“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We are very playful with the other beings and collectives that we associate with throughout the galaxy and universe. We are able to take that lighthearted approach with the other beings and collectives we come across because we know that they are not taking their existence seriously either. We know that they have nothing to worry about, and neither do we, and so the lighthearted approach seems appropriate. There is a lot of laughter, or our form of it, in the nonphysical. We discovered that as soon as we ascended into the nonphysical.
The experience of so much joy is something that you all have to look forward to as you continue on with your ascension, but please do recognize that your ascension doesn’t have to be serious business from where you are right now. It can be fun, playful, and full of joy, laughter, and excitement about what is to come. Of course, there are serious things happening on Earth, and of course they get your attention from time to time and you cannot avoid hearing about them or reading them on your phone or computer screen. But you are there to be the light in the face of the darkness, and therefore, as you seek the lighthearted approach, you find yourself then becoming a match to lighter and better-feeling news. You find yourself aligning with a reality where there is less darkness to shine a spotlight on or to be the light in the face of.
Remember that you are vibrating at all times, and what you vibrate will determine what you experience. And therefore, look for ways to have fun, to make light of your situation, your challenges, and you will bring those people to you who also want to take that path. There are many who do want spirituality to be less serious and more fun, and you can make a point of listening to those people, rather than following someone who is consistently giving you the doom and gloom report because you think you need to stay informed in order to be protected.
The only thing you ever need protection from is your own vibration, and you have complete control over that. The moment you recognize that you do, you can go towards the light. You can move to that higher-vibrational state, and many of you know how to do that. Some of you are still remembering how, and that’s a process, but it is one worth giving your attention to. Think about the children and their approach to life. They want to play; they want to have fun; they want to laugh. They’re not interested in staying informed, but they will find a way to make something into a game or a toy, and you can learn a lot from watching them and how creative they are.
When you hear a child laughing, it is one of the best sounds you can possibly experience there on Earth. Join them in their frivolity, in their carefree nature, and know that they are there to teach you, just as we are, and their teachings are about how to take the lighter and more joyous path through life. We are here to remind you, when there are no children around to do so, that this is a path that you are creating, and you can create the path with joy.
You can also expect more joy, more joyous experiences and more joyful people to come into your life as soon as you make a decision to be more lighthearted, to have more fun, and to laugh more. We know that you are capable of doing so, and you are still going to have plenty of opportunities to be of service to the collective and do your spiritual work. Trust us. You will not be missing out on any of those opportunities, but you always have that option of creating more opportunities to experience yourself as a lighthearted being of joy, love, and laughter.

“We are The Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We do not require anything of you, and yet you ask the world of yourselves. You ask yourselves to be everything that everyone else needs you to be, and you ask yourselves to clean up all of your ‘bad karma’ from other lives. You ask yourselves to do the impossible and be perfect so that you may ascend into a higher dimension. We suggest that you all take it easy on yourselves. See yourselves as being perfect already, and see yourselves as being on a journey.
It is a journey where at times you will swerve off the road, and at times you will try to avoid a pothole and hit it anyway. It is a journey where a little critter might run out in front of your car and get squashed. In other words, no matter how hard you try, you are not going to have a perfect journey, and you will not always do what is expected of you by others. You will not be able to avoid hurting someone else’s feelings from time to time. These things happen, and they are meant to happen because you are not there to have a perfect journey by your standards or anyone else’s.
You are there to grow from the imperfections. You are there to get closer to one another because of your fights, your disagreements, and your struggles to get along. You are there to once and for all give up the idea that you are supposed to be something other than what you are. And when you can accept yourselves as you are, you can accept everyone else as well. You can let everyone else off the hook for not being perfect as well. You don’t have to condemn, judge, and jail everyone who has committed some sort of offense, because you all get to make your mistakes. You all get to have your bad days, and when you see them as opportunities to release something or forgive something, then you’re starting to get it.
When you see everything as perfect as it is, even though it might look like a mess, then you are starting to see the world and each other as we see you. Those of us in the higher realms want you to know that your journeys are perfect as they are, and that you were meant to slip up at times so that you could forgive yourselves. You are meant to not have all the answers so that you can ask for help and receive it. It is important for you all to be exactly who you are, because you are a puzzle piece that is completing the puzzle of this universe, and you are also completing the puzzle that is Source Energy.
That is why we are not here to tell you what to do or give you a list of rules to follow, and we are here to help you discover what is within yourselves to help you forgive, love, heal and have compassion. And we want you to know that you would only incarnate there on planet Earth if you had some level of mastery that you have already attained, because you knew how challenging it would be and you knew that others would be put there just to push your buttons.
You knew that people would disagree with people on very important topics, and you knew that it would then become your task to love them anyway and see the Source Energy within them, and that is your task at this time, no matter who you are or who you’ve been. And trust us when we say that you will be getting there. You will be getting to that place where you can see the perfection in all and in everyone, and you can live your lives accordingly and let everyone else live theirs as well.

“We are The Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
You are beginning to sense the importance of this lifetime and this time for humanity, and you are beginning to realize more and more that you don’t have to do it all yourselves. You are meant to come together as a team of lightworkers, and it is meant to be a collaborative effort. You also don’t have to solve all the problems of your own lives by yourselves, and you are beginning to recognize that not only do you have helpers in many forms and many dimensions, but you also are figuring out how to receive that help.
We want you to know that when you unburden yourselves and take the weight of the world off of your shoulders, you often can and do receive the help that is there in all of the many ways that it can come to you. You may be looking down one corridor and one corridor alone for help to come to you down, and because you are so narrowly focused, you cannot see that there is help coming from another passageway over in a different direction than the one you have been looking in.
The same is true in terms of what you are getting in regards to your spiritual gifts and abilities. You may think that you must have one in particular and it must come through one class, one course, one book, or one person, but there are many ways for you to receive the help that you desire with your spiritual gifts and abilities and your access to them. What you want to do is take that weight of the world off of your shoulders deliberately and consciously, and tell yourself that you don’t have to do everything.
Remember that there are plenty of other lightworkers out there who do want to connect with you and coordinate with you. They do want to collaborate in all the ways that you do, but you’ll never know that unless you reach out to them or open up to the possibility of one or more of them opening up and reaching out to you. When you recognize that this is all your creation, then you also can rest assured that you are doing it all, but you are not meant to do it all through that one body or that one lifetime.
You can receive a download that assists you with your spiritual gifts from a version of your soul that existed hundreds of years ago, a so-called past life. You don’t have to make everything happen, and you don’t have to reinvent the wheel. You are there to experience much more than you have been experiencing, but you are also there to change the way that you go about doing things, accomplishing things and receiving what it is that you want.
So if you ask yourselves those questions of, ‘how can I change my approach to this?’ and ‘how can I receive more than I’ve been receiving,’ you can start to go down that path of self-reflection that will absolutely help you to identify the ways you are limiting yourselves and using a very narrow-minded approach to your life’s circumstances and the things you want to change within it. Relax and remember that you have soul family members in physical form that you have not met yet in this lifetime. Know that the number of helpers you have around you is far greater than you probably think it is, and realize that so much is already in motion that you don’t ever have to get anything started from a dead stop.
You are there as the continuation of the expansion of your soul, which is a very large being and a very timeless being. Remember that you will always be taking the next step on your journey, and even when you don’t know what that step is, it is always there. And as you are willing to move forward with more faith and more trust, you can receive more help from above and from all around you to change the way you are living your lives and change for the better your world. And those are two things that are two things that are everyone’s purpose, no matter who they are and no matter what they are living.

