“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We have a propensity to see the good in whomever we are observing, and certainly this trait that we have is shared by many humans on Earth. We are looking for more recruits to help in this mission that we have to draw forth the good that we know exists within each and every one of you. But in order to do that as a human, you must first be willing to know that the potential exists for every person to do good, and you must believe that everyone is fundamentally good.
You are all Source Energy Beings. All of us are, and while Source is everything, Source is fundamentally love. And therefore, so are all of you. When a person is not aware of this, and when they are unable to access it and feel it, that person can do all sorts of things to try to have some sense of who they are as an individual and to have that be experienced by others as powerful, lovable, wise, talented, and a whole host of other desired traits.
Most humans are looking for that external validation, rather than looking to give it to someone else, someone who certainly needs to be seen as good, lovable, and gifted in some way. If you make that your intention for each interaction that you have with another person, then you are going to be a part of a movement that will change the world. Some people need to be reminded of who they really are, and who better to remind them then you all who have this knowing inside of yourselves of who you are as Source Energy Beings.
The reason why the shift is taking as long as it is, is because of the number of individuals who still believe that separation is necessary in order for the good to be allowed to live and to thrive. And those same individuals believe that something has to be done with the bad seeds, the bad apples. We know that we ask for all of you to be compassionate and to be unconditionally loving to those who are making their missteps on a regular basis, but we now implore you to see the good in them as well and to look for some way to draw it out of them, even if your way is to just be the example in your thoughts, words, and actions. That is more than enough.
But if you can help someone to know who they really are, then you will have stepped up in a miraculous way and certainly in a way that is needed there on Earth at this time. We will continue to do our part, and we will continue to invite more of you to participate in this movement.

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We have been connecting with so many of you while you are asleep, and we have been gathering information from you, as well as the perspectives that you hold on what is most needed there on planet Earth. And we are happy to report that the vast majority of you are aware of the need for more compassion in the human consciousness. You have lived enough life to see when someone is not offering that compassion that is necessary to be heart-centered, and you are growing tired of witnessing what happens when a person is so disconnected from their emotional center.
And so, we hear the pleas from so many of you that are asking for something that will force people to have a more heart-centered perspective and to treat others as they would like to be treated, but we cannot do that. And we do not want to rob anyone of their growth experiences. What we offer are invitations, and those invitations are meant to attract individuals who are ready to be more compassionate and more heart-centered, because you who are awake can tip the scales. You can hold so much compassion and unconditional love in your hearts that the entire human collective benefits.
You can be the ground crew for beings like us and hold that space for your fellow humans. You can help bring about peace and harmony there on Earth by exemplifying what you want to see more of in others. When you see the sociopath running wild and doing all sorts of horrible things, the urge is to just stop the person from having access to other people, potential victims. So that person has to be incarcerated, or in extreme cases, put to death for certain people to feel better about what they have witnessed.
But you cannot forget the existence of these individuals, as if they’ve somehow been erased from society. Another one will just pop up until enough of you come together and hold that compassion for someone who doesn’t deserve it at all. You are the ones who have awakened to the point where you can receive a message like this and say, ‘Yes! That is me. I do feel that this is part of my mission on Earth.’ And so, you receive our invitations for upgrades to your heart chakras. You receive our downloads and activations, and you become even more compassionate, even more heart-centered, and you show even more empathy for everyone, regardless of what they have done.
And you are going to help shift the consciousness of the human collective. You are doing it, and more and more of you awaken every day and realize that the only solution to the problems of the world is love. And when you are love, you naturally feel compassion. You naturally empathize, and you want to help others to heal, rather than just seeking to put them far, far away from the rest of you. And it is this approach to moving humanity forward that we are such big proponents of. So when you connect with us, and you feel the energy that we are giving off, you bring that back to the fourth-dimensional Earth, and you help so many with your presence, with your intention, and with the compassion that you so easily access within you.

