your habit to trust a person, who have received the true messages before, but later on due to circumstances or personal qualities is not capable to accept information from the Forces of Light anymore, being unable to reach them according to his vibrations.
As a rule, you don’t apply the practices I have given to you for such people, because you assume they are “untouchable.”
And your child’s trust plays a cruel joke with you, because through such messages not only the astral beings could enter into your energy spheres, but sometimes also the dark beings, who block your abilities.
That’s precisely how the constant fight between the Forces of Light and Darkness proceeds for the soul of each awakened being.
Please help, dear ones, the Forces of Light to reach out to you.
Be cautious. Do not allow the astral trash, which have already polluted the Internet with its messages, to contaminate your subtle bodies and your consciousness with the programs of the Dark Forces, which they try to install there with great stubbornness and persistence.
And now I’ll give you another Divine “instrument.” It will protect you from making mistakes and become that “safety belt,” which will help you to swim to the shore from the ocean of “duality” which still holds you in its power.
Let’s call this practice the “Double test.” And that’s what it means.
Every time before reading a new material, even if it’s your favorite source, call on your Higher Self and send it for an “exploration.”
Ask it to determine if there is any hidden danger, if an information is for your benefit.
And then bring your hands together against your heart chakra – your Crystal of Love, call on the energy of the Creator.
Keep your hands lightly. They must touch each other only at the base of the palms and with the tips of the fingers – so you would feel my energy in your hands to the maximum.
In time, your hands will be filled with warmth. You may feel in them light vibrations and prickling sensations.
And when these sensations would reach their top, put one of your palms – the one that would seem energetically stronger, above the text, which you are going to read.
Then ask your hand to give you a sign if it’s worth for you to read or not.
If yes, then you would feel a slight movement of your hand forward and back, like your head “nods” when saying “yes.”
If it’s not good for you to read this text, then your hand would move from side to side as your head is moving when saying “no.”
In such a way you’ll get a double test – mine and from your own Soul.
And let it be the first stop on the path of gaining trust in yourself and in your ability to communicate with the subtle world.
In this instance, you won’t be able to make a mistake because you’ll stay in the flow of my energy, which means under my protection.

Ascension in Action (The seeker will overcome challenges on the path)
Greetings, my dear beloved children!
Before moving to the new material, I would like to sum up everything I have said in previous messages.
As you understood, your subtle bodies and its corresponding chakras undergo substantial changes during your Shift to the new reality.
Gradually, everything will return to its origins – to the same energy space where your first steps on Earth had started.
The entire period of people’s stay in the 3D is completing, and the new cycle of their development is started: from the world of duality they gradually shift to the world of 5D.
To expedite this process, you have been given numerous practices and meditations, geared towards the activation of your subtle sensory organs, and many of you have mastered them successfully and significantly moved forward on the path of spiritual development.
But for some of you, new knowledge and practices are still difficult and it upsets you greatly.
To avoid disappointments, I propose you the following.
Start small: gradually develop your chakras, one after another, filling them with the energies of Light and Love, until you start feeling them physically every time you address them in your thoughts.
Then imagine that each of your subtle bodies is connected with the corresponding chakras with an invisible wires, through which something like an electric current carries the energies of the identical vibrations.
It is very important that you feel the energy connection of your chakras with the subtle bodies.
You could invent any other practice, which would allow you to realize and feel this unity.
And when you master that, move to the next stage – an integration of all your bodies.
Do not hurry, dear ones, do everything peacefully, harmoniously, and methodically.
Do not try to catch up with the others. Do not feel that you lack something, as if you are energetically inadequate.
Each of you has its own threshold of sensitivity for many different reasons.
And if you don’t feel all the changes in your subtle bodies on physical plane, it does not mean they are not happening.
Your sincere desire to walk on the path of Ascension sends such a powerful energy impulse into the Universe, that it attracts to you a huge army of the Higher Powers, who have chosen as their missions to help people in their Shift into another dimension.
And believe me, dear ones, they do a great deal for you, if they see that you don’t succeed in everything.
Some people perceive their help, some don’t, but these Great Souls, who stay on the subtle Earth plane, never stop their work for helping every person who stepped upon the path of Ascension.
Therefore, dear ones, you’ll succeed in everything!

Ascension in Action (Renewal of the lower chakras)
Greetings, my dear beloved children!
Today we’ll speak about the cooperation of your lower chakras – from the first to third, and I’ll give you a practice, which will help you to raise their vibrations to the level of your fourth chakra.
Now that you know what functions they will carry when you’ll enter the 5D reality, it would be easier for you to imagine these chakras in the new quality.
The first thing that you need to do – is to rarefy them in your mind.
For that, you need to call on the energy of Love and Light and ask it to fill up your chakras.
Imagine that this energy, penetrating each of your chakras, widens the space between its particles and transforms them from quite dense substances into the rarefied ones.
Your chakras would increase in sizes, absorbing more and more of this energy, and by doing that would be increased in vibrations.
You could work, dear ones, with each chakra separately or could do it with the three of them together – as your intuition would suggest.
What’s important is to feel on physical level that your chakras have become lighter, more spacious, more rarefied – that they have changed their energy parameters.
And when it would happen, ask me to activate the Crystal of Love in your heart chakra to its complete power.
Pay attention to your feelings. Of course, they would be different for each of you, but most likely you would feel the warmth spreading inside it and quite strong pulsation.
And then imagine how the current of the Divine energy flowing from your Crystal of Love, starts to circulate between your heart chakra and your lower chakras, bathing each of these chakras and returning back.
In such a way, they create a unified energy space of the high energies, which source is your Crystal of Love.
You will experience very pleasant sensations of lightness and freedom, because it is precisely your lower chakras that pull you down to Earth literally or figuratively speaking.
You would feel like an air balloon, detaching from Earth and flying to Heavens.
Repeat this practice as often as possible, dear ones, and you would see what kind of changes will happen in your life.
As if by magic, you would start attracting people and events, which are capable of bringing you to the new level of being.
Fear and worry about the future would leave your life.
You would feel an inner freedom and feel yourselves as the creators of your own life.
That’s precisely how the Laws of the Universe, according to which you have already started to live, work.