It is Time to Claim Your Power – The 9D Arcturian Council, Channeled by Daniel Scranton, April 19
“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We are aware of the hurt that many people carry within themselves, and this hurt becomes resentment, anger and hate for the person, or people, responsible for whatever it is that is hurting the person in question. This leads to all sorts of problems in an individual’s life, and those problems manifest in a variety of ways. You can experience health issues, financial issues, or relationship issues, and some people experience all of the above, all of the problems stemming from that initial feeling of being hurt by someone else and not being able to get to the love that is at the core of each and everyone of us.
You can feel the love that is at your core when you fall in love with someone else, and you can get together with that person and agree to partner up with that person, but eventually the hurt that normally obscures that love will come back, and it will come back up to be explored within that relationship. How do you heal from those wounds that you accumulate within you over years, or even decades, of being hurt by others? First of all, it helps if you can recognize, through spiritual awakening, that you planned to be hurt by that other person or by those people. If you can recognize that it was an agreement, that there was a contract involved, and that you signed the contract, then you can come to a place of acceptance.
If you can accept what happened, and how you feel about it, and all the repercussions, then you can come to a place of forgiveness. When you forgive the others for what they did or said to you, you release so much in that moment that prevents you from being the love that you truly are at all times. Many of you who are awake still hold onto your resentment, your anger, and your judgment of those who have hurt you and those who hurt others, and therefore we understand that you need reminders like this that tell you that everything you’ve experienced, in the early part of your life especially, was planned. It was orchestrated by you and all others who were involved to give you a certain experience. Those experiences are necessary for everyone to come to the decision that they want to release that which is heavy, that which has been holding them back.
So first you have to have an offense that will require you to accept and forgive, and that can be very hard for a person to come to recognize. It is hard to remember your set up, your blueprint for this life, and so you have to take the word of beings, and collectives like ourselves, who tell you that everything that happened to you was by agreement, and you were part of that agreement. When that does sink in, you then have a choice about whether you are going to continue to see yourself as a victim, or whether you can accept yourself as a co-creator. When you are a co-creator, you can forgive yourself and everyone else involved in the co-creation that resulted in you carrying that hurt, or those hurts, for so long within you.
Forgiveness is freeing; it’s liberating, and it allows you to start anew in your life. When you are starting fresh without all of that trauma and all of those wounds, imagine what you can become. Imagine how much love you can access and how much of that love you can spread around. And know that when you do, you are accessing your true power. You are then putting yourself in a position where you can create such a beautiful life for yourself and all others who are a part of your life.
This is what we desire for all of you, and this is why we give you this reminder of the power of forgiveness and the truth of who you are as eternal and infinite beings who existed before this incarnation and who will continue to exist forever and ever more. Only very powerful beings would ever agree to be as vulnerable as you are and to allow yourselves to be victims of abuse of any kind. It is time to claim your power, and the path to claiming it is letting go and forgiving all who have hurt you up until this point in your life. Once you do, just imagine what you can be and what you can create.

The Real Reason for the Spike in Humanity’s Vibration – Thymus: The Collective of Ascended Masters, Channeled by Daniel Scranton, April 18
“Blessings. We are Thymus. We are the collective of ascended masters.
You are exceeding expectations for humanity at this time. You may not realize it, but it is possible for you all to exceed our expectations. You are reflections of us to us, and we understand that, but we also know that you will always have your free, and you will always be able to make your individual choices. We just want you all to know that we are impressed, and we are impressed because of those of you who are there in service to the light and how well you are doing with the task of maintaining a higher vibration in the face of all that you must face there throughout your life experiences.
The reason why we can state with certainty that there is nothing that you have to accomplish there is because we know that the biggest advancements are made for the human collective when any one of you maintains your vibration in the face of some sort of adversity. That adversity may just be a disagreement with another person. It may just be a disappointment that you are facing. Whatever it is, if you are able to maintain a higher vibration in spite of conditions, you are making gigantic progress for yourself on your journey, and because you are a part of that human collective, you are contributing to the progress of all of your fellow humans.
We suggest that you don’t get so caught up in how much you’re doing or what you’re accomplishing, how many people you are reaching. But instead, pay close attention to how you are reacting and responding to what is happening in your world and what is happening in the world, because you do have this ability to experiences it at a higher vibration than the circumstances would generally call for. That’s your strength. That’s your super power. It is not your ability to move mountains with your thoughts. It is not, and excuse us for saying this Yeshua, your ability to walk on water either.
It is your ability to be your higher self in the face of that which is lower, vibrationally speaking, and could potentially pull you down into that lower vibrational state. Your willingness to not go there because you care so much about your vibration is commendable. It is something for you all to feel very proud of, and we recommend that you continue to notice the opportunities as they come up.
You don’t need to shy away from any of these challenges, because you do ultimately want to experience the riding of the wave of that higher consciousness, and the only way you’re going to have those experiences of that higher consciousness is through experiencing those lower-vibrational circumstances. Anything can be seen through a more positive lens, and it can be given spiritual significance. You can find the meaning in everything that you are experiencing or witnessing, and you can grow from it.
And those of you who are awake, of course, know this, and that is why you are able to receive this message. We just want to encourage you to keep it up, because we are noticing the spike in the overall vibration of the human collective consciousness, and we are very excited about seeing that spike.

“We are here for you. We are The Creators. We are a twelfth-dimensional collective of nonphysical beings, and we are here to help.
We know you all as you truly are, and that is how we serve you the most. We don’t serve you by telling you how to think, what to do, what to believe, how to vote, what not to eat, or any of the other things that you generally go to spiritual teachers for. We serve you the most by reminding you of who and what you really are, and we do that by holding that space for you but also by exemplifying it for you in our vibrational countenance. We maintain the high vibration that we do here in the twelfth dimension rather effortlessly, and we know that you too can hold a higher vibration effortlessly with practice.
When you are tuning in to us and our vibration, you naturally raise your own up. So now, while we will not tell you what to do and not to do, we do like to make suggestions to you, and then we ask you all to see whether those suggestions are working for you. If you put your attention on that which naturally raises your vibration, you will perhaps find that it is easier for you to stay in a higher vibration all the time.
You can remind yourselves of how good you feel when you do certain things, when you listen to certain things, when you watch certain things, and you can make a mental note of which things are bringing you into that higher-vibrational state. It is different for different people, and you have been there now long enough to determine for yourselves through your own experience, what puts you in a higher-vibrational state, what reminds you of who you really are without any effort on your part.
Without even having to speak an affirmation or a mantra to yourself, you can feel more in alignment with Source when you are, for example, playing with your dog, or listening to your favorite music. You can find that alignment by being with the people that you love and laughing and having a good time. You can find that alignment by going on a trip to a place that you know puts you in a higher-vibrational space when you are there.
You are receiving all of this feedback from your own experience all the time, and so you don’t even need to have your guides talking in your mind’s ear all the time, telling you what to do, because you have the feedback of your feelings, of that alignment that you get, and the inner knowing that you have when you are on the right track, when you are facing in the right direction.
Keep focusing yourselves on that which reminds you of who you really are, and gently and lovingly turn away from that which does not, and you will find yourself operating in a fifth-dimensional frequency state so often that you will start to question whether or not you have already ascended. It is very possible to experience yourself as a fifth-dimensional being right now, but it does take practice and a dedication to feeling yourself as you truly are, and you truly are Love incarnate. Every. Single. One of you.

