TRANSITION TO THE FIFTH DIMENSION (Gutta-percha body)
Greetings, my dear beloved children!
Today we will continue speaking about light crystalline human body synchronization with its subtle sense organs.
This time we will focus on the second chakra and the etheric body.
In order to make them synchronized with each other you should involve all your imagination since the etheric body is an exact matrix of your physical body.
Meanwhile the molecules your physical body consists of are getting transformed turning into crystals, your etheric body will not only “mirror” the physical one but will also assume the function of rendering it flexible.
In other words, it is the etheric body, being the densest of all the subtle bodies, that will respond to your mental impulses and shape your new subtle material body in accordance with the images your create by your imagination.
This is what its new function will be.
To put it in words of the third dimension world person it can be said that the etheric body of the Fifth dimension will make your physical body flexible and “jelly-like” projecting outside the inner changes of its structure.
Thus, the second chakra and the etheric body will assume the function of dense matter transformer that turns it into subtle one, which will result in the formation of a new SUBTLE MATERIAL BODY.
Since the process is rather difficult to describe with words, try, my dear ones, to feel it doing the following practice.
Let us call it “Gutta-percha body”.
Having invoked all your Heavenly patrons reach a meditative state, breathe deeply for some time and try to perceive your etheric body to a full extent.
It will show itself as a warm contour around your physical body, as some kind of halo…
It is closely attached to the physical body…
It can be compared to a diving suit that becomes another “skin” for a person who is going to submerge under water…
Having clearly perceived your etheric body try to imagine it being soft, flexible, shaky like jelly…
It starts penetrating into your physical body conveying its qualities to it…
Next, imagine your new subtle material body the way you would like it to be but, of course, within reasonable limits – just slightly improving its defects…
You can work at muscles in this or that part of your body, smooth out your skin or straighten your spinal column returning flexibility to your joints…
Feel this new “gutta-percha” body responding your mental impulses so readily…
Feel the parts of the body you pay attention to are getting filled with warmth…
Remain in the meditation as long as possible in order to consolidate the results of your influence and to let crystal particles do their job…
But do not expect everything will become physically apparent immediately, my dear ones.
Treat everything calmly with no excess enthusiasm but with a firm belief that your body transformation process triggered by you will gain in scope with every single day.
Repeat this meditation as often as possible.
Help your body do the hard job on revival to acquire a new Divine condition.

Today we will go on speaking about your physical body transformation into a light crystalline one.
And this time I would like to draw your attention to its synchronization with your chakra system.
Since in the Fifth dimension there come into the picture your subtle sense organs, your new subtle material body should readjust itself so as to meet the requirements of all your chakras as much as possible.
And this is what it means.
Your new body should get fully resonated with your chakras’ vibrations.
In the third dimension world it is not possible because of the physical body being too dense in comparison with chakras.
In term of energy they are quite different systems.
While in the Fifth dimension due to the fact that your body will acquire quite a different structure and, consequently, different vibration frequencies such convergence becomes possible.
But it is necessary to start doing this right now connecting in your imagination each of your chakras with the corresponding body and pulling up the vibration frequency of the physical body.
And it can be carried out the following way.
Let us start with the first chakra that is the nearest to your physical body in vibrations.
Try to concentrate all your attention on your first chakra.
Then start rotating it clockwise.
You should manage to make it rotate uniformly and rhythmically.
Feel the way your renewed body responds to the rotation.
You will feel it starts rotating with the chakra.
It gets resonated with it.
Your first chakra and all the body seem to have become the whole one.
They have merged with each other and, consequently, have acquired the same vibration frequency.
Next, try to increase the vibration frequency of the single rotating system by boosting its amplitude.
While the volume of this rotating energy system is getting larger, the vibrations of your physical body are increasing, with the space between crystal particles of the body becoming bigger.
You feel your physical body growing huge, as well as your first chakra…
Do this exercise, my dear ones, as often as possible gradually increasing the volume of your new physical body that has resonated with the corresponding first chakra.

Greetings, my dear beloved children!
Today we will move on to the practical part of work at your physical body.
If you have already put into practice the new nutrition approach consuming only high vibration foodstuffs and have cleaned your energy space from everything that retarded your headway, then your conscience is ready to start work on transformation of your physical body into a light crystalline one.
And today I will give you the first practice that will lay the foundation of all the rest.
Let us call it “Air body”.
The idea of it is that you should learn to rarify your body by the power of your thought.
It is not necessary to reach a meditative state for this.
You can do this practice wherever you want, even in public transport.
All you need for this is your pure conscience not blurred with the haste of thoughts about daily round.
In other words, you should reach the state of being “here and now” having completely switched off your Mind.
Do not forget to set a reliable energy shield around yourself to prevent alien energies from penetrating into your aura.
And, of course, invoke all your Heavenly patrons.
Having perceived you are in the protective Sphere of Love and Light energy, plunge into the state of thoughtlessness and timelessness, invoke the energy of the Fifth dimension and ask it to start work at your physical body transformation into a light crystalline one.
For some of you it will be easier to start this work moving into the space of the Fifth dimension by your imagination, and for that purpose you can invoke the Tetrogonia civilization.
So, on having got everything ready, imagine your body begins to rarify little by little…
It may feel like the body is expanding from inside since now it consists of the crystal particles that are much bigger in volume that the usual molecules of the third dimension physical body…
The process can be accompanied by a gentle ringing noise since the process of filling your body with the energy of the Fifth dimension activates the process of your conscience uniting with the One Conscience of the Universe.
Having overcome the third dimension world frames it moves on to quite a different level.
You can even feel you brain getting rarified and becoming huge and shining…
It is quite possible you will feel pricking and gentle vibrations spreading all over your body…
You can get the feeling of being oscillating as your body is becoming weightless and airy…
But even if you do not feel any external manifestations, it does not at all mean that you have not triggered your body structure transformation process.
Each of you has your own subtle energies sensitivity level and your own perception of energy manifestations that are new and unusual for you.
The more often you will do the practice, the more apparent the results will be.