Ascension in Action (Third chakra)
Greetings, my dear beloved children!
Today we’ll speak about your third chakra – about the changes that are going to happen with it during the time of Shift from 3D to 5D.
First of all, you must remember that this chakra is responsible for your self-realization, which means it is responsible for your actions.
And now, when the Earth and you are being filled with the energies of the higher vibrations, this chakra is starting to transform and thanks to that your self-realization is taking a new character.
If for the people of 3D this is primarily happening due to their desire to stand out among others, acquiring more and more material things and position in society; for the people, whose consciousness have grown beyond the limits of duality, the needs are completely different.
For them, the spiritual component comes to the forefront, and the collective consciousness of the consumer society have already lost its power over them.
And in that case, self-realization of such people would happen unseen to those around them – without the external effects and material results.
They would carry on a constant unstoppable inner work for self-perfecting, changing of their consciousness, behavior, and world view.
And outwardly, it could be manifested as being peaceful, harmonious, having goodwill, being wise.
Such people always look younger than their age because their souls are purified from the dirt of 3D, which means that their bodies would rise in vibrations.
A person, who crossed the border of the 3D, draws his power from a completely different source – pure, high vibrational, Divine.
Of course, the main personal characteristic would remain the same, but “the sharp corners” of his character would soften, and life values and priorities would drastically change.
But what’s the most important – is that such a person would gain inner freedom. He would not depend on the other people’s opinions, on the collective consciousness and stereotypes of behavior.
And it all happens because his third chakra becomes energetically reborn and it tunes into completely different frequencies, incomparable with the vibrations of the 3D world.
All of that happens gradually, often unnoticed by the person, especially when his family and loved ones are in step with them.
But if such a person appears in the alien environment among the people of lower vibrations, then he starts to feel as an outcast, an otherworldly person, a black sheep, which often causes him suffering.
And to avoid that, I’ll give you an advice. It would help you to keep an inner balance in this difficult period when you stay between the two worlds of 3D and 5D.
Never, under any circumstances, do not attempt to explain to the people who are very far from the subject of Ascension, what’s happening with you, why you have changed, why you have become so unlike them.
Simply try to avoid the sharp corners, change the subject of discussion, joke, find common interests, but do not allow to invade your inner space. Keep it pure.
But quite often the surroundings of the people who have come closely to Ascension, is changing so much that it seems they live in a different world.
And the further we move forward, the more we’ll see such a stratification. People will start to attract each other, according to their vibrations and the third chakra will play not the least role in that.

Ascension in Action (Second chakra)
Greetings, my dear beloved children!
Today we’ll speak about our second chakra and about the changes it undergoes in this period of the Shift from 3D to 5D.
In the 3D world, this chakra is a sexual center in the chakra system, but in the process of raising your vibrations it will gradually transform into depository of the feminine and masculine principles, containing all its components.
Because a purely sexual attraction, characteristic of many people in the world of 3D, cannot exist in the world of 5D due to its lower vibrations; this chakra would assume the functions of searching for ones second half.
The unification of the feminine and masculine principles in the world of higher vibrations will have a completely different character.
Sexual attraction will be based upon spiritual closeness, and it will carry within it the Divine principle and not an animal passion as it often happens in the world of 3D.
When you finally move into the world of the higher vibrations, the search for other halves will happen naturally and harmoniously; but while you stay in the world of 3D, many of you may experience difficulties and you have to be ready for them, dear ones.
Those of you, who have reached the high level of spiritual development, may experience physical and psychological discomfort with your wives and husbands, with whom destiny have united you, but with whom you don’t feel closeness and a soul connection.
Especially difficult, it is for the families who have children, because the rift between the parents is always a tragedy for the gentle souls of the children.
And here, dear ones, I cannot give you an advice, because each family is unique and special. Only your Soul can suggest the right decision for you, which would be optimal for all members of your family.
Unfortunately, such a great and grandiose event as the Shift of the Earth into the new energy space cannot happen painlessly for all the inhabitants of the Earth.
It is because all of you are in a drastically different stages of your development, and the souls of very different ages are united in one family, and the people are stratified according to their vibrations; it is all happening with a very rapid speed, thanks to the energies flowing to the earth now.
Some people accept these energies with their whole beings and make a giant leap in their development, but others reject them and undergo degradation, “becoming a food” for the lower astral beings.
And after all, I can give you one advice: Love your family members, despite everything.
Even if you are meant to separate, do that as softly as possible, finding compromises and not causing harm to each other’s souls.
And the most important thing – you need to do everything to prevent the suffering of the children, to ensure that they live in an atmosphere of love, regardless of the way the destinies of their parents will be.
And to those of you who have not found their second half yet, I wish you won’t hurry in choosing your companion in life, but listen to your Soul and heart, and then your second chakra would reach the level of the higher energy centers in its vibrations.
Only then you would find a true Harmony and Love.

Today I’d like to speak with you about the first three chakras, which for many of the 3D people are the main chakras, leading them through life, because they are the ones that are responsible for connection with the material world and everything related to it.
But what’s happening with these chakras with the people, whose consciousness was raised to the level of 4D and sometimes even to 5D, but who still stay physically in the world of 3D?
They will start to rise in their vibrations to the level of the upper chakras, gradually reclaiming their initial qualities of the Divine man.
And now you must apply certain efforts to help the lower chakras to rebuild and finally to get rid of the lower vibrational energies, which they had needed to survive in the world of duality.
Today I will give you a practice for your first chakra, which would help you to tune in with the vibrations of the Earth.
Let’s call it “Immersion into the new reality.”
For that, you need to sit in meditation, call all your Divine helpers, breathe deeply and then to imagine your first chakra as an opened lotus flower, which is the foundation of all your chakra system.
Imagine how from the center of this flower the axis is rising, on which all the remaining chakras are located, and as they extend higher their sizes are progressively increased.
It is similar to the upside down children’s pyramid, which consists of seven multicolored rings that are increased in sizes.
And your task consists of the following: that your “lotus” would be a connecting link between the energies of the new Earth and your own energies and with the energies that are now coming from Space.
It would be a certain kind of “anchoring” into the new reality of 5D.
Try to immerse with your consciousness into the first chakra – your lotus.
Then call the energy of Light and Love and imagine that the current of this energy flows into your seven chakras and slowly goes through all your energy centers.
Feel as this current envelopes each of them.
Some of you may feel spinning of this current around your chakras.
But for others, it would go softly and smoothly, without stopping, towards the very first chakra.
Do not hurry and do not try to influence this energy with your consciousness, because it knows very well, which of your chakras need more and which ones less.
Believe me, it would do anything to balance and bring them into complete harmony.
When this current would reach your root chakra, it would be colored by your own energy, strengthening it greatly and giving it unique individual traits of your personality; then it would continue its path further to the very center of Earth.
It would not be simply “anchoring,” to which you are accustomed, but immersing into the new reality – your merging with the Earth and its subtle bodies that are in 5D.
Feel that you are in the pillar of light, where your first chakra is the connecting link between the center of the Earth and the center of the Universe.
You can do this meditation every time, when you feel that you are too far above the Earth or, on the contrary, extremely “down to Earth.”
It would help you to balance your chakras, which means your psychic and physical state, and also to bring your vibrations to the level of the Earth.