“We are The Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We have noticed so much about life there on planet Earth, and we know that so many of you are going through challenging times of transition in your lives. We want you all to rest assured that there will always be a huge payoff for you when you continue to go through the challenging circumstances of your lives. You might not like experiencing the challenges as they happen, but as you face them, you are gifted with so many rewards because you must rise up to meet those challenges that you place before you.
It is true that you create your own challenges. Your challenges are not coming to you because of your ancestors or because of your karma. They are coming to you because you, as the soul that you are, knows exactly what challenges are going to get the most out of you. You are always giving yourselves the best and the biggest opportunities for expansion. Now, what do we mean by expansion, you might wonder. It’s a very good question. You are there to recognize who and what you really are as Source Energy Beings, but that recognition doesn’t bring you to that highest of the high points all at once.
You then get to go on a journey where you know that is the end point, and it will always be an end point that is in continuous motion. Therefore, once you understand that you are becoming your true self, you can grow more consciously into the more expanded you that you always have been. In other words, you get to experience what it is like to move from where you have been to where you are going, and that movement feels like you becoming more of you. So if you expand out in all directions, obviously there is more of you to know and to experience.
And we are not talking about your physical bodies. We are talking about the truth of who you are as consciousness that knows itself. Therefore, because you are sentient beings, you get to have the experience of knowing thyself, and who you really are is Source Energy. So these challenges you place before you are for the purposes of getting you to know who and what you really are, and you are meant to know that experientially. You are meant to know it more than just as a concept, or a belief, or an idea.
Therefore, when you place challenges in front of yourselves, they are not just annoyances. They are not just there to keep you from living a life of freedom, comfort, luxury, and joy. They are there to bring more of the true you out of you, the experiencer. As you accept all challenges in your lives right now as your creation, and as being there to get more out of you, then they suddenly they don’t look so terrible. They don’t look like something someone out there is doing to you in order to oppress you.
And then you can stop putting your attention on all of those people who are telling you that there’s a conspiracy about this or that and those conspirators are coming together to keep you down. Once you realize that it is all you and that you are doing it to yourselves for yourselves, then you can bless everyone who has ever been a part of your experience, whether they are known to you and by you or not. It is the eternal expansion of Source Energy that this is all about, and it will always be about that for all of us within this universe and beyond.

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We are on a mission, and it is our mission to transform consciousness into its more natural state. We know that there are tremendous opportunities to do just that throughout the galaxy and the universe, and yet we also are very relaxed about the whole thing. You see, we know that everyone is where they are spiritually, because that particular experience they are having is a necessary component of Source’s experience of Itself. And so, if a consciousness is not ready to transform back into its natural state of oneness, love and peace, we simply allow that being to continue.
We recommend you take the same approach to your fellow humans. As much as you want to everyone else to awaken and to be right where you are on your journey, please recognize that being where they are still serves a purpose for the Creator, for All That Is, for the Prime Mover of everything, and let it go. You can allow everyone to be right where they are and still live your life in joy. You don’t have to be sad because someone else is not at the level of joy, because even sadness serves Source, and all of this is in service to Source. That is why when you accept something and go with the flow, you are living your purpose; you are allowing for the service to Source to continue.
When you resist and you insist that something or someone be different, you are attempting to do the impossible. You are attempting to rob Source of an experience that Source wants. Now, the question then becomes, ‘Do you have to have that experience as well?’ And the answer is simple. No, you do not. You do not have to have the experience because someone else is having it. And therefore, everyone plays their role perfectly, and Source is fuller for having had all of the experiences that Source has through all of us. Don’t worry about the state of the world or anyone in it. You can do that from a place of love and compassion, but you are not meant to fix a broken world, and not everyone would receive the healing that you offered, even if you were able to walk up to every other human and offer a healing.
So you might as well do what you feel called to do, and know that the call is coming from Source. You are meant to be unique. Your interests are no accident, and you can trust that every soul is transforming. We know this as well, but we still like to do it. We still like to offer what we offer and see if it is that person’s day to transform back into who they really are as a Source Energy Being. Letting go of the egoic pursuits is something that not everyone even wants, but those of you who do want to let go of your egoic pursuits can, and doing so is the challenge that you face as someone who has already recognized who you really are as a Source Energy Being.
Your lives have been about applying that knowing to the physical and merging the experiences of that which is God and that which is human, that which is nonphysical and that which is physical. And you will create the best of both worlds because you will continue to align with a version of reality where others are doing the same. That is, unless of course, you continue to insist that others be further along than they truly are or want to be. Relax into the unity consciousness that is always present and is always inevitable for all of us to experience in this beautiful universe of ours.

We are so intricately woven into your stories there on Earth because of our participation in your lives in this moment. We have been watching, observing humanity for quite some time, and of course we have always helped from afar in all the ways that we could. But now that we have made ourselves known to those of you who want to know us, you have included us in so much of what you think and what you believe. And therefore, we can be more powerful contributors in your experience. We also want to help, and that plays such an enormous role in how much help you receive.
You know that you have helpers. You know that there are beings and collectives like us throughout this universe who want to assist, and you like receiving help. Now is the time to open up to more of the help that is being given, and that is because so many more of us are showing up at this time. There are so many more who are willing to say ‘yes’ to the human collective. We want to know how we can help.
We also want you to know that the upgrades and activations that are coming to you at this time are all about making you better receptors of the help that you are receiving. It can bounce off of you if you are not welcoming it in. It can also be too much energy for your bodies to handle. And so, you are getting upgrades to be able to handle all the help that is coming from us, from the Pleiadians, from the Sirians, from all of the other helpers that you have heard of and from many that you have never heard of.
You will continue to receive help from the beings in the spaceships in your skies, as they know how significant you are in the unfoldment of the shift in consciousness that is happening all throughout this universe. We have told you on many occasions that it serves you very well just to sit and relax and open up and receive what is coming to you, but do you realize that right now you could receive so much more? Do you realize that not only is more help always on its way but also that the help that has being given and has not been received is still there? Energies are around you at all times to be utilized by you for whatever purposes you have for them.
This is why we are helping you in this moment to be better receivers, better receptors physically, emotionally, and energetically, of all that is available to you. We will continue to help and to serve, and we will continue to enlist others in our dimension to put their attention on you at this time, as we know this is a pivotal time for humanity, and so many more of you are awakening every day. What you want to awaken to is just how worthy you are of receiving all that is coming to you from above.