Today we will talk about the ways you can painlessly reduce to nothing unpromising relationships between people.
I know that it is hard to do for many of you since friendly contacts extended for years have already become a usual attribute of your life.
And to break off abruptly all the contacts with people who mean nothing bad and who sincerely treat you well is not that easy even from the ethic point of view.
But if you start finding such relationships trying and you grudge time to spend on traditional parties and discussion of issues of no interest to you, you should gradually reduce them to zero.
Believe me, my dear ones, now the time has come for you to concentrate only on yourself.
And the “trail” of friends and acquaintances from your former third dimension life can considerably throw you back taking away your time, spiritual strength and, which is most important, energy.
Yet, not to offend your friends having nothing in common with spiritual life, let alone the issue of Ascension, you should work at the situation IN TERMS OF ENERGY.
Using gold Divine scissors you can cut down the energy channels connecting you.
Being simple the measure will give apparent results, though. Your friend will unintentionally become estranged to you remembering about you less and less often and, consequently, will stop calling you and inviting to see them.
The same thing will happen to you, too.
The charm of the energy work is in the fact that all the processes occur smoothly, naturally and painlessly.
If you try to describe your new “hobbies” with WORDS to people totally in the power of the third dimension world, it will make them surprised, puzzled, confused and offended.
It is not at all improbable that they will call you sectarian and will try to save you “denouncing” the things that have already become an indisputable truth for you and will come up with numerous proofs of your interests being tales or your own imagination.
I know that many of you have already experienced that kind of treatment, haven’t you?
So, I ask you, please, be wise and patient, my dear.
Learn to work with Energies that can work wonders, especially nowadays, when they are showering Earth in a powerful and generous way and they themselves convey the qualities and vibrations necessary for human revival and purification of their conscience.
Trust them and your Heavenly guides.
It is quite possible that this help arriving from Heavens will encourage your friends’ and relatives’ revival and in a while they will change the way they treat you and they will start asking questions on the issues that interest you themselves.
Then your communication will become really full-fledged since their vibration frequencies will keep up with yours and you will be able to talk to your close people about the things that are of primary importance for you and about the ones that have become the same for them now.

Today we will continue speaking about the way you can bring to harmony your daily needs at the threshold of Ascension.
And now we will focus on what is commonly referred to as “articles of prime necessity”.
This notion is quite relative, you see.
For one person it can be a huge mansion, own business, private airplane and a car of the latest make, while for another one it is modest accommodation, a bike and a simple but satisfying job.
The majority of people are certain to have something in between the two extremes.
So, now let us look into the notion of “necessities of life” from the Divine point of view.
Before all, they are the things that enable you to live in Joy and bring your Soul to harmony, peace and quiet.
As a rule, it is what a necessary for a person minimum is, not luxuries that just add to their worries.
Besides, it concerns everything: accommodations, job, vehicles, clothes, foodstuffs, social contacts.
Having minimizing all their needs necessary for their Soul, not Ego, a person will feel really happy.
Let us consider the issue turning to a case study.
Suppose, someone has been working hard for a long time, which enables them to have a lot of houses, cars, enormous amounts of clothes, crowds of acquaintances, limitless opportunities for travel, the best hotels and restaurants – in a word, all the “fleshpot of Egypt” of the third dimension world.
But is it often that a person who owns all these riches turns out to be really happy?
All the excessive material possessions have the opposite side as well.
The business they own requires their unceasing control, which means their Mind can never be free, and one lives in a constant fear of losing the fortune they made.
All the numerous property takes a lot of their time and effort, too since it should be appropriately maintained, and their head is always full of endless household thoughts.
They get quickly bored with things, as well as with travel and restaurants because the novelty and vivacity of perception is gone.
They realize that most of their acquaintances and relatives are not their friends but the ones pleasing them for the sake of money they have, not due to their personal qualities.
And the thing they are longing for is not their friendship but some benefits from their contacts.
Thus, they gradually get enslaved by their possessions and environment that contributing to their Ego drain their Soul.
It would be great if they stopped in good time having realized that the endless pursuit of wealth and pleasure will drive them to a dead end.
On the other hand, a person with modest earnings can be really happy doing the job to their soul and have a narrow circle of people being sincere and devoted friends who they go to the countryside with and treat to the home-made dishes imbued with their energy and love.
Their clothes are not many, but each thing is dear to them as it was chosen with love and taste.
They are free to spend their spare time the way they like since they do not have a heavy load of material order problems.
They understand that not external circumstances or people around them but they themselves are the source of their happiness and joy.
And a person like that is truly self-sufficient and, consequently, free from all the conventions of the third dimension world.

Greetings, my dear beloved children!
Today we will talk about the ways of minimizing daily needs of material order so as to facilitate the transition to the worlds of higher vibrations.
And the thing we will start with is your nutrition.
In my previous messages I have already told you what kinds of food and beverages are suitable for one on the path to Ascension.
Therefore, now we will focus on how you can arrange your everyday nutrition.
The first and most important rule is that you should eat only when it is demanded by your body.
You cannot but agree, my dear ones, that very often you do this to keep somebody’s company, to enjoy yourself or visiting someone not to offend the host, as well as to cheer yourself up using food as “happy pills”.
It certainly does not mean you must totally reject the pleasure of exquisite cuisine but you should learn to know where to stop in everything so as to prevent your body from suffering from overeating, which inevitably results in your vibration frequency decrease.
I would like you to know that any act of “violence” at your body has not only physically apparent consequences but also energy ones that are invisible to you.
And this is the “violence” you produce at your body when you finish your meal with your stomach being overfilled.
In this case the energy you could use for the strengthening of your Spirit is utilized to maintain the balance of your body that has to digest the huge amount of everything you ate and drank.
And this is what it looks like at the subtle level.
Imagine a human silhouette with all the subtle bodies.
In the usual state their energy is evenly distributed in accordance with the needs of each of the bodies.
But when the physical body is suffering from overloading it calls the rest of the human bodies for help.
So, they take up the call right away.
As a result, there is a powerful outflow of energy from the subtle bodies to the physical one.
This accounts for the fact that the one who overate oneself gets dumb in all senses of the word: their ability to work decreases, they lose the lucidity of mind and their physical strengths.
All their energy is spent on the rescue of the digestion organs that were struck a crushing blow.
If the feast was also attended by profuse alcoholic drinks, then not only physical organs have to be rescued but human conscience, too that gets blurred and sometimes may start showing itself in an aggressive manner.
Thus, for the sake of the flesh enjoyment a person strikes the balance of their entire energy system that takes pains to get back to its normal state.
And nowadays, my dear ones, at the threshold of Ascension it is extremely important to maintain physical and energy cleanliness of your body.