Greetings, my dear beloved children!
In continuation of my yesterday’s message, I’d like to give you an expanded version of the practice “Magnet of Love,” so you could realize how great and multifaceted it is.
For that, let’s try to imagine a great number of people, who already possess a sufficient amount of the higher vibrational energy and are able to expand their subtle bodies to the great spaces around them.
Subtle bodies of such people, filled with the energies of Love, meet, touch, penetrate each other, and by doing that increase concentration of this Divine energy.
Gradually, it fills up your Earth and all those people, who are capable to absorb the energies of such high vibrations.
That’s exactly how an Ascension looks like, dear ones!
It is nothing else, but an energetic rebirth on Earth.
And if nature and all the elements of your Earth already stay in 5D, which they had never left, then only the people, whose vibrations had fallen to the 3D, are the ones in need of raising their vibrations to reach the level of Earth.
But what is happening with those people and all living beings, who stay in your energy field – in your space of Love?
They start to change on all levels: energetic, biochemical, and even physical.
Their consciousness, behavior, and health start changing.
And it happens in the most natural way. They themselves do not realize that they are changing.
They simply feel good in the vibrations, which some time ago have been their familiar vibrations.
Their deepest memories are opening up, forgotten feelings of unity with all that is come to the surface.
Their souls come out of the dungeon of duality, in which they had been locked during so many centuries.
They start feeling peaceful and content.
Their fears, which like rust have been destroying them, now leave their souls, which are exhausted by the struggle for survival.
They start feeling trust for the people and the world.
And you can do all that for the people, when “you take them under the wing” of the higher vibrations of your subtle bodies, becoming like an island of safety, filled with Goodness, Love and Warmth; which has been greatly missed by the souls of the people during their wondering from life to life through the alien 3D world.
And may this realization give you such a great power, fill you with such an Unlimited Love, such warmth of the Soul, that would be enough for all the inhabitants of your planet!
Always remember, dear ones, that the more Love you give, the more you receive instead.
You become the greatest, the enormous, the most powerful Magnet of Love, which flows to you in unlimited current, and when you filter it though yourself, you strengthen it by many times and then generously share it with those, whom you meet on your path.
Thus, your subtle bodies that gradually fill with this Divine energy, grow to such an unbelievable sizes, which are able to contain within it the cities, countries, continents and your entire Earth…

Greetings, my dear beloved children!
Today we will move to the new practice, the goal of which is harmonization of space.
And if in the previous practices, you have focused primarily on the filling of space with the energies of Light and Love, now you would act upon the space around you with your own energy field.
Of course, we are speaking about those of you, who have already purified their subtle fields and harmonized them completely.
You yourselves, dear ones, are becoming the source of Light and Love, which is concentrated in your upper chakras – from fourth to seventh, and believe me, it is quite enough for all the visible space around you to obtain the vibrations that you possess.
Let’s move to the practice itself. Let’s call it the “Magnet of Love.”
Imagine yourself as you have been during the meditation “Integration of your bodies”, which means that your bodies must be rarefied to the maximum and extremely extended from each other in geometric progression.
In such a way, your bodies could cover quite a large space with all the people who stay there.
It is similar to the big bird that takes under the wings tiny chicks to protect them from danger.
Likewise, you dear ones, take “under the wing” of your higher vibrations those, who still could not reach your level and stay in the dangerous zone of the lower vibrations.
Imagine that you place people around you in your energy field and they start to “thaw,” filling their subtle bodies with the energies of the higher vibrations and by doing that liberating them from the negative thoughts and emotions.
That’s exactly how Yeshua, my beloved son, had acted when he had healed the bodies and souls of the people.
Such practice could become very effective for those of you, whose families are not ready for the Shift.
And in such a case, instead of words which are useless for the members of your family, you could envelop them with your energy field, radiating Light and Love.
And then your loved ones could continuously stay in your field of higher vibrations and gradually it would become their natural habitual environment.
Remember, dear ones, that I give you just general advices and instructions, but your creative potential is truly unlimited.
Turn on your intuition, imagination, and observation skills.
Become Creators of your own life, and raise your loved ones, friends, colleagues, and all the people you meet on your path to the new spiritual level.

ASCENSION IN ACTION (CHAKRA SYSTEM OF THE DIVINE MAN)
Greetings, my dear beloved children!
To conclude our conversation about the chakra system, I will tell about it another characteristic.
But let’s return to what’s have been said in the previous message – about the rightful place of the chakra system in the mental body.
Of course, dear ones, it is not by chance that our heart chakra, which had initially existed in the mental body, is placed exactly in the middle of your seven bodies.
It can be explained by the fact that your first source, your Divine essence, has got its origin in the energy of Love, from which everything in the Universe is weaved and which gives life to every sentient being.
You may say that a concentration of this energy in the fourth chakra is some kind of “atavism” – in a good sense of its word, the echo of how people had been created from the energy of Love and of their first steps on Earth when they had walked as Divine beings in the energy of the highest vibrations.
And if the human descend into the world of 3D had happened very gradually – during thousands of years, our current return into the world of 5D would happen very swiftly according to the time markers.
It is caused by the fact that the Earth had already passed the point of no return, and people have no other choice, whether to ascend together with the Earth into the new vibrations or to stay in the world of duality, but already on another planets.
Therefore, the movement of your chakras from the etheric body, which does not have sufficiently high vibrations, into the mental body now becomes that missing element for many of you, which could speed up the process of transformation of your physical body into the light crystal body.
But you have to remember that it’s impossible to do “mechanically,” through the power of your will, passionate wish or by some kind of artificial means.
It could happen only when your consciousness would be completely ready for that, which means when you finally get rid of the “trail” of negative thoughts, which had followed you for thousands of years.
That’s exactly why you have been given many practices and meditations not only by me, but by many other representatives of the Forces of Light.
They have been given to you in such a great amount, so each of you could select that, which fits him taking into consideration his character, way of thinking, ability to visualize, the level of spiritual development and many other factors, which influence how each man perceives different types of information.
And now, dear ones, I ask you to review all your practices for the purification of your subtle bodies, because many of you develop rapidly; and whatever they have been accustomed to do, now is not effective enough.
And those practices, which before have appeared as unattainable, because you have considered that you are not developed enough for them, now may be quite acceptable for you.
Everything is changing much faster than you think, dear ones, although it is almost unnoticeable for you.
Your vibrations grow from day to day, which means that your subtle bodies also transform, and they need different much stronger energies to walk in step with the Earth instead of staying in place.
I ask you, pay attention to these practices and meditations, which has been given to you by Yeshua in his last messages, because there he has put stress upon purification and renewal of all your subtle bodies and an activation of the chakras – their sensory organs.