ASCENDING IN SPITE OF YOUR OPPRESSORS ∞THE 9D ARCTURIAN COUNCIL, CHANNELED BY DANIEL SCRANTON, September 28th, 2019
“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We have been witnessing the struggle that humanity has endured with being oppressed, and we understand why so many of you are angry about this oppression. We understand why you are angry with government officials, cabals, and negatively oriented extra-terrestrials, and we feel compassion for you for what you have endured there on Earth. We do believe, however, that we can help to alleviate some of the suffering that you’ve experienced by reminding you that you are very powerful beings and that you do create your own reality.
So all of the oppression that you have experienced has been necessary to give you the third and fourth dimensional experiences that you have been able to have there on Earth. Were it not for the oppression, you would have moved through the third dimension very fast, and many of you would have shifted to the fifth dimension before the rest of humanity was ready. We saw this happen with the Mayans, for example, where many of the Mayans ascended because they were simply ready to. Now if this had continued on Earth, you would have had civilization after civilization ascending, and those who were not so fortunate to have chosen to incarnate in an advanced civilization would have endured even more suffering and even more oppression.
So those of you who have been holding the space for all of humanity and holding the higher vibration that you do for your collective have created a balance there, and that balance was necessary to give all of you the numerous experiences that you wanted to have before shifting. Remember that everything is a choice on some level. Just because you don’t remember making the choice to incarnate there and be oppressed doesn’t make it any less of a choice. Now that most of you who are awake have also become aware of your oppressors, you feel a great deal of anger and you want justice. You want to them to be taken down, imprisoned, and some of you even look for their deaths as a necessary punishment for what they have done.
But this is not how you evolve and ascend. You evolve and ascend through forgiveness, compassion, and unconditional love. And that forgiveness is made possible by this understanding that you needed them to play the role of the bad guys, the dark ones. You needed that oppression to stay in the fourth and third dimensions long enough to have a collective event that will be the ascension of all of humanity that is present on Earth.
So look for that knowing within yourselves, process your angry feelings, and get to the place of forgiveness and compassion for those who chose to play their roles, and we can assure you that those roles are not as good-feeling as you might suspect. Having all of that power and all of that money is meaningless without love. And some of these beings who have been your oppressors have even come to that conclusion through the lives that they have lived, and they will need ones like you who are awake to forgive them. And this is what we believe is necessary as well for the ascension of all of humanity.

We are very privileged to have the connection that we do with so many of you, because you are the movers and shakers of the galaxy. You are the ones who are making the biggest difference right now, because you are making the biggest leap forward that is possible in this universe. And we feel that the connection that we have with so many of you is serving us just as much as it is serving all of you who look up to us. We had a much easier ride here in the Arcturian Star System. Planet Earth is the melting pot of this galaxy, and the challenges that you have taken on and faced head on are enormous.
We have so much respect for all of you, and we want you to know that we are joining forces with so many other councils and collectives that we are connecting with for the first time. And we are all so very interested in how humanity is going to come together and raise your consciousness. And so, there are lots and lots of meetings and discussions about how it is best to be of service to all of you.
We decided that the best way for us to have the impact that we want to have on humanity at this time is to let you know how enjoyable the experience has been for all of us, just to have the opportunity to connect with you. And we also want you to know that we are not the only ones who feel this way. Every time one of you reaches out and reaches up and connects with a higher-vibrational, higher-dimensional being or collective, you are giving a gift to the ones you connect to, and they are just as appreciative as we are.
We want you to know also that there are more of these groups coming forward and taking an interest in you, and so you have more friends, colleagues, and helpers to choose from. There are more of us now than ever on Team Earth. And if you feel for the support that you have, as an individual, and as a collective, we know that you will tune in to it. You will tap in to the energy of these gatherings, and you will know that you are being talked about in a very positive way. And we can foresee more and more of you making profound connections that will shift the way that you view yourselves and each other.
And that is what we believe will be the first step for humanity in completing the giant leap forward that you are taking to the fifth dimension.

We are very satisfied with the progress that humanity has been making, and we are very pleased that you all have been doing so well with the feelings of responsibility that can come up within you when we talk to you about your role in the shift in consciousness. We know that most of you feel a desire to be of service and to help specifically with the shift that you are in the midst of right now. And then we come to you and tell you that you are leaders, you are the ones doing the heavy lifting, you are anchoring in all of the higher frequency energies, and that you will be lighting up more and more so that others who need your help and support can find you.
It is a lot of responsibility that we have conveyed to you, but we are not the ones doling out the responsibilities. This was and is a part of the journey that you signed up for in this lifetime. You knew that you would awaken. You knew that you would do the work on yourselves necessary to put you in this position of being the ground crew for all of us in the higher realms, and you knew that you would have to help those who would be facing a lot of trauma and negative emotions all at once.
And you said ‘yes!’ to all of it, and now that you are aware of all of these responsibilities, you are once again saying ‘yes!’ to the challenge, and we appreciate that. We see all of you who have wanted so much to be of service feeling a sense of satisfaction, knowing that the time will come when you will be asked to step up and play the role of guides and leaders to those who have yet to awaken. We want you to know how significant it is that you are willing, still, to help those who have yet to awaken, and we want you to recognize that you are still transforming and evolving. And you do not need to worry about your readiness for these duties.
You are more than capable now, and you will be even more capable when the time comes for you to answer the call and to assist those who need people like yourselves, who have been doing the work, to help them process their negative emotions and past life trauma. You are the ones who have shown yourselves to be masters in other lifetimes on Earth and in other parts of the galaxy, and that is why you were so willing to step up and play this significant role in the shift in consciousness for humanity.