Today I would like to talk about what the most important thing is for you at the moment.
You have already learnt that your Ego and your Soul often have quite different desires and life goals.
The best combination for you can become some kind of symbiosis of Ego’s desires and those of Soul.
So, how to find the golden mean to gain the harmony of existence being by one’s conscience in the unipolar world already but physically still finding oneself in the third dimension space?
Before all, you should establish “limits” or boundaries of the prosperity level that will help you to move forward along your spiritual path not being worried about your daily bread.
It is still very important, my dear ones, especially for those who should support their family and children.
It is hardly possible to live a spiritual life when your children are starving.
Well, how to determine these reasonable “boundaries?”
Everyone has their own ones depending on habits, needs, constitution and the age of Soul.
Thus, someone accustomed to live in wealth should not make any drastic changes in their life for the sake of spiritual issues since it will interfere with their usual way of life.
Asceticism as such is not spiritual, for it deprives a person of pleasures of life and, consequently, its chief constituent – JOY.
At the same time it does not apply at all to the luxuries you can reject as they were imposed by fashion, prestige or somebody else’s desires.
You should stick to the necessary minimum that will bring balance to your life – enable you to move further along the path of spiritual development simultaneously not depriving yourself of creature comforts that both your body and Soul are longing for.
But always remember how few are things one needs to be happy.
All the real things rise and die inside a person – thoughts, feelings, emotions, desires…
All the rest is simply entourage, decorations of the play called “My life on the planet of Earth”.
Though, it is often the case that behind the decorations you cannot see the person themselves.
Their Soul gets lost in the endless piled-up “stage properties” introduced by other people, fashion, traditions, advertising…
And now, my dear ones, it is high time to do a “check-up” on the “stage” of your life – to throw away everything that has had its days being alien to your new desires and needs.
It also concerns relationships with people – those who remained in the old world, who are not able to overcome the duality barrier and who pull you back binding you hand and foot preventing you from moving towards Light.
The time has come to trust your Soul and get rid of everything that has been supporting your Ego for so long.
Start doing this straight away, my dear ones, and you will feel amazingly easy.
It will seem you have ridded yourself of ballast that has been pulling you downwards for all these years preventing your Soul from ascending to the height it is striving for.

Thereby, you will resemble a “filter” going through which the air polluted in energy sense will start purifying and being passed through your lungs will be coming back to the atmosphere having acquired quite a different quality.
And now I will explain to you how it can be put in practice.
Imagine being in a huge crowd of people obsessed with low passions with the energies of fear, aggression, protest and censure hovering in the air…
These negative energies are literally suspended in the air, and it becomes difficult for you to breathe because of their being so heavy, sticky, dirty…
And despite the fact you have already been supplied with a lot of practices on dissolving negative energies and their transformation into Light, you can add to your everyday life one more very efficient practice on changing the composition of the air in the “strained” to the utmost space of low vibration energies.
Imagine your lungs are full of sparkling golden Divine substance and watch the “dirty” particles that get in transforming into beautiful ideally-shaped crystals when you breathe in, and then see them filling the environment with “crystal”-clear high vibration air when you breathe out.
You can use this practice as an environment purification tool not only in cases of emergencies but in your everyday life as well.
It will help you both to keep your own subtle bodies clean and to transform the air space around you into Light.
With each breath you take imagine yourself getting filled with the energy of Love and Light – pure, transparent, Divine…
Feel it taking all your lungs, all your being penetrating into every single cell of your body…
And next, having passed it through yourself you breathe out the air “enriched” with your own energy of Love and Gratitude to the Element of Air that gives life to you.
In other words, learn to breathe Love and Light.
In the beginning, perhaps, it will not be easy to constantly concentrate your attention on this, but if you are patient and persistent, it will gradually become natural for you and it will not require much effort on your side.
Breathing like this will result in your constant being within the energy stream of really high vibrations.
Thus, you will start transforming the air space around you into the Fifth dimension space facilitating your own, as well as that of other people’s, advancement on the path of Ascension.

And as significant in its influence on people is what they breathe – in the literal sense of the word that is the quality of the air of their residence.
While you can readjust your approach to diet picking up useful food and drinks of high energy profile, you cannot choose the air you breathe so far.
So, what should you do, my dear ones, if you are not lucky to live in the countryside and have to breathe the poisoned air of big industrial cities?
In this case you should just remember that you are Creators of your reality and you can change it by the power of your thought and imagination.
Everything is in your power INDEED!
But, unfortunately many of you are not able to believe this to a full extent.
You can change the composition of air if you get all your attention and all your spiritual potential totally concentrated on this.
So as to make it easier for you to imagine this, you can remember your experiments with the Element of Water.
The way water molecules structure is changed depending on the energy it is exposed to has already been clearly proved by your scientists as well.
You can work at Air Element the very same manner.
You will help it by this, as well as yourselves!

Try to merge with it and feel it with all your being…
Then invoke the Energy of the Supreme Creator of the Universe and ask the Element of Air to help you clean the air space of your town of all the heavy energies and harmful substances.
Watch this silver Divine energy embracing all the energy space of your town and going far beyond its boundaries…
And heavy dark energy inclusions in it burst like bubbles, and in their place there sparkles the Divine energy…
Gradually all the air space of your town gets as clean, joyful and bright…
You physically perceive that it has become easier for you to breathe …
You deeply breathe in this renovated crystal clear air created by you in cooperation with the Element of Air…
In a while you will learn to do meditations like this on the go – while walking, travelling or driving simply addressing Air Element in your thoughts in order to maintain clean mutually created Divine air space of your town.