ASCENSION IN ACTION (CHANGES IN THE CHAKRA SYSTEM)
Greetings, my dear beloved children!
Today we’ll continue our conversation about an integration of your bodies, but will look at it from a different angle.
For complete harmonization of your bodies, an axis of the chakra system must change its location.
Now it has to be located not in the etheric, but in the mental body.
This movement cannot happen immediately, but requires your long painstaking work.
Why is it so important?
It is because your chakra system is the Divine instrument of control of all your subtle bodies.
Some time ago, it has been located at the level of mental body – the heart center of the people, their depositary of Love.
But as the vibrations of people continued to fall, until they have reached the level of 3D, their chakra system have become adjusted to the new realities.
But now your chakra system like you has to return to the former greatness – to its Divine component.
When it would happen, even the lower chakras would obtain completely different functions.
In the space of 5D, people won’t need to fight for their lives and for the place under the sun as it happens in the world of duality.
Therefore, the first, second, and third chakras would carry a completely different responsibility – they will be “the control center” of your actions.
And because your chakras will be filled with the energies of the highest vibrations and will be acting for the highest good of all, such a concept as the lower and higher chakras will cease to exist.
They will become the Divine sensory organs of the 5D.
First chakra will be responsible for the orientation in space.
Second – for unification with with the second – Divine half. It will be a center for the masculine and feminine principles in concentrated form.
Third – for keeping your individuality, your personal qualities.
Fourth – for relationships with other people and mutual energy exchange.
Fifth – for self-expression and creativity.
Sixth – for telepathic abilities.
And seventh – for the union with the Higher Powers.
But to make it happen, you need to master as soon as possible the practice of an integration of your bodies, which I’ve explained in my previous message.
But as you are able to feel your subtle bodies more and more, in your mind try to move “the axis” where your chakras are located towards the mental body, until it is permanently anchored there.
As fantastic as it sounds for you, dear ones, everything would happen naturally, after your vibrations would reach a certain level – which would launch the process of transformation of your body into the light crystal body, and your consciousness into Divine.
Thus, your bodies will gradually reach their wholeness and harmony.

ASCENSION IN ACTION (INTEGRATION OF YOUR BODIES)
Greetings, my dear beloved children!
Today’s message is very important because we’ll be talking about an integration of all your bodies.
If you learn how to do that, your chakra system would be in complete harmony and will reach a new Divine level, because the chakras would stay simultaneously in all your bodies and not only in etheric.
To begin with, imagine yourself as a silhouette with the axis in the center, where all your chakras are located.
Let’s observe it carefully. They are quite large and fill all your inner space.
They have bright, beautiful, intense colors: red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, violet.
Then add to this vision all your bodies, each of them has the color of its corresponding chakra: physical body – red color, etheric – orange, emotional – yellow, causal – blue, buddhic – indigo, atmic – violet.
And each of the progressive bodies is extended further from the preceding one – in geometric progression.
It is truly a fascinating vision. And that’s exactly how you appear on a subtle plane, dear ones, when all your bodies are completely purified from the energetic impurities, which sometimes cover them as a crust.
Try to see with your inner eye if your bodies appear pure and transparent. But even if you won’t see them, you would surely feel if they need purification.
If they do need that, ask Archangel Michael and all the Higher Powers of the Universe to help you and perform the deep cleansing of all your bodies.
For that, call upon the Flame of Universal Love to do the “major cleansing,” liberating your bodies from all its blocks – accumulation of the negative energies from all alien programs and all astral beings, who might live in your energy space.
And when you feel that they are completely purified, call the energy of Light and Love and ask to fill all your bodies, starting with the physical and finishing with the atmic.
And now look at yourself one more time. Feel yourself as a pure Divine multi-layered vessel, inside of which in the center there are all your seven chakras that are evenly stringed upon the unseen axis.
Enjoy this vision and then do the following.
Imagine that each of your chakras starts to slowly spin clockwise, and as they ascend they increase the radius of their spinning more and more to reach the extended level of its corresponding subtle body.
You’ll experience wonderful sensations – a complete merging of the subtle bodies with their sensory organs.
It will be a truly Divine harmony, which would fill your being with unbelievable bliss, which would ascend in waves from the bottom up. And the greater would be the radius of the turning of your chakras, the more captivating your sensations would be.
That’s exactly how an integration of all your bodies and their merging with their subtle sensory organs occur.
I bless you, dear ones, for mastering this practice, which would be the foundation of your transformation into Divine being, who is destined to live on the new fifth dimensional Earth.

ASCENSION IN ACTION (CORRECTING MISTAKES)
Greetings, my dear beloved children!
Today I’d like to speak with you on the following subject: what is preventing many of you from mastering your subtle sensory bodies, which means connecting with your Divine aspects.
First of all, it is your disbelief in yourself.
It seems to you that you are not ready yet, that you have not grown enough for that, that it could be accomplished by someone else – who is more spiritual.
This disbelief has become “ingrown” within you. It is extended both from your current life and from your numerous incarnations.
Regardless of where you have been born before or whom you have been, the religious dogma left its imprint on you, because none of the religions put the human beings on the same level with God, and this division has led your self-consciousness to be very low, limiting you into the narrow boxes of common world views.
Second, it is your inability to concentrate on what is most important, because too many factors influence your life, and you involuntarily scatter your attention.
Very few of you have an opportunity to work exclusively on your spiritual development. Most people do that parallel to their regular lives.
But the most important thing for you now – is to understand and accept with all your soul, that you are a person, whose consciousness has come out of the limits of the 3D world, you already live according to completely different laws – Universal and not human Laws.
And you have to apply it practically every day, every hour, and every minute.
Do not postpone for tomorrow, until the next time, or when you’ll have a better opportunity.
And if such life would become your natural state, then your subtle sensory organs simply would be unable not to become activated, because they would get in their natural environment.
And third. You need to learn to raise your physical and etheric bodies to the level of your subtle bodies, so they would become part of one energetic “charger.”
It becomes a dire necessity because your chakra system stays in the energy space of your etheric body, and you won’t be able to feel your subtle sensory organs, that are your chakras, if you won’t raise the vibrations of the etheric body.
In my next message, I’ll give you a special practice for the integration of your bodies.
But today I’d like to give you the following assignment.
Try to analyze each passing day from the point of its correspondence with the Laws of the Universe.
Remember each episode of that day, each dialogue, all the events of the day with its tiniest details and analyze carefully all your emotions, thoughts and actions.
Be objective and give yourself an honest response: if you have lived this day in accordance with Divine Universal Laws or thoughtlessly, according to habit and inertia.
Let it become your first step on the path of regaining your Divine essence.