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We have been in and around your consciousness for quite some time. Most of you who are receiving this transmission have agreed to allow us in so that you could benefit from our presence, and the rest of you can feel for us just outside your energy fields, so that you can know that we are there with you, observing, helping, cheerleading.
We would like to do more, of course. We are like so many of you who look around at what’s going on there in your world, and we want to help. We would like to offer as much assistance as we possibly can. We also recognize that you have freedom, independence, and that our help will only be received if it is desired in the first place. Talk to us, and talk to the other beings that you know are around and are seeking to help. Talk to the universe. Talk to your guides, and don’t worry about being heard, because you are always heard. And please do not worry about whether you hear anything in response, because not hearing anything and still believing in our presence is a sign of faith.
We don’t need you to believe in us, but it serves you to believe in something and someone that is holding space for you. It serves you to believe that there are beings whose only agenda it is to be of service to humanity. It serves you to know that you do not have to do everything. You don’t even have to think of everything. We have thoughts and ideas all the time, and so do the rest of your helpers.
We can grant you access to more of your own world, and we delight in seeing one or more of you discovering the power that you have to tap in to all of the energies around you. Planet Earth is in no way being depleted of her natural resources. There is so much more for you to discover about yourselves, your planet, your solar system, your galaxy, and your universe, and we and others like us are here to help. So please lean on us more. Ask for more help, even if you don’t know exactly what that help will be. You are the ones determining how much of that help you receive, and every show of faith helps you to open up more, to receive more.
And even when you give up all hope and lose all faith, sometimes that is exactly what you need to release all of your resistance and to be the vessel for higher frequency energies that you were always mean to be.

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We are very satisfied with how well you all have been handling the energies that have been coming in, and we are very pleased to see how many of you are putting your attention on how it is that you are feeling internally in response to the energies. We often see you looking outside of yourselves for confirmation that what you have been feeling is the right way to feel. But in these last several days, we have noticed more and more of you who are awake, simply going within and checking to see how you are assimilating the energies that are upon you now.
You can always do this, of course. You never need validation from outside of you, but you all have past lives where you’ve been accused of being mentally ill because you’ve experienced reality differently from everyone else. And when you tap into your gifts and abilities, there is that potential that someone will find what you are doing to be crazy, or they will find your perception of reality to be abnormal. You are there to be a singular representative of Source, and Source doesn’t need all of you to have the same experience to grow and expand, to know itself. Source needs you all to be unique and different, which is exactly what we are seeing.
We are seeing more of you embracing your uniqueness, your individuated experience, and we see less and less of that looking for confirmation and validation from those outside of you. Of course, when you do share in the commonality of an experience with someone, that is a pleasant experience to have. It is nice to be able to relate to someone else in that way, but for it to be a necessity in order for you to feel comfortable with your own internal experience is a sign that you are insecure. It is a sign that you are afraid of being left out, of being the only one who experiences reality in the way that you do.
And so, it is a huge indicator of your growth when you are no longer looking for confirmation or validation. It is beautiful to witness you seeing yourselves as unique and sovereign individuals who are a part of a much bigger collective. And the collective experience you are going to have of the shift in consciousness is also going to be something that you experience uniquely as an individual, and so you don’t have to go looking for someone’s description of what it will be like, because your experience will be yours and yours alone.
And that is the best way for Source to grow and expand through you. As you see your life on Earth in that way, as a way for Source to experience Itself and reality uniquely, there is great comfort in that. And we are very much in favor of all of you feeling comfortable with what is unfolding there on planet Earth.