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We are quite fascinated by humanity’s ability to go beyond where others in human form on Earth have gone. We have seen it many times in your evolutionary history, and we notice that those who break the mold so to speak do so because they feel the itch within them. And we know that those of you who receive these messages have that itch. We know that you feel ready to move beyond where the rest of humanity is at this time, and we want you to recognize that the itch doesn’t have to be uncomfortable. It can feel like a calling; it can feel like a warm, loving sensation that is inviting you towards a particular endeavor.
Perhaps you will feel inspired to say something to someone, and that will be your itch. Or perhaps you will feel that the leap of faith you need to take involves your work, your career, or starting a new business. And sometimes you will find that your calling has to do with something that is seemingly not that important, like whether you get up and dance or not at a wedding.
You see, everything matters; every moment is an opportunity to be more of who you are, and those of you who are seizing those moments are making the biggest difference there on Earth. Most importantly, however, you are giving yourselves an opportunity to be more of who you are as Source Energy Beings. Oftentimes, we hear you express the itch in a variety of ways, including the desire to be somewhere else. We know that other places in the galaxy feel more alluring to you than Mother Earth does at this time. And yes, life is easier in other parts of the galaxy and universe, but you didn’t want the easy ride in this life…not at first, anyway.
When you recognize that you have the ability to take something that seems like an insurmountable challenge and turn it into a fun, joyous experience, that’s when you know you have attained mastery. When you take something that looks difficult and you turn it into something that is easy, that’s when you know you have risen above the level of consciousness that you once found so comfortable. We know that you are ready to make the quantum leaps that are possible for all of you, and we know that there has never been a better time than now to do so. We also trust that whatever it is that you are feeling called to do or say or be, that calling will get louder. It will take over, and you will feel that all you need to do is let go and let yourself be who you really are, without all of the impediments that you placed around who you really are in this lifetime.
And you don’t have to single each and every one of them out and pluck it away or destroy it. As you make a commitment to yourself to be who you really are, all blockages melt away. All obstacles suddenly become helpers. You change everything when you change one thing, and the one thing that is calling you right now is something that you cannot deny any longer within yourself. You have gotten to this point now where you must do what you must do, you must say what you must say, and you must become what you must become. You still have free will, of course, but we see you exercising that free will in the most positive way possible, from this moment forward, in this lifetime, on planet Earth. You are becoming your higher selves more and more every single day. One thing that you can always count on there on Earth is that your evolution is a very natural process. It is not something that you have to force or even initiate. It just is. And with each and every breath, each and every passing moment, you go higher and higher and expand further out from your center. That is why we want you to know that you can relax and go easy on yourselves. You don’t have to take all of this so seriously, and you can laugh more, play more, and go with the flow, and you will just as easily get to the place that you are going.
Now, if you feel inspired to do some yoga, some breathwork, some chanting, some meditating, then go right ahead. Most of the work you have to do there on Earth involves letting go of that which you have become attached to, and some of what you have become attached to are your beliefs and your judgments. And as you let go of the ones that do not serve you, you make it easier on yourselves to move in that higher-frequency direction. So you want to go with the expansion, go with the flow, and letting go of that which is heavy that which is dark and that which is not serving you is the way to take those very natural evolutionary steps.
You don’t have to try, and you don’t have to struggle, and you don’t have to work very hard to make these things happen. It is as simple as letting go of that which doesn’t feel right to you anymore. And many of you have already let go of quite a bit in this lifetime, but you will continue to see elements of what you have yet to let go of showing up in your experience.
You will continue to have what you have yet to forgive come into your awareness. That which you judge will continue to show up until you let go of that judgment. That which you resist will continue to find its way into your experience until you drop that resistance. And so, you can become the very passive observer of your own process of becoming your higher self.
You don’t have to work on climbing the rungs of the ladder every single day. You can go off and enjoy yourselves, follow your bliss, listen to your heart, and anything and everything that needs to be seen and experienced by you in a different way will continue to find its way to your path. So the answers are very easy to come to when you just walk your path.
All you have to do is look around, see what’s coming up, see what feels like it is a thorn in your side, and remove the thorn. But you don’t remove the thorn and then burn it to a crisp and make sure that it is stomped out and into ash form. You remove it lovingly and send it on its way, because you know that the thorn has its own process of evolution and does not have to be eliminated from experience to make the world a better place for everyone.
In fact, what is a thorn in your side may be a breath of fresh air to someone else, and it is not for you to determine what is best for someone else. It is only for you to determine what is best for you and then follow that thread. Keep listening to your heart, to your feelings, to your gut instinct, and you will always be on the right path for you. These are the simple steps that it takes for you to ascend easily and joyously, and it does not have to be any more complicate than that. If something feels too complicated, too complex for you, then let it go, and trust that you will be guided to what is easier and more doable for you in the moment.

“Blessings. We are Thymus. We are the collective of ascended masters.
We are here to tell you more about your beautiful souls. You think of your souls as something that you possess. However, your souls are who you really are. They are your truth, your essence, and they are aspects of Source/God/All-That-Is. Therefore, your souls are infinite and eternal beings of unconditional love, and that is why we tell you that it is also true of yourselves. You are infinite and eternal beings of unconditional love, and you are aspects of Source. Now, who you are pretending to be in your physical body doesn’t always hold that knowing and speaks, thinks, and acts accordingly.
The goal then for every human being in existence is to know themselves as they truly are while masquerading around in their physical meat-suit. That is how you live the best of both worlds. That is how you become who you really are in spite of the challenges that you have laid out for yourselves in the physical reality that you call your life. Do not worry that you are harming your soul by doing what you are doing, thinking what you are thinking, or saying what you are saying. You cannot possibly do so. You can feel a wider gap between who you are pretending to be and who you really are, and that is the worst of it.
The worst of what you are doing when you are not being your true, whole self is that you have what you would call a negative emotion. When those emotions come up, the best thing to do in that moment is accept the emotion as it is. It is what it is, but it doesn’t have to keep showing up. You can learn from it, and you can grow from it. You can identify why it came up, and recognize that there is something that you want to change so that you don’t keep experiencing that not-so-good feeling emotion.
Those negative emotions are your friends because they are showing you that you are out of alignment, off center, not on your path. You are choosing not to be who you really are in those moments, but those moments can be fleeting if you allow them to be. If instead you beat yourself up for whatever you did, said or thought, then you will stay in the negative emotional state longer. You have to be easy on yourselves; you have to forgive yourselves in order to move past the false, limited self that you’ve created for an experience.
You cannot stay in that lower-vibrational state forever, just as you cannot be the masquerading meat-suit that you pretend to be forever. Nor would you want to. You are going to change, you are going to evolve, you are going to ascend, because it is appropriate for you to have new experiences. Let go of that tendency towards self-recrimination, self-hate, self-loathing, and it will be easier then for you to be the love that you are, because the love that you are doesn’t judge.
Your soul and Source have never judged you. Not once. But you tend to judge yourselves, and it’s one of the things that you’re letting go of right now. Doing so feels good. Not doing so feels bad. Choose who you want to be and how you want to feel, and live happily ever after because it is your birthright to do so, and we will keep encouraging you do just that because we are your loving guides and friends here in the twelfth dimension.