ASCENSION IN ACTION (PITUITARY GLAND)
Greetings, my dear beloved children!
Today I’d like to tell you about the role played by the pituitary gland in the lives of the people.
Perhaps, it is the most important of all sensory organs, because it absorbs within itself the qualities of the sixth and seventh chakras, and not only absorbs but strengthens it greatly.
Your “third eye,” crown chakra and pituitary gland form some Divine triangle, which in the case of the activation of all three components becomes the most powerful stimulator of the spiritual growth of man.
Why pituitary gland is not included in the chakra system?
Because it stays in a lethargic state in the great majority of the people and it could awaken only in those people, whose sixth and seventh chakras are completely open and has become their everyday “working instrument.”
And then the pituitary gland, which serves as an intermediary between the man and the Higher Powers of the Universe, would start its activity.
You may say that the higher vibrations of the sixth and seventh chakras serve as a “fuel” without which “the launching” of the pituitary gland is impossible.
The energies of these two chakras flow into pituitary gland as into reservoir and blend there, transforming into completely new type of energy, which allows a man to reach up to the level of the Higher Powers of the Universe.
A powerful energy splash occurs then, which serves as a sign for the Higher Powers that one more person appeared on Earth, with whom they could establish a contact and be heard.
However, such a contact may not happen immediately or may not happen at all. It depends upon many factors, but in any case a person with “reanimated” pituitary gland would never be able to live as he had lived before.
His consciousness, world view, way of life, surroundings and needs will be radically changed.
It would be a Divine man, descended into the three dimensional world, which he can see through and which he would definitely try to change – everyone according to ones possibility.
Someone would enter a full Service, giving all his time and energy for enlightenment of the people, receiving information from the Higher Powers, but someone else would simply carry Light and Love for the people, showing with his own example that in any circumstances, even the most difficult, it’s possible to live following only the Laws of the Universe, and not habitual stereotypes of thinking and behavior, which force people into the dead end.
But I want you to know, dear ones, that it is impossible to activate pituitary gland artificially.
The best thing you can do is living peacefully in accordance with the Laws of the Universe, controlling your thoughts and emotions, banishing stereotypes of duality and habitual cliches of behavior.
And then it would happen by itself, naturally and without notice, exactly at the moment when it would be as necessary as air for you.
And suddenly you would feel as a Heavenly dweller, whom you have been some time before…

ASCENSION IN ACTION (GLANCE FROM THE SIDE)
Greetings, my dear beloved children!
Today we’ll move to the next practice, which we will call “Glance from the side.”
And that’s what it means.
Try to observe any life situation not from the inside, but from the side – from being above it, meaning not tuning in emotionally.
Theoretically, many of you already know and understand that, but today we’ll learn how to apply it in practice.
Let’s consider that you are facing a complex conflicting situation – it may be at home, at work or on the street, and you become involuntary involved in it.
First, what you need to do is to activate your upper chakras: sixth and seventh.
Just doing that is already capable to minimize passions, because it would fill the space around you with the higher vibrational energies, that would frighten astral beings, who feed on the emotions of aggression, irritation and resentment.
Second step could be served by your sincere intention, filtered through your heart chakra, that this situation would be resolved for the highest good of all.
And third. Ask your Soul to act for you: turn off your rational logical mind and let your Soul rule.
Perhaps, this point may become the most difficult for you, because people are accustomed to speak and act, obeying to the logical reasoning of their minds, that have been well trained during many centuries of living in duality.
Your mind would suggest to you the verified standard solutions, based on the experiences of current life as well as the other incarnations.
And your task at that moment consists of “breaking from the slavery” of 3D life and starting to think and live, guided by the Laws of the Universe and the wishes of your Soul.
So allow your Soul to come out to the stage and lead you into the world where different Laws act already.
You can contradict me and say that other people are not ready for that; they won’t understand you and won’t accept the new rules of the game.
But someone would have to start, dear ones, someone would have to break that closed circle by the name “thinking in duality.”
And believe me, on their subconscious level – level of the Soul – these people are able to understand you and accept your unusual solution.
They even be rejoiced by that, because it would open before them the new horizons, take them out of the boring monotonous life, breaking the old stereotypes.
Do not be afraid of appearing strange, unusual, misunderstood. Now a lot of things have changed, and the energies filling the Earth accomplish its work, transforming human consciousness more and more, even if it’s not visible from the first glance.
And in conclusion, I’d like to explain to you even more clearly what I mean by the expression “allow your Soul to come out to the stage.”
It means to catch the very first impulses, which your intuition or your subconscious mind sends you, and act according to that.
It is important to outrun your Mind, which would immediately start to disprove the “unwise” decisions.
And if your learn how to do that, your life would really change.

ASCENSION IN ACTION (NEW WAY OF COMMUNICATION)
Greetings, my dear beloved children!
Today I’d like to sum up the results of your work with the first two practices, which I have given you in the previous messages.
As you understand already, they are built according to one principle: the basis of any of your thoughts, emotions, and actions is the Divine component.
It is exactly what initiates the chain of the following actions.
Therefore, it is important not to loose the very first moment, when your first reaction to the people’s actions or words is arising, and also your own thoughts and emotions.
You need to outstrip your automatic reaction, founded on habitual stereotypes of behavior.
And today I’ll give you a few advices on how to do that.
Firstly, always try to hold a pause, before responding to your companion.
At that moment remember that you should not react to what is said as a person of 3D world, but from the heights of your Divine consciousness.
And then you may employ two practices at once: the “Unity of three” and the “Golden Ray”.
After activating your third eye, send the energy chain: sixth – fifth – fourth chakras.
You would feel how the warmth is flowing through your chest, how your lips start smiling, and your eyes radiate Love.
Believe me, dear ones, that all of that will manifest on your face by itself, reflecting externally the energies of the higher vibrations overflowing you.
Secondly, try to speak very calmly without hurry and even if you know very well how to respond, “stretch this pleasure,” allowing your companion to ask leading questions.
It would help both of you to stay as long as possible in the energy field of the higher vibrations, which you were able to create already.
Even if you see that he is essentially wrong, do not hurry to refute his opinion, but try to to do it in a way that he himself would realize his mistake.
It would help you to smooth out the situation and to avoid some unpleasant moments in your conversation.
You would see, dear ones, how smoothly and harmoniously your conversation would flow if the starting point of your conversation would be the activation of your sixth chakra – your Divine principle in conjunction with the energy of Love, filtered through your fourth chakra.
Everything would happen by itself and exactly as needed – for the highest goodness of all, because “like attracts like.”
And as soon as you master this new way of communication, making it your habit, the sooner the long-awaited changes would arrive in your own life and on your planet.

