Deciding something isn’t a match for you is giving a loud energetic no. There is nothing more you need to do. You do not need to look for other people’s agreement, or to make any sort of point. The fact that something isn’t the right energy for you is a decision only you can make from your own truth and vantage point. You are the energetic expert on you, and the only one qualified to decide what is appropriate for you or not.
But once you decide what isn’t a match, you no longer have to be on the lookout for it, because that would be using your focus to invite it to continue as part of your experience. It would be giving it your blessing of continuation.
Your energetic no is a stop point to that flow. But from there you must withdraw your energy and redirect. You are clear about what doesn’t match you. Now it is time to move into the discovery of what does.
You might think of it as a maze. If you hit an energetic dead end, you don’t need to keep pushing against it. You can simply turn around and choose a new direction and experience. And if you don’t like the next experience, you can choose again and again, until you find the match that makes your soul sing.

We have spoken about how your focus is your blessing of continuation. Affirmations are a wonderful way of changing course by creating new intentions which connect you to new timelines. A wonderful, simple affirmation you can use to begin to transform any area of your life is to simply declare, “I have a joyful relationship with..”
For example, you can choose “I have a joyful relationship with money.” You don’t have to know all the steps to get there, you simply need to open the door to that potential and allow the unfoldment that can occur now that you have chosen that new path of possibility.
If you try the affirmation and feel a great deal of resistance coming up in reaction to it, that is a wonderful gift! It is an opportunity to explore how you have been holding yourself separate from that experience. Feel into what is in conflict with your new choice. Is it fear? There is great power in taking any kind of action step toward your dreams because as the expression goes, what you talk about is who you want to be, what you do is who you are. Some dreams haven’t come to fruition because they have been waiting for the energetic support of the times you are in right now. Reevaluating and releasing your old belief systems about blockages and obstacles can be incredibly freeing and set you off in a brand new direction.

Because you have associated the process to be specific to grief rather than transformation in general, many of you have been feeling the energy of grief as you navigate the ups and downs of how the pandemic is affecting both you and the whole.
There is also the life review process that many of you are going through as you wrap up the first phase of your incarnation, that comes with an association of ending and new beginnings. The emotions you are feeling, both individually and collectively, are all essential phases of the transformational process you are you are all part of.
Because of the many associations with grief this pandemic is bringing up, the lungs are being affected in many as that is the area of the body where unprocessed grief tends to manifest. If you are feeling grief, sit with it, acknowledge it, love yourself through it, and know it is proof positive that you are in a process of profound transformation.
How long it takes people to move through each stage is unique to the individual. Some will move through it very quickly, while others may take a bit longer. Many first responder have struggled with the weight of their service over time without supports. This is in line with the shift from the old martyred service paradigm to the new supported service paradigm we have been speaking of.
You are having a new respect and appreciation for those who serve you by making your modern comforts possible. You are seeing the store clerks, the delivery people, all the people who give their time every day to help your society run smoothly, in a brand new light. You are seeing how their contributions serve the whole, and how essential they are.
You are also seeing how doing nothing at all can serve the whole, by staying home, by making wise choices about your actions, can be beautiful service and love, as well. Further, you are in so many wonderful and creative ways, discovering new methods of connection and ways of expressing the love and supporting each other. By staying home you are suddenly able to see quite clearly how quickly the planet can respond to diminished pollution, which will lead to a more collective mindfulness moving forward.
You are seeing with far greater clarity the contributions those who are not able to offer their services have made to your lives. If you are at home with your children taking the reins of their education, you have a healthy new respect for the teachers who lead your children every day.
You may be recognizing what a contribution your hair dresser, or your dog groomer, or your handyman, makes to the overall experience of your life.
Do you see? It is through this window of opportunity you can move into a greater gratitude for the contribution each and every person makes in their own unique way. The same it is for those of you who have come up with solutions to support those who are in service, or those who are in need within your communities.
What we wish for you to understand is all of it is serving the whole. Every single phase, whichever you are in, is allowing a deeper knowing of self. You are all stepping into this time of transformation with your whole hearts and full cooperation, however it is unfolding for you, even if you don’t understand the full purpose of it all at this time.

Many of you are being advised to stay at least six feet away from each other. This too is a gift.
Staying away from others gives you a chance to experience your own energies. For many of you who are empathic and perhaps had not known just how empathic you are, it will come as both a discovery and a relief.
It is assisting you in your own personal shifting to not have a lot of other people’s energies in your etheric field. This is designed to help those who have not yet learned how to practice energetic clarity.
You often don’t realize just how impacted you are by other energies until you have the experience of being completely out of them for a while. It is through this discovery that many will start to see their energetic state as something that needs to be supported for their own comfort and well-being.
By being more in your own energy, you will also have the experience of being able to start to discern what is yours and what you are picking up from the collective. If you are unsure, simply asking what is yours, or doing your seed of light technique outlined below will bring you clarity.

Shelley’s Note: One of the things that has always amazed me over the years of working with Gabriel is how often he gives information before you need it. Yesterday this recent daily message from March 7 came back into my awareness and I was struck by how it so perfectly applies to what we are going through right now. Since it is thursday I decided to share it again as a throwback thursday post because I feel that it even though I just recently shared it, it has more impact today than the day it was posted. I hope you are being safe, honouring your needs and feelings, and are able to find some of the gifts this peeling back process is opening up for us. We are all in this together.

Many of you, as you have wrapped up the first phase of your incarnation, may have found your life stripped down to bare essentials. You have left the old behind, you haven’t quite connected fully to the new, and may feel in a state of suspended animation or unsure of how to proceed.
This phase is much like doing a complete renovation on a home you have lived in for a long time but has become outdated. In order to really update it, it is often necessary to ‘take things down to the studs’. You peel everything back to the basic structure so you can examine all the systems in place, make any repairs that are necessary, and then start to rebuild. It’s not uncommon to find beautiful things, as well, that have been hidden from view until you began this process!
The wonderful thing about a complete remodel is you get to choose what matches who you are today. You may desire more open space, different conveniences that weren’t available before, and completely new decor that resonates with you. You can make wise choices based on the options that are available to you now, because you have lived in the home for a long time and are well aware of what limitations you no longer wish to live with.
While the renovation stage can seem disruptive and be very uncomfortable (and sometimes full of unexpected surprises), it is always setting you up for far more satisfaction and comfort when it is complete. It is a restructuring designed to support you for the next phase of your incarnation, all created on your preferences and desires.