We are able to detect the slightest improvement in your collective consciousness and the vibration that you offer. We are happy to report that you have already begun to have the experience of being soothed by the equinox energies that are coming in to support you. You are there now to facilitate the process of balancing the energies for all of humankind, and most of you who are receiving this transmission know that about yourselves. You know that you have taken on that role for humanity. You know that it serves and everyone else to not be polarized within yourselves, and as you open your arms wide to embrace it all, you include more. You include more of who you really are, which is Source Energy.
The more of Source Energy you include, the more unconditional love you feel. The more unconditional love you allow to flow through you, the more you act as a being of service for the entire human collective. Those of you who are awake are more open. You are more receptive. You are more likely to feel the energies that are coming in and that are already upon you. You are more likely to feel more balanced and at peace within yourselves, and you can spread that around, easily. You don’t have to try. You don’t even have to wonder how to spread it around. It happens by virtue of the fact that you are there, you are awake, and you are open.
The energies of the equinox that are coming in and that are already upon you to a certain degree, are going to do the majority of the heavy lifting. You are there to let yourselves be the vessels, let yourselves be the conduits, the ones who are grounding these beautiful energies that come in to support you, to balance you, and to help you to become the higher-dimensional beings that you are becoming. This is all happening by design. You are primary beneficiaries at this point, and the rest of humanity will benefit from what it is that you are doing right now.
So when you don’t know what to do with yourself, just relax. Be at ease, and share in our optimism that we hold for all of humanity. And do whatever you feel like doing. Let go of the need to see the results in a tangible way of your contribution. Just enjoy being in the position that you are in right now to let these energies flow through you, and you will be doing your part. You will be doing more than just your part. Remember that, and sleep well in that knowing.

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We are very pleased to announce that you are all stepping into a time where you will have far more creative energy to work with for your highest good and the highest good of all there on Earth. We see these energies coming in from outside of you, and we also see that you all have been doing very well with the sacral chakra upgrades that you have received. Of course, you don’t all receive these types of upgrades at the exact same moment, but over the past three months, about ninety percent of the human population has received a sacral chakra upgrade. Now, typically, your sacral chakras are about sexual energy and creativity.
What this means is that you are going to find it to be a wonderful time for you to be expressing what it is that you want to create right after you have an orgasm. You want to ride that energetic wave of bliss and positivity. You want that creative life force energy that is flowing through you to go towards something that will be of benefit to you and to the rest of the human collective.
We know that you all have been seeking to experience more of what you already created. You have created so much for yourselves in this one lifetime that if you were to receive it all at once, you would be completely overwhelmed. Now imagine how much you have created over all of your lifetimes there on Earth, and imagine all of that coming in all at once.
Now is the perfect time for all of you to consider what you want to create in the here and now, as your tastes and priorities have changed over the decades and lifetimes that you’ve been living. It is time for you to let the creativity flow through your sacral chakras and to expect to receive all of the energetic support for your creative endeavors through the end of this calendar year.
Now that you have been able to summon and receive so much in your sacral chakras, it is time to harmonize with the infinite potential of the creative energy that’s coming in from the higher dimensions and from the other star systems in your galaxy. In the third dimension, you would often consider how something you wanted to create could possibly come about, and now you have to let go of knowing. And instead, we invite you to let in the infinite possibilities that come with the energies. You have to let go of your mental gymnastics and get very grounded into that sacral chakra, into that powerful creativity that comes from feeling your sexual energy flow through you and from sublimating that energy at times into a project that you are passionate about.
And so, you don’t even need to be in a post-orgasmic state of bliss in order to utilize these energies coming in and these sacral chakra upgrades. You just have to be focused and be willing to let in the realm of infinite possibilities.

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We are very familiar with your political systems and the way you elect the people who run your governments, and we know that most of you who are receiving this transmission are aware of the corruption that is embedded in the political systems that you have there. And we also know that there are many theories about who is doing what behind the scenes. Now, you have been putting faith in your political leaders and your governments for so long, and they have disappointed you all time and time again to the point now where you are completely disillusioned. You don’t know who is really for the people, and yet you continue to follow the elections and the words of the elected officials with a sense of hope that someone is going to come in and clean it all up.
And we are talking about more than just the corruption of bribery. We are talking about the corruptions of shadow governments, cabal groups, and all sorts of shady practices by very, very wealthy individuals who have access to extremely advanced pieces of technology. Again, we know that those of you who are experiencing this transmission are well-educated about all of these things and more, and so we are speaking to those of you who are still giving way too much of your attention to what’s going on in the governments and with the politicians who are supposedly running your governments.
We want so much for all of you to empower yourselves and to take your attention away from what they are doing in those government buildings and in those super secret meetings that don’t take place in the government buildings. We want you to experience yourselves as the ones in power, the ones who are there on Earth to integrate right and left, liberal and conservative, and all of the other polarities that you have and that play themselves out in these political arenas with such passion, but also with such hatred for the other side and the beliefs of those standing on the other side of the political spectrum.
We encourage all of you instead to look within your hearts and feel for your ability to integrate all aspects of self, your ability to love someone who votes for the other ‘team’ politically. We also want you to know how powerful you are, even though you will probably never hold political office and have the type of bank statement that these shadowy figures have. You are still powerful, and you don’t need to look outside of yourselves for someone to disempower those who are working against humanity behind the scenes. You need to come together in love and compassion and feel genuine forgiveness in your hearts for those who have taken advantage of a corrupt system that has been co-created by all of humanity.
This system that you are living in and under was not created in a vacuum. It was created by all of you, and it was created to test how far you could go without destroying the human race and planet Earth, and you have gone to the opposite ends of the spectrum very well and have managed to survive. And now it’s time for unity to rule. It’s time to put down your weapons that come in the form of your words and your hatred for those who believe something different than what you believe. It’s time for love to be what governs humanity, and that starts with each and every one of you to be the love that your fellow humans need so much, because you need love so much more than you need laws.
And those of you who are awake have decided, even before you were born, that you were going to take a very active role in leading humanity to the promised land. Your hearts are the way, and the sooner you put your emphasis on what you can feel in your hearts and the amount of love that can pour through you and from you, the sooner you will get to where you are going. That is where we want to encourage you to place your attention in the midst of all of the words and all of the politicking that is going on outside of you. Remember who you are, why you are there, and what you are there to do, and let that guide you more than ideology.