ASCENSION IN ACTION (GOLDEN RAY)
Greetings, my dear beloved children!
Today we’ll move to the next practice, which we will call “The Golden Ray.”
This practice as well as a previous practice “The Unity of Tree” does not require a meditative state, but meant to teach you how to immediately evaluate a situation and how to react to it not as a person of 3D world, but as a being of higher realms, already possessing the consciousness of the Divine being.
I’d like this practice to enter your life naturally and with every practice to reactivate your third eye more and more, until it would permanently open and become your polar star for all times.
And below is the meaning of the practice.
During communication with any person, in your mind activate your third eye. Feel it on physical level.
And then ask it for help. Let it evaluate the situation and suggest you the necessary words and actions.
But first look carefully at your companion, sense him: feel how the light of the golden ray radiates from your third eye.
It envelops this person, penetrating into his soul, revealing his true essence – what he hides from others, being afraid to appear as weak, dumb, unskilled, and that’s why tries to appear important through external artificial expressions.
And believe me, dear ones, it won’t be an invasion into the inner world of the person, but only the opening of his true self, his divinity.
That way you could become acquainted with his Soul, and not with his human qualities.
And if with your physical vision you would see only external expressions, with your third eye – his inner essence.

ASCENSION IN ACTION (PRACTICE “UNITY OF THREE”)

Let’s call it “Unity of three.”
It’s essence is in the following: every time when you are going to do or say something, you need to gather mental, causal and Divine components of your actions into one.
For that imagine a certain energy “current” – how the energy of your sixth chakra is gradually flowing into the fifth and then descends into the fourth, into your Crystal of Love.
It takes only a fraction of a second, but it sends what you need to say or do in completely different directions.
If the Divine component would be at the foundation of your words and actions, then they would be filled with the energy of Love.
You’ll be surprised how easily it works and how it changes an explosive environment into a friendly one, how an irritation of your companion disappears and friendliness appears instead.
And now I’ll explain a mechanism of this practice.
Your sixth chakra and third eye symbolize your Divine principle.
The fifth chakra – your “self-expression” is initially filled with Divine energy of higher vibrations and then it is filtered through your Crystal of Love.
In other words, you speak and act already from the position of Divine being, and Love is the foundation.

Greetings, my dear beloved souls!
Today I am finishing the series of my messages titled “Our Mutual Ascension” and I’d like to sum up what has been said.
I think you understood why I have named my series like that.
I wanted very much for you to understand how close we are, how our bodies are “designed” in the same way, and the only difference between you and me is that I had gone through the stage of Ascension in my previous life and you are going to go through it now.
But the Creator made your task easier – you will shift into the new dimension together with Earth and the Shift will be in masse.
But the conditions of the Shift would stay unchanged. It would be possible only when you master your Divine component and learn how to control your subtle bodies and use your subtle sensory organs.
That’s why I have told you in such details about your chakras and about your bodies.
I see that many of you are bewildered, it seems to you that all of that is too complicated and you are still not ready to such radical changes in your life, that you are still not feeling your chakras, not to mention your subtle bodies.
Others on the contrary have overestimated their capabilities, considering they have accomplished everything perfectly, and now rest on their laurels.
But as usual the truth is in the middle, and the truth is that this process is unpredictable.
It is impossible to calculate when your accumulated experience would be manifested in life, when you would live and think guided by your subtle sensory organs.
It could happen at any moment, unexpectedly, when you are visited by a sudden illumination – the perception of the events from the Divine heights.
And such an enlightenment will greatly increase your vibrations and your subtle bodies would become as tangible for you as your physical body.
Regard all of that quietly and know that everything will come in its time, when you are truly ready for that.
But for those of you who have already reached a significant success, I’d like to warn you against another mistake.
Don’t become too proud and complacent, continue to work on yourself, because life in third dimension has many hidden underwater reefs and full of temptations.
Do not forget, dear ones, that a deadly struggle is fought with all kinds of astral beings, who try to survive in the world which escapes from underneath their feet because of the rapidly increasing vibrations of earth.
They are literally “pushed out” of their habitual environment and they clutch on any negative energy generated by the people as on the last straw. And the favorite energies for the beings of higher astral are the energies of pride and conceit.
And the last thing I’d like to tell you.
Never tell anyone of your exclusivity, about your spirituality, about your success.
Let people see it for themselves. It would be much more valuable. They would want to be like you, which means stepping on the path of spiritual development.
And you would be saved from the temptations of pride and not become the prey of astral beings, who only wait for a person to stumble.

Today I want to finish our conversation about the atmic body.
I’d like you to realize in full measure how valuable it is for you and what an important role it serves in the lives of every person who have stepped upon spiritual path.
This is the “final destination” of every soul, who have finished its wondering in the 3D world.
This is your Divine Portal into the world of higher vibrations.
But you could finally enter this “Portal” only when your other bodies are ready, when you dissolve all the blocks, all the dark spots, all the inserts of the negative thoughts and emotions, which settled there during many many lives in duality.
You have been given practices, meditations and advices for purification of your bodies, that’s why I’ll give you one universal advice and one very simple practice, which you could use at any moment wherever you are.
Let’s call it the “Divine Portal.”
I advice you to do it initially in natural settings, in a peaceful and harmonious state, in complete solitude.
And when you master it until you could do it automatically, then you could do it anywhere.
Thus, try to imagine yourself as pure Soul, dressed in physical vehicle.
You need to see yourselves as a transparent rarefied silhouette.
Feel how your physical body expands, how the space between its cells increases.
At that moment you could feel slight prickling sensations or vibrations all over your body.
It is changing its parameters – physical, biochemical, energetic.
It is already not a dense body, but a body of subtle matter, and you could control it with your consciousness – change its shape, volume…
Your body is completely merged with your Soul, and it is truly Divine. It consists of the pure energy of Love.
Its vibrations are so elevated that any negative thought or emotion dissolves immediately in this radiant Divine Light.
You are – a Divine human.
You obtained your true essence.
You reclaimed your lost positions.
You returned to your sources.
Try, dear ones, to learn to enter such a state and stay in it each time longer and longer, until you get accustomed to your true Divine body to such a degree that you won’t be able to live otherwise.
And that would be the first stage of your Shift, because you would live in a different energy space of the Fifth Dimension.