Greetings, my dear beloved children!
Today I would like to tell you about the energy component of energy drinks based on natural ingredients.
First of all, it is coffee, tea, cocoa and fruit and herbal “teas” made up of a variety of fruits, herbs and flowers.
You should take these drinks very carefully since they can be both beneficial to your body raising your vibrations and do it harm if you fail to find the right balance in their consumption.
So, how to find this balance?
I cannot supply you with single advice, my dear ones, since all of you are so unique and individual.
The only thing I can advise you is to listen to your body, not to somebody else’s opinion, fashion, advertisements, instructions of nutrition “experts”, whose “service” is often paid by manufactures of this or that product.
All the beverages I mentioned above convey natural elements energies, but to make them resonate with your own energies you should look for the best way they meet your body requirements.
And you are the only one who can do this. The only adviser you can get here is your Soul that is highly motivated to have the Divine vessel it embodied in pure and of high vibration frequency.
Many people are unaware that all their life they have been following fashion and traditions not taking into consideration their own tastes and needs.
Thus, there is a cult of coffee in some countries, a cult of tea in others and that of cocoa or herbal tea in still others.
And with no hesitation people consume these drinks in the quantities their family members, friends and colleagues do.
It has already become traditional to meet and discuss problems over a cup of coffee or tea.
And there is nothing wrong with this, my dear ones, if it gives you pleasure, and you feel your body take in these drinks eagerly.
But you should never do this to keep somebody’s company – only because you feel uneasy to reject somebody’s offer and get reputation of being impolite or ungrateful.
You can always say “no” to an offered beverage and simply have a glass of plain water that your body will be much more pleased with than with the tenth cup of coffee during the day.
As far as herbal tea is concerned, you should treat it with particular caution since one and the same thing can bring good to one person and do harm to another.
There are a lot of professional herbalists and various reference books now that will help you to find YOUR herb that is beneficial to your health and resonates with you in terms of energy.
But before all, you should pay close attention to your feelings and physical state after consuming this or that beverage.
And you should certainly know where to stop always keeping in mind that the best from the point of your physical well-being and energy potential is plain clean water.
And it is water that should be the main part of your drinking intake.

Today we will speak about the role that beverages play in your life.
As you know, it is fluid consumed by a person that produces the most effect on them since it is quickly taken in the bloodstream and then distributed all over the body.
And, of course, during Transition period it is what you drink that should be paid a lot of attention to.
An ideal beverage for a person of high vibration frequency is plain water that is a particle of Water Element in its pure form.
When you drink water you unintentionally merge with this Element and fill with its energy.
All the rest of beverages, though have water as their basis, convey quite different energies reducing initial water vibration frequency.
The most harmful for humans are alcoholic drinks of ALL KINDS with no exceptions.
And it is explained by the fact that even minute dose of alcohol changes human conscience depriving it of its Divine component.
In this case the source of the good mood and excitement becomes not Divine energy but its surrogate supplied by astral beings who feed on the energy of people intoxicated by alcohol.

Of course, in this case the promises concerning spiritual issues are being spoken about.
Remember how many times you have told yourself and even sworn that from now on you will not utter a word to hurt anyone, you will not censure, criticize anyone or impose your opinion on anyone – that you start a new life of a Human God.
But soon you notice that your thoughts and emotions again take their usual course of analysis, judgement and censure of everything and everybody, and sometimes you feel like crying because of your hopelessness and inability to control them.
And the only reason for this to happen is that Unconditional Love has not completely managed to settle in your heart and Soul yet.
Your restless Mind does not let it go there distracting your attention and supplying you, like a car with petrol, with more and more new things to think about, which gives additional driving power to your Ego that is craving for self-assert and more often at somebody else’s cost, who seems less clever, attractive or less spiritual.
It is the most difficult for you to switch off your Mind – the main tool of survival in the third dimension world.
It is a particular challenge for those with well-developed logical thinking and who got used to being conspicuous by intricate conclusions.
And now I will explain to you why human Mind and Unconditional Love is so incompatible.
The thing is that there is a huge difference between the Mind of a third dimension world human and the Human God’s Mind.
While at the former case Mind is an obstacle that prevents a human from reaching the state of Unconditional Love, in the latter it is a great assistant for a human in this process.
It is accounted for by the fact that in the third dimension world the human Mind is tuned to the separation wave, while in the unipolar world – to the wave of Unity.
And this means a huge gap in vibrations.
So, in order to let Unconditional Love settle in you forever, you should retune your Mind to the Divine wave.
So, now I will give you a practice that will help you do this. Let us call it “Divine transformation of brain”.
Invoke all your Heavenly helpers, reach a meditative state and bring all your attention to your brain.
Feel it being your part – almost physically…
Next, ask the Energy of the Supreme Creator of the Universe to fill with itself each and every cell of it.

Today we start a new topic that can roughly be called “Opening up a new energy space”.
It will become some kind of a manual on survival on Earth in the period of its Transition from the third dimension to the Fifth one.
You should learn to INVARIABLY stay within the fourth dimension to make it go smooth for all the participants of Ascension.
And this is what it means.
By your conscience you should not go back any more to the third dimension not even for a minute.
After you manage this, you will slowly make headway moving step by step to the next stage – your constant being in the Fifth dimension now.
It is certain not to occur at once, but now it is important to reach the level of your conscience that will “fluctuate” not between the third and the fourth dimensions but between the fourth dimension and the Fifth one.
So, at the outset I will tell you what the fourth dimension is.
This is the level of human conscience that enables them to stand out of the crowd who live according to the third dimension world programmes.
At this stage you turn into “white crows” for many people who surround you.
And your behaviour that seems inadequate from their point of view can lead to their anger, aggression, annoyance, censure and critics.
But as soon as you learn to repulse it with dignity not paying aggression back with aggression but accepting any actions of such people with Love and understanding, you will move to the new level of the fourth dimension this time.
Up till the present moment your conscience used to fall out of the fourth dimension occasionally since it was distorted by the century-old well-established programmes of the third dimension world.
But now it is high time, and I know that many of you are ready for this, to EVENTUALLY FIX your conscience at the level of the fourth dimension, and now deviations can be only towards the Fifth dimension.
To make it easier for you to achieve this I will give you a simple practice that we will call “Divine pendulum”.
Try to imagine yourself being a pendulum all the time that keeps balance at a certain point – in the energy space of the fourth dimension.
There is the third dimension to its one side and the Fifth one – to the other side.
So, as soon as you feel that your thoughts and emotions try to “deflect” you to the third dimension side, remember this pendulum.
Immediately put it back and, even better than this, try to “swing” it towards the Fifth dimension side.
You can even imagine the three energy spaces in colour: the third dimension is grey and dull, the fourth one is colourless and transparent, with the Fifth one being golden and sparkling.
This practice will facilitate your turning rapidly your emotions and thoughts from dual into unipolar ones and, consequently, moving just as rapidly from the third dimension space to the fourth and even the Fifth one’s.
Make it your completely automatic reaction, my dear ones, and secure this skill in your subconscience.