YOUR GREATEST TEACHERS ?THE 9D ARCTURIAN COUNCIL, CHANNELED BY DANIEL SCRANTON, September 18th, 2019
“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We are not the experts on humanity and life there on Earth. You are. You are the ones who are living in that density and dimension, having those unique experiences, and feeling all of the emotions that come up from the experiences you are living. We are doing our best to relate, and sometimes we will do so by checking in on one of you who is experiencing some very intense emotions. And then we will observe how you all handle the processing of those emotions, and of course you are all different. You all have unique approaches to the intense emotional experiences you are having, and we do respect all of the choices that you make to make the experience of those emotions easier on you.
But then again, we also notice that what works for most of you is immediate attention. When you are children, before you are convinced that your emotions are inappropriate, you are able to move through them very quickly and return to your natural state of joy. You are naturally joyous beings, and when something is interfering with that natural state of joy, it needs to be addressed by you, and the sooner the better. The less ashamed you are of your emotion, the faster you take it on. The less you are judging your emotion, the more willing you are to be open about what you are feeling and express it to those who matter to you in your life.
Most of the issues that you have there on Earth are the result of people not allowing themselves to fully feel their emotions, and then they take actions that represent the stuck emotion. Or they get a very deadly disease because they haven’t allowed themselves to feel their emotions and express them. And so, we want you to notice, as we have, what your typical strategies are for dealing with your negative emotion. And then we encourage you to ask yourselves whether the approach is working for you. If you have tactics that you employ to put off the feeling of the negative emotion, then we suggest that you at least make an appointment with yourself to get to it soon, and again, the sooner the better.
The more you watch the children of your world and follow their example, the happier you will be in your lives. They are creative. They do what they feel passionate about, and they allow themselves to feel and express their emotions. They are honest and they are hopeful. They believe in magic, and we hope that you all can learn from them and be more like the children that you have in your lives. They are your greatest teachers. After all, they are living life on Earth as well. They are like you, experiencing what you are experiencing, and they are highly sensitive and attuned to higher frequencies. And so, this is your assignment. Watch the children and be like the children, and you will find that natural state of joy exists underneath all of that stuck emotion you’ve been holding onto.

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We are establishing connections with those of you who are interested in us and in making those connections. We are interested in connecting with as many of you as we possibly can, but not all humans are interested in connecting with us. And of course, many humans do not believe that we even exist. And so, we have our work cut out for us. We find clever ways to make ourselves known to those who haven’t expressed an interest in connecting with us, and those clever ideas help us to slip through the cracks of the consciousness of the individuals we are seeking that connection with.
We are also, of course, entering into dreams, offering downloads, and benefitting from the appearance of UFOs in your skies. We are hoping to establish more connections in the next calendar year than we have in all other calendar years put together. We seek connection because we love you, we want to support you, and we are curious about you. The more we discover about you, the more we discover about ourselves. As you are becoming your higher selves, we are becoming our oversoul. We are going to ascend into that oversoul, and as we do, we are going to become more of who and what we are.
Who and what we all are is everything and everyone. And those of you who are awake are better served by knowing that than you are by putting your attention on defeating anyone or anything that is representing the darkness that is within all of us, no matter what dimension we are in.
The ninth dimension, where we are, is inclusive of all dimensions below. You include the first, second, third, and of course fourth dimensions now within you, and it is obvious to many of you who are awake that you are the rock, you are the tree, you are the flower, you are the deer and the dolphin, and all of the beings that are around you. It’s easier to say something like that than it is to actually feel it and know it, and that’s what we recommend all of you seek to do. Seek for more connections with the trees, the dirt, the wind, the animals, and so on. They are there to remind you of who you are, to broaden your concept of self, and they are of course all aspects of Source, as we all are.