OUR MUTUAL ASCENSION (TRAVELING IN SUBTLE BODIES)
Greetings, my dear beloved souls!
Today I’d like to explain you in detail how the shift to other dimensions and to different time frames in subtle bodies is happening.
Very important that you act CONSCIOUSLY and not spontaneously, which could lead to unwanted results.
After you master the practice of unification of your subtle bodies – emotional, mental, causal, and buddhic – the next step for you would be their merging with the atmic body, which is your “magic carpet” during your travels in the subtle world.
It is your traveling in these five subtle bodies that enables you to see, remember, and comprehend everything you meet on your way.
But an exit beyond the dimensional and time barriers is carried out by the atmic body, which has the highest vibrations and because of that can provide you with a relatively smooth shift from the dense to the subtle worlds.
Your unconscious travel through the subtle worlds happens according to the same principle, but in that case your Higher Self is acting instead of you, taking all responsibility upon itself.
But if a person is possessed by the lower energies and his head is filled with negative thoughts before sleep, the beings of the lower astral, who feed on such energies, invade his consciousness, and a person would have a terrible dream.
That’s why, dear ones, always go to sleep with good pure thoughts, with Love and Gratitude for the day, notwithstanding what kind of day it has been; because you already know that difficulties and suffering – are a priceless experience, which is given for your highest good.
Always ask Archangel Michael, your Guardian Angel, your Spiritual Guides to protect you during sleep from any alien invasion to your energy field.
And call them during your meditations before leaving your physical body.
I advice you to conduct such meditations only when it is really necessary – for example, when you cannot get rid of something for a long time, something that stops you from moving forward, and you decide to find a reason of that on a deep level.
Then you can ask your Higher Self to return exactly to the same incarnation where the problem have started, and by replaying the situation get rid of such an unpleasant quality.
Even if you won’t see anything in such meditation, you could feel how your five subtle bodies are pressed together and are moving in time and space.
And believe me, dear ones, that your Higher Self would do it for you if your intention is pure and sincere, and the goal is your spiritual growth.
Someone would like to visit his native planet and his star family. In such case, always ask your star “family” to help you in your travel.
Such temporary unification with your sources may beneficially affect your current state, because it would lift up from your deep memory a huge layer of previous lives in different worlds.
But during such travels, always try to observe that you won’t loose a connection with your physical and ethereal bodies, and come out of the meditation only when you feel that all your bodies are lined up in one row in your energy space.
Of course, it all comes with practice, dear ones!
Do not hurry, do everything slowly, gradually starting from simple tasks – for example, flowing with your subtle bodies into the Fifth dimension; utilizing practices which has been given to you already.
What’s important – is to feel your subtle bodies and learn how to control them.

Today we’ll continue our conversation about the atmic body and its corresponding seventh chakra.
I’ll give you one more practice, which would allow you to feel them simultaneously.
It would be very useful to be able to feel the vibrations and not to waste your time on reading unnecessary channelled messages and books, which now appear in the Internet in huge amounts.
I see, dear ones, that for many of you it is an excessive volume of information, which for the most part is not presenting real knowledge, and becoming an obstacle on the path of your spiritual growth.
That’s why your ability to differentiate a true knowledge, carrying the higher vibrations from the Higher Powers, from the numerous imitations, dictated by the astral beings lately, is your main task.
Why do I return to it again and again? Because I see that the astral beings have become very active lately, understanding that their time is running out.
The more rapidly the consciousness of a man is transforming, reaching to Divine plane, the higher his vibrations are becoming, the less chances are for the beings of the higher astral to reach him – they cannot raise to the vibrations of such a person.
But there are still very few people like that, and the astral beings initiated a really feverish activity for the so called “enlightenment” of people.
In order to save your time, energy and, most importantly, to keep the purity of your energy space, I would like to propose you one more practice, which would help you to discern the real messages from the Higher Powers.
Let’s call it the “Divine scanner.”
And that’s what it means.
Every time when you open something on the screen of your computer or in the printed book, put the text you have seen in the space of your seventh chakra and then try to move into your atmic body.
Feel whether it accepts or rejects that.
It will scan an information regarding the presence of the Divine principle within it, another words will determine the level of vibrations.
And then listen carefully to your feelings.
If your source really carries within the higher vibrations and information, received from the Higher Powers, then you would feel the Bliss flowing through your body.
Your upper chakras, sixth and seventh, would fill with warmth and start pulsing.
You may also feel the pulsations and warmth in your pituitary gland.
That’s exactly how they catch the higher vibrational signals, sent by your atmic body.
But if this information have been received from the astral being, then your upper chakras will not respond in any way. You won’t feel any physical expressions.
Of course, dear ones, I understand that such method is not possible for all of you yet.
But believe me everything is in your hands, and with time you would be able to develop your subtle sensory organs and they would be just as tangible as your vision, hearing and a sense of smell.
And the new energies, which are filling the earth and all your bodies, help very much, transforming your bodies and your consciousness, bringing them to the next level of being.

Greetings, my dear beloved souls!
Today we’ll continue our conversation about the atmic body and its cooperation with other subtle bodies.
Unfortunately, in some people the connection with an atmic body is almost broken. It is characteristic mostly of those, who are completely submerged into the three dimensional world and whose upper chakras are in a state of sleep.
It is fair to say, that in these people the connection with the Divine aspects of their souls is blocked. And such people are the majority of the population of earth.
That’s why, what I’ll tell you now is only relevant to those, whose sixth chakra is open and activated and who are capable to be oriented in the subtle worlds, because for the unprepared person it is better not to conduct the experiments involving an exit from the physical body.
And I ask you, dear ones, to regard my warning very seriously.
Today I’d like to give you a small practice, which would allow you to feel your subtle bodies better and connect your consciousness with them.
And we’ll start with the most simple – a meditation which we’ll call “Matryoshka.”
Enter a meditative state, breathe deeply, call on Archangel Michael and your Divine helpers.
And then imagine yourself as Matryoshka doll: where the smallest part inside will be your physical body, and then other bodies around each other according to their increased sizes, etheric, emotional, mental, causal, buddhic and atmic.
You’ll see how their volume would increase in geometric progression.
And then use your consciousness to expand your bodies, and then, on the contrary, bring them almost together..
Your physical and etheric bodies stay immobile, but they are connected with other bodies by the unseen energy cord, which has an ability to stretch to infinity.
If you knew, dear ones, what a perfect instrument is your human body, especially the higher vibrational ones, which reach the Divine level of existence – and what an unlimited possibilities they possess.
Thus, “play” with your bodies, as if you play a harmonica, stretching them as wide as possible, and then bring them together.
Admire their beautiful colors.
Feel their density – each body would have its own density. The further away it’s from the physical body, the more rarefied it would be.
You need to learn to feel your subtle bodies as good as you feel the parts of your physical body: the arms, legs, head.
Do that exercise several times a day, so you’ll become proficient with it.
And after that, we will move to the next stage of your work with subtle bodies.

