It can be easy to fall into the belief that there is no forward movement in your life, but in reality there is always growth and expansion. As a human being, you experience the flow in two ways – the action phase, which contains tangible movement, and the lull phase, where the movement is occurring energetically behind the scenes as a precursor to taking form.
What we wish for you to understand is there is always forward movement happening, you are just not able to see some aspects of it from where you are. In fact, we would suggest to you that the most progress is made during the times it seems like there is nothing happening at all. That would explain why you are given a period of rest – it is in preparation for the next action phase that is sure to come. What if thinking you’re blocked is the blockage? We understand you wish to be diligent, but believing you are blocked is demonstrating judgment and resistance toward the perfection of your now moment. It also denotes a lack of faith and trust, both in yourself, and in the universe.
Dear Ones, your focus is your blessing of continuation. Your energy is much better spent looking at what IS working for you and trusting the beauty and wisdom of both yourself and the unfoldment. You can rest easy knowing that if there is something you need to address it will come up into your awareness with the full energetic support of the universe for its healing and release.
That is the beauty of working with the surrender, faith, flow, trust model which is the Divine Combination. Are all of your actions matching your intentions? Even though they were often ridiculed or considered crazy, they didn’t spend time trying to get people to understand what they were doing, they simply followed their hearts and the calling of their souls. There was no map to where they were going and that was ok. It was through their explorations they created the maps for others to follow.

Dear Ones, your fears do not need to rule you. In fact, they have a lot of information for you if you are willing to sit with them for a moment.
Explore your fear. Ask it questions. Where did it come from? Is it even yours or does it come from old conditioning or belief systems? Is it from a past life expression? Does it even apply to your current lifetime? Is it a match to who you are energetically in this right now moment or a reflection of your past?
What is its purpose? Does it serve you or does it hold you back? If it thinks it is keeping you safe, can you assume that responsibility for yourself as your own loving parent and guide? Can you release the fear by thanking it for its perceived service and then letting it go as an expression of your own empowerment?
There are so many wonderful options opening up to you as you step into your sovereignty! Explore. Ask questions. You can create much lighter forward movement for yourselves by simply acknowledging, feeling, identifying, thanking, and then releasing any energy that is not a support to your highest life expression, secure in the fact that it now serves you more to let it go than it does to keep it. ~Archangel Gabriel through Shelley Young

We understand many of you are afraid to sit with your emotions. You feel like it will be overwhelming or more than you can handle. If you have been avoiding emotions for a long time, you might be scared that too much will come spilling out.
Dear Ones, you can start to explore your feelings a bit at a time. You can start by sticking your big toe into the waters of your emotions. You might be surprised that once you don’t resist them, they aren’t that scary after all!
Your emotions are one of your greatest gifts and strengths. They show you how much you have cared, how beautiful and tender your soul is. They are your beautiful human responses. You can honour them for all the feedback they give you, for the insight they provide. And you can look underneath them to lovingly gather up any parts of you that feel abandoned, misunderstood, afraid, or simply need love and inclusion.
This is another instance where the fear of doing something is far worse than the actual doing of it. You can start small and grow this skill like any other.