We are measuring your progress by the overall vibration that we feel the human collective offering, and one thing that you can be certain of is that your overall vibration as a collective continues to be in a higher and higher frequency. You are not regressing, not ever. You are always making progress, no matter what stories you see in the mainstream media, and you as individuals are making a huge difference when you are focused on your own vibration, that which you can feel and detect coming from inside of you.
Now, it may be difficult for you to feel exactly what you are vibrating at times because you are focused on your thoughts, the actions that you need to take, and what has just recently happened in your life that has you so focused mentally that you are losing track of your overall vibration. However, we notice that all of the energy that you expend through focusing on the past and the future and being mind-oriented eventually gets you all tired out, and you will take a break from trying to fix things that are going wrong from your perspective.
It is in those moments of rest and relaxation that you allow yourselves to benefit from what is happening throughout the entire universe. And that is a shift in consciousness that involves the frequency at which everything in this universe vibrates. You all benefit from it just by being, and of course, so do we, but the difference between the third dimension that you once knew and the fifth dimension that you are moving into is the biggest leap that a consciousness can make. What that means is that you have the opportunity to feel the shift more strongly than the rest of us here in the higher dimensions.
We want you to allow yourselves to feel what is available to you, and we encourage you to do it before you get tired out from all of your thinking and all of the doing that is necessary there on your world. Tune in to what’s going on inside and what you can detect in the overall energy field that is the universal consciousness, and we guarantee you that if you just let go and let yourself be taken into the higher frequency range, you will enjoy the ride. You have to let go of this idea that there’s something there that needs to be done to make it all happen, and instead, just let yourselves flow with the energies that are all around you.

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We are very excited about the progress that we see you all making in your relationships with one another. There has been a greater understanding within the human collective consciousness about the boundaries that are necessary in a relationship, as well as the need for communication and the expression of feelings. This has increased in recent months on your world. It is becoming more common knowledge that emotions are important and that they need to be discussed.
You also became aware as a collective some time ago about the need for independence and the problematic nature of co-dependence. And so, we see you all moving towards healthier relationships where you understand that neither of you is supposed to complete the other.
You are also getting more fluid and flexible in your ideas about gender, and that means the man, or the masculine one in the relationship, doesn’t necessarily have to be the sole provider, or even the one who makes the majority of the money. And we are talking about relationships where there is one who identifies as male or masculine. Certainly there are relationships where both parties identify as feminine, and certainly relationships are very present where both parties are in female bodies, but we are just using the masculine and male example here to illustrate a point.
And so, when you are more flexible about who does the laundry and who does the dishes, you have a more cooperative relationship where you discuss these things. You don’t have to go into a relationship with an understanding that, these tasks over here go to you because of your gender identity, and these tasks over here go to me because of my gender identity. Instead, we are seeing the progressive way of thinking about what is male and masculine, or what is male and feminine, and so on is being questioned, and you all are giving yourselves the opportunity to express how you want to physically.
Now, traditionally you would have the individual who identifies as more feminine being the one who expresses emotion, and the one who identifies as more masculine being the one who is the strong and silent type, holds it all in, and doesn’t have time for emotions. This is a problematic experience for everyone involved, and it is one whose time is up, because people in all walks of life now are recognizing the importance of communication and the expression of feelings.
You also have seen over the timeframe in which you have been exploring different types of romantic relationships the tendency for one person to quote/unquote ‘wear the pants in the family.’ And what that has translated to for many is that one person is dominant and the other one is a doormat. We are seeing less and less of you putting up with a dominant partner.
And all that we are saying now extends beyond romantic relationship and into relationships between siblings and friends and all sorts of different types of relationships that you have. There needs to be balance. There needs to be communication and there need to be boundaries at times when one person is attempting to assert a level of dominance over the other.
So having all of these understandings makes for better relationships with each other and brings you closer to knowing yourselves as whole, complete, sovereign beings who can express yourselves, no matter who or what you identify as. And this is good for all of humankind, not just the high divorce rate that you have amongst married couples. This is good for all types of relationships, and this is something that will continue to evolve as you evolve.
And when you see relationships changing and shifting, you can rest assured that it is due to an uptick in your overall vibration as a human collective. These are very encouraging things that we see, and we are very much looking forward to where you all go next.