And know you should do your best to transform your conscience in the shortest possible time to the level that will enable you to perform Transition.
So, a Unipolar Mind is conscience completely free of the duality matrix.
Since this matrix has been secured in the human conscience for many centuries, it is really hard to rid oneself of it in no time.
The duality matrix contains all your subconscience reactions always based on COMPARISON resulting in its turn in thoughts and emotions featuring the “virus” of SEPARATION.
Unlike a dual mind, a Unipolar Mind contains the matrix of UNITY with all living beings not only on Earth but in the whole Universe as well.
It is the matrix that was initially introduced into the subconscience of Human Gods living on Earth at the rise of humanity.
And now, my dear ones, you are to return to that state of yours and refresh the skills of living together on the basis of the Whole Unipolar Conscience – the mind of the Human God.
It is almost impossible to do this by the act of the will though, since human subconscience reactions have long been living a life of their own.
It is possible to force these reactions out only IN TERMS OF ENERGY moving to the space of high vibrations.
For this purpose you can use practices “Rainbow bridge”, “Two worlds’ merging”, “Divine pendulum”.
You can think of your own practices the gist of which should be that you ALL THE TIME find yourself in the energy space of high vibrations.
Start small: maintain the state of being in the fourth, and even better – in the Fifth dimension, for a few minutes first, then for an hour, several hours, all day long…

Today I would like to talk about another component of Unconditional Love – TOLERANCE.
What does a third dimension person mean by this notion?
Quite often it means a necessity to put up with the things they do not like but have to take into consideration.
And even if a person takes the things they do not agree with silently and with a polite smile at the subtle level it looks like a tough confrontation that pulls into its whirlpool all the participants involved.
Thus, energy chaos rises and it is sometimes hard to get out of it, especially if such confrontation takes place at home and at work, as well as in public places.
So, what is Tolerance from the Divine point of view?
First of all, it is total acceptance of anyone the way they are.
It is an understanding of the fact that anyone has a right for one’s own opinion, even if it is the opposite of yours.
It is an ability to avoid useless arguments that, as a rule, lead to energy confrontation.
It is respect for a human personality – understanding of its uniqueness and singularity.
It is an ability to recognize the Divine particle – “the golden seed” in any person, even if it is hidden behind an unattractive mask, rude words or actions.
But you should express all this naturally, in a sweet and simple manner.
You should not do this in an attempt to modify yourself, change your inner beliefs, which presupposes some kind of violence at oneself.
It should become the usual STATE of your Soul that you reach naturally as long as your conscience is changing.
How can you speed up the process?
At the first stage of great help to you can be daily practices that have already been provided in a great number at this site.
Chose the one easy for you to perceive, and the one you manage to do most naturally and easily.
But the main emphasis should be laid on the change of your patterns of spontaneous inner reactions to the new attitude to the events – the Divine tolerance that will force old programmes of the third dimension world out of your conscience.
It is them that prevent you from making headway and go off automatically at everything that does not correspond to your own world-view generating the energies of condemn, disagreement, criticism and, by and large, the energy of NON Love.
And now I will give you a practice that will help to you to overcome this obstacle.
Let us call it “Change of subconscience programmes”.
As soon as you come across a person or a situation that requires “Tolerance” imagine you delete in your subconscience black files with such names as “Intolerance”, “Disagreement”, “Criticism”, “Censure” and others you will feel deserve deleting forever.

Greetings, my dear beloved children!
Today we will go on talking about Unconditional Love and will focus on its chief component.
We will consider it in regard with its Uniting Principle.
What does it presuppose?
First of all, the fact that having overcome the division into “ins and outs” and having learnt to live in Timelessness – in the state of “Here and Now”, a Human God becomes some kind of a “reference point” for other people’s revival.
And this is what I mean by this expression.
Featuring vibrations of far higher frequencies in comparison with other people’s a Human God can by their mere presence revive in the people they come across their Divine principle.
And it occurs as follows.
A human soul tightened in the grip of the third dimension world seeks for every opportunity to awake the one it has embodied in.
And when it meets a Human God who is a concentration of the energies it knows and loves it “catches at a straw” and eagerly absorbs the long-awaited vibrations of Unconditional Love energy.
At the physical level it is expressed the following way.
The person – the one in its care – starts behaving oneself in an unusual way. It seems to them that a tight spring keeping their whole being in tension is getting loose.
They relax, look around and notice to their surprise that the world is not that bad and not that dangerous…
And people around seem to be friendly now…
They begin to notice the beauty of nature and hear birds singing…
It all happens because the space around them has absorbed a Human God’s vibrations and conveys energies of quite a different quality.
All their fears, low self-esteem, inner aggression dissolve in the blissful stream of Unconditional Love, and they are ready now to love themselves, all the people around them and the whole world …
They are unaware why this has happened to them. They are just happy about the wonderful changes – their good mood and feeling easy at heart.
And everything is due to the presence of a Human God next to them who, as such, is a magnet for human souls rushing to their Light like butterflies.
This way the energy of Unconditional Love becomes the Uniting Principle for all the people living on Earth.
So, the more you share it with others, the more you yourself get filled with it since “like attracts like”.
The presence of a Human God on Earth can be compared to the sun that all flowers – human souls – turn their buds to.
They get warm and thaw out in these soft warm rays and start living a different life trying to keep this miraculously gained Light.
This is exactly the way human souls’ revival occurs.
So, while the Higher Powers of the Universe do their best to help you from the subtle level of Earth, a Human God in the physical body concentrating within themselves the high vibration energies arriving from Heavens grounds and magnifies them manifold.
This is what their chief mission in humanity rescue is.
And it is within the depth of each of you, my dear ones!