And so, you can also trust that we are a part of you. Everything that we say to you resonates with you, when it does, because we are a part of you. We are meant to bring that to the surface for you that is your truth. You can do the same with each other of course. You can look at everyone around you and recognize them as an aspect of you, and you can realize that another person can bring the best or the worst out of you and that you can do the same for that other person.
Therefore, in this universe of duality and polarity, do recognize that everyone has the potential to be both sinner and saint, and so do you. And when something brings something up for you, it is not then your purpose to shame yourself and feel unending guilt. You may need to release something that was stuck inside of you, and that person helped you. You may need to forgive yourself right after you say something or do something that isn’t your best that you could possibly offer.
There are countless reasons why you have that interaction with that other person, but this much we know to be true…nothing you ever do or say defines you. Nothing you ever think defines you either, and so it is best to go easy on yourselves when you do find yourselves slipping up, going into the dark places, and coming out not looking so shiny and new. We promise you that you can always dust yourselves off, forgive yourselves, and ask others to forgive you.
You can do the same with your fellow humans. You can cut them more slack and be less judgmental. You can recognize that sometimes someone is just having a really bad day, and you can give everyone the benefit of the doubt. You can also make it your mission to bring the best out of that person the next time you see them, and that is one of the many ways in which you serve your fellow humans just by being there and having the experiences that you signed up to have.
Now, of course, you are creating experiences for yourselves as well, and sometimes you do create very subconsciously some unwanted experiences. But again, there’s an opportunity for you to course correct, to forgive yourself, and to recognize sooner the next time around when you are headed down that track again. Be kind and gentle with yourselves and do not take any of this too seriously, and we promise you that in so doing, you will pave the way to you becoming the best versions of yourselves that you can possibly become. We also know that those of you who are awake are there to bring out the best in your fellow humans. Very good.

If you are more negatively oriented, you will go to the place of fear. The choice is yours. Again, free will. Use it to choose, to go down the positive path, to open yourself up to higher and higher frequency energies and experiences, to know yourselves in ways that you have never known yourselves before.
In other words, listen to your hearts. Be aware of your desires, and have faith that your desires can and will come to fruition. They will not just come to fruition because of a very kind and loving God that grants you your wishes. They will come to fruition because of you and because you have the power within you to access any dream, any desire, any manifestation. You always have had that power, but now you are stepping into that power and you are using the help that you are getting from above. That is how this really works. It is through teamwork. It is through a joining of forces. It is through the merging of the nonphysical with the physical that you get the desired results.
And it is time for more humans to acknowledge that so you can benefit from that knowledge. You are there to go beyond where you have been before, and you can do so consciously and deliberately without knowing exactly what it is you are moving towards in each and every moment. That’s the exciting part, is that get to unwrap those presents, and more and more presents keep coming. We are very capable of seeing down many different timelines simultaneously, because we exist in the ninth dimension, and we can see the various timelines that are in front of each of you who are receiving these messages. We know that new timelines are created when you get imaginative. When you go beyond the beliefs of those around you and those who have come before you. We know that you are very creative, in fact, and capable of reaching for the stars, quite literally. Many of you are wondering when ships will land all across the planet, and you wonder that with the idea that it is set in stone right now.
You think that these decisions are being made outside of you by some other being or some other group of beings, but you get to decide when that happens. You get to decide when humanity has access to free energy. You get to decide when you take everything that is coming to you, all of your gifts, all that you’ve ever wanted to manifest. It is all right there, waiting for you to receive it. You are the ones deciding. You are the ones focusing. You are the ones vibrating. You are the ones thinking, feeling, acting, speaking, and as you remain in alignment with what you do want, and let go of what you don’t want, then you put yourself on that best feeling timeline for you.
If you align with a version of the human collective that is ready for full and open e.t. contact next year, then you will have that experience. But if you look around and say, ‘These other humans aren’t ready,’ then you stay stuck on that timeline. It is up to you. Think better of your fellow humans and of yourselves. Rather than focusing on your flaws and your foibles, focus on how far you’ve come, how much potential there is within each and every one of you, and focus on the love that you are and the love that exists in every other human being. And while you’re at it, focus on the truth that all beings throughout the galaxy are love. They are Source Energy.
And sure, many of them have acted in ways that are much less than what you would expect from a Source Energy Being, but that just means you get to have the experience of forgiving them. You get to see the best in every being. That’s your choice; that’s the choice that will feel best to you when you make it. There really is no other choice, because you must make that choice in order to be who you really are, and being who you really are is where all roads lead to. You are all going home to Source; you are all there to remember who you really are.
So don’t forget that. Don’t fall into that trap of seeing yourselves as small, insignificant, and destined to have certain experiences. The world is what you make of it. Your lives can be better, even by the highest of standards, if you allow them to be so. And you are becoming your higher selves, your fifth-dimensional selves, no matter what anyone else is doing or no matter how it sometimes appears. Choose the best timeline for yourself right now by being conscious about the fact that you are choosing and that the timeline that will feel best to you does exist.

It is an opportune time for you all to be considering what is happening because of you and what happening because of what is ‘out there.’ You do have a tendency to give more power away to what is happening out there and to take less consideration of what is happening inside of you. This is true whether you are spiritually awake or not. We have a desire to give you back your power, to remind you of your power, to show you how powerful you are.
Now, there are times when a belief in something outside of you can serve you very well, and there are other times when a belief in something outside of you is debilitating to you, preventing you from having something that you want or living a happy, healthy life. And so, the person who is willing to look within and ask themselves the most important questions is the person who is going to thrive the most there on Earth. Ask yourself the question on a regular basis of, ‘Is this just me?’
In other words, is it just your perception of reality? Is it that you feel the way that you feel for a very specific reason, one that is true for you but not for everyone else. As you look upon the landscape of the larger world and universe around you, it is easy these days to attribute many things to what is occurring outside of you. And we will always direct you back within yourselves to examine what your perspective is, what your thoughts are, what your beliefs are, and how you are feeling, because we know it serves you most to have your self-examination in that way.
Now, there is always going to be a lot going on there Earth, because of the changes that are already underway, but whenever something is affecting everyone on the planet by its mere existence, you also have to realize that it’s affecting everyone in very unique ways. Not everyone is affected by the same global event in the same way. And as you realize that, you realize you get to determine with your choice how something is going to affect you and what you’re going to do with it. If it is something that offers you the opportunity to step into your power more, then use it. If it is something that feels disempowering to you, then analyze that.
Go deeper within yourself, and ask yourself why. Why do you feel that this event that’s happening outside of you is disempowering you? Because you will come to some wonderful realizations when you do that, and you need to know how powerful you are. You need to know it, and you need to experience it, and you will not experience it until you know it. Remember that when you change your perspective on something, you change it, and that happens quite literally whether you’re doing it consciously or not.
Living a conscious life of self-examination is going to get you very far in terms of your goals and living the life that you want to live. So we encourage you to only give something power that is outside of you if you believe it is helping you in some way, and also, realize that you are utilizing your belief in it as you do so. Because then it can remain a positive thing for you, and you can have more positive aspects of life there on Earth to assist you on your journey.
We are here to assist you on your journey by giving you these types of teachings and by encouraging you to apply them to your lives. You are being given more high-frequency energy to play with because you have shown an ability to handle it and to use it for the purposes of adding something very wonderful to the collective of which you are a part. Now, those who are not receiving any of these high-frequency energies because they never get into a place of joy or relaxation, they are giving you more opportunities to anchor in those energies for them. So you get to experience more of the high-frequency energies running through you as a result of the fact that you are still surrounded by so many who do not understand that these energies and would not know what to do even if they did suddenly believe that higher-frequency energies existed and were being given to them at all times.
This is the best part of being a member of the Awakened Collective. You are not doing more than your fair share. You are getting more of what is wonderful and available to all, but again, not everyone will get into that state they need to get into to let those energies come to them and run through them. There is so much more coming, and the reason that we always remain positive about the direction you are all headed in is because those of you who are awake continue to open up more and more to what is available to you and to everyone else.