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We have been excited for quite some time about sharing with you the following transmission. We have been able to detect a huge uptick in the overall vibration of the human collective consciousness, and we know that this is happening because you all have been far more open than ever before to receiving the energies that are coming from the other parts of the galaxy. The openness of humanity to extra-terrestrial energies has never been stronger or wider. We observe how many are taking contact for themselves very seriously, and we also observe how many of your physical extra-terrestrial friends are making their way into your lives, making their presence known to you.
And then of course there’s the extra-terrestrial energy that comes from collectives like ourselves. We do have that Arcturian energy that we provide, even though you are not going to see us appearing in physical form, appearing in front of you. The openness that you have to extra-terrestrial contact must of course be a sign of the evolution of your consciousness because the idea that there are other beings out there with more advanced technology than you all have could be quite frightening. You have all seen the science fiction movies about the invasion by this or that e.t. group. The reptilians have earned their reputation throughout the history of Earth and humankind on Earth.
And yet, there you are, ready and open to receive from your e.t. brothers and sisters, and most of you do not see us as the saviors of humanity. Most of you are levelheaded enough to know that we cannot be your saviors. We must allow you to choose to be empowered, to not be under anyone else’s control, and to not allow yourselves to be manipulated. That is a choice, even if it seems like you didn’t choose it from your egoic perspective. You did choose to come to this world and incarnate in this dimension so that you could break free from those chains of oppression, know who you really are, empower yourselves, and take your rightful seat at the galactic table.
The fact that there are so many of you who are looking to do exactly what we are talking about here without an organized religion telling you that this is the overall goal is incredibly encouraging to us. You don’t have a pope telling you what to believe and what you are all striving for, and yet, there you all are, coming to the same conclusions. How did you do it? You got quiet. You meditated. You went within yourselves, and you found the truth, and you found that desire to be a part of something bigger. And you can rest assured that you are and your will be.

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We have done our research on what makes a human being tick, and we have come to the understanding that it is not the same thing for all of you. This makes it more challenging for beings like ourselves to reach all of humanity, and that is the case because of the diversity within the human race. Now, as we have said before, we see your diversity as a beautiful thing. It is a strength. It is to be celebrated, and it is also making our job harder.
And so, we must turn to something that is more subtle than providing you with incentive to be more of who you are. We are working with the vibration of your food supply and your water supply to help all of you remember who you really are. Now, everything is part of Source Energy, but not everything is under that impression. And so, even something like food and water can be reminded of its Divinity. These are activations. The food and water is getting the activations necessary to get to all of humanity.
Not everyone is capable of receiving our energy transmissions, and of course, it is a very small percentage of you who are receiving these transmissions. And all we really want any of you to recognize is your own Divinity and your own power to create your reality. And so, we are working with the food and water supply energetically. Animals, plants, and water are very happy to receive what it is that we offer energetically, and they are very easy to remind of their Divinity, even if they are being bred and raised just to be food on someone’s table at some point.
Now, those of you who are eating as naturally as you can are going to benefit from this more. There are foods, of course, that are so highly-processed and chemically-laden that they hardly contain any of the water, plant, and animal substances that go into more natural foods. So if you eat more healthy foods, you are more likely to benefit from this little experiment, and then you are more likely to awaken that truth within yourself and live it. The truth, again, that we want to share with as many humans as possible is that you are Source Energy Beings in physical bodies. And when you go beyond knowing that, when you actually live it and breathe it and everyone else in it, no matter what they are eating or not eating.

Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We have begun to recognize the ability that you all have to hear from higher dimensional beings with your claircognizant senses, and we are noticing that more and more individuals are recognizing this ability within themselves to receive blocks of energy and interpret them accurately. What we are particularly impressed by is humanity’s ability to take different energies, energies that they have never experienced consciously before, and make sense of the intentions of the higher frequency beings delivering those energies. Now, this ability plays itself out in a variety of ways.
Some individuals will then go and write a work of fiction that will contain many truths and many facts about your history there on Earth. Some will receive a download that is about the future possibilities for humanity. And so, their fictional story will seem to be about a science-fiction-filled future. In actuality, that future will be a particular timeline that the author of the story has intuited in this way. What we are noticing is that there is an increase in the number of higher-dimensional beings who are using this technique to reach all of you and an openness and a receptivity on the part of more humans to take in these energetic blocks and interpret them.
So then what you are going to witness in the coming months and years ahead are many more of these stories playing out in film, television, comic book, graphic novel, and regular book, and they are going to resonate with you. You will feel the truth of them. You will know that this is a past that you have already lived or a future that you have already begun to contemplate as a possibility for yourself. Now, those who are not getting the downloads and interpreting them, and then using them to create stories, are getting the downloads in their dreams. And those individuals are getting what they need from the dream state.
Sometimes you will need to have a story play itself out in the dream state in order for you to access a particular trauma or access a particular stuck emotion in one of your chakras. In either case, paying attention to your dreams and paying attention to the stories that are being created at this time will be of particular value to all of humanity, because you cannot possibly live out ever scenario that is in front of you and see if it’s the right timeline for you, and you cannot possibly create enough scenarios in this lifetime to get to all of the trauma that you need to get to from past lives in order to move past those traumas.
So this is a very clever way that humanity is co-creating with higher-dimensional beings to take on these much needed energies, and we are enjoying the stories that are being created as well. We invite you to look for the stories that you feel might resonate with you and then pay attention to your emotional responses to them, as those emotions will be the keys to really benefitting from what is right in front of you.