Greetings, my dear beloved children!
Today we will go on talking about Unconditional Love that is the cornerstone of Human God’s life and mentality.
One of its chief components is their PERCEPTION OF WORLD.
Human God’s world-view is perception of reality as physical manifestation of the processes occurring at the subtle level in all its variety.
A Human God watching the events easily understands the underlying reason of each situation – the entire chain of energy interaction between people involved into these events, all the hidden motives that caused them and their effects.
In other words, they always see the whole picture of the situation, not isolated episodes, which is common for a third dimension world person.
In my message on mechanism of energy influence it has already been said about the way the emotion-thought-effect chain works both on oneself and others.
And since any thought and emotion rise in terms of energy at the subtle level, at the physical level they also show themselves in consistency with the energies they were originally imbued.
A Human God whose vibration frequency has already gone beyond the third dimension world range can easily scan energies generated by people and can trace the interaction of the energies that, in their turn, cause events corresponding to them.
Thus, a Human God does not see but PERCEIVES THE WORLD with their subtle sense organs.
Each of their chakras, like a tuning fork, catches the energies corresponding to it, and basing on this they get a vivid image of developments scenario in their mind’s eye.
So, what happens next?
How does a Human God react on the things they see and feel?
First of all, by any means they do not get involved into these events emotionally, which will inevitably result in decrease in their own vibration frequency.
They always remain just an onlooker, and the only thing they can afford is to open ajar, for the one ready to see, the “door” to the subtle material world for the one to go below the surface of the events taking place at the physical level and to realize the root cause of them.
The same way they treat the things taking place on the planet in general: they know cause and effect of recent events that concern not only the life of certain people but the life of the entire planet as well.
Any news, even the most tragic one, is taken by a Human God as inevitable effect of generated by people thought-emotion-action chain that has resulted in a disaster at the physical level.
They understand that everything is running its course, which for some will turn out to be the beginning of new life, while for others – a new cycle of reincarnations in third dimension worlds.
Meantime they feel neither excessive joy for the former nor grief for the latter since they understand the irreversibility of the Law of Reflection and impossibility of their interference into the free will of a person.
And it is not what humans call “indifference” but a wise perspective on the things happening, and that is exactly what the manifestation of Human God’s world-view is.

Greetings, my dear beloved children!
Today we will talk about the way the opinion of other people influence your inner state.
Can you feel Unconditional Love towards someone who criticizes, mocks, censures or does not understand you?
I know that so far few of you have succeeded in this, and the reason is as follows.
It happens not only because it hurts your pride but mainly due to the fact that you unintentionally get the feeling of doubt whether you are right.
It applies not only to the spiritual aspect of life but also to everyday routine issues, attitude to which varies greatly from person to person.
So, how should you handle the situation so as to pass to another step of the stairs leading to Ascension?
As far as theory is concerned, you are sure to know perfectly well by now that any situation in your life is another lesson for you to learn – the test for the strength of your Spirit and for your ability to love anyone unconditionally.
But why this knowledge is so difficult for you to put in practice?
The thing is that nearly in every person living in the third dimension world there was originally laid the desire to live up to expectations of people around so as to deserve their love.
That is why many people throughout their life try to “bow and scrape” in order to meet desires and requirements of others – nearest and dearest, friends and colleagues…
It has already turned into their usual state. And even if they do not agree with somebody else’s opinion they try to compromise so as to remain “good” in any situation getting on “well” with other people.
As a rule, well-brought-up pure spiritual people, being criticized, start looking for the reason of the critics in themselves since they know well about the Law of Reflection that is one of the main among the Laws of the Universe.
And here, my dear ones, is drawn a fine distinction that few of you can feel so far.
Trying to find out your weaknesses that other people seem to point at, you again get involved into the low vibrations world characterized by a feeling of guilt, self-dissatisfaction or fear of failing to please someone…
So, these negative emotions establish invisible energy bonds connecting you with the one who generated them.
It results in a vicious circle that prevents you from feeling Unconditional Love both to yourself and to the one who caused your doubts and blowing hot and cold.
In order to break away from the vicious circle you can do the following practice.
Let us call it “Spheres of Love”.
Put the person with all the negative words, thoughts and emotions they direct at you into an imaginable sphere filled with the Divine sparkling energy of Love.
You can put yourself in a sphere like this, too so as to completely get rid of the effect of the negative energies addressed to you.
Then try to imagine these two spheres, like balloons, rushing to the Heavens where they get imbued with Unconditional Love with no separation.
You become the Whole One with your “offender”, and everything you shared in the third dimension world appears just a funny episode of your life, some kind of a performance that was put up by your mutual agreement.
It is all over now, and having gone beyond the duality frames you are united only by Unconditional Love to each other, to your Earth and the entire World.
With the lapse of time this practice will take you no time but its results will be difficult to overestimate.