You have the ability to open up to so much help and to be helpers in so many ways, and it helps when you see yourselves in that way. It certainly does give you more confidence in yourselves to know that you are helping just by being there. And when you acknowledge that you have so much more help coming in to assist and serve you, that’s when you tend to open up to it.
You have to believe that it’s there in order to receive it, in order to take the time to even relax yourself into that state of receptivity. You are not meant to travel this path of yours alone. And while sometimes there may be no other humans or animals around to go down the path with you, we are always here, your guides are always with you, and so many others are assisting you.
This is a time where you can really feel the help that you are getting. You don’t have to just trust that it’s there, but you can viscerally feel it in your body, and many of you do. Many of you question your feelings, just as you question your thoughts. Remember that when you are raising your vibration, you can trust anything that happens in that state, and you can always trust in the truth that everything is there to serve you and to serve your spiritual evolution.
As you become less attached to physical circumstances being exactly as you would like them to be, you make the spiritual progress happen so much more quickly, and then you do get to enjoy more of the physical as a result. But it is good to understand that the help that you are getting is always meant to help you on both fronts. You don’t have to suffer in the physical for your spiritual evolution. You don’t have to give everything up physically in order to evolve spiritually, and when you do enjoy the physical realm, it doesn’t mean that you are abandoning your spirituality.
In fact, you will enjoy everything so much more if you do involve your spirituality into it. You can enjoy eating so much more when you are communing with the food. You can enjoy breathing so much more when you are doing it consciously and to open up and connect. You can enjoy sleep so much more when you recognize that you are getting so many upgrades and activations as you enter into the state of slumber.
Letting go of control over your physical circumstances will open up to more of the help that is coming from the likes of us. And as you let go of the timing and the circumstances, and the who and the where and the when, and especially the how, you become conscious co-creators in this beautiful expansion of your consciousness. And when you involve more of us in that expansion of consciousness, you can feel it. You can feel it physically in your bones, in your skin, in your muscles, in your organs.
And the merger of more of the nonphysical with the physical is the greatest experience you will have there on Earth at this time. Therefore, you must not get down about any of the conflicts that are going on there on the planet right now, and you must not let any of the bad news that comes your way discourage you or take you down that path of negativity that says that humanity is obviously headed in the wrong direction.
You must allow for the compassion and the open-heartedness to take their effects, because they will. You are a microcosm of humanity, and therefore, you can look at yourself as an indicator of how far along humankind is, and you can notice your spiritual evolution. You can acknowledge yourself as an individual and you can recognize that you did not evolve spiritually in a vacuum. You evolved spiritually while being a part of a human collective, and you are adding to that human collective with all of your prayers, your good thoughts, your good intentions, and your meditation.
You holding compassion in your heart for the suffering of another is a sign of your spiritual evolution, and it is a sign of humanity’s evolution of consciousness, and you can rest assured that the e.t.s in those ships in the skies are noticing this. They are and we are, and you have so much grace because of that compassion, because of those good intentions and those prayers.
You have so much help coming your way as a collective because of the chaos and the cataclysmic events. We are watching and waiting to see how humanity reacts to each and every occurrence there on planet Earth. We know that everything now is about inching you forward to your inevitable ascension, and we also know that there are many paths to raising one’s consciousness. It doesn’t have to happen through pain and suffering, but when a person isn’t paying attention, oftentimes that then becomes the choice on a subconscious level. No one consciously says that they want more pain and suffering to come in their lives, but it happens and it happens frequently there on Earth. And even though it always serves a purpose, you can ascend just as quickly and easily by following your joy.
You can pay closer attention to what is going on inside of you and in your lives, and you can move more appropriately to the higher realms by continuously choosing love. This is the way for all of you, no matter what the circumstances are that you are facing. Ask yourselves the question of, ‘Can I be Love in the face of this?’ And if you truly feel that you cannot, then ask yourselves the question of, ‘Why?’ Perhaps you will need to move through some negative emotions before you get to the place of love within you, the love that is always there, always available to you, and that is okay. You are meant to feel everything that there is to feel there on Earth.
Therefore, as long as you know that the ultimate goal is to get to that place of love within you, go right ahead and let your anger be. Let whatever negative emotion comes up for you be exactly what it is. You don’t have to change it; you don’t have to transmute it. You are transmuting yourselves, and one of the ways you do that is through accepting everything as it is and being love in the face of everything as it is. Just because you feel some anger, some sadness, some fear, or even some hate doesn’t mean that you are devolving. It doesn’t mean that you are going in the wrong direction or becoming any of those things. It just means you are having a temporary experience of yourself as something other than love, and you knew you would before you incarnated on Earth.
You knew everything would be on the table for you to feel and that it would serve you to feel everything that the Earth experience has to offer. Therefore, you may need to remind yourselves from time to time that no matter what comes up in your lives, the ultimate goal is always to be love. And if you can make peace with the fact that the path to getting there often does have a lot of unwanted, not-so-good feeling emotions on it, then you will get there more quickly.
Now, many of you wonder what your purpose is there on Earth. You want a mission for your lives. Get to that place where you are feeling love in the face of everything that is coming up for you, and you will be in service to others. Others need to see an example so that they have something to follow. They need for those of you who are lightworkers to pave the way. You are there as awakened souls because you wanted to do it first and then show others. Many of you who are awake are also teachers and leaders; you are guides. “Blessings. We are Thymus. We are the collective of ascended masters.
We are here now to speak to you about resurrection and what it means. It can mean that you die in a body and then come back into that body, as you do every night when you fall asleep. Now, you don’t die every night, but you do leave your body, and remain corded, or attached, to your body while you’re on your journey through the astral plane, and then you come back into your body because you’re still connected to it. But a resurrection doesn’t mean a severing of that cord that connects your soul’s consciousness to your body consciousness and then coming back into that same body.
A resurrection is a transformation, and transformation is what Yeshua was and is all about. Yeshua is here amongst us, in case you were wondering. He is part of this collective and a very beautiful example of what is possible for all of you there in your human physical bodies. You don’t need to die to be reborn. You don’t need to experience a trauma to grow spiritually either. You simply need to remember who you really are and to access that energy, to allow that energy to flow to you and through you, to inhabit a different kind of body, a light body.
And so, when we talk about ascension, we are talking about resurrection and transformation, and that is what Yeshua wanted for himself in that famous lifetime and for all of you. Yeshua wanted other humans to follow in his footsteps, but without the martyrdom, without the crucifixion. Now, he had completed his teachings and completed his mission, and every life that ends ends because the purpose for that life has ended. And so, he chose to check out in a very dramatic way that would lend to all of the speculation of who he really was and is.
He wanted people to see that there is no death, that the consciousness cannot be destroyed, and you cannot destroy an idea either. His teachings still live on, and they live on because of their profundity and because he chose a dramatic end to his ministry. Now, ultimately the resurrection proved that the body is not the only house for the consciousness. There are other bodies. There are lighter bodies, and you all now are transforming yourselves into lighter-bodied beings so that you can have eternal life. Eternal life is something that Yeshua’s modern day followers believe in, and you all who are awake also believe in the eternal nature of the soul.
Now, as your soul, you can inhabit any body you want to, and you are choosing lighter and lighter bodies as you go to represent the evolution of your soul, the evolution of your consciousness, and the direction of your focus, as you focus yourselves into higher and higher states of being, higher and higher vibrations, and you allow yourselves to become your fifth-dimensional higher selves, your resurrected, ascended selves. Remember that you resurrect ever morning when you wake up into your body and you get to decide who you are going to be on that particular day, what that lifetime of those sixteen or so hours is going to be about.
And you will continue to be giving yourselves that choice for all of eternity, and that is something to be happy about. That is something to feel joyous about because there is no end to our experience, and there is no end to what we can explore and discover about ourselves as Source Energy Beings.