We have decided that there is enough movement forward within the human collective consciousness to give you this next bit of information. The significance of your planetary ascension has not been adequately described to you, and we aim to do that. Your ascension there on Earth as a collective, an ascension that includes Mother Earth herself, is the fastest ever in the history of the universe. From the time that humans first emerged there on Earth to now, the time where you are on the precipice of shifting, is an extremely short amount of time to have elapsed to go from where you were to where you are going.
Now, when you think about how many years that is, and then you think about how many years it has been since you have known that you are shifting in this lifetime, it is not asking too much of you to be patient. And it is certainly not asking too much of all of you to be patient with the rest of the human collective. After all, they are you. The illusion of separation should have hit you all by now, and the fact that you are all one should be more than just a nice mantra. You really are shifting together as a collective because you are connected.
And as you do, you let go of that illusion of separation, you let down your guard, and you recognize yourself in all others and all others in yourself.
That expedites the process of ascension. It’s not just about you, the awakened ones, doing all the heavy lifting and carrying the load for the rest of humanity. It’s also about recognizing that you are there to help each other, and that help must be extended to everyone in order to fully know yourself as a Source Energy Being in a physical body. Source Energy does not exclude. Source Energy is not awaiting the mass arrests before allowing the good ones to ascend.
Source Energy is dancing the dance, and all of the music is playing inside of you. This is the next step in your evolution, and this is what will carry the rest of humanity along for the ride with you, whether they are awake or asleep, whether they care at all about equality or want there to be a clearly defined hierarchy. Everyone must be included in your hearts, not just your beloveds. And that is the force that will create the momentum that will catapult Earth and everyone on it into the fifth dimension.

We are quite certain that you are making the progress necessary to ascend, both as individuals, and as a collective. We have been noticing how well you are all able to assimilate the higher frequency energies that have been coming in to support you. If you, as a collective, were unable to deal with these energies, the conditions on Earth would be far, far worse. Therefore, you can rest assured that everything is moving forward nicely for the human collective. The victories are what you want to focus on in order to stay positive. It would be easy to fall into a pit of despair if you only looked at the negative aspects of what is going on there.
Now, we are not saying that you should all ignore those things. They are happening so that you can see where you can do the most good, where to send the most love and healing energy, and for whom to feel the most compassion. There are other reasons why those things are happening as well, but you have to look at why they become a part of your awareness.
So what is necessary to remain confident in the movement forward that the human collective consciousness is making is that you need to look at the acts of kindness and take note of the changes that you are making within yourselves. Notice when someone in your life has made a significant improvement in their vibration. Celebrate each time you hear about someone waking up to the truth that we are all Source Energy Beings in this universe, having experiences to know ourselves as unconditional love.
Helping others awaken has never been easier, but you will find that your real work there is not to spread the good news and become a missionary. Your work is to continue to assimilate these higher frequency energies, and then go out and sing and dance and play. Write about your experiences. Write stories of fiction. Create to express the truth that you have tapped in to that we are all one and that there is always hope. There is always a spark of light, even in the darkest of situations and circumstances.
And you are there, as the awakened ones, whose mission it is to add more light where it is most needed. And you also are there to demonstrate to the rest of the collective that there is plenty of light in most areas in the world. There are plenty of reasons to celebrate that you are all still there on Earth, ascending, together as a collective. And as you recognize that your ascension is not about leaving anyone out or behind, you realize why you haven’t ascended yet, and you know that you have more work to do. But that work can be fun. It can be fulfilling, and it can bring you closer together with people that you previously would not have imagined you would ever have anything in common with.
When we see people coming together from opposite ends of any spectrum, that is what brings us the most joy here in the ninth dimension.