Today we will talk about Unconditional Love to oneself.
Strange as it may sound, but for many people it is much easier to love others than themselves, and there are several reasons for this.
The main of them is that you are well aware of all your drawbacks, and because of this it seems to you that you yourself do not deserve Love.
The one who has embarked on the course of spiritual development is often characterized by self-analysis and self-reproach.
They try to reach an ideal but the more they strive for it, the further they appear to be from this state.
Why does this happen?
It is only due to the fact they are always concentrated on their negative features and, consequently, unintentionally reinforce them by their thoughts.
Paradoxical as it may sound, but in order to reach perfection it is necessary simply to cease striving for it.
You can ask me: “So, should I stop working at myself and let everything go the way it goes?”
And I will answer you: “This is exactly what you should do.”
You should simply live in Joy taking delight in every minute of your stay on Earth – that is to live “Here and Now”.
And if you manage to reach that state of Timelessness accepting everything happening to you as valuable lessons you need, then you will love yourself UNCONDITIONALLY taking all your human features of the present incarnation as “rules of the game” initiated by your own Soul.
As a matter of fact, a person living in Joy themselves and capable of sharing It with others, “rises to the surface” of the dual world and finds themselves in the unipolar world where any negative energy is instantly dissolved by high vibrations of Joy energy.
Remember well, my dear, Joy is the synonym of Love.
But by the word “Joy” I certainly mean the things of the Divine contents, not the things commonly associated with the word in the third dimension world where people are often happy to achieve success in pragmatic sense or in dominating others.
The Divine Joy is akin to child’s joy – sincere and innocent, unaware of separation or comparison.
It is impossible to initiate artificially since such Joy is a state of the Soul and delight of life in all its manifestations.
Only being in this state a person can feel Unconditional Love to themselves, as well as to the world around them.
Remember the expression “overflowing with joy”.
You should really be overflowing with joy spilling it out far beyond your energy space limits.
Then this state of never-ceasing joy will naturally and easily transform into Unconditional Love to oneself, to any stranger you come across, any living being and the entire planet…

So, we continue the conversation about Unconditional Love that is the basis of the view and understanding of the world around us by the Human God.
After you learn not to divide people into ins and outs, the second step on the path to your spiritual perfection should become the STATE of TIMELESSNESS.
And this is what it means.
Theoretically, you have already learned perfectly well that every Soul is immortal and goes a long way of incarnations in different worlds and on different planets, but so far few have managed to realize how conditional the notion of time is, because the form of it that you know exists only in the worlds of low vibrations including the third dimension world you embodied this time.
That short period of time that people live in a physical body on Earth is only an instant in the life of their Soul.
In fact, the timeline of the existence of each soul is endless, therefore, it is impossible to judge the person in whom the Soul embodied this time looking only at a brief moment of its coming to Earth.
This is the same as judging people who accidentally flashed in front of you in the window of a passing train.
You could only snatch out the expression on their face for a split second that depending on their condition at the moment could be cheerful or sad, kind or evil, focused or relaxed …
So people’s life that can last for years or many decades in a third dimension world is the same instant from the point of view of eternity, and everything that happens to them over the years is just a short episode in the rich biography of their Soul.
It is possible that someone who seems to you an unpleasant person obsessed with low passions is actually a very light and pure Soul choosing for its embodiment such an unusual experience to cognize low human passions this time.
And if you treat such people with an open mind – from the position of a friendly observer and send them all your Love, then most likely you will definitely see the beautiful Souls behind the scenery of their current “games” of the third dimension world.
The thing is that people lose the ability to see the ETERNAL in every soul when they are in a physical body, which means plunging into the world of low vibrations.
They are not able to go by their conscience beyond the narrow time frames into which they fall when they are on Earth.
Therefore, they judge everything and everyone only by APPARENT – external – signs: by things that they see and hear.
If you manage to fully realize the eternity, multidimensionality and limitlessness of every Soul incarnated on Earth, then you will take a completely different view of people.
You will perceive both yourself and each person you have met from the height of the conscience of the Human God in the state of Timelessness.

Today we will go on talking about the Unconditional Love and will study one more its component.
Have you ever thought why people so often and sometimes so unexpectedly have their mood swings that they do not understand the reasons for it themselves?
There are several reasons for that, but the main one is that a person lacks Unconditional Love.
The thing is that Unconditional Love comprises TOTAL CONFIDENCE IN WORLD.
And it shows itself in the fact that a person is always sure whatever happens to them is to the greater good of all and, first of all, to their own good.
It is impossible to make such a person to lose their balance since they understand perfectly well that even the hardest lesson life sometimes teaches them ALWAYS does them good , as well as provides new knowledge and experience to the treasury of their Soul.
So, any joys and sorrows in their own life and in the life of other people they take with equal Gratitude and Love.
It is not that easy to realize this for a third dimension world person, for any emotion generated by them with all its shades has its opposite, the shades of the latter being as profuse.
As a result, not only during one day but also within several minutes one finds oneself plunged in an abundance of heteropolar energies, which at the physical level results in instant change in mood.
One can laugh and cry in a minute, then fall into a reverie or start lengthy reasoning…
And besides, it is typical not only of children but mature people as well.
It is accounted for by the same simple reason well known to you: a person living in the dual world has not learnt to control their thoughts and emotions that are to create energy chaos around them.
And this is how you can avoid it.
Try, my dear ones, always to be on Rainbow bridge and put there any situation you find yourself in.
And if you make it a habit to add the «Two worlds’ merging» practice you will always be at the interface of the Fifth dimension energy space and that of the third one’s.
It will enable you to maintain the necessary vibration frequency due to which, still living in the dual world, you will think and act like a Fifth dimension person.
In other words, while physically still being in the third dimension space by your conscience you will now be able to reach the unipolar world reigned by harmony, peace and Unconditional Love.