We are not here to tell you what to do. We like to offer teachings, which you can view as suggestions. You can see us as wise, old friends that you can learn something from, and you can benefit from our experience, but we are not here to tell you what to do. We do understand the value of self-reflection, of the inward journey, and we encourage you to move in the direction of your inner self, because we know that many of the answers that you seek arise in the moment that you need that answer, that you need that direction.
They come in a variety of different forms, but do recognize that your spirit guides, the universe, and Source Energy are always communicating with you, always giving you that in the moment feedback that you want and need. And so, you can follow teachings and participate in spiritual practices. You can develop your gifts and abilities, but at the end of the day you’ve got to pay attention to what’s going on inside of you in each and every moment if you are going to live a life of joy, love, peace, freedom, creativity and abundance.
You all want those things, to a certain extent. In one way or another, no matter how you define those things, you all want them. And so, you must listen to what’s going on inside of you in order to know whether or not you’re pointing yourself in the right direction. Now, this also holds true when it comes to the wide array of teachings, predictions, and beliefs that are being handed to you on a silver platter by so many different teachers and gurus out there in the world today. If you do not like someone else’s version of reality, then recognize that you don’t have to adopt it as your own.
Use the feeling test to tell yourself whether you want to adopt that person’s perspective, even if that person is a channeler, and even if they are channeling higher-dimensional beings and collectives. You get decide, and you not only get to decide, but you have to decide, because your life is a choice. Being there was a choice, and you continue to make choices about your lives, and when you listen to your inner guidance you are making the most informed choice you can possibly make. Now, something that felt good yesterday might not feel good today. What changed? You did.
You’re different today than you were yesterday, and so you’ve got to listen to the guidance that coming to you from within, rather than using your mind to tell yourself that if it felt good yesterday, then it must still be good today. That’s not true of food. Something can be good one day and rotten the next. Your outer reality will always be giving you those types of hints and clues as to the bigger truths of your world. Listen up and listen often, because those messages continue to pour in, and you’ve got to make yourselves available to those messages in order to receive them and act upon them accordingly.
You are already doing a wonderful job of this, but you can always go further and deeper, and sometimes you need these reminders, especially when you are living in a time when you are bombarded by so much information and so many different perspectives all the time. Listen to your heart, your gut, your feelings, your instincts, your impulses, and your intuition, and give everyone else the freedom to do the same with themselves and their lives. And you can all live joyously and harmoniously there on Mother Earth.

There are more people present on planet Earth at this time than there has ever been, and that is a remarkable feat because it shows you all how many souls want to incarnate there. That means you must be on an incredible journey, whether you are always acknowledging that or not.
We are here to tell you that you are. It is a remarkable journey where so much is being accomplished and created with your mere presence on the planet and your willingness to live out those lives that you chose for yourselves. We know that you appreciate being acknowledged by the likes of us, but we also know that you don’t always feel so great about being there or about how well you are doing personally. And so, we want you all to know that it is important for you to take on the perspective of your soul. Your soul is not suffering. Your soul is not tainted, and your soul is not damaged, no matter what is going on there with you in your physical body.
Now, your soul is affected by everything that you do, think and say, everything that happens to you, and all the feelings that you feel. Your soul is consciously participating in the life experience but is not worse off for anything that you have lived and never will be. That is simply not possible. You can also rest assured that because there are so many of you on the planet right now, there is also a record number of helpers available to the human collective. You can benefit from all the faeries, e.t.s, angelic beings, and ascended masters who are sending love, compassion, and healing to the planet and to its inhabitants. You can grow spiritually by falling in love. Now, of course, you do set up challenges for yourselves, but those challenges are there to remind you of how strong you are, how powerful you are, how capable you are of overcoming anything. And that is true because you are Source Energy Beings and nothing less.
Therefore, as Source Energy Beings, we invite you to create your experience of your spiritual evolution, and know that nothing outside of you is determining whether or not you evolve spiritually. You can take advantage of an eclipse, a full moon, an equinox, a solstice, or any other event to tune in more to the energies that are always helping you grow and expand, but you don’t have to wait until anything is going to happen in order to experience your spiritual up-leveling of self. You can decide that you are going to become your higher self today, because your desire to do so is so strong and your resistance to achieving that goal is minuscule or nonexistent.
We tell you this because we don’t want you to always feel like you have to wait for the next prediction to come along to tell you that now it is time for you to go to the next level of your consciousness. We also don’t want you to think that you have to go to some far off place and take some plant medicine there in order to grow spiritually. You can grow spiritually because you decide that as an awakened soul, that’s what you want to do. And again, no one can stop you, and you don’t have to wait for anything or anyone in order to take that next giant leap forward for yourself.
It is always nice to look forward to something like an eclipse or some other event that will happen in the skies, because it gives you something to look forward to and get excited about. Ultimately, you will determine what your experience of that event will be for you. “We are here for you. We are The Creators. We are a twelfth-dimensional collective of nonphysical beings, and we are here to help.
You do tend to notice when you are not in alignment with Source. However, you have many different names for that state of being and many different ways of describing it. You are meant to be using the feedback that you are getting from your emotions, from your bodies, and from the conditions of your life to determine whether you are pointing your consciousness in the right direction or not. When you point your consciousness inward and you discover the alignment with Source that you are seeking, everything out there, including the physical and its conditions, tends to be taken care of for you.
But that is a tough sell to humans who have been taught that they manipulate their world through words and actions to get it to conform to their desires, and you are also taught that some people are better at that than others. Now, someone who is in alignment with Source and who has nothing, tends to be happier than someone who is out of alignment with Source and has everything, but that doesn’t mean that you have to give everything up in order to be in alignment with Source. That is something that many people must release because it is a false idea. It is a limiting belief, and many in the new age have taken it on as their truth.
You don’t need to sacrifice anything in order to have anything else. You don’t need to sacrifice material wealth in order to be in alignment with Source. And so, it becomes then an opportunity for you all to look at whether you are giving up your alignment with Source because you think you need to in order to get something that you want that is outside of you.
Now, some of you are wondering at this point what exactly we mean by ‘alignment with Source,’ so we are going to tell you. We are talking about you feeling the way that you want to feel emotionally. We are talking about you operating from the vibration you want to operate from. When you’re focused on that which brings you joy and that which lights you up, you feel in alignment with Source.
When you are focusing on the lack of what you want, or on the reasons why you cannot have what you want, you are out of alignment with Source. When you are focusing on what someone else said to you that hurt your feelings, you are out of alignment with Source, and when you are focused on the beauty of a flower, you are in alignment with Source. Source is that flower, and Source also loves that flower.
And so, you do seek balance in your lives between focusing in a way that puts you into alignment with Source and taking actions that you need and want to take. Ultimately, you want your actions to be inspired from that place of having found your alignment with Source, and then those actions are fruitful. Those actions tend to be an expression of that alignment with Source, instead of a bunch of things that you’re doing to try to get the things that you want. And so, knowing this as you do, any reasonable person would seek out that alignment with Source first, and we know you to be reasonable and logical people.
Therefore, we ask you to consider on a more regular basis whether what you are thinking about or doing is putting you more into that space of alignment with Source. Again, you don’t need to give it up in order to get something outside of you, but you do need to trust that your alignment with Source will bring you everything that you do want. And it will also bring you the inspired ideas that you can then act upon, so that you can joyously take your actions towards those desired outcomes in your lives. We invite you to make this a regular practice throughout your day and to notice how wonderfully your lives change as a result. Very good.