OUR MUTUAL ASCENSION (ATMIC BODY)
Greetings, my dear beloved souls!
Today we’ll begin studying an atmic body and its corresponding seventh chakra, which is an entrance into the holy of holies – into Divine space connecting you with Creator.
This is quite difficult to explain, therefore I must use some allegories.
Imagine our Universe as a huge multi leveled substance, expanding into infinity and Creator, who had created it, in the image of bright radiant impulse that fills it with lively energy.
He exists everywhere at once, projecting himself into every level of his creation.
It is similar to the bright spinning projector, whose light fills infinite spaces.
Of course, it is very simplistic allegory, but it reflects the essence of this phenomenon.
Each of you stays in these all-embracing rays of the Creator. And the higher your vibration, the closer you are attracted to him, the more you feel his warmth, Light and Love.
That is why pure spiritual people feel God so clearly – they merge with him, dissolving in his rays.
And it is happening through your crown chakra, which is a light channel of connection of humans with Creator.
And your atmic body is this veil, which separates the dense and subtle worlds.
The people, whose atmic body is pure and harmonious, could easily penetrate through this veil and travel into another worlds, to another planes and even to different galaxies.
And that’s how it is happening.
Because your consciousness is also a substance of subtle matter, it is capable to separate from the physical body and live an independent life, but on one condition, that it would be “attached” to your subtle bodies.
If it is not happening, then there is a possibility, that after separating from your subtle bodies your consciousness can get lost in the infinite spaces of the Universe.
On physical plane, it appears that a person loses his mind, and other people consider him mentally sick.
To avoid that, every time when you would like to embark on such a journey, ask your Spiritual guides and all your Divine assistants to accompany you and to ensure that your consciousness and your subtle bodies stay in one energy space.
I know, dear ones, that many of you already have had such experiences and know that a person, who realized his greatness and his Divinity, can achieve anything.

Greetings, our dear earthlings!
Today I am instructed to give you a message from the Galactic Federation.
We will discuss your readiness for the changes, which will be happening much faster and be more tangible with every day.
Your Earth can be compared with the cosmic ship, which is preparing for a start.
The period for preparation is now finished: the system of control is developed, the tanks are filled with the “fuel” from the higher vibrational energies of Love, which has been generated not only by the Higher Powers from the outside, but by the people living on Earth.
Like the astronauts, they have been preparing for a flight, developing spiritually and changing energetically, and now they go through the last test for their compatibility with vibrations of their “ship,” which would carry them from the three dimensional world into the beautiful world of Fifth dimension.
What could you do to go through this test honorably?
First and the most important – is not to loose your faith that Earth Ascension is going to happen, despite constant delays.
These delays are caused by many reasons, but the most important one – is the awakening of as many people as possible, so they could transform their consciousness and have an opportunity to ascend together with the planet.
Second – to live each of your days as the last one on this three dimensional Earth, which already had outlived it.
Look at everything that’s going on with the eyes of a person who already lives in another dimension: as adults with many life experiences look at child’s play – with love and condescension.
Third – concentrate your attention on your subtle bodies and corresponding chakras.
Another words, try to live with the guidance of your subtle sensory feelings, which would lead you out of the limits of dual perception of the world and raise you to the new level of being.
And if you succeed, then you would accept all the changes – climatic, geographic, political, social, financial, which now are going to start on Earth, from the heights of your consciousness of the Divine human; which means you won’t succumb to fear and panic, which takes over the average people in similar circumstances, when they are deprived of the habitual way of life.
We see that a concentration of negative energies in all areas of your life have reached its critical state and explosion is inevitable.
Of course, it won’t happen in one day, but if it would happen in one of the leading countries, then it would initiate the whole chain of similar explosions.
And because you and your Earth stay in one energy space, it will be involuntarily reflected on Earth as natural and technology catastrophes, which like “Echo” would respond to the cry for help from your planet.
We, on our part, carefully observe everything that’s happening on Earth and develop plans for rescuing people, based on many different scenarios of the development of events.
But still, dear ones, so much depends on you now, because every awakened person on Earth has an enormous energy potential and is capable to save by himself hundreds of people, placing them in his higher vibrational field.
This field would attract like a magnet those, who would be able to understand the changes that are happening on Earth and could transform their consciousness very rapidly to the level, which would allow them to join the people who are ready for Ascension.
We would like this message to help you to concentrate on the most important thing and to realize there is no time left for any waste.

LIGHT EXPELS DARKNESS
Greetings, my dear beloved children!
Today I’d like to tell you what have changed on the earth’s subtle plane in the last past months.
First, The axis of Earth has shifted for several more degrees.
And, as you can see, it has lead to the weather anomalies and to the next round of “shaking” of the Earth crust.
But it also has a positive side. These changes has lead to an increase in the Earth vibrations, and as a result the Earth is able to sort out the inhabitants of the astral plane according to their vibrations.
What does it mean for you?
Being in the higher vibrations, the astral body of Earth is slowly expelling from itself the beings of the lower astral plane, because they cannot exist in these new conditions.
The same thing is happening in the Earth’s mental and causal bodies, where the beings of the middle and the higher astral plane exist. They are already suffocating in the new vibrations of the Earth, which turned out to be too “rarified” for them.
That’s why the beings of all levels try to survive, using the people of corresponding vibrations…
And it is very important, dear ones, that you know about it and are prepared, because now as never before your negative emotions could be triggered; and also there is a danger that you would contact not the Forces of Light, but the astral beings, who would pretend to be the Forces of Light and use their names.
It is more relevant for those of you, who have a channel of connection with the subtle world, and who are accustomed to receiving channelled messages from the Higher Forces, or who simply like to communicate with the spiritual guides.
You have been given much guidance on how to discern the true messages from the false, and I am not going to repeat myself.
But I ask you, dear ones, to be careful – and not to feed these beings with your energies and to test everything, that you receive or read whether it’s true or false with every means that is available to you.
It would help you and your Mother Earth in your liberation from the burden of lower energies and in purification of your energy space, which would ease your Shift into the new dimension.
And second, what I wanted to share with you is the ever growing opposition between the Forces of Light and Darkness, both on Earth and in the space around the Earth.
The battle for the space of inhabitance has started. And if for a long time these Forces had been able to coexist both on a dense and subtle planes of Earth, now a period of energy rearrangement has begun, when the gap in vibrations has become so great, that they are unable to coexist in one energy space.
That is why an expression of the Dark forces on all levels of existence has become more visible and tangible.
And this “concentration” of the Darkness and Light leads to a situation, when the population of Earth also starts to “conglomerate” according to similarities of their vibrations.
There is a clear polarization of people into the very spiritual, who are ready for the Shift, and the ones who are not ready at all.
And the more the Earth would move into the Fifth dimensional space, the more energetically polarized the humanity would become.
The “half-tones” will be gradually washed away, and the people will be divided into into the two camps: the ones who would ascend together with the Earth, and the ones who won’t be able to do that.
Remember that, dear ones, and if you have already made your choice, then go forward, without looking back, leaving behind your third dimensional experience.
Learn how to live in the new energies and in the new realities, because you have everything you need for that.