Greetings, my dear beloved children!
Today I will tell you about the main feature of the Human God embodied on Earth.
We have talked about Unconditional Love so much that for many this concept has become a little blurred, depreciated, same as it happens with everything that becomes seemingly quite understandable and familiar.
In fact, Unconditional Love has no boundaries, and it is impossible to describe in words.
Just as impossible as to LEARN to love unconditionally.
You can only REACH it, and the path to it is sometimes very long and difficult.
The very first step on this path is the ability NOT to divide people into close ones and strangers.
Why is this so important?
Because such a division initially contrasts the love towards close and dear ones to the love towards all other people – strangers, outsiders, unacquainted ones.
In the dual world such a division is perceived as quite natural since here everything has its opposite, and perhaps “close one – stranger” is the most common “duality” in your world.
Often the word “close one” is understood not only as a relative, but also any person of views concordant with yours or someone who is engaged in the same activity as you.
On this basis spiritual groups, movements and schools are created.
It seems to do no harm, does it?
For a third dimension world there is really nothing wrong with that.
But for someone who has already reached a different level of conscience, who is struggling to break out from the captivity of duality, – this can become a huge obstacle to their further growth.
And there is a reason for this.
Having not eliminated such a division INTERNALLY – finally and irrevocably – you will involuntarily consider yourself higher and more spiritual than those who are not with you, who have not reached yet your understanding of reality, who still know nothing about Ascension, who seem absolutely a third dimension person to you.
In fact, all of this is whispered to you by your Pride, your human Ego that feels so good and accustomed to the third dimension world and who does not want to part with you, because in the world of high vibrations it simply cannot exist.
The same applies to your relationship with your nearest and dearest. It has nothing to do with Unconditional Love, because it is based on stereotypes imposed on you by the third dimension world – thoughts instilled in you for centuries that the family is holy, and that love for all members of your family is a duty as holy, as well as your submission to more “experienced” and knowledgeable elders.
You are well aware what this leads to, and yet, many ancient light souls are still in the grip of the family traditions of the third dimension world.
It gets its ugliest manifestation in fanatical religious families, where unreserved obedience to elders often leads to tragedies and ruined lives.
And all of this is also covered by the Divine word “Love”.
Of course, this also applies to national differences, which we have talked about a lot.
I reminded you of this, my dear ones, only so that you would realize the perniciousness of dividing into ins and outs, familiars and strangers, supporters and opponents, spiritual and unspiritual ones …
But the main thing is that you need get rid of this division not externally, but internally, with your whole being accepting other people without condemnation and giving them the right to their own opinion and their own life.
And it is accepting every person unCRITICally what to love them UNCONDITIONALLY means.

TRANSITION TO THE FIFTH DIMENSION (Conscious and unconscious energy influence)
Greetings, my dear beloved children!
To end the conversation about the energy impact of people on each other we will now consider another aspect of it.
An energy impact on oneself always occurs unconsciously only because people most often do not understand what complex energy chain they trigger with their thoughts and emotions.
As for the impact on other people, it can be both conscious and unconscious.
And here is the difference between the two.
The conscious energy effect, first of all, of course, includes the magical effect that is a gross violation of the Laws of the Universe since it is aimed at manipulating the human conscience through magical rituals.
But few people know that just a thought that flashed through the mind of a person, conveying such negative emotions as condemnation, accusation, envy, jealousy towards other people, is also a strong energy impact on them, because, breaking through the aura of these people, the thought leaves in it an emanation formed from the energy the thought about them was saturated with.
If you knew, my dear ones, how quickly – almost instantly – all energy processes occur at the subtle level, you would have completely different – more responsible – attitude to each of your thoughts and emotions.
Due to the complete lack of culture and ethics of energy interaction with each other, the third dimension world where you live is a real energy “cesspool” in which the vast majority of the inhabitants of your planet have to live.
In the literal sense, people have become hostages of their circling thoughts and emotions that destroy their own bodies and roughly invade others’ energy spaces.
This is especially pronounced in large cities where human subtle bodies are literally compressed in apartment buildings, in public transport, in office premises, in shops and restaurants.
As a result of this, people are CONSTANTLY exposed to conscious and unconscious energy influences.
This happens in different ways depending on the level of culture of a particular country: somewhere aggressive and rude, and elsewhere soft and polite.
But believe me, my dear ones, behind of the mask of courtesy often hide much more destructive energies than those that were splashed out openly and shamelessly.
We have repeatedly discussed with you that the time for energies, not words has come.
And the fact that people “with good manners” do not tell you out loud does not mean at all that at the subtle level they will not send you such energy “curses” that cannot be compared to the outward manifestation of the discontent of people “with bad manners”.
And since many of you have not learned yet to subtly feel the energies emitted by other people, you MUST take precautions in order to keep your subtle bodies clean.
Set energy shield as often as possible and every time you feel discomfort practise cleaning your space without delay, disconnecting yourself from any energy bindings with the help of Golden Scissors and dissolving alien emanations by the Ray of Light emitted from your third eye.
But the best defense for each of you will be to stay constantly in the Divine flow of the energies of Love, which the Rainbow Bridge practice can help you with.

Greetings, my dear beloved children!
To continue my yesterday’s message, I would like to remind you once again that there is neither time nor distance for energy.
In this regard, it is sometimes difficult for a person to track where an energy attack comes from.
Now I will explain in more detail how this chain works: thought – emotion – energy impact on yourself or another person.
But firstly, I will give a clear definition of each of these components.
Thought is a flash of conscience, its reaction to what is happening.
Thoughts that come to a person coincide with the level of their conscience at the moment.
People of the third dimension world are obsessed with a huge amount of thoughts only because they have not learned yet to live in the moment “here and now”.
Most often, they live with anything – memories, dreams, thoughts, judgments, accusations, regrets, but not what they are busy with at the moment of their life.
Therefore, the flashes of their conscience, layering on each other, form a real mental chaos that invariably develops into emotional chaos.
Emotion is an energy – shaped thought.
Therefore, everything what a person thinks of generates this or that energy.
And this generated by thoughts and emotions of a person energy creates your reality attracting to itself similar energies according to the Law of Similarity and reflecting them outward.
Energy influence is the penetration into the energy space of a person or any other living creature.
Moreover, it can be equally made both on oneself and others.
And this is how it happens in practice.
For example, generating a negative thought that almost instantly acquires an energy coloring corresponding to it, a person thus forms an energetic bunch of certain vibrations – emanation that begins to live an independent life.
According to the Law of Similarity, it attracts astral beings that feed on such energies that simultaneously become a bridge connecting this emanation with the egregor of this type of energy.
Thus, negative thoughts generated by a person open the gateways for the energy of low vibrations to enter their conscience that gradually take them prisoner: a person becomes already obsessed with these thoughts and emotions.
Thus, an energy effect on oneself occurs.
If these thoughts and emotions are directed at another person, then the emanations generated by them find their “victim” anywhere in your planet, because for the energy that this emanation consists of there are no barriers – neither spatial nor temporal.
So, unsuspecting people are attacked by astral beings that invade their energy space only because someone else thinks about them, which means someone “shares” energy of a certain kind with them.
But in the same way your thoughts and emotions full of Love influence people.
They fill both you and the person you think of with the energies of the highest vibrations.