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We are very pleased to see how many of you are using technology appropriately. You can use technology to connect with one another. You can use it to access information, and you can use it to share aspects of yourself to the world. You can be very creative with it, and you can use it to help other people and reach other people who are in need of your help. Those of you who are truly awake are using technology in these positive ways, and you are helping to shift the collective consciousness of all of the various human collectives through your use of technology. Like anything, it is fundamentally neutral, and it can be used in a positive way, but it can also be over-used, abused, and used to promote something that is negative.
Therefore, the use of your technology requires a certain amount of discernment, and you must not rely so heavily on technology that you forget that you have the power to do all of this within yourselves. That is the next step for all of you who are awake. The next step is to recognize that you don’t need a phone in order to communicate to a loved one. It is the recognition that you can download whatever you need and have it available to you at all times.
You are ready to create out of thin air, rather than using a 3D printer to create. You can go even further right now than the current level of technology that you have at your fingertips. And the technology is there to bridge your belief between where you were before you had all of these gadgets and where you are going, which is a place where you will set them aside because you will realize you don’t need them after all.
Why do e.t.s still travel in ships then? That’s an obvious question, and we have an answer. They travel in ships because they like to have an experience of traveling together. They like to co-create with each other. Also, the ships are meant to activate something in the one who is seeing the ship. You are meant to feel closer to full, open extra-terrestrial contact because of your sighting of a ship or ships. And so, they do serve many purposes. Some of the ships are organic; they are beings with higher level consciousness, and they want to carry their friends around. Again, it is to have a group experience, a co-creative event with loved ones.
Some ships are powered by consciousness. They need no fuel source whatsoever. You do not need exterior, external technology when you realize that you are everything and everywhere. You don’t need anything to heal you when you realize you are already healed, but for now different healing modalities and technologies exist to help you to get to that place where you can say once and for all, ‘I am healed, and I know it,’ and really mean it.
You are getting there; you are getting to the place of teleportation, telepathy, telekinesis, even time travel, all without the need for a machine. So you don’t have to worry about the direction you are all headed in right now as a society, because these are just stepping stones to get you to where you are really going, and those of you who are awake perhaps already knew this but needed the reminder. And we are always telling you to put down the device and go outside and this is why. You don’t need the device, but you do need to shift your vibration to a higher level, and being outside, generally speaking, will help you do that.

Access Your Spiritual Gifts & Abilities – The Andromedan Council of Light, Channeled by Daniel Scranton, March 24
“We are the Andromedan Council of Light, and we are very excited to be connecting with you.
You are doing wonderfully well, no matter where you are on the planet right now, no matter how it seems like you are doing there in your lives. You are living out a life that has meaning, has value, and that value cannot always be quantified, or even acknowledged, by others. Therefore, you must be able and be willing to acknowledge yourselves. You have so many more gifts within you to discover, and when you see someone else who has a gift that you don’t have yet, you must realize that they are in your life or in your awareness to inspire you, to show you what is possible.
Now, spiritual gifts and abilities can take time to come fruition. They can bubble up to the surface, but they can take much longer than you would like them to to get to the surface. You are aware of your desires, and you are also aware of time, and that awareness of time can sometimes be an impediment for you because you have your timeframe in which you think it is appropriate for a desire to be manifested in your reality. But you never know what the bigger picture is, and that’s why you must trust and you must have faith that whatever it is you desire to experience in your life will come to you, and that holds true especially for spiritual gifts and abilities.
There are so many more than you can even imagine that are within you right now, and you don’t have to try hard to get to them, to make them bubble up to the surface for you. But in actuality, the opposite is true. You have to relax and allow them to come to the surface. Oftentimes, that involves you just being yourself and being true to yourself. It involves you living a life of joy and freedom, and we also want to caution you against holding the belief that your life won’t really start until you access at least one of your spiritual gifts, because that is not true.
You can live a full and satisfying life right now, no matter where you are, no matter what you are doing, by making that choice. You can pat yourself on the back just for being there and having a life experience on Earth, or you can get down on yourself, and wag your finger at yourself, and ask yourself why you haven’t exploded yet in all of the gifts and abilities that you know of and that others have shown you are possible. Which one feels better to you? You must ask yourselves that question, because it is an important question, and it will always be an important question.
Follow the flow of the good feelings in order to experience more good-feeling things out there in your reality. But if you’re waiting for all the good things to show up first so that you can live a joyous life, well then you’re going about it backwards. Think about a child that has fun playing with a stick, or a box, or a rock, and you will see what is possible for you in your life. You can just as easily be satisfied with your ability to breathe consciously as you can be by some spiritual gift or ability that you haven’t accessed yet.
And when you are fascinated by your ability to close your eyes and take a conscious breath, you will see just how much you can get out of that simple experience. It may be simple, but it is profound and it can be life altering. And the more you do it, the more you will discover in terms of what is possible for you. Taking small steps, one at a time, lead to a much longer journey, and they will lead to you to everything that you want, if you trust that all it takes is for you to keep going. But if you believe that you must make these giant leaps, and that it must be one giant leap after another, then you’ll be stuck waiting for the first giant leap to occur.
Do yourselves a favor if you want to access more of your spiritual gifts and abilities. Just tune in to what’s going on in your heart, and do it often, and do it for as long as you can. We promise you that everything that you want is contained within that space, and we know that each and every one of you has the ability to focus there, but you have to demonstrate it to yourselves first. We see more and more people doing this all the time, and we see the results in their lives, and we want all of you who receive this message from us to also experience those wonderful results.
